A long time ago, I gave up as I figured "What was the point of fighting? Goku and the other Saiyans will just win out in the end!"
However, when Brainiac snatched me out of my universe and brought me into his, he said that I was the greatest fighter of my Earth and wanted to "collect" me.
Back in the old days I would've just cowered and let him do that... if I hadn't faced things of even greater power and tactics than him.
So with a good old fashioned Spirit Ball and a taste of my Wolf Fang Fist, I managed to defeat him but not kill him as I remembered something Master Roshi said to me once.
"If someone evil threatens you or any innocent people with unethical force, it is your duty to defend."
Once I handed Brainiac over to Bat dude's Insurgency, I asked him if he could help me get back to my universe. He told me that while he can, he needed to restore the cities this psycho stole. I offered to help in anyway I could.
And I did help by stalling the Regime when they tried to steal Brainiac's tech for themselves.
And by stall, I mean use the same tactics from my fight with Brainiac and use it on them.
This brat called Robin, this merman called Aquaman and this android ripoff called Cyborg were easy pickings, but God Tier characters like Super jerk, this smokin' hot babe Wonder Woman, and this God of Lightning Black Adam were troublesome.
How did I survive them, you wonder? Simple, I got them angry. And when you get angry and let it control you during a fight, it's over for you. Just ask Lord Beerus or Vegeta.
I had most of the Regime kill each other by accident as well as misdirection. Those who survived like Superman, Adam and Wonder babe had no choice but to retreat, I even used the multi-form technique to even the playing field a bit. It was that bad.
Once the survivors retreated and the cities were restored, Batman used his scientific device so complicated to build and get working that it would make Bulma blush to send me back to my universe.
Once I got back, I told the rest of my friends what happened. Goku was rather disappointed that he didn't get to fight Brainiac due to how strong he is but really wanted to fight Superman once I told him about his strength and no holding back tendencies, Vegeta was surprised that I managed to defeat a world collector and was annoyed that he didn't get a chance to show his Saiyan pride by beating him but wanted to one up Goku by besting Superman himself. Speaking of surprised, Krillin and Tien and Chaotizu were surprised that I still got in me to fight and were glad that I managed to stop Brainiac and most of the Regime.
So I decided to get back into shape and start fighting again. As while I may be left behind in terms of, well, everything. I did know that in my mind that if Goku, Gohan or Vegeta fall, it was going to be up to me and the rest of us to protect Earth from any threat that comes to it.
So whoever is out there who wants to blow up Earth, get ready for a taste of my Wolf Fang Fist!
