United Gensokyo Forces (Neo-Gen Gensokyo) - They're considered as honorary member of Historia Alliance, despite never officially joined.

Blitzkrieg Lotus Wars - A Gensokyo, forgotten from history, made their return after the event of Fantasy Blitzkrieg Mission Two, kickstarting the war. (HS 2055-2058/NG 2130-2133)

Tiberium Zero Hour - The original HMF announced their appearance by crushing Blitzkrieg Lotus forces following the end of the 4th phase (Inverted Hakenkreuz Monstrosity), this Dominion made their intention clear by declaring war on the Alliance after founding out about Blizkrieg Lotus' vassalage to GUF. (HS 2058-2060/NG 2133-2135)

Blitzkrieg Dominions - List of Dominions that actively opposed Historia Alliance and Neo-Gen Coalition during Blitzkrieg Lotus Wars and Tiberium Zero Hour.

1. Blitzkrieg Lotus - The main belligerent, Red Gensokyo Reich (GUF designation)
2. Lunar Defense Corps - The secluded Moon, Inferior Luna (LCF designation)
3. Humanity Military Order - OG HMF, Xenophobe Humans (HMF and UNM designation)

Scarlet Spring Snow Crisis/War - A plot to use Saigyou Ayakashi in Historia Gensokyo by the remains of Blitzkrieg Lotus managed to caught GUF off-guard. This later devolved into a full-blown war once the remains renamed themselves as "Koumaden Death Army". In response, UNM decided to sent their Generals to assist the Union just before the force escalation began. LCF even decided to join once it became clear that KDA used undeads as the core of their army, and they won't go down without fighting. Thus, Historia Alliance founders mobilized their forces once again. (HS 2061-2062)

Skirmish of Celestial Bodies - A Terran settlement in Mars unexpectedly disappeared after ten years. Upon hearing it, UNM relay the info to GUF, knowing that the latter has a faction that can help them. Meanwhile, the Lunarians also received an unexpected war declaration from a Dominion that they recognize originated from Mars. For the first time, Earth and Moon are standing together to defend their homespace. (HS 2064)

Historia-Equinox War - An unexpected invasion of Historia Gensokyo by Equinox Dominions is stalled by GUF and completely reversed the moment UNM enters the war, though all casualties are negated via mass resurrection since the war is settled via a group fight instead, thus prompting said Dominions to join the Alliance. (HS 2065)
