I thought I’d try my hand at a few one-shot short stories revolving the My Hero Academia characters since I have so many ideas but hashing them all out into long chapter stories isn’t what I feel is best for these ideas in mind. The Aoyamas decide not to get involved with a shady man who claims to be able to give quirks. Instead, Hisashi and Inko Midoriya purchase a naval laser quirk for their son in exchange for a large sum of money and an undisclosed favor. A decade later, All for One comes to collect his due. Izuku Midoriya must choose between his mother's life or betraying his ideals and his friends.

In a society filled with Heroes and Villains, some are unfortunate not to be as gifted. Sometimes the world can seem almost out to take away all you ever desired, and other times it will feel as though there are no heroes to save you at all. So what if a chance of improbable odds were to befall you? What if someone without a Quirk, so to speak, were to become a Hero?

The war finished, and all was lost. The League of Villains and All for One won, and the heroes ceased to exist. Many died, others lost hope. However, a ghost returns from the shadows, he was once a hero with a bright smile, but now he is vengeance, he is the Deku-ghost.

A certain choice made by a certain man and at a certain time turns out to have far more impact than what anyone could have foreseen. So that raises a question; what if that certain man at that certain time made that certain choice differently? Well, as a wise man once said, you don't have to change much to change everything. When people started developing quirks, it was also quickly discovered that everyone had soul bands, as well. Typical people have one band, some rare people have two...what will happen when someone has three bands, though? Hana will soon find out that having three people meant for you can surely be stressful, but also be something to help heal all of the soulmate's hearts.

Izuku knew he had a quirk, despite what Kacchan said. He doesn't know what yet, but he knows he does! But, as Kacchan's fist hits Izuku in the face, like he has for the past year since his quirk came in, something cracks. And then it's Kacchan who cries out in pain.
