Johnny opened the passenger door of the Mustang for Lulu...as she bent down he noticed something on her lower back. Was it a tattoo?
"Hey Lu, do you have a tattoo?" Johnny rose one brow, curious.
"Yeah, on my lower back. Why?" Lulu asked, had he noticed?
"Can I see it?" Johnny asked, secretly turned on.
"Um, sure." Lulu nodded straightening up to stand in front of him, lifting her shirt up so he could see the full tattoo. On her lower back was a tattoo of a yellow Mustang, just like his.
"The Mustang?" Johnny smiled.
"I got it as an anniversary present to you-we broke up before I could show you. I wanted to surprise you...do you like it?" Lulu asked, almost shyly.
"Like it? I love it! My favorite car is on my favorite girl. You're amazing Lu, I swear. I love you." Johnny chuckled, amazed at how much this woman did for him...how much she loved him.
"Awe baby, you're the sweetest man I've ever met." Lulu smiled throwing her arms around him, hugging him.
"I love you, baby girl." Johnny wrapped his arms around her, thanking the universe for bringing her back. Lulu got into the car and, Johnny slid into the driver's seat.
"You know, we're almost doing exactly what my parents did. The first time we ran away together I was crazy...I'm sorry that you had to deal with that." Lulu frowned as Logan crossed her mind.
"Hey, let's not think about that. I love you and I wanted to make you better...it broke my heart that I couldn't." Johnny tried not to let his emotions out.
"You're right, all of that is over with. Sometimes I just can't help but think about Logan-for a long time I thought I could save him from himself. Sometimes I still feel bad because I took his life away, nothing like I'm gonna go crazy again but...I don't know." Lulu explained, wishing she would shut up.
"It's because you have a pure heart, Lu. You were the only one who ever saw any good in Hayes, but you don't need to feel guilty. Hayes was attacking you and you were only protecting yourself." Johnny shook his head, just wanting to comfort her.
"I know. Can we please talk about something else? I know I brought him up but, that's something I just don't want to focus on." Lulu cleared her throat.
"Of course, baby." Johnny agreed, not liking the subject himself. Soon, they pulled into the parking lot and parked.
"I want you to know that I love you for everything you are. You're the most beautiful woman I've ever known." Johnny turned to look at her, taking her face in his hands.
"Johnny...you're the most amazing man. I don't know what I would do without you." Lulu sighed, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. One tear slipped down her face.
"Are you crying?" Johnny frowned, had he said something to upset her?
"I'm crying because I've never been this happy. Their good tears." Lulu clarified, leaning in to kiss him. Johnny instantly responded kissing her back...still holding her face in his hands.
"We should get inside, we don't want to be late." Lulu smiled.
"You're right, we can kiss later." Johnny sighed, as they entered Lulu's apartment building. They came into Lulu and Maxie's apartment to find Maxie was not home.
"Perfect, she's probably stuck at Crimson! I promise I'll be quick!" Lulu smirked rushing into her room.
