So far the story have reached 100 views and already I have one person following my story as well as adding it to their favorite. It's a start

"That voice. It can't be…" said Lex Luthor looking somewhat spooked. Dr. Isaacs turn the laptop facing the Secretary-General to see Excella Gionne on the screen.

"You look like you seen a ghost."

"How is this possible" as Luthor looks little puzzled. "Everyone saw the news. You, the evil clones, and Albert Wesker perished. How are you alive?"

Excella laughs "well if I was actually there, we wouldn't be having this video chat."

That is when Lex Luther starts to chuckle. He shook his head "that was your doppelganger that died."

"It was Dr. Isaacs who told me about Albert Wesker. I didn't believe it at first and I thought he was lying."

"You cloned yourself to prove something" said Lex Luthor.

"The minute Uroboros was completed; Wesker injected my clone with the virus."

Luthor crosses his arms over his chest "I see. Dr. Isaacs mentioned he was a scientist for the Umbrella Corporation." Lex glances at Isaacs "the same company Wesker was part of. It seems that you know more about him."

"Albert Wesker betrayed Umbrella. He also stole the research data from the company" Dr. Isaacs says.

"It seems that he didn't tell the Light about everything" said Luthor.

"Dr. Isaacs will gladly tell you everything about Umbrella and its origins. Under the condition you tell me about meta-human trafficking."

They both nod in agreement. "Where to begin" said Dr. Isaacs.

Western Mongolia

August 1, 12:54 ICT

Vandal Savage is with Lex Luthor and Queen Bee through monitors, from his headquarters. Lex Luthor had just told them what transpired thirteen hours ago. The two remained silent. Queen Bee glares from the monitor remembering what happened to her years ago.

"How do we know she's not going to unleash a virus" Savage asks Luthor.

"She has no intentions to do any of that. In fact for the last four years; Excella and Dr. Isaacs have been running the black market."

"As long as she stays away from Greater Bialya; I could care less what she does."

"So all the data that Wesker showed us…" asked Vandal Savage.

"Yes; were stolen. Albert Wesker downloaded all of the data. Then he formatted the computer core wiping the entire data from it" Luthor explains.

"And this Dr. Isaacs was the one that told Excella about Wesker?" Lex Luthor from his monitor nods to the question Queen Bee asked him.

"If wasn't for him; she would've perished alone side Wesker and the evil clones of the former team."

"I have to say I'm impressed that she was one step ahead of everyone. Including Albert Wesker" said Vandal Savage.

"Should we keep an eye on her" asked Queen Bee.

"We don't have concern ourselves with Excella or Dr. Isaacs."

"I am however curious on what they're going to do with the tar" said Vandal Savage.

"She did say in due time we will all know."

Dr. Isaacs is in the laboratory examining the tar using a microscope. Lex Luthor explained to them how the substance is used and the purpose of the meta-human trafficking. Soon Excella would enter room along with a scientist.

"What do you think" asked Excella.

"This could be very useful" Dr. Isaacs answers. He turns around to see her and a scientist.

"Alexander Isaacs; this is Andrew Chen. This is the man that created the serum I have told you about" said Excella.

They both shake hands. Isaacs would then ask him "so, tell me about this serum you created?"

"The serum was originally created to keep the virus within Albert's body remain stable permanently" Dr. Chen explains. He then adds "as well as curing Alex of her illness."

"So they never injected the serum" asked Isaacs.

Dr. Chen shook his head "correct. But instead injecting himself with the serum, he used the Artemis clone as a test subject."

"Interesting" said Isaacs. "But the Artemis clone didn't had the virus in her system."

"That is true. But serum also possess other abilities" Chen says. "It enhances the strength, agility, brain capacity, accelerated healing by thirty percent."

"Why only that much" asked Dr. Isaacs questioning the low capacity rate.

"I've had gone higher and tested it but each subject was rendered brain dead" Dr. Chen answers. "The one I gave to the Artemis clone had the thirty percent capacity rate."

"But we lost contact with her years ago. She must've perished from that special task she was given" said Isaacs.

"That is why I've tested it on someone else. I think you him. They call him the Grim Reaper" Dr. Chen says.

"How did it go" asked Dr. Isaacs.

"He was injected with the serum two years ago, and he's not brain dead" said an enthusiastic Dr. Chen giving the thumbs up.

Excella puts her hand on Chen's shoulder adding "in fact, HUNK is coming out of retirement."

"That's good to know" said Dr. Isaacs. "So where are the clone of Zatanna, Conner, and Wally?"

"They decided to test out the serum they were injected with" Excella answers.

August 2, 24:00 EDT

The same individuals that were at Gotham are by main entrance of STAR Labs. The female is carrying an aluminum briefcase. The male shook his head feeling disappointed. The other male stretches his arms saying "well that was boring."

"They need to have better security" said the other male. The female stops causing the other two to bump into to her.

"Hey why'd you stop" asked the male. The female points "look what we have here."

Black Lightning, Nightwing, and Tigress are here blocking their exit. Tigress aims her crossbow at the three. "How about you put the case the down?"

The three look at the other the minute Tigress spoke. The male leans forward asks "Artemis; is that you?" Her eyes wide open shocked that male said her name. The male laughs putting his hand on his head "oh my god it is you."

"Wait that's Artemis" as female begin to laugh. "What on earth are you wearing" the other male asks glancing at her uniform.

Nightwing glares ask "who are you three?" The three become surprised. "Dick Grayson; well this gets even better" said the female putting both hands on her hips.

"What the hell is going on" asked Black Lightning. The female stops laughing "what's going on? It's a good old fashion reunion."

The heroes look at each other confused on what the female meant by that. Then the three individuals would take off their masks throwing them to the floor. Nightwing, Tigress, and Black Lightning are stunned. The three heroes are face to face with the evil clones of Wally, Zatanna, and Conner.

The Wally clone would give a sinister smirk "hey guys. Did you miss us?"
