There was a sudden knock on the door. Both Justin and Tiffany had just gotten settled in for the night, winding down in bed together. But this violent knocking alarmed both the blondie and her boyfriend.

"Ah... Fuck." he said, frustrated by this sudden interruption.

"I'll get it, babe. You just relax." the blondie said, getting up from the bed and answering the door.

She opened it and saw Audrey, who was wearing her red tank top and shorts, as well as the same wig that resembled her old hair style, for some odd reason.

"Audrey? What are you doing here?" Tiffany said to her friend, who was shaking and looking as if she had seen a ghost.

"C-Can I come in?" the ex-party girl said, sounding very spooked.

"Sure." she said, letting her inside the house. She immediately sat on the couch, still looking very spooked.

JD came out of the bedroom, wondering what was going on. It was surprising to see Audrey in their house this time of night.

"What's she doing here?" he asked.

"I don't know. Why are you here, Audrey?" Tiffany said to her friend.

She sat there, still shaking in fear. Once she got enough courage to speak, she finally explained herself. She let out a big sigh and decided to share what was happening.

"I... I was at the apartment. I had just gotten in bed. But... I saw some shit."

Justin and Tiffany looked at each other, not knowing what she was referring to.

"What did you see?" she asked her scared friend.

"I saw... I think I saw a demon."

Of course, the moment she said that, JD started laughing, which made Audrey annoyed.

"Quit fucking laughing at me! It's not funny." she said, getting aggressive.

"Ha, yeah. Sure. You saw a demon? Please, Audrey. Be real. Are you back on the drugs or some shit?" he blatantly asked, seeming very insensitive to the whole situation.

The blondie looked at him, knowing he was not being exactly empathetic to the already traumatized ex-party girl.

"I'm not on the drugs again! Don't even say that shit, you asshole!" Audrey stated, still all worked up.

"Really? Okay then. What did that demon say? Get out? You will die? Ooh, what about JELLY-SIDE DOWN!" he said, continuing to tease her.

Tiffany looked at him. "Babe, that's enough. You need to be a little more nice to her, okay?"

He shrugged, still thinking the idea of a demon being in her apartment was ridiculous.

"Thanks, Bestie." she said, showing gratitude and making JD shut his mouth for once.

"No problem. Now, Audrey? Tell us the whole story. What happened?"

She took a deep breath, folded her hands, and then got her thoughts together.

"Okay. So, I was in bed, looking at my phone. I was about to go to sleep until I heard my TV come on out of nowhere. I got up and shut it off. But then I turn around and saw a large shadow. It was saying some weird shit that I couldn't make out. It scared me to death, so I got outta the apartment immediately and came here."

The blondie looked at her, trying to understand what this might have been. Although she was a Catholic, she had never encountered a demonic entity before. The closest she'd ever come to a demon is an abusive ex-partner.

"Ah. Well, what do you think you should do about it? I lived in that apartment for years and not once have I ever encountered anything like that."

"I-I don't know. But the shape of the figure I saw looked a lot like that mob boss that kidnapped me back in June. I think it was the ghost of Jack or whatever his name was."

Oh gosh... That would be terrifying.

"Or, it could've been the ghost of your uncle saying his final goodbyes." he said, trying not to be toxic.

She sat there, frowning. All of this demon talk brought up a bad memory.

"Do you remember that story I told at the slumber party last year?" the ex-party girl stated.

"Oh, yeah. When you were 8 and there was a demon in your TV?"

She nodded. "Yeah. Ever since then, I've been scared shitless of demons. I converted myself into a Baptist, hoping I'd be safe. But I guess that was a fucking lie."

Tiffany hugged her, comforting her scared friend.

"It'll be OK. You wanna stay with us for a few days?" the blondie said, offering to help Audrey with her little demon problem.

"Y-Yeah. I think I will." she said.

Justin didn't know how to feel about letting her stay with them. Even if it was only for a few days, he still wasn't comfortable with having her at his house.

I hope she doesn't go through my shit...

Tiffany then grabbed a spare blanket and pillow, giving it to the scared ex-party girl.

"Here you go."

"Thanks, Tiff."

"Get some sleep, okay? We'll see how you're doing in the morning." the blondie said.

Everyone then went to bed. Audrey fell asleep on the couch, still unnerved by what she saw. Justin and Tiffany, however, had a small conversation before going back to sleep.

"You didn't have to take her in, you know?" he said to his lover.

"I didn't have to, but I wanted to. You would've done the same, right?"

"No." he said, seeming a bit off.

She looked at him, feeling like he was acting weird again.

"Are you feeling alright? You sound like you have a cold or something."

He coughed, readjusting his voice. "Y-Yeah. I'm fine. Just a frog in my throat, or whatever that fucking saying is. Still, I just don't like having her stay with us."

"It's only for a few days, Justin. You can handle that."

He nodded, though still not a fan of this sudden change.

"Just make sure she doesn't go snooping, okay?" he stated.

"Why?"

"Um... N-Nothing. I just don't want her finding my old stash of dirty magazines from when I was a playboy, that's all."

As vague as he was being, she understood why he wouldn't want Audrey to look through his stuff. It's like if he looked through her phone: Very uncomfortable and an invasion of privacy.

They then went to sleep, both wondering what was happening anymore.

The next morning, Tiffany woke up bright and early, as usual. Justin remained in bed.

She got up and headed straight to the kitchen, ready to start her day with breakfast and a cup of coffee. Surprisingly, Audrey was already awake by the time she came out of the bedroom.

"Oh, good morning Audrey. You're up early." she said, greeting her friend.

"Y-Yeah. I've just been texting people."

This peaked the blondie's interest, wondering who she was texting this early.

"Texting people? What for?"

"I'm looking for a roommate." the ex-party girl stated.

"Really?"

"Yep. Pretty sure being around a demon would be a lot easier if I had an extra person in the apartment. So far, I've only texted Will. He said he'll call me later."

"Hmm..." Tiffany said, thinking about something.

"What?"

"I think Nikki might wanna stay with you." she said, bringing up the blue-haired nerd.

"Nikki? Nah, I don't think that would work. She's too much of a downer. "

"Why not? She's been looking for a place to stay, since she's fed up with her parents interrupting her livestreams or whatever."

Hmm... Maybe that isn't such a bad idea. Yeah, me and her don't get along that well, but it sounds like she's going through the same shit I was last year.

"I'll think about it." she said, taking the idea into consideration.

Tiffany then went to the kitchen and began preparing breakfast for her, Audrey, and Justin.

Eventually, he woke up, having heavy thoughts about his own personal issues. He began to wake himself up, gathering his surroundings.

The 23 year old then opened his drawer, looking inside at an object.

"Ugh... I'm so fucked up." he said to himself.

'You're doing it again. One more slip up and it's over.'

"You're the one doing it, not me." he said to the mysterious voice.

'Do you want them to think you're a psychopath? Get it together or I'm gonna make you get it together, okay?'

"Fine." he said, still in conflict with his current issue.

He shut the drawer and came out of the bedroom, playing it cool. The first thing he saw was Audrey on the phone, as well as the smell of eggs and bacon in the air.

Tiffany's making breakfast again. Doesn't surprise me.

"Hey, Audrey." he said, greeting the red-haired girl.

She waved at him, trying to stay focused on her phone call. Whoever she was talking to must've been important.

"So, do you wanna stay with me or not?" she said, sounding as if she were in an argument with the person on the other line.

JD sat there, hearing the faint voice on the other line. It sounded like a Southern man raising his voice.

"Just cause there's a demon in there doesn't mean I put it there. If anything, I was hoping you could help me get rid of it."

Who the fuck is she talking to?

"Will, calm the fuck down! Oh yeah, I cussed. That's a sin. Wow!"

"Wait, is that Will Kennison?" he asked.

Audrey looked at him, still all worked up about the conversation she was having.

"Yeah, it's Will. Give me a minute, Justin." she said, continuing their argument.

"When you're done, can I please talk to him?"

"Hold on. Will, if you don't settle down, I'm blocking you, OK? Nikki told me you had a temper, but this is next level bullshit. You're the demon, not me."

She let out a huge sigh, handing the phone to Justin. "Fuck this shit. I need a smoke." Audrey said, walking outside with a lighter and cigarette in her hand.

He was now talking to the infamous angry Christian man, Will Kennison.

"Hello? Audrey?" he said, starting to tone down his voice.

"Um, Will?" Justin said.

"Who's this?"

"Uh... My name is Justin Dark. I'm friends with Audrey."

"Are you a sinner?" he asked.

"Uh, that's not relevant. Look, since I finally have a chance to speak with you, since your streams are pretty chaotic, I wanna tell you something about someone you know."

"Okay, what is it?" the Christian guy said, not knowing what was about to happen.

"It's about Waffleslam91."

"Waffleslam? You talking about the crazy sinner shoving a remote control up his butt?" he asked, referring to one of their videos.

He swallowed, still unnerved discussing what they did with a guy like Will Kennison.

"Y-Yeah. The Swire Brothers. Cyd was the one who did that."

"Okay, what about em?"

"Um, Stefano is not a nice guy."

"He is. Cyd's the sinner, Stefano's a good boy. A good, CHRISTIAN boy." Will stated, obviously not knowing the truth about them.

"N-No, he's not. Stefano is a manipulative, back-stabbing, two-faced prick. He's actually worse than Cyd once he betrays you." JD said.

"STOP LYING ABOUT STEFANO!" he shouted, getting worked up.

"Will, I'm not lying to you. Stefano exploited me on his livestream in front of hundreds of people, then he sent his mods to harass and try to dox me."

"Well, that's just unfortunate. You're just another sinner. I know he's a good boy because God told me about him. One night, Cyd was making dinner and he was hungry. He only made three pieces of fish: One for him, one for his dad, and one for his mom, WHERE WAS STEFANO'S PIECE?"

Ugh, this guy's unbelievable. There is no God, only Venus.

"Will, that video was a skit. It wasn't real. If you think Stefano Swire is a good Christian boy, you're out of your fucking mind."

"STOP CUSSING THAT'S A SIN!" he yelled, not liking JD's profanity.

"STOP DEFENDING A SOCIOPATH, YOU BIBLICAL BASTARD!" he yelled back.

"AGH! SHUT UP!"

"FUCK YOU!"

Will then hung up on him, making him feel defeat. It was clear that there was no getting through to that pink-skinned, angry Christian guy. For someone who is a hardcore Jesus freak, he sure liked to support the wrong kinds of people.

This is a clusterfuck.

Audrey came back in, seeming to finish her cigarette.

"You done?" she said. He nodded, handing her phone back to her. It was pretty clear that having him as a roommate would not be a good option. In fact, it would be the worst decision ever.

"He's a lost cause." he said.

"Yeah, I know. I think Nikki would be a better roommate." she replied.

Now that the ex-party girl was staying with them for a few days, no doubt shit would hit the fan yet again. The talk about demons, dealing with crazy Christians, having to constantly block cyberbullies, and the everlasting psychological trauma Justin was still suffering from was a bit much.

Thankfully, drinking helped it become a little more tolerable. It's a tolerable life, I guess. As long as I have my shit.
