This fic takes place after The Canterlot Wedding and before The Glass Empire.

Twilight was at that moment worried about her future, many things happened to her in the last week and tomorrow she had to talk to Princess Celestia which had her a little tense knowing what that meant for her, she was about to lose her mind. Since she could not stop thinking about the conversation she heard between the Princesses, she was very upset, especially because of the events that had happened a few hours before and that she was starting to relive again...

The lavender unicorn walked sadly to her room at the Canterlot palace, she had spent the whole week acting defensive, hoping that at least one of her friends or her faithful assistant Spike would believe her when she said that this pony was not Cadance but none of her friends supported her or believed her as they thought she was imagining things and acting irrationally and insensitively.

While she was still immersed in her thoughts her steps took her near her mentor's room where the Princesses were gathered, apparently they were discussing something important so she approached a little closer to listen to the talk they were having.

- Are you sure about this sister, remember that it was thanks to Twilight that the kingdom was saved and that I was able to return to normality and that she was able to recover the elements of harmony to protect Equestria from future threats.

- I know, but her behavior this week was not exactly the best and being her guardian I have to make sure that no one thinks badly of her behavior, I don't want the ponies to think that I condone that kind of behavior which is what she implied this week.

Although she was right at the end when she discovered Queen Chrysalis, she was so worried and immersed in her sadness when she thought she heard a voice coming from somewhere, at first it was like a whisper but soon it was gaining strength until she could hear it perfectly.

While she was on her way to the airfield to go up as soon as possible to hide, two Lunar Guard soldiers returning from their night patrol in the city in search of possible straggling Changelings who might have been hiding when they spotted Raimbow Dash still with the paralysis spell, fearing that it was another incursion of the changelings, took her directly to the Princesses while they raised the alarm.

Meanwhile in Ponyville, the search for Twilight continued but it was not yielding any favorable results. - I heard from my daughter that she and her friends betrayed a unicorn in Canterlot.

- Yes I heard it too and it is said that the one who was betrayed was her friend, I would die if one of my friends behaved that way with me, I would even deny her as a friend if I saw her again.

Even some ponies who only came to visit Pony ville talk about what happened in Canterlot.
