Susan POV

'Ok Susan think, first I woke up in a sewer, next there's those two weirdos stalking some guy so it's a good thing we bailed before we got involved with that one.' Susan stopped and took a deep breath before sharply looking around and dashing through another sewer tunnel that she was following.

'Ok so plan for now is to stay underground and not draw attention to myself, I don't know what brought me here but there's nothing I can do until help shows up and my instincts aren't helping at all right now' She thought to herself referring to her rough awakening in the sewers where her instincts immediately took over noticing the missing nest mates- 'friends no family that's it not my nest my family need to find my family have to find my fami-' she cut herself off slamming her head into a wall to stop that train of thought before it continued.

'That's right he warned us about this the further we get with our abilities the more their instincts will merge with ours I just have to stay in control, at least until I can find a good outlet for this energy inside but for now keep moving' after that thought she continued to run through the tunnels seemingly randomly and taking random turns but unknown to anyone but her she was augmenting her body with her draconic abilities and following a familiar scent.

'I can't pin who this is just that it's familiar… damn sewer is messing with me' she thought trying to place the scent but before her train of thought could get further she smelt it moving towards her direction and stilled as the scent passed over a manhole directly above her before it stopped.

Susan couldn't hear anything but could tell the scent alongside one other familiar scent were standing above her before one suddenly disappeared for a moment.

Widening her eyes Susan felt something appear behind her before turning sharply and seeing a glowing wand point aimed at her with the confused look of the potential attacker now in front of her. But what was causing Susan's brief panic wasn't the wand but who was behind it and without thinking Susan blurted out the first thing that came to mind and said,

"Uncle Arcturus? Why do you look so young?" causing the man holding the wand to pause and say,

"I beg your pardon?"

"Ok so let me see if I got this straight, you are from the future somehow, right?"

"Yup"

"And you were the source of that insane magic power that we felt heading towards us?"

"Really? I don't think it's all that weird but then again I'm not really controlling as much as usual with everything going on but yeah pretty much."

"And I look old!?"

"Old as they come old man!" Arcturus could only stare incredulously at the young girl drinking a smoothie that she got from who knows where sitting at the table in front of her before groaning at the sudden laughter of his friend next to him,

"Ha Arcturus old chap that's great to hear you live to a ripe old age to have a niece but tell me would you prefer a walker or a cane?" Charlus potter laughed as he slapped his friend in the back taking this all in stride. He laughed a bit more before being cut off by Susan nonchalantly saying,

"I don't know what your laughing at Grandpa you have a grandson and granddaughter not counting the fact that the family basically adopted the rest of ours making you a grandpa to at least 6 people." Causing the man to splutter before taking the brunt of laughter from his friend who said,

"Ah yes that makes more sense after all being called Uncle is much more dignified than being called grandpa eh old man?" Arcturus said taking the shot he was given at his friend. After a few more minutes of teasing where Susan couldn't help but compare the younger versions of her adoptive uncle and Grandpa she thought to herself,

'Apart of me wants to say they matured but honestly looking back on it I think they just got more subtle about their antics…notes for later.' She finished before speaking up,

"Sooo as much fun as this is can I ask you guys to help me out finding your grandson and other nephew causing the two to pause their banter before mechanically turning their heads towards the girl still drinking her smoothie.

"Wait you mean-"

"You aren't the only one here?" Arcturus finished for the Potter head who just trailed off in shock that his grandson is here when he doesn't even have a son yet! Hell the man just finished school a few years back before starting a militia against Grindelwald… don't judge him he had ambitions and the war wasn't helping.

"Nope if I'm right there should be four of us in total, Me, Harry, Neville, and Penelope… oh no I FORGOT ABOUT PENELOPE!" She shouted causing a small commotion before waving her hand causing her smoothie to disappear making the two men give an appreciative glance towards her abilities and remembering that this young girl in front of them held an immense magical presence and they were lucky to find her before some unsavory types did first.

"Ok hold on there now, I'm guessing Penelope is one of your friends right?" Arcturus asked while slapping his friend in the back of his head shaking him out of his stupor getting an affirmative nod from the girl who blinked before asking,

"That's right do you guys know where to find Nicholas Flamel? He was helping to teach her with aunt Lily Maybe he can help us find her!" She said causing the men to widen their eyes and Charlus to rub his fingers on the bridge between his eyes before asking a question he was afraid to hear the answer with all the bombshells being dropped on him.

"Ok so hypothetically I may have a way to track him down but first two things, first, isn't supposed to be a bad thing that we know this much about the future? And next anything else we should know? And yes I get it that is counter intuitive but please just humor me," he said causing Arcturus to turn to him and blink,

"Charlus that was actually intelligent, are you feeling ok?" Before he ducked at the swipe towards his head and winced from the wandless stinging hex he received but before he could retaliate Susan began to speak up.

"Well for the whole timeline thing I wouldn't worry to much about that recent studies show that is it needs to the timeline would fix itself or else everything would just collapse in on itself from who knows how many paradoxes are out there." She said but actually referencing the man who has been helping their family out and even gave her and her friends the abilities of dragon's and what he does for work most of the time.

"But as for anything else I mean I can't think of anything really" She said more focusing on finding the immortal alchemist and getting his help. She was shaken out her thoughts by a clap of hands and looked towards Charlus who said,

"Well in that case let's get a move on, it's already hard enough to pin down that man so we might as well get started!"
