Captain Toad was screaming for he was in the middle of a Forza race, holding onto the roof of a speeding car for he felt his farts were making the vehicle go faster than it was, feeling the contents within his backpack to go out as a result of it going by quickly.
"This was a terrible place for me to fall into!" The Toad captain admitted while barely being able to see due to the broken wind around him hitting him right in the face. "...And I feel my fungi flatus is not doing me any favors...!"
Eventually the Forza car went right into a tunnel, causing the Toad Brigade leader to hit the bricks overlooking the entrance, with him farting so loudly it caused the portal to appear below him. Captain Toad had a dazed look on his face, twirling about like the meme anime swirls he had in place of his eyes for the warp immediately closed afterwards.
