Now this is the continuation of the same episode cuz once again, I made it very fucking long, thanks for noticing. I don't own the Ouran Universe except Sasaki and Dopamine and Doc.

Onwards!

-Chapter 12: In Which I Get A Ton Of Free Food-

Haruhi dragged me to class again, like she normally does, and I plopped into my seat- tired from lack of sleep again. I took off my glasses and rubbed my eyes.
"Hey Haruhi! Good morning!" said Hikaru 's voice. I turned around to see the twin had now dyed his hair flamingo pink (how I know what a flamingo is, don't even ask, reader.)
"Hikaru. What in the world happened to our hair?" I tugged on his sleeve, giving him a pouty look.
"I want a 'Good morning' too!"
He gave me a smile and said, "Good morning, Sasaki."
"Why is it dyed pink?" Haruhi asked.

I looked around and saw that other students were staring in shock at Hikaru.
"Cause pink suits me. Don't you think it's cute? From now on, I'm the pink-haired twin."
"Yeah, lay off him, Haruhi. I think pink is a nice color!" I added.
"I don't want to be mistaken for that Kaoru for the rest of my life, you know?"

I heard a quiet gasp at the door and turned to see Kaoru had dyed his hair bright blue. Kaoru came up to the three of us, on Hikaru's other side.
"Good morning, Sasaki. Morning, Haruhi." he said bluntly. It would've been fine if just one of you dyed your hair.
"So Kaoru's the blue twin?" Haruhi asked. I leaned on the back of Haruhi's chair, fiddling with her hair a bit.
Hikaru wandered over to his desk on Haruhi's left as Kaoru told her, "I was finally able to sleep all by myself last night, but I ended up having a nightmare. I dreamt that my stylist had dyed my hair pink." Hikaru got visibly angry at that. "It was so garish and ridiculous looking, I woke up screaming." He began laughing, proud that he had provoked Hikaru. I wandered back over to my seat to try and review some notes the Shadow King had given me.

Kaoru was about to sit down when Hikaru kicked over his chair so he fell to the floor. Haruhi sweat-dropped. I did too. Would they ever stop? Probably not. I tried to focus on my notes again, but looked up again to the sound of a loud "thump!" Kaoru had pulled Hikaru's chair from under him, causing him to fall to the floor as well. That was pretty petty. Who knew 16 year-olds could be so childish? Then again, I was pretty childish too. The twins both stood up, glooming at each other. They stared at each other for a moment, both grabbing a chair and began throwing whatever they could get their hands on at each other. Poor Haruhi, stuck in the middle. She looked so done with them.

I, on the other hand, had to dodge and block whenever Hikaru's aim wasn't great. For some reason, at one point, one twin had managed to grab ahold of Usa-chan, Honey-senpai's stuffed bunny, and throw that as well. Honey-senpai managed to get Usa-chan back, but was also now an object for the twin's argument. Of course, they had to stop bickering when the lesson began, but still tried to cause trouble for each other. I'm so glad I wasn't Haruhi at that moment.

-Noontime Recess In The Refectory-

I pulled out my lunch, in it's tupper-ware container and a large bottle of water. A simple meal of rice and a fried egg. I was about to take my first bite when Haruhi asked, "Sasaki, can you come with me to the cafeteria? I'm worried about the twins and would like to have more reliable eyes on them." I sighed a bit, sad that my lunch would have to wait, but replied, "Sure." Before packing everything up and heading downstairs with Haruhi.

We both waited for them to see how they'll order lunches, usually being simultaneously spoken.
"I'll have A Lunch." They both said. Hoo boy.
"No! Give me the B pasta and the D salad! I'll take the F cappellini with the barbarie duck. Hold on! Make that foie gras in périgueux sauce!" They butted heads, saying "Stop copying me! Why don't you just leave me alone?" Both shaking in anger. The people and chefs nearby them backed away in fear.
Haruhi muttered "Amazing. Perfect unison even when fighting."
"It seems too weird to be true." I responded flatly.
"I was wondering what all the fuss was about." said a dramatic blond's voice. We both turned to see the rest of the Host Club standing in the entrance to the Dining Hall. Even when they're not in club hours, they still manage to look hot and have roses appear around them.
"I can't believe you're still fighting. You're a disgrace to the host club." The newcomers seemed to get a lot of attention. Girls head hearts floating around their heads and guys take notice of their presence.

Honey-senpai walked up in between the fighting twins, holding a cute pink fan.
On it was written "Bunny Sumo" and Honey cried, "We've had enough of this! You're both to blame for this fight." God, he looked so adorable. He pulled out a piece of cake that was about the size of his head.
"Hika-chan and Kao-chan, I want you to make up and go halfsies on this cake, 'kay? But I wanna have a piece too, so I guess we're gonna have to go thirdsies. We're not gonna be able to split the strawberry on top, though. What should we do? Maybe I should just take it. After all, strawberries are my favorite!" He was trying to make the situation better, but it wasn't doing very much. The aura around the three got dark and the twins were shaking visibly with anger. Irritation was plain on their body language. "I forgot to ask. Hika-chan, Kao-chan, do you like strawberries?" Mori-senpai picked him up and swiftly carried the short senior away.
"You're just making it worse. Leave them alone." the tall senior told the short one.

"Oh, Haruhi! Sasaki! I didn't expect to run into you in the dining hall." Tamaki said, lookling like a really happy puppy.
"Haruhi and I usually eat together in the classroom. I'm too lazy to walk all the way down here, most days." I told Tamaki.
"I was worried about those two so I followed them here. Sasaki and I always bring a boxed lunch and we were just gonna eat them in the classroom." Haruhi had her food wrapped up nicely in a cloth with a checked pattern on it. Mine was similarly done, after Haruhi taught it to me, but it was wrapped in a plain forest green cloth.

And now we take you to Tamaki's Mind Theater! A spotlight shines on a little stage with Haruhi in a pink apron inside. There are spring flowers floating around the scene as she presents Tamaki with a gray lunch box. "Here darling," she says.
"Your boxed lunch. I hope you're not too embarrassed but I decided to make it in a heart shape for you. I love you!" Imagination-Haruhi had her eyes shut and looked embarrassed by it. Inside was rice and something pink that was in a heart-shape.
"I don't care if my boxed lunch is in an embarrassing heart shape! I will eat it!" Tamaki's hands seemed to grow as he developed a new dramatic pose. That was all for today in: Tamaki's Mind Theater.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, but it's clear that your fantasies are completely incoherent." Kyoya muttered.
I snorted and commented, "You and me both, K-boy." Of course, he didn't hear it.
"Haruhi. Sasaki, do you wanna sit here with me?"
"Uhh, okay." I gave Hikaru a smile and sat down across from Haruhi, opening up my lunch box again and pulling out my water.
"So, what's that? What did you bring for lunch?"
"Yesterday's leftovers." she replied. I gasped a bit at that.
"You had leftovers and YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?" I looked offended and she shrugged and replied.
"You weren't home when I went over there to offer you some." I acted a fake cry and pouted a bit.
"What do you have for lunch?" she asked me. I showed her my rice and fried egg. She gave me a bit of a smile and a nod.
"Good. You're eating for once. You always seem to forget to pack lunch." I rolled my eyes at that and started shoveling the food into my mouth.

"Haruhi, you wanna switch with me? I had to order something different from Kaoru, so I ended up with stuff I don't really like." He grabbed the box without even waiting for her response and slid his fancy lunch in front of her. I stared greedily at the fancy meal Haruhi was getting. I watched closely as she put a bite of something into her mouth. She paused, the fork still in her mouth. I watched wide-eyed with jealousy as a blush started forming on her cheeks and she made a small noise. Her eyes became big as sparkles appeared in the background. Dang. I'd like to try some of that. If it's that good to make the brunette girl act that way, then it had to be out of this world. I sighed a bit and stabbed my rice a little more aggressively. Kaoru offered her some of his fancy food as well, holding it out to her on his spoon.

Suddenly, a pink-haired twin chomped down on the food meant for Haruhi. I giggled a bit and took another bite of my slightly stale rice. Seeing that Haruhi wasn't looking, I stole a piece of something that looked red-ish from her fancy plate.
"Quit butting in. Get lost, Kaoru." Hikaru said, the spoon still in his mouth. Kaoru yanked the spoon from his twins' mouth and hurled a bowl of soup at him. I stood in shock as the soup went flying smack dab into his face. Except it landed on Tamaki instead. Hikaru revealed that he had used Tamaki to shield himself from the flying soup and smirked at his twin. This started another round of throwing things at one another. I tried to catch as many plates as I could, but a lot fell. There were two of them and one of me, I could only do so much! I caught some soups and pastas and stuff I've never seen before but it was food. And where there's food, I'm gonna eat it.

At one point Hikaru grabbed Honey and threw him again. Mori-senpai saw him and was quick to try and rescue the chibi-like blond. Instead, they both got used as a throwing device. Tamaki flew past as well. He still had soup on his face and I scraped that into my tupperware, looking forward to fancy food. Haruhi got up and left, saying "I think I'm gonna go eat in the classroom after all."

I tried to catch an incoming roasted chicken, but as I caught it, I fell onto a teacher who looked at me angrily and shoved me off them.
Clutching my roast chicken, I stood up and she gave me a stern look, before saying "Who started this mess?" she asked angrily, glaring at me holding my chicken. The twins stopped for a moment and pointed at each other, except I was in the middle of where they were pointing. So, it looked like the blame was on me. Great. Just great.
"If you're going to make such a fuss, you might as well clean this place up!"
"But-"
"Don't talk back to me! I don't care who started it, you're the one who's to blame, filthy commoner." Wow. Even the higher classes and adults were classist. Is that a word? I sighed. By this point, the twins were done with their dramatic argument and had left for class. It always is fun until someone gets a teacher angry. I sighed a bit and grabbed a mop, humming a bit and collecting whatever food was salvageable for home. Remember, I didn't care where the food came from. As long as it wasn't poisoned, I would eat anything.

I placed the chairs back where they belonged and put Tamaki's teddy bear by my bag. He would want it later for one reason or another. The teacher had specifically told the cleaning staff not to help me. But it's alright. I was quite content with this.

I folded up dirtied tablecloths and put the mop back in the kitchen where I found it. Grabbing Tamaki's teddy bear and all my new food, I wandered back to the classroom for the rest of the school day.

-Time Skip To Club Hours Cuz That's How It Is In The Anime-

I walked into the clubroom with all my things in tow and headed towards the back to put it all away. Grabbing the teddy bear, I headed back outside and was met with the sound of a calculator. Kyoya was crunching numbers again. Tamaki sulked a bit in his seat. I tapped him on the shoulder and gave him a smile, pulling out the teddy bear from behind me.
His eyes lit up and he took the stuffed animal, clutching it tightly to his chest and asked me, "I thought I had lost him! Where did you find Kuma-chan?" I patted him on the head.
"You should be more careful with him. I found him under a pile of stuff the twins had been throwing around."
"Thank you for bringing him back!" He gave me a childish smile and I went to sit down at the table next to the Shadow King.

"Looking at the numbers, if this situation isn't resolved, I'm afraid we're going to have to stop offering our 'Brotherly-Love' package. We're down one pair of loving brothers. Oh, Haruhi, Sasaki; I just want you to know that there's no reason for you two to feel responsible. Even though it was your tactless comments that started this whole feud between the twins in the first place. Right?" He had a business-like smile and was rubbing it in that it was our fault. The bastard. I stuck out my tongue at him and he dropped the business smile.
"It's weird for Hika-chan and Kao-chan to be fighting like this. This has ever happened before."
"They're never fought before?" the brunette asked.
"I've known Hika-chan and Kao-chan since we were in pre-school. We weren't in the same year, so I never really got to talk to them. But I remember that the two of them always played together." Honey-senpai said, playing with his stuffed rabbit's ears in his lap.

"Yeah, that's definitely true," Tamaki added. "I've known the twins only since middle school, but even then, they always stood out. It seemed like they kept everyone at a distance except each other. Believe it or not, they were even more warped back then." He closed his eyes, remembering. "When you start to think about it, maybe this fight is a good thing for them! Maybe it means that the twins were expanding their horizons a bit! We should just leave them alone and let them work it out." Where were the twins, anyway? Shouldn't they be here as well? Everyone else was. Something smelled fishy. And it wasn't just the leftover fancy fish I managed to get from the cafeteria cleaning.

Later on, the twins were both in the club room. I had been on duty for turning down all the ladies and telling them that there was no club today. Some accepted it easily, while others pouted a bit and stomped away. Then, there were a few who didn't like the fact that a plebian was telling them what they could not do. I had to use methods that we won't speak of to get them to go away. Actually, it was just getting Tamaki to come to the door and repeat what I told them. What the heck. Back to the twins, who were starting another round of "Throw Whatever You Can Get Your Hands On At The Twin".

It was surprising how massive the pile needed to be, seeing how the club room always looked empty. Honey-senpai seemed to have been thrown again, because he sat easily with Usa-chan at the top of the mountain, looking cute. The twins were both puffing and panting after throwing everything around, and I started climbing to the top, shoving things around and placing things that looked expensive down gently. This was going to take a while.
"Be careful," I heard a deep voice say. I turned around and gave Mori-senpai a small smile.
"I will be." I told him and began climbing my way to the top, where Honey-senpai was. Stepping on a table, I carefully crawled over it and onto a couch. How the heck did they manage to throw a couch? I crawled over the couch and onto a chair, sitting on it normally for a moment, before chuckling at the position I put myself in.

I watched the rest of the hosts down below. They looked so tiny from up here. I waved to Haruhi and she gave me a nervous smile back.
"Don't you guys think that maybe, it's time you give up all this fighting? It's driving me insane!" Tamaki said, an irked expression on his face. Oh, Tamaki. You just have to learn to ignore all the little annoying things and you'll get by in life. I certainly learned that the hard way. Like when I was on a job to steal something, you had to learn to ignore the little annoyances of pain that your body was sending you and just finish what you set out to do. Hikaru got annoyed by his remark.
"What'd you say? It's driving you insane? You've got to be kidding me- how do you think I feel right now? Every time I look in the mirror I see his face. I'm sick and tired of constantly being mistaken for you, Kaoru! The truth is I hate your guts!" I expected Kaoru to be stunned by this, but he didn't react that way at all.
"You took the words right out of my mouth. In fact, I hate you so much I bought this. Belzenef, the curse doll!" the twin replied. He whipped out a wooden doll, with cat ears and a face carved into it. Tamaki shrieked something inhumane and ran back, frightened by the thing of "black magic". It was a cute doll. A little chachki. Honestly, I think the one they gave me was better. It sits on the corner of my bed and I like to just vent out my thoughts, pretending that it's listening.

"I'm going to complete the curse, Hikaru. I'm going to write your name on its back. From this day forward, you're going to experience nothing but misfortune and sorrow!" Kaoru started writing on the back of the doll. See, now I would have done this whole misfortune thing differently and not proclaim to the rest of the world what revenge you'd put on your brother. I would have done it sneakily and watched them suffer. Like, that's much more entertaining to see them endure. That said, it made me suspicious of what Kaoru was doing. I turned to see as Haruhi ran over to the twins and punched them both on the top of their heads. Hard. It was like you could hear the impact.
"Will you guys knock it off? What do you think you're doing? You don't bring something like this into a petty fight!" she yelled. I scooted back in my mountain chair a bit. Haru-chan could be pretty terrifying when she wanted to be.

"Both of you are at fault here but what's really sad is that you've brought everyone else around you into your big mess! Now apologize to each other! If you don't make up right now, I'm never gonna let you come over to my house! Have I made myself clear?" Something in my mind clicked, realizing what Haruhi had done. Ohhhh. Shit. That's what this was all about. I had my suspicions the entire time, but I wasn't sure. This fight seemed too scripted. Too dramatic. Haruhi right into the twin's trap. There was a tense pause as the twins thought about what Haruhi said. A devilish smile crept onto their faces. Poor Haruhi looked confused.
"So then what you're saying Haruhi is that if we make up, we can come over to your place?" They each slung an arm around the other's shoulder and poor Haruhi looked so confused. Roses appeared in the background as the twins sparkled in the light. Haruhi turned the wooden cat doll around. I couldn't see what it said on the back from my height, but I saw Haruhi blink in surprise. I sighed, figuring Kaoru didn't really write anyone's name down. It was all just for show. They were really good actors! Haruhi started screaming when she realized what she had done. The rest of the hosts also looked shocked, mostly Honey-senpai and Tamaki-senpai. Mori looked tired and Kyoya looked neutral, like he already figured it out. I burst out laughing at their faces, throwing back my head and putting on a toothy grin.

They embraced each other in their arms. Hikaru had fake tears in his eyes (or were those real?) Kaoru had his eyes shut like Hikaru was going to kiss him.
"I'm so sorry, Kaoru. Even though I was just following our script, I said such awful things to you! I'm not fit to be your brother." I kept laughing my head off as they posed in their most loving pose I'd ever seen them in. Kaoru clutched his brother's face in his arms.
"Don't say that, Hikaru! I was so worried! I couldn't live with myself if I ever thought I'd hurt you!"
"Kaoru, I'll never let you go again!" Hikaru cried.
"Hikaru!" Kaoru wailed. Kyoya whipped out his notebook and began writing down something. I couldn't see what he was writing. No one could. I tried catching my breath. My stomach hurt from all the laughter and I wiped my tears on my sleeve. It was an absolutely hilarious situation.

Honey-senpai started to throw a hissy fit, waving his arms and being really cute even when angry.
"You've got to be kidding! You mean you guys were faking it this whole time?!" Tamaki and Haruhi had both fallen to the floor, looking defeated.
"We didn't have anything else to do." The twins tried to reason.
"We were bored." They started laughing at being able to trick everyone.
Tamaki struggled to lift his head from the pristine floor and rasped out, "Twins with too much time on their hands-" They heard this and pulled down their eyes a bit, sticking out their tongues. "-are the devil."

I got off the comfy chair and slowly started my way down the mountain that still needed to be cleaned up. I stepped over onto a box that led to another couch. It was much easier to go up than to come down. I gave a big grin to the hosts who were still far down below. I got down onto all fours, setting my sights on a table that seemed a bit wobbly. I reached for it with one hand.
"Be careful, Sasaki." Haruhi called.
I hesitated before responding back, "I'll be fine! I made it this far, right?" I grinned at her and looked around to see if there was any other way back down except the wobbly-looking table in front of me. Nope. Nothing that would get me down quicker. The only other thing that looked promising was a door. But doors could cause me to slip off them, especially since fancy doors at this school were smoother than normal doors. And the handles were flimsy for some reason. I turned to face the rectangular table again and set my eyes on it. Usa-chan stuffed one arm, I placed one hand hesitatingly on the edge. Then my body did something that was a cross between a leap and a crawl onto the rickety table. Shit. It wasn't stable. Not at all
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I heard people crying out my name. I was falling, falling, falling. Something hit my head and I blacked out.

"-ould have never gone up there to begin with! What are we gonna do with her when she wakes up?" I heard a voice say. I kept my eyes closed, listening to the conversation.
A cool voice jumped in, "She didn't sustain any lasting injuries, just bumps. Surprisingly, she doesn't bruise easily." They were worried about me. Hah. Worried about losing prospects, probably. Plus, I was used to climbing around on stuff. Sometimes, you fell off rooftops and broke a few bones. You just dust it off and keep moving. This was nothing.
"Therefore, she won't miss any of the upcoming club events we have planned or miss school." Yup. Lucky me. Missing school sounded great, right about now.
"She seems fine, guys. But we best keep our eye on her. Who know what kind of trouble she goes through." another voice added.
"On top of that, she recently got those back injuries from the day of filming with Renge, so her back might still be in some pain." The first voice remarked. I was fine! Why couldn't they see that?

"Eh? Sasa-chan was already hurt?" A cute voice said, concerned. I couldn't take it. I opened my eyes and sat up with ease, ignoring the bruises that seemed to have formed on my arms.
"I'm fine, you guys. It was just a little fall." The Hosts all turned to me, conceded looks on their faces.
Tamaki rushed over to my side and shook my arms a bit, "A little fall? That wasn't a little fall, Sasaki! You could have died!"
"Wouldn't be the first time," I muttered under my breath. Haruhi came over next and rested a gentle hand on mine as she sat next to me on the couch.
"We were truly concerned about you, Sasaki. You fell a good 4 meters before hitting the ground. And the leg of a chair even hit your head. You didn't bleed or anything, but it's been 15 minutes. We were really worried." I stared at her as she gave me a look of concern. What was there to worry about? Honey-senpai came over and also looked concerned. I saw the twins wearing nervous expressions as well. I looked directly into Kyoya-senpai's eyes and he stared back for a moment, before fixing his glasses. The glare came back before I had time to see what emotion his eyes held. Mori-senpai patted me on the head from behind without any look of concern.

I sighed and got up, getting weird looks from the rest of the club.
"You guys, I'm fine. Stop asking. As Kyoya-senpai said, I'm not injured and therefore can still come to school. This kind of stuff isn't dangerous. I've been in worse situations." I said it nonchalantly, hoping that it would ease their minds a bit. It did not. They looked more worried at what I said and how I said it. I threw up my hands in defeat. Giving up on trying to convince them, I grabbed by bags from the back room and headed out the door without another word.

-Next Day-

I walked in late for the club the next day with Haruhi. We had lost track of time studying in one of the school's libraries. I decided to study with Haruhi because Kyoya hadn't shown up for our tutoring sessions like he normally did. Which was odd, since the guy was always punctual and probably was never late for something even if it almost kills him. Haruhi and I passed the twins as they were playing the Which One Is Hikaru? Game again. This time, they hadn't undid their hair dye and one was pink while the other was blue. They seemed so enthusiastic about it. But something was off.

One of their guests raised their hand politely, saying, "I know! The twin with the pink hair is Hikaru!"
"We have a winner!" the twins cried out. No, she got it wrong. They dyed their hair the opposite colors.
"So are you two gonna keep your wild hair color even though you've made up? It's much easier to tell the two of you apart now!" I smirked at Haruhi and she gave me a slight smile.
"No it isn't." Haruhi and I paused as we walked past them. The twins looked at us, confused for a moment.
"Today the pink one is Kaoru and Hikaru's the blue one."
"They swapped colors for today." I added, smirking at the twins. I separated from Haruhi and made my way to the back room to get ready for my guests.

Do you realize what's happening, Hikaru?

Until now, there were only two groups of people:

us and everyone else.

But for the first time,

these people have crossed into our world.
