The Jedi got some ships and headed in the direction of the coordinates Qui-Gon and the rest of the royal family found. They had to hurry if wanted to save the kids in time.

But just in case, Carmine made sure Lamenta and Remix both wore headphones or earmuffs so Cantibar wouldn't be able to hex them too.

Crescent knew a lot about this sorceress they were seeking. Part of his royal guard training was recognizing mugshots of every criminal in the Enchantra database and learning everything about them.

"Okay, Crescent. What do you know about this Cantibar woman?" Ahsoka asked.

"Well, she's a powerful sorceress with a sirenic voice," said Crescent. "And she's known for having mastered a spell that could keep her young, beautiful, and powerful. And in order to do that, she targets kids and lures them away so she can use them to do her spell."

"And what exactly does she do to the children she takes?" Carmine asked, sounding worried.

"Uh... I'm don't think you're gonna like the answer." Crescent cringed.

That only made the adults even more worried.

"We have to hurry!" Obi-Wan panicked, worried about his goddaughter and all the other kids.

And that was when it was declared time to land.

The ships landed in a spot close enough for them to get the kids out fast, but far enough so hopefully Cantibar wouldn't see them.

"How will we know when we've found her lair?" Ahsoka asked.

"We'll know when we've found a garden of dreams." Crescent said.

Everyone looked around. Crescent, Harmony, Sapphire, and Fiesta all flew up high. Anakin and Carmine conjured their wings and joined them to get more eyes in the sky.

"Do you see them anywhere?" Peppermint called from down below.

"Not yet." Harmony answered.

"Mira! Over there!" Fiesta exclaimed, pointing with her hoof.

In the distance, there was something that looked like a garden full of red roses, and an amusement park of some kind. A perfect place to lure a lot of kids.

In front of a mirror in a dressing room somewhere, there sat a woman with luscious red locks, her eyes the color magenta, lips as red as blood, and a red gown of rose petals.

"Ah, I feel so much better now." said the woman as the gray streaks in her hair disappeared, and her skin turned completely wrinkle-free.

"You're never gonna get away with this, lady!" Gabby said angrily as she stood in a big bird cage that was unfortunately magic proof. "My family will find a way to stop you!"

Cordelia chuckled and said, "I'm already getting away with this, Princess." and she began to reach into the cage, trying to reach around Gabby's neck for her necklace. "Now you might as well give me your necklace."

But Gabby bit the sorceress' well-manicured, youthful hand.

"AGH!"

Cordelia growled. "You stubborn little brat."

A couple hours ago...

All the hypnotized kids were brought through the silver gates of Cordelia Cantibar's garden and broke out of their trance as soon as the gates closed.

"Welcome, children, to the Garden of Magic." said a red cloaked figure, their hood concealing their face. "Here, you shall be presented with your greatest dreams come true. Simply imagine your greatest dreams, and they will appear before you."

The kids were all presented with something they always dreamed of doing. Riding the biggest waterslide ever, having an entire mountain of ice cream covered with fudge and all sorts of sweet stuff, performing a dance on a big stage, all the best toys they could ever dream of, you name it. All the kids looked so excited, especially when the figure said it was all free and that there were no rules. They could be as loud and crazy as they wanted, stay up as late as they wanted, and eat as much junk food as they wanted.

All of it sounded so amazing, and all the kids rushed in to go have some fun. But just as she was about to join her brother and sister in jumping onto the rollercoaster, Gabby suddenly screeched to a stop.

"Wait a minute." said Gabby. "This sounds familiar."

Gabby thought and thought. Where had she seen this before? She decided to give in to the magic and dream up some books. And she found lots of different books she liked, and she found one she remembered her grandfather read to her and the other kids a while back. And in that book, a bunch of kids were lured into a seemingly dreamy place that was actually a trap that turned them all into donkeys!

Gabby gasped and started to scream, "DON'T GIVE IN! IT'S A TRAP!"

Gabby ran and started screaming out that it was a trap. But the other kids didn't seem to be listening. They were all too busy having fun, playing about, partying, or stuffing their faces with pizza and ice cream!

But, someone did notice Gabby's behavior.

"Hmm. Looks like we have a rebel in our midst." said Cantibar.

And so, Cordelia cast another spell and captured Gabby in a cage.

"Boba! Omega! HELP!" Gabby screamed. Unfortunately, her siblings didn't hear her. And neither did Carousella when she started screaming for her too.

Gabby was even more horrified to find that she couldn't cast any spells either.

"I'm afraid your powers won't work here, little girl." sneered Cantibar under her cloak. "Neither will your siblings as long as they remain under my control. But, I might be persuaded to spare you, if you just give me your magical necklace."

"Never!" Gabby said.

"Hmm, let's see how long you last. You are coming to a special place, little girl."

Present...

"Now, little princess." said Cordelia. "I only want your necklace. In return, I shall not hex you."

"Like I said before, you won't get my necklace." Gabby said stubbornly. "If you want a royal artifact so bad, why aren't you going after my brother or sister?"

"Because, little one, you out of all members of the current royal family have been using your powers longer than even your grandfather and kept an artifact on you long enough to make yours the most powerful of all. From what my partner has told me, your siblings were granted powers, rather than born with them, and thus their artifacts are useless. You are the only royal child here with a Solaran artifact."

"Well, you're still not getting my necklace. My family will find me."

"I wouldn't count on the others surviving long enough for that to happen if I were you."

The Jedi soon arrived with their lightsabers, and any Enchanteds with magic at the ready.

"Do you see the children?" asked Obi-Wan.

The Jedi started calling out the names of the younglings they knew personally who'd gone missing.

"Carousella?" Crescent called out. "Boba? Omega?"

"Caleb? Ganodi?" Ahsoka called out. "Sha? Zatt?"

The rescue team split up to cover more ground.

Anakin held Lamenta to keep her safe and made sure she had her earmuffs on. and Carmine accompanied Remix.

"Boba! Omega!" Carmine called out.

"BOBA!" Remix shouted. "CAROUSELLA!"

That was when Carmine and Remix came across what looked like a gymnasium of people doing all kinds of great stunts. But they didn't see any kids there. Just a bunch of older people.

And then, they came across part of the gym that resembled an ancient temple from one of Indiana Jones' adventures. And swinging from a vine, they saw someone they recognized, or at least they thought they did.

"Boba!" Carmine said, running to his nephew. "Are you okay? We were so- AAH!"

When the boy stood up, Carmine didn't recognize him at all. He looked like one of the older clones, but... really old. Old enough to have wrinkles on his face, and his hair was turning very gray. Carmine only recognized him as Boba because of the style of his hair and the blue streaks in it.

"Boba! What happened to you?!" Remix said.

"Do I know you from somewhere?" asked the old man.

"Boba, it's me! Your best friend." Remix said. "It's me Remix."

"We gotta tell Anakin!" Carmine said, taking Boba's hand and taking him away.

"Wait!" said Boba, not strong enough to stop his uncle now that his body had accelerated in age.

Meanwhile, Anakin and Lamenta found a big mountain of candy, with a bunch of people laying around enjoying more than a treat or two. Anakin couldn't believe the size of this candy mountain.

"I think I just got diabetes from looking at this candy mountain." Anakin said.

"Uncle Anakin! Look!" Lamenta pointed out what looked like a pink alicorn laying down with a girl with blonde hair.

"Omega! Estrella!" Anakin exclaimed, running over.

However, when Estrella and Omega turned to them, Anakin and his niece gasped.

Omega and Estrella were both aged very fast.

"Omega! Estrella... You're both so old!" Lamenta exclaimed.

"Who are you?" Omega asked, not remembering them.

"Oh no. This must be part of the spell!" Anakin panicked. He took Omega's hand and said, "You have to come with us."

Members of the search party gathered around the middle of the garden and brought whatever victimized child they could find, and all of them found the same thing.

All the kids had been turned elderly! Boba, Omega, Carousella, Estrella, Katooni, Byph, Caleb. And none of them remembered who the Jedi were or where they came from.

"Omega's an old lady too!" Wrecker exclaimed.

"So are all the other kids," said Tech, looking over one of the very old children. "Their growth acceleration is even faster than that of a clone."

"No doubt because of the spell they're all under." said Teatra.

"Well, how do we break them out of this spell?" Remix asked.

"Usually the most effective way to break the spell of a siren song is with another song." Crescent said. "Maybe if Carmine does something with his voice."

And then Ahsoka had an idea. "Maybe if we sing the song backwards."

"I could try that." Carmine said. "How did it go again?"

"I remember!" Lamenta said, and she sang the song as best she could.

"Okay, now how would that sound backwards?" Carmine started to think, and then he had it.

Carmine flew up high and started to sing Cordelia's song in reverse from beginning to end, or rather end to beginning.

And little by little, the kids started to snap out of it and remember where they were. But they quickly panicked when they saw their conditions.

"What happened to us?!" said Fantasia. "We're so old!"

"Cantibar happened!" Remix said.

"She's taken your youth to make herself young and powerful." Fiesta said. "But we'll find a way to reverse it."

"How?" Dracona said, being the only one who remotely young. Twenty-four years old by human standards at most.

"Wait..." said Anakin. "How come Dracona's still young?"

"Probably because I'm half dragon, and dragons live for tens of thousands of years." said Dracona. "So, we dragons tend to age pretty slowly."

But then, Anakin noticed none of the kids they had looked like Gabby.

"Wait a minute, has anyone seen Gabby?"

But no one had. Anakin was so worried. His baby girl was missing, and he had no idea where she was.

"Don't worry, Anakin." said Qui-Gon, taking out his phone and reopening the app. "Lost & Found is indicating she is nearby."

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's find her." Anakin said.

However, that was when the sky began to fill with red clouds with thunder and lightning. And a very powerful looking sorceress appeared on a cloud, laughing maniacally.

"At last, I have regained my power!" Cordelia cackled. "Now I shall conquer the galaxy!"

That was when a green butterfly mark appeared on her face.

"Remember our deal, Cordelia." said Mariverde. "You will get part of the galaxy if you bring me Princess Gabriella's necklace."

"You will get your necklace, but first I must take care of her little friends here."

Cordelia cast a powerful spell, sending clouds down below, and turning the children's wonderful dreams into horrible nightmares!

The garden gates closed and sealed themselves tight with unbreakable rose vines, and the whole area began to fill with horrible shadow monsters.

The Jedi activated their lightsabers, and all the Enchanteds, though they were old now, still had power left, and got ready to fight. And Lamenta was, of course, ready to face these nightmares.

"Anakin! You and Dad go find Gabby, we'll take care of Cantibar!" Carmine said.

And so, Anakin and his father did rush off to find Gabby. They rode on Sapphire's back as fast as they could

Qui-Gon guided both of them using the app to determine Gabby's location, and they followed every step. And Carousella came too.

"I may be old now, but I've still got my kicks!" Carousella said with determination.

Meanwhile, Carmine flew as close to Cordelia as possible with Crescent by his side.

"Crescent, do you know how Cordelia was defeated the first time?" Carmine asked.

"Yes! She had a special red jade necklace she wore that she used to absorb her victims' youth. If we can destroy it, everyone she victimized will be cured!"

"Then we have to get her to sit still long enough for me to get her necklace."

Meanwhile, Gabby sat in her cage, crying. Cordelia just loved to tease her with the trap she was in. The lock holding the cage closed wasn't magic-proof, but as long as Gabby was behind the bars of the cage, she couldn't use magic to unlock it. And to make matters worse, Cordelia put Force cuffs on her just before she left to prevent her from using her Jedi powers too.

Gabby looked at her necklace and thought back to the day her father gave it to her.

Suddenly, the door to the room was broken down by strong hooves kicking it, and in came a very old Carousella.

"Gabby!" Carousella exclaimed.

"Who are you?" Gabby asked.

"Gabby, it's me. Your horse." Carousella then played carousel music from her horn.

Gabby's eyes went wide.

"Carousella?! You're so-"

"I know. We're gonna get you out of here."

Qui-Gon came in and grabbed the lock with his bare hands and smashed it, opening the cage.

"Grandpa!" Gabby exclaimed happily.

Qui-Gon picked Gabby out from her cage and hugged her close, giving her a kiss.

"Thank the Force you're safe." Qui-Gon said with relief.

"Gabby! Come to Daddy." Anakin said, joining in on the hug.

"Daddy!" Gabby hugged her father as he showered her face with kisses.

"I'm so glad you're not old. But, how did you not get affected?" Anakin asked.

"Well, we broke out of the trance as soon as we got into the garden," said Gabby. "And then she made our 'wildest dreams' come true, and then I thought it was strange. You taught me not to take treats from strangers, and then I remembered that story with the island that seemed fun but was a trick to turn bad kids into donkeys. I tried to warn the others, but they wouldn't listen. And I got separated from the twins."

"We're getting you out of here, and we're gonna find a way to turn the other kids back to normal."

"She had a red jade necklace that was glowing," said Gabby. "It might be the source of her powers. Red jade is known for being bad news when it comes to magic."

Carmine vocalized a fortissimo towards Cantibar, but she sang back at a very high pitch.

Their soundwaves echoed all around, making people have to cover their ears.

That was when Anakin and Gabby's rescuers arrived and saw the battle going on.

"Looks like Carmine's having a little trouble." Anakin said.

"Music is always better done in a group." Carousella said. "Tell Remix to get as many flying musicorns up as he can."

And Carousella flew up and began aiding Carmine by blasting her own music magic and combining it with Carmine's.

"We gotta get that necklace." Anakin said, handing his daughter to Qui-Gon. "Gabby, stay with Grandpa. When I give the signal, be ready to use fire magic."

Anakin conjured his wings and got to working his magic, making a strangling fig tree sprout up, and lassoing vines around Cordelia, who began fighting using what magic she could muster.

Anakin started to Force choke Cordelia, making it impossible for her to use her voice.

"Carmine! Get the necklace!" Anakin shouted.

And using the Force, Carmine pulled the necklace right off Cordelia's neck as Anakin released her from the choke.

Carmine threw the necklace in Gabby's direction, and Gabby quickly shot an explosive fire spell, blasting the necklace into a bunch of cracked pieces, releasing a mariclava, which she was quick to blast as well. And a new magic began to happen.

All across the garden, the kids turned back into kids. And while the children turned young, Cordelia cried in dismay as she turned all old and wrinkled again, losing her powers and her physical beauty.

Hunter looked happily at Omega, and all the kids felt like their old young selves again.

"Omega, you're young again!" Wrecker exclaimed.

"So are we!" Boba said, happily looking in a reflective surface.

The kids were cheering all around as they were alive and back to being their normal ages.

"Carousella! You're young again!" Remix exclaimed, nuzzling his cousin.

"Come here, little sissy." Crescent smiled, wrapping his neck around Carousella's in a hug.

Master Plo hugged his niece Sha, so relieved to see that she was okay.

Queen Reigna and some other ships arrived with reinforcements. It turned out, Crescent thought to contact some Enchanted reinforcements on this matter.

"Mommy!" Forsythia exclaimed, running to her mom with her sisters.

"Oh, thank heavens!" Reigna said as she and King Orpheus reunited with their three daughters.

Dracona's parents, like so many others who came were so relieved to see their children were alive and safe.

The Jedi quickly got to starting to get the children back to their parents on their home planets, and Cordelia was arrested again, this time to be put in a much more secure cell while the EHC would look into clava-proofing their prisons and all its facilities.

Hours later, as the sun was going down, Padme gave her three oldest children lots of kisses when she saw them alive and safe again. At least the babies weren't affected by Cordelia's spell.

"Apparently, her spell only affected kids who were old enough to walk." Gabby said, looking at her baby brother and sister. Luke grasping her finger; she was glad to see at least they were safe.

"Why does this seem familiar?" Boba said. "Someone singing, attracting kids, turning them old to make the sorcerer younger?"

"Sounds like the plot of a classic Halloween movie." said Caroline.

"Either way," said Carmine. "By the look of it, I think Mariverde's begun recruiting some new allies."

"Ones who already have magic or a history of using dark magic for evil purposes." Anakin added. "Perfect targets for her clavatizations."

"But that doesn't mean she won't still target ordinary folks." Gabby said. "And... tonight is Halloween. A time of a lot of scares. So..."

"I guess it couldn't hurt to go on a little undercover patrol." Anakin said, knowing what his daughter was getting at.

"Get your trick or treat bags kids," said Carmine. "We're on a hunt for any potential mariclava victims... and for good places with the best treats too."

So, the kids fixed up their costumes and got their bags ready, as well as mapped out their route to get the best treats around town.

Omega was especially excited. Finally, she got to experience the best part of Halloween. Getting free candy!

"And if anyone hears mysterious singing again," said Carmine. "Cover your ears!"

"Yes, Daddy." Lamenta giggled.

"Come on, let's go before all the houses run out of chocolate!" Gabby said, eager to get trick-or-treating.
