Here is the next chapter. For future reference Tom Senior is Tom Riddle and Tom Junior is Harry Potter. Please read and review thanks, love Angel x

Albus was always so very paranoid about having his own memories wiped as he wiped so many other memories from other people himself. It was for this reason however that he always backed up his memories twice. One never could be too sure. He always put a copy of his memories in his bedroom and by his pensive. When his memories had been erased they'd also taken the ones by his pensive but they'd not gotten the ones in his room as they'd not known they'd been there. In a few days when he'd checked his memories in his bedroom he'd remembered everything he'd done with Hermione. It was obvious they'd erased her memories as well but he was surprised to find he actually agreed with them about it. He'd seen how absolutely unbearable she'd been in the minds of many of her peers when he'd checked and he'd realised that had been bad. Obviously Tom wouldn't like her if she was that overbearing as he wouldn't have either.

He would keep the extra information he'd taught her from her but would give her the odd thing here and there as the year went on to make things easier for her. He would set up study groups with Tom and Hermione in the same one. He'd make them be friends but in a less invasive way. She was meant to stop him from being evil that's true but she wasn't meant to control his very life in every way. They didn't sign up for that but she had been super convincible and it did make sense that she'd take his instructions a bit too seriously. In fact he got off a bit on that he had to admit. He asked her to come to his office and when she did he gave her back a small few memories only. He told her to make sure Tom did nothing dark and sent her on her way again. He was ultimately stunned by Cedrella Weasley who was if one could say it almost harder than ever on her old house. She took crap from no one even her old house something he didn't like. How would everyone think of Slytherin as evil with her there actually treating every house equally?

Sirius was doing so well in his classes. He'd attempted to teach the first years the patronus charm and although it hadn't gone well they now understood more about it in general which would make learning it in the future much easier. He hadn't expected them to get it right in fact he was just making them think about it more. Tonks was delighted with Tom. He was making her life so very easy. He had essentially told her that she could do whatever she wanted to do after school but that it had to be something she wanted to do. She was told to never compromise herself or her beliefs for others no matter who those others were. She had wanted to be an auror but the more she thought about it she realised she'd only really wanted to do that as she knew it would annoy her mother so much. She wanted revenge over her bad name but had already decided to legally change it to Dora. That was revenge enough for her.

Daphne knew that she wanted to start working towards a career in health or potions something she'd always known she wanted to do even at this young age. As for Tom himself he thought being the minister of Magic would be very funny indeed if he chose to do it as he'd turn their world on its head in that circumstance. Tom now had bigger fish to fry. He'd taken the Philosopher's Stone from Quirrel weeks ago and now was storing it in one of his Gringotts vaults. Dumbledore was going crazy looking for it behind the scenes and trying to look as though he wasn't. He didn't want people to know why he'd been so panicked. The gold Tom was making with it was donated to charity and the DMLE Department of the ministry. Their account was anonymously topped up in such a way that they would always assume it was meant to have the large amount it did inside it.

This money would be used to refit them all for new and higher quality robes and now each auror would get thermal body suits made of methrill. The goblins had perfected methrill making from their cousins the dwarves in the mountains of Tibet and it had been a huge success. This meant now that all medium and or minor curses wouldn't be able to harm them now. The magical aspect of methrill which no one realised was that it could hold off two of the unforgiveables the Imperius curse and the Crutiatus curse.

It had recently been brought into law that all Aurors were forbidden from using the unforgiveable curses only. This did mean that they could now use more curses than the usual stunners they normally used the whole time. Now at least people who were caught doing the wrong thing could be punished properly. After all we all know that a stunner can only do so much and what's more the criminals do eventually wake up from being stunned and what are you meant to do then? No this law was a godsend for Tom who thought it would reform their world.

Given how badly everyone actually viewed the unforgivable curses it was very quickly passed with only those within the DMLE itself truly understanding what it meant. Amelia was thrilled with this new law because structures had been put in place so this law could never ever be revoked by anyone no matter who should think to try and do so. Tom had decided to open a new account at Gringotts labelling it charity from which the philosopher's stone worked it's magic. The stone itself was placed at the very back of the vault with galleons all around it which had started off as a small pile just to cover the stone itself from view but was now a mountainous amount of money. It was constantly increasing and the goblins didn't know how but they didn't care enough to ask how either. He was a good and valued client and that was all that truly mattered to them. He had his goblin account manager place twenty thousand galleons into the account of the Weasley family but to say they had won the money in a daily prophet raffle Mr Weasley had apparently entered months ago. It was designed so he could legitimately have forgotten doing it. It was designed so the top prize would be one million galleons so his prize would seem tiny in comparison. It was done to help that family out. Ronald was a great friend and he did feel like he deserved it. Because the money came from the Philosophers stone and not him directly it was easier to do. In fact all of his friends had gotten an anonymous donation to that amount as a form of charity and kindness. If people had the things they needed to have they were less likely to be bullied and or targeted by anyone else and so far it was working out.

Mr Weasley was stunned to learn he'd won money from that raffle he'd entered months ago. As intended he didn't remember entering it but was thrilled none the less. When Molly learned what the top prize was and how small their own prize had been she was happier to accept it. Tom in reality loved spoiling his friends especially when he knew it couldn't be tied back to him. He'd worked on the patronus tirelessly until he got it. He was shocked that he did get it but thinking of Sirius and in a weird way Severus as being real family members had done it. He was stunned as he didn't know what he'd see but when the Peryton sprang forward he was literally rendered speechless. When he'd shown it to Sirius he was even further stunned at how speechless and quiet Sirius had been.

"Tom your father was an animagus like me. His form was a stag and they say that your patronus is what you would be if you became an animagus. Your patronus is so similar yet so very different to his. He'd be so proud. I mean mythical patronuses are rare indeed. You should be so very proud of yourself oh and take ten points to Slytherin for good classwork. Now go on I know Professor McGonagall will be waiting for you!" he said with a chuckle as an exuberant Tom left the classroom. Tom senior also felt this kind of completion within him he'd not felt in his last lifetime. It was nice to feel so close to a parent even if said parent wasn't technically yours but that of the boy you inhabited. He felt such joy and at the same time bitterness. Where had this been in his own life when he'd needed it? Where had his support been? Fuck Dumbledore and all of his meddling. He had taken to asking his own house elf to follow Tom around now but Tom had been clever and confounded the elf once he'd found him following him making him believe he was meant to be following Draco Malfoy around instead. This did amuse him because the reports Dumbledore was getting were very confusing indeed. He had no idea Tom was so vein. He'd need to stop that soon because it started with vanity and moved on to evil deeds afterwards.

He now sat massaging Tonks feet while she told him about her gripes that day. A guy had tried to inappropriately force himself on her and wound up in the hospital wing with an antler for a penis as a result. Tom had laughed at that. He'd have done much worse if it was him. He was innocent enough that she let slip the guy's name without thinking and he'd seen red once he'd learned who it was as well. This was personal. Another Slytherin had essentially attempted to abuse her and would pay for this. He was adjusting to having two women in his life and they were very understanding of him which was a relief to him to be sure. They were both startled when a harried house elf popped in looking freaked out.

"Sir! It's the manor! You must come now!" she exclaimed grabbing him and popping with him out of the room.
