Behind Uchiha Clan Head Mansion

The young boy known as Sasuke came home from the academy to hear grunting coming for the backyard of his home. Taking the quickest route there he once again saw her. Nozomi was sparring in the field against his mother while his father and another Uchiha by the name of Shushi was taking notes. It was like this for the last week now and what a week it was. His clan moved back to the center of the village with the announcement that his older brother was training and apprenticing underneath the Sandaime to be the Rokudaime Hokage. Rumors are the Godaime would be either Lady Tsunade or Lady Kushina not that it matters to him.

Our position as the police has been combined with the village's security to make this ultimate defense force to maximize each clans' abilities together.

'They are just trying to steal our power, but father and mother seem ok with it'

And finally, she moved in with the clan. At first, he did not know the reason she was staying with them until he overheard a conversation with his parents and Itachi-nii san. She was to marry his brother! It didn't make sense to him. She was his age. If they wanted her to marry someone close, wouldn't they marry him to her. Was he not strong enough? Was it because he couldn't do the fireball jutsu yet and Itachi could at his age? Narrowing his eyes at them as he watched the spar continued. He would prove them all wrong and show how powerful and worthy he is. He will become the strongest Uchiha ever!

With Fugaku and Shushi

Watching the fight while taking careful notes he could see the aggressiveness in every move that she made. It was easy to tell that this King of the Beast Bloodline changed that aspect of her. She used to be quiet and stick to the shadows to avoid any attention. Now she didn't care too much and was very direct. He could say she was an animal in a human's body. She wants to get stronger, she wants to learn, becoming more outgoing, more in tune with nature and her surroundings, fast, and powerful. Sees things a lot of the time as a challenge or competition. It reminded him quite a lot like the Inuzuka at times. He might have to have Tsume-san come over to give her opinion.

He like others thought the accident would make her become even more sheltered but that wasn't the case. It had a different effect. She saw it as a lesson to become strong enough to never let it happen to her again. Only her mate was supposed to 'try' and pin her.

"Heh". 'mate'. That's what she taken to calling her situation with Itachi. Or in her words 'potential mate'. Apparently, he had to fight her for that honor, contract be damn. And something along the lines that she will put him through a wall if she catches him being weak. Mikoto just laughed it up and gave an evil grin to that boy. She's going to train her up even more so she can put Itachi in check. And the way things are looking, she is progressing fast. We have already seen her abilities come from that bloodline. We probably won't see anymore until we move into more charka extensive training.

Mikoto vs Nozomi Spar

Landing on all fours from being thrown by Mikoto, Nozomi looked at her with sharp eyes analyzing her defensive stance. Mikoto could see the grin on her face as her eyes had slits in her pupil. The two were waiting for each other to make a move to which Nozomi toke. Dashing at with a burst of speed she went for a punch to her stomach which was deflected to the side allowing for her to twist and follow it up with a kick.

Leaning back to avoid the kick Mikoto use her foot to sweep her other leg off the ground causing Nozomi to perform a cartwheel for her to gain her balance. Landing on both feet she jumped back with a back hand which was easily caught in her hand. Using her caught hand Mikoto pulled her into her arms and cuddle her into her chest.

"And this is why you don't show you back to your opponent" she smiled down at the grinning Nozomi

"Unless you have a plan in mind"

"Do you have a plan?"

"I thought as much. That will be all for today. I'm sure the boys got enough notes. Let's go get clean up so I can get started on the food" finished Mikoto letting her go and dusting herself and her off as the other two walked up to her.

"We got the information that was needed. We can fine tune her training schedule to it and as she grows older. It's not necessary for us to see and know everything now" stated Fugaku

"Well, it was nice seeing this spar and taking some notes. I will be taking my leave now" smiled Shushi giving a small bow as Fugaku gave him the nod to go.

"Be sure to stop by sometime. And bring that girl you started to recently see. I want to meet her" added Mikot0 making him blush as he left. "Well, I'll leave you to him" smiled Mikoto before leaving with Nozomi

"Come out Sasuke. I know you were watching" he called out ad waited a few seconds as Sasuke slowly approached from his hiding spot. "Any reason you want to tell me about why you were hiding?" he asked as Sasuke clenched his fist.

"I want to know why you are so focused on her?" he mumbled.

"Speak up. You're a Uchiha. Now answer me correctly" he ordered making Sasuke take a deep gulp before repeating in a more determine and clear voice.

"We know that you spied on us before so there is no point in hiding this from you. She is to marry your older brother. She also went through a grueling experience that I wished never happened. Many factors that is important to everyone's future surround her and she must be prepared. She must be strong because as she grows older her responsibilities grow as well. You may not see it but your mother as the matriarch of the Clan has a tremendous number of responsibilities. Just as much as my own. Running the clan by myself would be extremely difficult so she assumes some responsibilities to balance it. Nozomi needs to fulfil the same role in order to keep this clan running when the time comes"

"And what about me? I'm just the younger brother?"

"Yes, you are the younger brother, but your position is very important as well. Itachi and Nozomi will run the clan but as the younger brother your job is to become the shield of the clan and improve it. You also will have to know what Itachi knows as when he becomes the Hokage it would be up to you to run the clan"

"You mean?"

"You assume correct. Sasuke you will become Clan Head when Itachi is the Hokage. Nozomi will assist your future wife in her responsibilities, but she will be mostly helping Itachi in his. Now think this over the night and tomorrow after the academy come to my office. I will instruct you on some things you must know"

"HAI!"

"Also, Nozomi will be rejoining the academy soon. Look after each other" he finished before walking away to the house.

Uzumaki Household

Sitting at the table after finishing her meal was Uzumaki Kushina. She remembered the meeting she had with the Sandaime. What a meeting that was with all the people there. Everyone had their own goals in opinion about the situation and that ending left a sour taste on her tongue.

Flashback Hokage Office

The Sandaime was sitting behind his desk with his advisors to his left with Danzou and Tsunade and Kushina standing in front of him. Off to the side Shikaku was leaning against the wall watching what was about to happen. With Kushina walking in last the Sandaime was ready to begin.

"As you know there have been conflicts with Uchiha Clan and the village for some time now. More accurately would be since the Kyuubi attack. With relations and retaliations becoming worst Fugaku decided to visit me in order to sort this mess out before it becomes out of control. After some talks we have come to a agreement that would both satisfy the village and the Uchiha's" he started as one of the elders known as Koharu spoke up.

"You had this meeting without us being present? What was the terms of this agreement?"

"Itachi will be groomed by me to be the Rokudaime Hokage. The Godaime Hokage will be either you Tsunade or Kushina to start" he answered as everyone was quite for a second before everyone started jumping over each other to make their opinion and voice heard before Sandaime released his charka making everyone go quiet.

'I still got it'

"One at a time. Homaru go ahead"

"Thank you. Why would you promise such a position to the Uchiha Clan and why Itachi of all people? I can understand Tsunade or Kushina taking the seat after you".

"Simple with one of the two taking the position, will allow us to secure our present with a younger and strong leader. With Itachi's growth and my guidance, he will secure Konoha's future. On top of that with Itachi becoming my apprentice, this will help smooth relations between Konoha and the Uchiha clan".

"I can understand that but what about the other agreements" spoke Danzou. 'With Itachi learning from both me and the Sandaime he would be to perfect candidate to be Hokage. I just have to make sure the Sandaime ideals don't take root too much in Itachi's mind. I can have Kushina or Tsunade have a accident and replace them as Hokage until Itachi is ready for the position. Or better yet when I feel he is ready'.

"The second term is the Uchiha will move back to their position in the village with the Uchiha police being disbanded and combined with the village security. This will help promote better cohesion between the two parties" he explained as everyone nodded in agreement seeing how this could work. It would make Kushina's work more but only in the beginning.

"The final term is the marriage between Nozomi and Itachi" he finished as mostly everyone excluded Shikaku exploded in rage.

"How could you agree to this. You would let the Kyuubi jinchurkin fall into the Uchiha clan!" glared Danzou

"No, I would allow the Uchiha Clan to take care of and nature Nozomi as the village as a whole targets her for reasons beyond her control. She will live a happy life there and Itachi is a fine boy. He will treat her right" he answered back as Shikaku added "Plus when Itachi becomes the Hokage she will have his direct protection and guidance. It wouldn't be considered too much of clan favoritism since Itachi would be Hokage in the future forcing him into a neutral standpoint in village matters"

"I do not agree to this" glared Kushina as the Sandaime glared back.

"Well, it's too bad. You exile her which means her future is not up to you to determine. It is up to me and her".

"Well, I'll just become the Hokage and cancel this contract"

"You go ahead and try. But first you must beat the woman next to you for the hat" he smirked at her not letting know only he could cancel the contract.

'With Itachi marrying and having control of the weapon changes up not too many things. Through Itachi her power is mine. But Tsunade has been quite but most of this. What is she planning' thought Danzou as Tsunade and Kushina glared at each other.

End Flashback

Snapping her utensils into pieces Kushina glared down at the scroll on the table. She could picture Sandaime smirking at her on this. It was the future date of the wedding. When she turns 18 or becomes a gennin.
