Wow Kaldur's arc was really something. I mean wow. The next arc is Rocket. And the message is Invitation to Kneel B.
Someone said the message is Invitation to Kneel Before Zod. I think that's the message.
Twenty-four hours ago; the evil clones of Zatanna, Wally, and Conner were on a stakeout in Gotham City. They were spying on Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson listening to their conversation. They return to the secret headquarters where they play the audio recording to Excella Gionne and Alexander Isaacs.
"Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine are going to Happy Harbor" said Excella.
"They want to more about meta-human trafficking" the Wally clone says.
"Where is this Happy Harbor" asked Dr. Isaacs.
"Is in Rhode Island" the Conner clone answers.
Excella seems intrigued watching footage of Barbara Gordon using the computer. "Who is she" she asked.
"Some girl name Barbara. We don't know much about her" the Zatanna clone answered.
"We do know that she and Dick are in a relationship" the Wally clone added.
The Zatanna clone shook her head "she doesn't care about that."
"Excella is interested in her computer skills" said the Conner clone.
"So what do you think" asked Dr. Isaacs. "She's perfect but we need to test out the Plant 50 Beta on someone before we can use it on her" Excella answers.
"So who do you have in mind" asked the Wally clone.
"It doesn't really matter" the Conner clone answered.
"Actually for this situation, it does" said Excella. She pauses the video "I need to clone someone who knows this Barbara person."

Happy Harbor
August 8, 12:00 EDT
A Hummer pulls up at an apartment in the outskirts of the small municipality. Inside the vehicle; Chris Redfield is in the driver's seat while Jill Valentine is in the passenger's seat.
"Nice house" Jill says.
Chris looks at the scenery "I see why it's called Happy Harbor."
"Feeling any better" asked Jill.
"Getting there" Chris answers. He leans forward to see Conner Kent and Megan Morse outside. Jill sees them asks "who are we suppose to wait for?"
"Someone by the name Dick Grayson" Chris Says. "From what Alice told us, he's one of the people we should talk to about the meta-human trafficking."
Suddenly, the veteran BSAA Agents notice a bright light coming from the garage. They look to see Dick Grayson coming out from it. He notices the SUV parked by the house as Chris and Jill get out of the car.
"Dick Grayson; I'm Chris Redfield this is Jill Valentine" Chris says. "Thank you for meeting us" Jill adds.
"Don't mention it" Dick says. "Um Alice told me what happened."
"That's why we're here" said Chris.
"We need to know about the meta-human trafficking" Jill says.
"What do you need to know" asked Dick.
"Everything" Chris answers. "We need to know all you know about it" Jill adds.
Dick would explain to the two BSAA Agents about the meta-human trafficking. He tells them how children and teens are abducted taking them to abandoned places. From there they test them for the Meta-Gene. When Jill asked about the Meta-Gene, Dick would tell her and Chris about it. Dick would finish explaining to them of the trafficking ring.
"So those three kids found dead" asked Jill.
"Tested negative for the Meta-Gene" Dick answered.
"And those who survived are shipped to the black market to be sold" Chris shook his head.
"Using them as weapons" Dick adds.
Jill shakes her head "this could get bad. They could end being used for bioterrorist attacks."
Chris lets out a deep sigh "okay, here's what's going to happen. The BSAA is going to assist you stopping the meta-human trafficking."
"I appreciate the help" Dick says.
"Don't mention it. After what the Justice League did for us, we are happy to help in…any…way" Chris notices Jill not paying attention. She stares at the house to see Halo, Brion Markov, and Forager outside with Conner and Megan.
"Um Jill" Chris waves his hand in front of her face.
"Huh oh sorry" Jill says. "I was looking at the large bug-like creature."
Chris also sees Forager "friend of yours?"
"It's a long story" Dick says. "I should tell you one day."
"We'll hold you to that" Jill says.
"Good luck" as Chris extends his hand.
Dick also extends his hand as he and Chris shake hands. "You too" he says. Dick heads back to catch up with his friends while Chris and Jill get in the car preparing to leave.
"Bioterrorism and the meta-human trafficking" said Jill.
"Don't forget about the bioweapon black market" as Chris starts the engine.
"We better call Alice tell her to get team ready" Jill fastens her seatbelt.
Dick and company watch the Hummer leaves Happy Harbor. Brion looks on asks "who were they? And can we trust them?"
"They are members of Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance" Dick answered. "Yes, we can trust them. Especially since, they're going to help us stopping the meta-human trafficking."
"I hope they know what they're getting themselves into" said Conner.

Three men wearing military clothing are in the alleyway. Two of them lean against the wall while the other carrying a briefcase looks at his watch. Dr. Alexander Isaacs would show up with the evil Zatanna clone carrying a metal box. The Zatanna clone puts the box on top of a stack of wooden crates.
"Gentleman, thank you for coming" said Dr. Isaacs. "Forgive me for the location of this transaction, but you can't be too careful."
The Zatanna clone opens the box revealing a virus bomb. The three militants look on as Dr. Isaacs asks "this is what you want yes?"
A man in his mid twenties wearing casual clothes takes a peek at the five in the alleyway. He takes out his phone recording everything. He sees a militant opening the briefcase showing Dr. Isaacs the money.
"Now show me the goods" he says. Suddenly a rat jumps out from the garbage can scaring the man. The noise gets their attention they see him run away. The three militants about to chase him but the Zatanna clone stop them.
"There's no need" she says.
The man who was filming jumps inside a dumpster closing the lid. He catches his breath while he hides from the militants. He lifts up the top taking a peek to see if the coast is clear. In a sign of relief he gets out of the dumpster. He takes out his phone to play the footage he recorded.
"I can't wait to show this to the press" he says unaware that a figure approaches him. The figure puts him in a chokehold dragging him into the shadow path. Back at the alleyway; Dr. Isaacs, the Zatanna clone, and the three militants sees a figure walking to them. He's wearing a black hooded trench coat.
He holds a phone in his hand showing them the video. He deletes the footage then proceeds to stomp on it a couple of times. "He won't be showing the press anything."
Dr. Isaacs looks the three militants "gentlemen, pleasure doing business with you."
One of the militants hand the Zatanna clone the briefcase the money. The other two take the metal box containing the bomb leaving the alleyway.
"Good work on taking care of the problem…HUNK" said Dr. Isaacs looking at the figure.
"Not a problem" said HUNK. He shook his "you know I never like that codename. HUNK; it's so overrated."
He takes off the hooded trench coat revealing a new suit. "For now on call me the Grim Reaper."

Excella Gionne is the sitting on the couch watching TV. She rolls her eyes in boredom flipping through the channels. Suddenly she gets an incoming message that appears on screen. She confused noticing that it says unknown caller. Feeling reluctant, Excella uses the remote to click accept. Vandal Savage appears on screen.
"Well this is unexpected" said Excella as she stands up.
"You seem surprised."
"A little" she says. "I didn't expect you of all people would contact me."
"I figure I contact you to let you know that despite what happen all those years ago, the Light is willing to let bygone be bygones."
Excella smiles "I am pleased that you are. And to show you that are no hard feelings, I will lend you the services of my team."
On screen Vandal nods as gesture being thankful. Excella would then continue "this isn't the reason why you contacted me. Is it?"
"You are right. Do you remember back a Santa Prisca when the Light took possession of Wesker's project?"
"Actually I do remember" said Excella. "Please continue."
"We didn't know much of Wesker's project or let alone the purpose lt. And since well you're alive…"
"You would like to know about the project you stole" said Excella. She chuckles "very well. The project was the first Uroborus Virus test subject."
"I see. So who was that girl?"
Excella calmly answers "the girl was a clone of the original Lisa Trevor."

The next chapter is a flashback. HUNK's new look is almost identical to the Vigilante from the Arrowverse. The ski googles are red instead of orange. Also the blue parts of Vigilante's costume are black. Everything else is the same.
