A/N: This story was inspired by Brinn Nicole's choreography of Lady Gaga's song, Teeth. In this story, Mina choreographs the dance. Here is the link to the video of the dance: watch?v=rnwLh6CWdUY (I highly suggest you guys watch it before reading the story, but I'll also post the link when Mina starts dancing).

This was originally supposed to be part of a connected group of drabbles/one-shots, but the final result didn't work with what I wanted for the story. But, I then realized that I can post it as a one-shot, especially since it's not part of the MANY one-shot compilations I have in the works.

I had a lot of fun writing this and I hope you guys enjoy it!

All of class 3-A just got back to their dorms after (what felt like) a particularly long day of classes. Everyone split up to either unwind or get a head start on their homework for the night.

Mina feels unusually wound up because of something she's trying desperately to not dwell on. Earlier that day, she overheard some students saying that people with mutation or transformation quirks aren't as attractive as people with emitter-type quirks. They said it's because "most people with those types of quirks look weird and ugly."

Even though she has an emitter-type quirk, her skin and eyes look the way they do due to her quirk. Her ph levels are different than everyone else since she can secrete acid stored in her body.

When she was younger, people would point at her and call her names. As she got older, these occurrences happened less and less, but it still makes her uncomfortable. She quickly learned not to let what other people say bother her, what matters most is how she sees herself. But that doesn't mean that their words hurt any less.

She was about to give those stupid kids a piece of her mind, but the bell rang, signaling the students to head for their next class. Once their last class was over, she practically ran to the dorms.

Ashido goes straight to her room and starts playing music to get her to calm down. It helps that most of the music she likes and listens to is pretty upbeat.

She comes across one song she hasn't heard before. The beat pounds into her soul and she can't help but start dancing to the song. Her body moves however it wants to the rhythm as if it has a mind of its own.

Before the song finishes, she looks up what's playing. When she has this information, she smiles to herself, happy that her day is starting to turn itself around.

As Toru is leaving the gym, she sees Mina entering. "Hey, Hagakure, is anyone else in here right now?" the pink girl asks her invisible friend.

"No, I don't think so," Toru answers after a moment. "Sato and Kirishima were sparring in here earlier, but they left a while ago. I've been the only one in here, but I just finished my set for today."

Mina can't help the sigh of relief that escapes her lungs. "Okay, cool, I'm gonna be in here for a while and wanted to be alone."

"How come?" Hagakure asks her best friend skeptically. Normally Mina doesn't care or mind if other people are in the gym while she's in here.

Pinky is a bit hesitant to explain herself, but she shakes off her anxiety. She tells her friend about what the kids said and that she found a song that is making her forget about how much those idiots' words hurt. She continues to explain that the song itself is pretty sexual and that she wants to try a different style of dance for this song, which is why she doesn't want anyone watching her.

Invisible Girl is bummed that Mina doesn't want anyone to watch her dance, but she has to ask, "When you're ready, will you show us the dance?!"

Everyone knows the horned girl loves to show off and put on a show, especially when it comes to dancing. As much confidence Mina exudes, she still feels a little embarrassed and nervous about certain things. This song and dance routine she's planning in her head are one of them.

"I'll think about it," Ashido assures her. She doesn't have to see her friend to feel that she doesn't like the answer she gave. "At least let me finish it before I show anyone, okay? And I promise you'll be the first person I tell."

With that, Toru happily walks away, counting the seconds for Mina to give her an update on this dance.

It took her a little over a month, but Mina successfully managed to finish this routine. It's been a while since she's choreographed anything, but it was fun for her to just play around with the moves.

After she told Hagakure the news, Toru immediately told everyone else. That's why Mina's golden yellow eyes are now looking at all of her classmates in the gym of their dorm.

Before she starts her routine, she reminds herself that this is just for fun and that they've all seen her dance before, even if she's never done moves quite like these before.

She's even wearing heels, which she never wears when she's about to dance. It was hard enough for her to get used to just walking in heels, and now she's going to dance in them. It's to add to the aesthetic and mood of song and dance, she tells herself for the umpteenth time.

Mina has more experience with hip-hop and breakdancing, but she found a few videos with heels dance (aka stiletto dance) and thought it fit the song better than hip-hop would. She had a lot of fun coming up with this number, it was different but also familiar.

"HURRY UP, RACCOON EYES!" yells a now frustrated Katsuki. "I wasn't dragged here to watch you stare at your reflection. If you're gonna dance for us, then do it already! And this better be worth my time," he utters the last part.

Ashido is (violently) brought out of her head and looks at Kyoka, who has the song queued up on a speaker. She nods at Jiro, and the music lover starts playing Teeth by Lady Gaga.

{A/N: Now is a good time to watch the video if you haven't already: watch?v=rnwLh6CWdUY. The first woman's movements are how I imagine Mina dancing. The woman in the center of the second group is what I imagine Mina wearing. I can picture Mina doing a combination of all of the girls' freestyles at the end of their turns. Overall, you can imagine what she looks like/is wearing/doing whatever/however you want.}

Mina takes a deep breath and gets into the first position on the floor. Once her cue comes on, she starts the first move.

As if rehearsed, a collection of gasps leave some of her classmates' mouths. Sero and Shoji both make quick work to cover Minoru's eyes and to keep his hands and feet bound so he can't move. She smiles at this and unconsciously runs her tongue along her top lip, seductively.

Even though Pinky still gets nervous before she does any type of performance, as soon as she starts, all of the butterflies suddenly disappear. She's grown to enjoy watching the audience's reaction to what's happening on stage, even finding that it helps her performance. And that's what happening now.

Some of the students have their jaws on the floor, others are cheering and clapping wildly, while the rest seem frozen, but watch every move she makes. She makes sure to look at every face in the room, minus the grape boy (who is currently covered in tape from head to toe and being held behind Shoji's back).

Mina exaggerates her facial expressions and her movements, ensuring that everything she does is sexy. She can see her friends shifting in their places, possibly out of embarrassment, excitement, or both. Her lips curl up into a smile with mirth and mischief dancing in her eyes.

She purposely focuses a lot of the movements on her behind since she is blessed with a bigger bottom and thighs rather than big boobs. Luckily for her, she likes (and knows how) to flaunt her assets.

As she's getting close to the end of her routine, she makes sure to stare straight into Bakugo's soul. His ruby red eyes don't back down and he stares right back at her. When she kicks her leg out, ending the routine, she imagines that her heeled foot is knocking that permanent scowl off his face.

She quickly sits up on her knees and just lets her body move, freestyling a little more of the song. When she can no longer think of anything more to do, she motions for Earphone Jack to stop the music.

As soon as the song is off, a round of applause for Mina's performance can be heard bouncing off the walls of their gymnasium. She stands and takes a bow as if this was a formal competition or performance. When the noise dies down, questions and praise replace the hoots and hollers.

"Wow, that was amazing, Ashido!" Toru and Ochako say at the same time.

Yuga starts to give some praise of his own that would inevitably focus back on himself, but Mina interjects before he can finish. "Awww, thanks," she blushes.

"That was impressive," Fumikage admits with a bit of amusement in his voice.

"Yeah, I didn't know you were that flexible, Ashido," Izuku mentions. "I guess I shouldn't be all that surprised since you've been dancing for a while now. This routine really highlights and showcases just how flexible you are compared to some of the other dances you've done. I can only imagine how useful that is when it comes to fighting villains. You can move your body in ways most people don't know-how. Not to mention that you're more aware of your body and have full control over it too..." he trails off, going on a tangent as per usual.

Koji gives a shaky thumbs-up paired with a small, nervous smile.

Eijiro's cheeks are about the same color as his hair. "Wow, that was... wow," is all he's able to say.

Everyone manages to give their remarks about her performance, all except one (technically two, but she doesn't want to hear Mineta's thoughts, not that he saw much of anything).

She makes her way over to Katsuki, who still has the same grumpy look on his face. She smiles at him victoriously when she sees his neck and cheeks have a slight pink tint to them. "So, was it worth your time, oh great Lord Explosion Murder?" she questions with a dramatic bow.

Instead of replying, he simply looks away and crosses his arms over his chest. "Tch, whatever," he mutters under his breath, too proud to say anything more.

He'd be lying if he said he wasn't impressed. Sure her moves were a lot more sexual than usual, but he noted how difficult a lot of those moves are to people who don't dance and aren't flexible. Not to mention that she did them all in heels. And he would know since his body is rather stiff compared to how fluidly she can move, but he'll never say that out loud.

And of course, he still liked the more suggestive moves, he is a sexual being after all. He's an ass man, so he paid especially close attention to the way she showed hers off.

"Awe, thanks, you guys! I'm really happy that you all liked it," the dancer tells her friends. Soon after that, the rest of the class goes off to do their own thing.

Momo, Ochako, Toru, Yuga, Koji, and Hanta approach Mina when everyone else has left the gymnasium. They ask the pink girl to teach them the dance, and Mina is more than happy to do so.

Needless to say, the song (and the dance) made Mina forget all about what she was so upset about in the first place.

A/N: Thank you guys for reading my one-shot, I hope you guys liked it!

Just to let you guys know, I will also be cross-posting this on my Wattpad and Archive of Our Own accounts, so don't be alarmed if you see this fic there too.
