"Oh, how intelligent, but yet oh so very weak Brainiac! This alien thought that he would triumph over me, but it was I Dio!
He made one of the biggest mistakes to try and collect me. When that didn't work, that was when we fought. Now despite the equipment that Brainiac was using during our fight and the sheer magnitude of the alien's raw power, my tactical mind for exploiting my opponent's weaknesses, the ability I have to freeze people on contact, my time stopping power, and my Stand known as the World backing me up, I was able to defeat this creature. Once he was reduced to nothing more than a dry up husk before I it apart just because I felt like it, I turned to his Earth. Since I couldn't go back my own, I decided to make Heaven here.
All those people of an alternate world, all for me to manipulate and/or kill at my leisure. Tearing through these world's heroes was a breeze, especially since no one could see my stand, which gave me the element of surprise. Even the Regime was not a match for cunning mind and tactical prowess, and some of them were self-proclaimed 'Gods' of this world.
Once I killed Gotham's richest man Bruce Wayne and took his riches for myself. The next phase of my plan was to gather an army. What better way to do that then to hypnotize the planet's villains to be my pawns and do my bidding? Those who oppose me would die without a second thought. I even controlled Gorilla Grodd's Society that was under the command of one of his gorillas' commanders since the mind reading ape's demise at Aquaman and Black Adam's hands.
Speaking of those two, they chose to stay in Atlantis and Khandaq respectively, so I haven't seen either of them since I came into the picture. But I have this weird feeling in the back of my head that I'm going to be forced to fight a war against both countries.
