"Was! Every day has been so hard!" Ashido moaned as we all sat in the living room area of the dorms at nigh. Uraraka was sitting with Tsuyu - they had paired off to become great friends. On the other end of the sofa was Hagakure, who consoled Mina, who was sitting with Jirou. "They don't call it intensive training for nothing!"

"We've got less than a week left, though," I sighed, as I sorted through the laundry basket I'd brought down with me. In the midst of it all, everyone got caught up talking about ultimate moves.

"Yaomomo, how's your special move coming along?" Hagakure turned to me.

I sighed, a little embarassed. "Mmm…I know what I'm going for, but my body can't quite pull it off yet. I just have to strength my quirk a little bit more."

"Tsuyu, what about you?"

"I'm in the process of completing a more frog-like technique. I bet you'll be surprised, Tooru."

"And what about you, Ochako?"

Uraraka said nothing, her eyes off into the distance.

"Ochako?" Tsu tapped her on the arm and she jumped. "UWAHH!" she cried as she spilled her drink.

"You seem a little tired out," said Tsu.

"No, no, not at all! I', not tired at all! I've still got a long ways to go!" she said. "At least, that's how I'd usually be. But…how do I put it…lately my heart's been feeling a little jumbled up," she sighed, staring off into the distance.

"It's Love!" cried Mina, and Uraraka jumped and started sweating.

"Wh-what? Love? What are you talking about?!" She tossed my hands back and forth, looking quite panicked.

"Is it Midoriya or Iida? You're always hanging out with those two boys!"

"No, no!" she cried, activating her quirk and floating away towards the ceiling.

"She's floating!" cried Mina. "Who is it? Which one? Who is it!?"

"You'll get a lighter sentence if you just confess!" called Jirou.

"That's not it! Really!"she called back to us.

"It's not good to pry so much," said Tsuyu, saving her. I rose too, a little annoyed with all this foolishness.

"Yeah,," I told them "in any case, we have to get up early tomorrow, so let's call it a night."

"Eh? No!" cried Mina. I wanna hear more! Try changing the subject and I'll flip it back to romance!"

"It's not like that!" Uraraka protested, and then gazed off again.

I headed back to my room feeling a little annoyed with this explosion of feelings. But nonetheless, I felt a little flutter myself. What would I do if the girls cornered me with such questions?

Was there a boy, a special, particular someone? No, not really. They would never ask me questions like that...Well, that was fine, after all..we were training hard now, no time for something like that...

So the remaining days of training came and went, and nothing really changed.

And in the blink of an eye, the bus was pulling up to the test site.

"The exam site. Takoba national stadium." It was huge!

"I'm getting nervous!" cried Jirou.

"I didn't know it was at Takoba," said Midoriya.

"What do you think we're going to have to do? Ha…I wonder if I can get a license," whined Mineta.

"Minute," said Mr. Aizawa, bending down to be at eye level with him. "It's not 'if.' Go and get it."

"Oh, definitely! Definitely!" he cried back.

"If you are able to pass this exam and get your provisional licenses, then you are no longer eggs. You will hatch and become chicks. Semi-pros. Do your best."

"All right! Let's do it! Let's become chicks!" cried Kaminari.

"Ok everyone, gather round!" said Kirishima. "Ready? Plus -"

"ULTRA!" boomed a strange voice. A huge guy in a military cap had popped in from nowhere!

"It's not nice to randomly insert yourself in other people's huddles, Inasa," said a boy with purple hair in the same cap and school uniform, next to a blonde girl in the girl version.

"AH, SORRY! PLEASE - " ACCEPT - MY HUMBLEST - APOLOGIES!" he screamed as he slammed his head into the ground in a kind of bow.

WHAT?

"Who is this guy that's so ridiculously pumped up?" cried Kaminari.

"It's like someone added Iida and Kirishima together and squared the result," said Sero.

"Wait a minute, those uniforms! Aren't those from that famous school in the west?"

"UA in the east, Shiketsu to the west," Bakugou muttered.

"Of the many hero departments out there, the elite school that matches up with UA. Shiketsu high!"

"I JUST WANTED TO TRY AND SAY IT ONCE! PLUS ULTRA! IT'S THE UTMOST HONOR TO BE ABLE TO OCMPETE WITH YOU ALL! I WISH YOU THE BEST!" screamed this Shiketsu high dude. "I REALLY LOVE UA!"

"Ah, blood," murmured the blonde girl, staring at the wound on his head.

"Let's go," said the purple hair boy.

"Nasa Yoarashi," said Mr. Aizawa.

"Do you know him, Sensei?" said Hagakure.

"He's crazy enthusiastic," said Kirishima," but he seems ike a nice guy."

"Yoarashi," said Sensei. At last year's entrance exam…in other words, the same year you all took it…in spite of receiving the top score and passing, for some reason he declined his admission offer."

"Huh? That mean's he's a first year? And if he got the top score…" mumbled Midoriya, looking over at Todoroki. I followed his gaze. Todoroki did not look particularly concerned. It was odd, because I remembered that boy from the entrance exam. He had raced Todoroki and just barely beaten him, but it actually seemed like Todoroki didn't even remember him...

A foe strong enough to beat even Todoroki.
