Transformers Armada: The Introduction of Corbeauflight Prime

In the Transformers Armada cartoon, a new Prime and his crew must help Optimus Prime in the war for the Mini-Cons while also contending with Sideways and his master, Unicron. Will Corbeauflight Prime and his crew be able to help the Autobots light their darkest hour for Primus? Rated T. Eventually, Starscream and his brothers become Autobots.

6. Soldier

Transformers Armada: The Introduction of Corbeauflight Prime.

Chapter 6: Soldier.

(Author's notes: There's not really much to say except enjoy chapter 6: Soldier.)

Rad voices over, "For me, it started like any other kind of normal day. But then again, how many other children are surrounded by giant Transformers robots from the planet Cybertron and are immediately turned into techno-organics, also known as half-human, half-Cybertronian cyborgs? But anyway, we were eventually going to learn a most vital lesson along the way. In fact, Corbeauflight Prime told us that even cartoons and films about the Transformers multiverse back on his Earth tend to provide some valuable life lessons, either from Optimus Prime himself, or from his mentor Alpha Trion, or even from someone like Primus, the god of the Transformers. And the life lesson we were about to learn today would help us understand our Autobot friends a little better. Not 100%, but still a little better."

In the Autobot base, Red Alert and Corbeauflight Prime are working with Headsnapper and Omegawing Prime on some panel arrays.

Suddenly, the foursome hears the kids saying things like, "You can't catch me," "Na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na," and "You're too slow, Hot Shot!"

Hot Shot is seen chasing the kids, Sureshock, High Wire and Grindor in a game of tag.

Hot Shot calls out, "Hey, slow down, you guys! My circuits are overheating!"

Corbeauflight groans, "Ooouuuggghhh. Sometimes, kids are so immature even in a war."

The kids and Hot Shot call out in unison, "I heard that!" "I heard that!" "I heard that!" "I heard that!"

Corbeauflight calls back, "And you were supposed to!"

Corbeauflight continues focusing on his work.

As the kids continue their "escape," Hot Shot leans against a wall to cool his circuits, the Cybertronian equivalent of catching his breath since Cybertronians don't need to breathe.

Hot Shot mutters before calling out, "Oh, boy, I don't like this game of tag. Hey, Jolt! I need your help! It's your turn to be it!"

Jolt replies in a beep, "You got it!"

Jolt transforms to helicopter mode and goes after Carlos.

Carlos sees Jolt up ahead and exclaims, "Whoa! Are you crazy?! Yaaa-aaaa!"

Hot Shot remarks, "He-hey, I think I'm starting to get the hang of this game!"

Carlos states as Jolt holds him in helicopter mode, "Hey, put me down! Put me down right now, you overgrown egg beater!"

Jolt puts Carlos down gently and Hot Shot states, "You're it, Carlos!"

Getting up from his work station, Corbeauflight then asks, "Are you guys done?"

Hot Shot answers before asking, "Yeah. Why do you ask?"

Corbeauflight answers, "Because we have work to do, and there's usually a time for playing around and a time for working."

Hot Shot inquires, "Come on. Can't a bot have fun around here, Corbeauflight?"

Red Alert answers, "Not when even I'm stuck doing all of your work for the last two hours."

Omegawing Prime adds, "And besides, Hot Shot, Red Alert may be a chief science officer and you may have been assigned specifically to be a warrior, but there's one thing that happens to be must in the militaries of both Cybertron and Earth."

Hot Shot and Red Alert ask in unison, "And what might that be?" "And what might that be?"

Omegawing answers, "Even warriors need to be prepared for battle. Before you were assigned to Optimus' unit, Red Alert has fought alongside Optimus in many battles during the Great War. And they won those battles because Red Alert has done his homework, so to speak. And it may not be fun at all, but it's a necessity."

Optimus Prime comes into the room and inquires, "What's going on here?"

Omegawing answers, "Oh, we were just educating Hot Shot on the necessity of even Autobot soldiers doing their work at the base during downtime away from active duty."

Hot Shot nods sheepishly.

Scratching his helm, Optimus replies, "Well, I... appreciate your efforts, Omegawing. Now, let's get back to work. We don't have much time before the next Mini-Con panel arises."

The Autobots in the room reply in unison, "Yes sir! "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!"

The kids transformed to their Cybertronian forms and they started to help out Red Alert and the others.

And surprisingly, Hot Shot was also getting into the spirit of things.

Highdance then asks, "Hey, Smoke Rod, what's up with Optimus?"

Smoke Rod shrugs as they also get to work.

Highdance mentally states in worry, "I guess this means the Autobots are in a desperate rush to save the Mini-Cons. And I get a weird feeling that something big is about to happen, which means the Decepticons can't be too far away."

Later on, Big Magnus then asks, "So, um, any idea what the big secret is, Smoke Rod?"

Smoke Rod answers, "I haven't gotten any idea what the big secret is, but I guess we really should stay out of their way unless they ask us to help them in our Cybertronian forms."

Hot Shot then says, "Hey, guys, sorry about that back there. Red Alert's a tad too serious and uptight. That's all."

Highdance replies, "Well, maybe that's because he's working 24/7, Hot Shot."

Optimus then adds, "And because of that, Red Alert and Corbeauflight's troops have worked diligently to keep our base operational."

Hot Shot replies, "But Red Alert's a chief science officer. Besides, you and the others here on Earth and on Cybertron know that I was assigned specifically to be a warrior, not a custodian."

Optimus responds with, "Listen to me, Hot Shot. Even warriors need to be prepared for battle."

Hot Shot inquires in response, "So, what are you saying, sir?"

Optimus answers in explanation, "Red Alert and I have fought multiple battles side-by-side, Hot Shot. And long before you were assigned to my team, we won those battles because Red Alert did his homework."

Hot Shot says in response, "Hey, that's what Omegawing Prime said."

Optimus remarks, "Well, at least someone has been educating you."

Suddenly, the alarm blares to alert everyone of a new Mini-Con being detected.

Optimus remarks, "That's the Mini-Con signal."

Corbeauflight stands up and rushes to the command center with the others.

Optimus announces, "Ladies and gentlemen, it definitely looks like we're about to get really busy."

Red Alert then asserts, "We're ready, sir."

Optimus replies, "Then let's do this. Autobots, prepare to launch."

In the transwarp tunnel, the deployment of Autobots transformed to robot mode.

Optimus then says, "Smoke Rod, Highdance, Big Magnus, you better get ready because we're warping to Antarctica. Corbeauflight, Omegawing, Hot Shot, Red Alert, you and the others lock in on the coordinates now. Initiate final launch sequence."

Everyone else replies in unison, "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" "Launch sequence engaged!" Optimus calls out, "Ignition!"

Optimus warps first.

Hot Shot calls out, "I'm right behind ya!" and he warps next.

Red Alert then says, "And we have liftoff!" and he warps next.

The rest of the Autobot deployment warps last.

Meanwhile, on the Decepticons' Lunar Base, Demolishor calls out, "Lord Megatron! We just detected Mini-Con activity on our long-range scanner."

Megatron replies, "Let's just make sure we get there before the Autobots do."

Demolishor, Cyclonus, Skywarp, and Thundercracker reply in unison, "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!" "Yes sir!"

Megatron then asks, "Does anyone know where on Earth is Starscream?"

Cyclonus theorizes, "He probably took off all by himself to get the Mini-Con because he's among our ranks without one!"

Cyclonus cackles madly.

Demolishor then remarks jokingly, "Yeah, but Starscream's so stupid that he won't be able to know where to find the Mini-Con."

Megatron states, "Silence, you simpletons!"

Suddenly, Starscream's sword taps Demolishor's shoulder plate from behind, and he looks at the gleaming white blade in horror, thinking that Starscream was gonna decapitate him.

Starscream cackles maniacally at the look on Demolishor's faceplate.

Megatron then says, "Go out and capture that Mini-Con. Now get moving, Decepticons!"

Meanwhile, in Antarctica, the Grounder Autobots are driving along the snow-covered terrain while the fliers are following close behind while making sure not to scare any of the penguins and while making sure not to attract the attention of Antarctica's most dangerous predators.

Big Magnus shudders as he complains, "Oh, man, its freezing cold here!"

Omegawing points out over the radio, "Of course its cold, Carlos. I mean, it's Antarctica, far below the equator and the sun barely shines over this frozen land. And because Antarctica is at the bottom of the world, it's bound to be cold."

Highdance calls out, "Hey, guys, check out the penguins to your left!"

As he and Big Magnus look at the penguins to their left, Smoke Rod remarks, "Whoa. I never thought that the South Pole would be this awesome."

Big Magnus adds, "Yeah. It's like a combination of a regular zoo and a freezer."

Meanwhile, on a large ice glacier, Megatron, Demolishor, Cyclonus and Starscream transwarp and their combined weight causes the ice glacier to slightly raise its left side while partially submerging its right side into the freezing cold water.

Megatron then says, "Spread out, soldiers. That Mini-Con is somewhere in this frozen wasteland."

Meanwhile, with the Autobots, Optimus suddenly stops in his tracks.

As the others stop in their tracks too, Highdance asks, "Hey, why are we stopping?"

Big Magnus states worriedly, "I hope they didn't freeze up."

Corbeauflight replies, "Highly unlikely, Big Magnus."

Omegawing then inquires, "Optimus, is everything alright?"

Optimus answers, "Don't worry, guys; it's nothing to worry about. I just detected a small drive system failure."

Optimus detaches from his trailer and states, "Cargo bay, open."

Optimus' trailer opens into its alternate mode of a combat deck, much to the amazement of Big Magnus, Highdance and Smoke Rod.

Big Magnus remarks, "Now that is so cool!"

Highdance quizzes aloud, "What did he just transform into?"

Smoke Rod answers, "Hey, it looks like a portable command center, guys. Man alive, if I hadn't seen him transform like that with my own optics or my own human eyes, I wouldn't have believed it."

Highdance then says, "Either way, this should make the job a bit easier."

Big Magnus then points out, "Hey, look! It's even got a chopper pad among other things!"

The three techno-organics transform to robot mode and they stand guard with the others.

A few minutes later, Red Alert then says, "I believe I've located the glitch in the CPU, sir."

Optimus then answers before asking, "Excellent work, Red Alert. What was the problem with the computer?"

Red Alert explains, "It appears as though the cold climate of this continent has caused the glitch."

Hot Shot states, "Come on, come on! We're wasting time!"

Optimus advises, "Now, settle down, Hot Shot. We're not leaving here until I'm fully operational again."

Hot Shot bemoans, "Oh, great. And I suppose we're gonna let Megatron collect the Mini-Con?"

Red Alert states, "The CPU's ready to begin rebooting, sir."

Big Magnus then says, "I hope it's not serious."

A few seconds later, Red Alert then states, "I believe that should do it, sir."

Optimus replies, "Nice work, Red Alert. Let's get ready to move."

Red Alert then says to Hot Shot, "Come on, Hot Shot, let's do this."

Hot Shot then says, "All right, well, I was about to shut down from boredom. But anyway, no amount of cold is gonna stop me from maximum power."

Corbeauflight Prime advises, "I wouldn't be so sure if I were you."

Hot Shot then says, "Not that I don't trust you or Red Alert, but I better double check to make sure."

Hot Shot revs up his engine multiple times, causing a bit of a racket that causes the kids to cover their audio receptors, as they're still in their Cybertronian forms.

Optimus states, "Hey, there's no need for that."

Highdance then inquires, "What's with the entire attitude today, Hot Shot? Hmm?"

Corbeauflight answers, "Actually, Hot Shot's smart enough to double check his hard drive to make sure its working."

Hot Shot attempts driving, but winds up stuck in the snow as he doesn't have snow tires.

Hot Shot bemoans, "Oh, great. I knew I should've packed some snow tires."

Jolt transforms to his vehicle mode and Powerlinks with Hot Shot in vehicle mode.

Red Alert advises, "Remember to be careful out there."

Hot Shot replies, "I read you loud and clear."

Hot Shot drives away.

Highdance states aloud, "I wonder what his problem is."

Omegawing answers, "Well, Hot Shot is a tad immature for his age, and it's only gonna take approximately ten Earth years for Hot Shot to mature."

Optimus, Red Alert, Highdance and Smoke Rod ask in unison, "Ten years?!" "Ten years?!" "Ten years?!" "Ten years?!"

Meanwhile, Big Magnus and Hot Shot are driving and Big Magnus inquires, "Uh, Hot Shot, is something going on between you and Red Alert?"

Hot Shot replies over his radio, "Nope. Nothing at all."

Big Magnus uses his rearview mirrors to see the others fading as the distance gets smaller and smaller due to him and Hot Shot driving away.

Big Magnus then points out, "You know, Hot Shot, I don't really think it's a good idea if we go too far. I mean, I seriously don't want to get stuck in the middle of nowhere, especially if the Decepticons were to corner me."

Hot Shot remarks jokingly, "Yeah, we'd be lost out here permanently."

Big Magnus exclaims, "Ya! Are you kidding me?"

Hot Shot replies, "Hahaha! I'm just kidding! Relax, Magnus, everything is gonna be fine. And besides, with Corbeauflight's crew having the foreknowledge necessary to help us, the end of our war with the Decepticons is pretty much in sight for the near-future."

Big Magnus replies back, "In that case, dude, light it up! Metal to the pedal, Hot Shot!"

Big Magnus and Hot Shot make whooping sounds.

Meanwhile, Starscream slices an iceberg in half with his sword.

Starscream lands on one of the halves and snarls, "Impossible! I've searched everywhere on this frozen continent and still I found nothing!"

Starscream looks over to his right, and his sensors detect an energy signal in the direction where he was watching.

Starscream transforms to his jet mode and flies off in the direction he believes has the Mini-Con signal.

Demolishor notices Starscream and calls out, "Lord Megatron, look! It's Starscream at 12 o'clock high!"

Skywarp theorizes, "He must've found something!"

Megatron orders, "Then, follow him. He may be onto something."

The Decepticons transform to vehicle mode and they drive/fly after Starscream.

Meanwhile, Hot Shot and Big Magnus are still driving along the snowy terrain.

Hot Shot states, "Hey, Big Magnus, I just picked up a faint signal. And it looks like it's coming from dead ahead."

Big Magnus points out, "Hey, look! The Antarctic Ocean!"

Hot Shot points out in return, "I guess we're gonna have to head back to the others. There's absolutely no way I am going inside of that oversized bathtub full of ice cubes."

Big Magnus replies, "Neither am I."

Big Magnus and Hot Shot start driving in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, Starscream is flying in the air as he searches for what had gotten his attention.

Starscream flies over the area where the Mini-Con panel is.

Starscream asks himself out loud, "Huh? What was that?"

Starscream turns around and exclaims, "Yes! I'm locked on and I'm going in!"

Starscream flies into the crevice and chortles, "Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh. You're all mine, Mini-Con."

Starscream flies towards where the Mini-Con panel is and states, "Bingo! My very own Mini-Con!"

Starscream flies out of the crevice and detects two Autobot signatures.

He asks before stating, "Huh? What's this? Two Autobots? Sorry, bad boys, but you're both going down!"

Starscream cackles and descends low enough to get good enough aim on Hot Shot and Big Magnus.

Big Magnus sees the incoming shots and he exclaims, "Incoming!"

Hot Shot and Big Magnus evade the shots.

Starscream remarks, "It's time for a little strafe-and-run! I'm locked on."

Starscream fires two shots, but he misses.

Hot Shot and Big Magnus drive towards a wide ice ravine.

Big Magnus calls out his activation code, "Big Magnus, jet mode!"

Big Magnus transforms to his jet mode and Hot Shot uses his vehicle mode Powerlink with Jolt to fly over the ravine.

Starscream lands and transforms to robot mode, prepared for a fight.

Hot Shot and Big Magnus transform to robot mode.

In the distance, Demolishor calls out, "Lord Megatron, look over there! There's the Mini-Con!"

Skywarp adds, "And Starscream's engaged in battle with two Autobots!"

Megatron replies, "Forget Starscream. Just make sure no one touches that Mini-Con."

The numerous Decepticons transform to their vehicle modes again.

Meanwhile, in the distance, Sparkplug spies the glow of the new Mini-Con.

Sparkplug says in Mini-Con dialogue, "Look! There's a green glow in the distance!"

Everyone else looks at the glow and Smoke Rod inquires, "What is that?"

Highdance answers, "I'd say it definitely is a Mini-Con."

Red Alert then says, "There's nary a minute to be wasted. We must investigate at once."

Corbeauflight then points out, "I don't mean to interrupt what you guys might say, but Big Magnus and Hot Shot are being attacked by the Decepticons."

Optimus exclaims, "What?! We gotta go! Autobots, let's roll!"

Red Alert transforms to vehicle mode.

Meanwhile, Starscream remarks, "Too little, too late, Autobots. I was here first and that Mini-Con is all mine."

Hot Shot replies, "Sorry to disappoint you, Starscream, but my job is preventing the Mini-Cons from falling into the hands of tyrannical Decepticons like Megatron."

Big Magnus doesn't say a thing, having been unable to come up with a clever remark.

Starscream retorts, "Hmhmhmhm. Tough talk, but you're vastly outnumbered. Don't believe me? Look behind you."

Hot Shot and Big Magnus look behind them to see Megatron, Demolishor, Cyclonus, Skywarp, Thundercracker and the majority of the Decepticon troops standing at attention.

Big Magnus remarks, "Holy moly, Hot Shot, he's right. We're surrounded. We must vamoose or we're toast."

Hot Shot replies, "Calm yourself, Big Magnus. I got an idea."

Hot Shot starts driving towards Starscream in Powerlink vehicle mode, and Hot Shot jumps in vehicle mode.

Starscream exclaims, "Oh, no!"

Starscream fires two shots from his Null Ray Cannons, but Hot Shot deploys his pedes and slams into the Decepticon Air Commander.

Starscream is sent flying into a huge chunk of ice.

Suddenly, several shots impact around Hot Shot and Big Magnus, and the shots happen to be coming from Skywarp and Thundercracker.

Megatron remarks, "You disappoint me again, Starscream. No matter how trained you are, you're so pathetic."

Starscream starts to protest, "But-but Megatron, I—"

But Megatron interrupt his lieutenant, "Enough with your petty excuses!"

Demolishor remarks, "Heh, I see that it serves him right for attempting to be a one-bot army."

Cyclonus adds, "Now, he's just a cold pile of trash."

Skywarp, Thundercracker and Megatron exclaim in unison, "That's enough!" "That's enough!" "That's enough!"

Megatron continues saying, "We've got a Mini-Con to retrieve."

Hot Shot and Big Magnus respectively remark one after the other, "Well, boys, it's been a slice..." "But we gotta run!"

Big Magnus and Hot Shot escape in vehicle mode.

Cyclonus exclaims, "Hey! They're getting away!"

Demolishor adds, "But not on our watch!"

Demolishor and Cyclonus try shooting the two escaping Autobots, but they keep missing.

A good distance away, Smoke Rod says, "Looks like Corbeauflight Prime was right again. Hot Shot and Big Magnus are under attack!"

Red Alert replies, "Don't worry; they know what they're doing."

Cyclonus, Demolishor, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Sunstorm, Dirge and Ramjet continue firing on Hot Shot and Big Magnus, but their shots keep missing.

Big Magnus calls out, "Transform!" and he transforms to robot mode, his frame shocking the Decepticons present.

Cyclonus shakes off his shock and calls out, "Laser Pulse Attack!"

Cyclonus fires laser pulses at the two Autobots, but they move out of the way in time.

Hot Shot calls out, "Jolt, Powerlink!"

Hot Shot links up with Jolt.

Big Magnus calls out, "Hubslinger, Powerlink!"

Big Magnus' Mini-Con, Hubslinger, links up with his back-mounted artillery gun and Big Magnus charges up a shot.

Big Magnus fires a shot at Megatron and the Decepticon leader is sent flying by the impact.

Megatron gets back up and fires shots at the two Autobots with his tank cannon.

Hot Shot somersaults over one of the shots and sees Megatron approaching.

Starscream sees the Mini-Con panel and remarks quietly, "(Softly) I need that extra power."

Red Alert spies the slightly one-sided firefight and goes off to help.

Cyclonus cackles as he requests, "Oh, please let me finish them off, Lord Megatron."

Megatron answers, "They're all yours, Cyclonus."

Cyclonus stands over Hot Shot and Big Magnus' hiding spot and he remarks, "Hello. Bye-bye."

Just as Cyclonus is about to shoot, he suddenly feels a grappling hook pulling him down, making him miss.

Hot Shot and Big Magnus see Red Alert and Hot Shot calls out, "Red Alert! Thanks, pal!"

Red Alert replies, "Just doing my job. Nothing more, nothing less."

Red Alert retracts his grappling hook.

Demolishor calls out, "I hope you like pain, Autobot!"

Demolishor opens fire on the Autobot medic, but he misses as Red Alert slides down the ice wall.

Suddenly, Red Alert fires a shot from his siren-blaster.

Demolishor is knocked to the ground by the shot.

Megatron then announces, "Uh, pardon me, but it's your move, friend."

Red Alert sees for himself Megatron has taken Hot Shot as a hostage.

Hot Shot exclaims, "Hey, don't worry about me, Red Alert; just take him out already!"

Suddenly, Megatron is struck by a lightning bolt, causing him to release Hot Shot.

Hot Shot manages to regroup just as the rest of the Autobots show up.

Everyone in the battlefield looks at Corbeauflight Prime, whose hands seem to be flowing with electricity and he appears to be carrying some kind of battle sledgehammer and a circular shield decorated in the same colors as the American flag.

Corbeauflight's techno-organic troops remembered and whispered among themselves and to their comrades that his hammer looks like different iterations of Thor's hammer Mjolnir from Norse paintings, from Marvel comic books, and from Marvel cartoons, video games and movies. And Corbeauflight's shield looks like different iterations of Captain America's famous Vibranium shield.

Megatron exclaims, "What kind of hammer and shield are those?!"

Corbeauflight doesn't say a thing as he charges the Decepticon leader.

Megatron fires some shots at the hybrid Autobot, but he deflects the shots with his shield as he gets closer and closer.

Corbeauflight tosses the hammer at Megatron, and it smacks him in the face.

The hammer returns to Corbeauflight's hand.

Corbeauflight swings his hammer in his hand and runs towards Megatron, smacking him in the faceplate again.

Corbeauflight throws his shield at Megatron, only for the Decepticon leader to smack it aside.

In response, Corbeauflight throws his hammer at his shield, which smacks against the circular weapon and flies towards Megatron, smacking him in the back.

With both shield and hammer in hand, Corbeauflight executes a running knee strike, smacks Megatron in the chestplate with his hammer, smacks him in the face with his shield, smacks him in the face with his hammer, and smacks him in the faceplate with his shield again.

Corbeauflight throws his shield at Megatron's faceplate, throws his hammer at the shield, and the shield hits Megatron in the gear box area without really hurting him that much.

Corbeauflight makes the hammer flow with electricity, and he uses the hammer to throw a current of electricity at the Decepticon leader.

Corbeauflight raises his hammer in the sky, striking it with lightning, and smashes it into the ground without breaking the ice, sending a bolt of lightning from the sky to strike Megatron.

Corbeauflight's troops mentally stated to each other that this was similar to Captain America's fight against Thanos in Avengers: Endgame, except that Megatron wasn't prepared for Corbeauflight's skills.

Megatron slowly recovers, much to everyone's shock.

Demolishor remarks in surprise, "Unbelievable! Lord Megatron just shrugged off that kind of punishment without being torn apart!"

Suddenly, everyone hears the sound of a truck engine revving.

Everyone looks to see Optimus Prime arriving and he transforms to robot mode.

Optimus fires shots from his smokestack cannons at the Decepticons, going specifically for Megatron.

Optimus groups up with the other Autobots, and they all aim their weapons at the Decepticon forces.

In particular, Corbeauflight looks like he was ready to summon a humongous lightning storm.

Megatron calls out, "This battle has been lost! Decepticons, retreat!"

The entire Decepticon army, sans Starscream, retreats back to the Lunar Base.

The Autobots notice Starscream pounding on the ice to the Mini-Con panel.

Starscream remarks, "Yes. Soon, I'll have my very own companion."

Starscream eventually pounds through the ice to the Mini-Con panel.

Starscream grabs the Mini-Con panel and remarks, "Yes! Mission accomplished!"

Suddenly, Red Alert launches an Energon disk at Starscream from his chestplate, and Hubwarp grabs the Mini-Con panel and escapes on the Energon disk.

Starscream exclaims, "What the?! Huh?!"

Starscream sees Red Alert standing on the ledge where the ice is destructible.

Starscream cackles as he opens fire on the destructible ice, but Red Alert manages to get out of the way in time.

As a result of that, Starscream falls to the bottom of the ravine with the ice temporarily burying him.

Meanwhile, in the Autobot base, Alexis states aloud, "You know, I wonder what this Mini-Con will look like."

Rad replies, "Well, we're about to find out, Alexis."

The Mini-Con panel glows and shows a hologram of Jetstorm, but it doesn't activate, much to the shock of everyone except for Corbeauflight and his troops.

Hot Shot remarks, "Hey, I don't get it. Why isn't the new Mini-Con activating?"

Corbeauflight and three of his troops answer one after the other, "That's because the Mini-Con known as Jetstorm is part of a set of three Mini-Cons that must be activated all at once."

Doompunch: "Jetstorm combines with his comrades Runway and Sonar to form a Mini-Con sword."

Astroburn: "The Mini-Con sword mode is called the Star Saber."

Frostburn: "And the Star Saber is the first of three Mini-Con teams that combine to form a specific weapon."

Everyone else looks at each other in astonishment.

Later on, Red Alert is working on some hardware and Hot Shot comes up to him.

Hot Shot says, "I suppose I owe you an apology, Red Alert."

Red Alert answers, "For what? We're on the same side, Hot Shot."

Hot Shot replies, "Yes, but I said some harsh things before. I'm really sorry about all of it."

Red Alert replies, "You don't have to do this. You know that."

Hot Shot continues, "Before we left, Omegawing and Optimus told me about how you were an awesome soldier on Cybertron during the Great War."

Red Alert stops to look at Hot Shot.

Optimus gives Hot Shot a thumbs-up sign and smiles under his battle mask.

Red Alert replies with some emotion in his tone, "So are you."

Hot Shot smiles a bit in response.

As Hot Shot helps Red Alert with some hardware, Rad voices over, "It was such a lesson that Hot Shot learned that day. And I believe we all learned how to work together as a team after that, no matter our differences and our preferences."

Alexis also voices over, "It was satisfying to see the two of them actually managing to get along. And it's true that there will be more battles in the future to test their mettle, but for the time being, let's just enjoy the moment while we still can."

Meanwhile, Corbeauflight Prime is looking over Jetstorm's Mini-Con panel.

Corbeauflight remarks to no one in particular, "So, little bot, you're Jetstorm. The second Transformers character to go by the name of Jetstorm. One of the few and many Autobots and Decepticons capable of flight in vehicle mode depending on who possesses you and your two comrades. And you along with Runway and Sonar have the ability to combine into the Star Saber sword. Yeesh. Your shared sword mode is not the true Star Saber. The true Star Saber is a sword forged by Solus Prime and used by Prima Prime during the final battle against Unicron at the beginning of time."

The Mini-Con panel remains unresponsive.

Corbeauflight then states, "Hhhaaa. Well, either way, no matter what the people of Atlantis have to say, the Star Saber will have to be completed again in order to keep things going according to chronological order before the Decepticons manage to level out the playing field with the Star Saber. And besides, the Star Saber, the Skyboom Shield, and the original Requiem Blaster have important parts to play in the future, in future fights against the Decepticons soon to come. No matter what happens, you and the Mini-Cons will be granted the choice to join us or go into hiding until the Autobots win the war. The choice is yours and for your fellow Mini-Cons to make alone. Even I will respect your respective unanimous decision, no matter what it is."

Corbeauflight leaves the room where Jetstorm's panel is.

But what he doesn't realize is that Laserbeak is spying on him and he was recording and transmitting all of the video and audio recorded to the Autobots under Optimus' command.

In the control center, Optimus remarks, "Hmm. Who is Unicron? Could he be some kind of Transformer?"

Suddenly, Doompunch, Corbeauflight, and their comrades all appear in front of Optimus and his group, but nobody on Corbeauflight's side looks happy at all.

Corbeauflight snarls in his demonic voice, "Neither of you was supposed to find out about Unicron just yet."

Optimus replies sternly before questioning, "Even if your foreknowledge has to be protected, Autobots have to remain truthful to each other. Now, who is Unicron?"

Corbeauflight replies, "Errrgh. Very well. Let's start from the beginning."

(Author's notes: In addition to the Autobot team being taught about people illegally cutting down trees, they will also be taught about some of the other problems human beings suffer from on a daily basis.

Also, this reply is to guest reviewer Darcy, who asked me in my Transformers Prime story when I will do a Beast Wars story and if I can do Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Darcy, as much as I'd love to do Star Wars, I'm not much of a fan. But I'll see what I can do. And as for the Beast Wars story, I got the chapter templates made; I just need to make the first chapter with an OC with the same foreknowledge as Crowwing Prime about the Beast Era. Unless, that is, if Crowwing Prime managed to survive all the way to the Beast Wars.

Lastly, just so you know, I intend to feature at least five more fights between Corbeauflight Prime and Megatron/Galvatron at some point in future chapters of this story. And because Corbeauflight Prime is invulnerable in Battle Mode, he can easily get Megatron/Galvatron on the ropes much better than Optimus Prime can.
