(Logan's P.O.V.)

I smiled widely as I watched Jasmine stare in astonishment upon the cupcakes and other confections behind the glass counter, and I chuckled softly, "Two small loaves of bread. Jazz, what do you want from in there?".

Jasmine moaned lightly, "I don't know, Logan. They look and smell so good!". I smirked slightly at Mrs. Potts, who has taken a job here to have a life for herself and her son, Chip, so with help from all of us, knowing that the former household staff need stability and money, and in a short few days, we found places to give them jobs.

Lumiere took a job in the local tavern while Cogsworth took a stint in the local bank. Mrs. Potts chuckled warmly, "I haven't tried them all yet, but I and Chip loved the Spiced Apple Cupcake there on your left, that seems right for you, Miss Jasmine. And as for you, Logan, how about the Lemon Blueberry Cupcake? I know you love blueberries, young man.".

Jasmine glanced at me with a smile, "Really?! I love blueberries too!". I laughed softly, "We will have one of each, and split halves to try together, eh? That Spiced Apple Cupcake sounds quite delicious as well.".

Mrs. Potts smiled gently, "Perfect choices. And it's on the house, Logan, no need to pay.". I shook my head, "Nonsense, Mrs. Potts, you need the money. If it makes you better, you can use the friends & family discount.".

Mrs. Potts chuckled warmly, "You always know best for those things, Logan. Alright, two small loaves of bread and two cupcakes, and with the discount, that will be 3 slivers, 2 coppers.". I paid the amount swiftly as she pocketed and packed the order, and Jasmine dragged me out of there just as I gave a thankful nod to Mrs. Potts.

We took a seat near the fountain, and I chuckled warmly, "Let's eat, shall we?". Jasmine grinned softly, "That walk sure got me hungry through you must be ravenous!".

I laughed heartily, "A bit, yes. Here you go, Jazz.", giving her one of the loaves, taking the other one for myself, keeping the cupcakes still packed, and Jasmine sighed happily after she took a bite, "That's so good! Agrabah bread used to be a bit more, well, day-old, I think.".

I smiled softly, "I agree with you. The bread back home wasn't quite home-made like this loaf. They weren't stale, really, but the notion of being fresh and warm, well, it was missing.". Jasmine tilted her head at me slightly, "Your mother baked?".

I sighed lightly, "Jason and I, we were barely 7 when we lost them to a street collusion. I only remember bits here and there, but her aroma when she baked, it is the best memory I'd have, hugging her even if she was covered in flour, her hair mussed up, and splotches of pastry leftovers on her clothes. The smell of cinnamon, sugar, and blueberries...".

Jasmine warmly smiled as she reached out to touch my shoulder, "She must have been a great baker if she smelled like bread and cupcakes every day.", and I chuckled softly, "It was more of baking cakes and pies that she did very often, through baking bread, she usually did it before breakfast, early. Blueberry pie was her specialty, and I loved having a slice or two every few days.".

Jasmine chucked softly, "Ah, that's where your love of blueberries came from. My turn then...Let's see here...we used to have guests when I was young, long before the suitor business came gallivanting around. One of them was quite skilled in cooking and baking through he is more suited to cooking...It was the first time I had ever seen a darker skinned man, I believe he was a couple of shades darker than Dr. Sweet.".

"He came across the ocean from one of the islands, Lania, if I remember right, introducing himself as James Turner. He planned to tour Enchantia all over for inspirations of food that he'd borrow and bring back to his island, and I think he didn't expect that Agrabah is hot, not humid like his home.", Jasmine giggled softly, and I smiled, loving her giggle as it sounds like little bells.

"He must have been relieved when he came into the palace, eh, having shade from the hot sun?", I smirked softly, and Jasmine chuckled softly, "James was literally panting when he came in. Anyway, that night, he made the most incredible dinner I've ever had, with all the local food, and I was quite excited of trying everything.".

"Then came dessert. Now, there was a gift-trade of blueberries a few days before then, from a lord who had visited, Arthur was his name, I now remember, after Eilonwy told me of her story, and anyway, James saw the pound bag of blueberries, and he made blueberry crumb bars. After the first bite, I couldn't stop, and had to have more. I think Father was both shocked and appalled that I wasn't behaving like a princess in front of our guest, but James seemed quite pleased and amused, telling me that his daughter, Tiana would get along just fine with me if we met someday.", Jasmine grinned softly, and I chucked heartily on the outside while feeling shock on the inside, realizing that the characters of Princess and the Frog is here in this world as well.

I smiled widely, "So, you always found a chance to call-order a bag of blueberries ever since then, huh?", and Jasmine nodded, "Yep, and James gave the recipe to the chef in the palace kitchen, so I never ran out of eating blueberry crumb bars every week if that.".

I laughed softly, "That's quite the story. You remember the recipe by heart then?". Jasmine grinned, "When we get the chance to bake in a kitchen one of those days, I will teach you, deal?".

I grinned softly, "As you wish, milady. Now, I believe our cupcakes is waiting to be eaten.". Jasmine smirked softly, "You're more ravenous now than a bit, eh?". I laughed softly as I opened the box of cupcakes.

After that, the afternoon seemed to go on so fast. We toured Cracow here and there, cracking open a couple of books at the local library, seeing the horses in the rotunda, laughing together as we had a snowball fight, and checking into the tavern for a couple of meals before we went to the courtyard as the sun slowly left, leaving people to light up the foot-tall lanterns and torches while talking to the rest of my friends.

Emma agreed that Jasmine could go after her, and she had fun dancing while I played my newly bought guitar, smiling and enjoying the atmosphere. Then it came time for Jasmine to do her turn as Emma called out for her once her song finished up.

I whispered to her softly as she passed me by, "You can do this, Jazz. Just pretend that it's your parents watching.", seeing a hint of anxiety in her body language, and Jasmine straightened up, taking a deep breath, giving me a determined, grateful smile before she stepped into the courtyard stage.

I then strummed my guitar softly, not too loud, but enough to encourage Jasmine to listen and then, a angelic voice came out...

Over the field and over the glade,
Dwarven chants of glee
They finally found the key to the gate
The crystal dragon gate

Oh, behold the ancient crystal
Shining bright with magic light
With its power we will
Wake the dragon from eternal sleep

Fly far away over mountains and seas,
To lands and kingdoms far beyond
Return with fire to the halls of might
Let the flames of the forge burn bright
So, behold the flight of the sapphire dragon,
Soaring through the skies once again

Dwarves in the forge,
Striking steel, merrily and proud
Crafting the sword from the tales
The sapphire dragon fulfilled their destiny
The destiny of steel

Fly far away over mountains and seas,
To lands and kingdoms far beyond
Return with fire to the halls of might
Let the flames of the forge burn bright
So, behold the flight of the sapphire dragon,
Soaring through the skies once again

Fly far away over mountains and seas,
To lands and kingdoms far beyond
Return with fire to the halls of might
Let the flames of the forge burn bright
So, behold the flight of the sapphire dragon,
Soaring through the skies once again

So, behold the flight of the sapphire dragon,
Soaring through the skies once again

Jasmine seemed to be more beautiful than before, the lanterns illuminating her gorgeous brown eyes, bringing out the glow in her skin, her body moving so graceful like water, and I couldn't keep my eyes off her, staring at her in amazement, feeling my heart beat faster than I'd ever remember, and then I suddenly remember something Mama told me.

"You shall know when you see her. Your heart will be like a hummingbird, your cheeks flush like roses, your voice dry and speechless. You wish to see her laugh, smile, and dance, and that's when you find out. Love at first sight.", she spoke, and I exhale sharply, barely noticing that my fingers stopped strumming.

"Dang, she got great pipes, right, bro?", laughed Jason softly, and I breathed quietly, "Yeah, she sure is...", staring at Jasmine with fresh eyes, watching her smile widely as she heard the thunderous applause from the crowd...She's the real deal...Love at first sight...

(No P.O.V.)

Over in Narnia, in King Mickey's castle, in the living quarters, the young king is having a bit of quiet time with his wife, Minnie. Minnie's endowed in a evening light pink sleeved dress, her black hair loose and long behind her shoulders, reading a book with glasses behind warm brown eyes, the firelight illuminating her tan skin.

Mickey sighed softly, reading some pages that his captain gave him this evening, and Minnie glanced up in concern, "What has happened this time, dear?". Mickey exhaled deeply, "We have lost some crops up north...Scar's soldiers are getting more braver since the first snow...".

Minnie widened her eyes, "Oh, my. And the villagers?". Mickey nodded with a little smile, "They evacuated this morning...Deputy Judy Hopps saw to it, along with her partner, Nicholas Hood.".

Minnie exhaled in relief, "Thank goodness for that.". Mickey chuckled softly, "Indeed. Judy knows what she's doing. And besides, I think Nick got a crush on her.".

Minnie laughed softly, "You noticed it then. I thought I was only imagining it myself when they visited last month.". Mickey smirked lightly, "Honey, I believe everyone saw it except Judy.", sharing a laugh with his wife when a tapping sound reached their ears.

Minnie blinked softly, "What could that be?". Mickey grabbed his nearby sword, "I think it's only a windswept branch, but I better see about what's making that sound.", carefully heading to the balcony doors that has been covered in heavy drapes.

Mickey drew open one of the drapes slowly, taking a cautious look outside, and smiled widely, "Goodness, it's Archimedes! There must be news from Corona!", opening one of the balcony doors somewhat, letting Archimedes, Lord Arthur's owl, carrying a letter with a red ribbon on it, and closing the door after him.

The dark brown owl hooted lightly as Minnie smiled, walking over to pet the owl gently, "Archimedes, you are looking well. I do hope Lord Arthur, King Frederick, and Queen Ariana is alright.", grabbing the letter from the uplifted claw latch, and handing it to Mickey who opened it with a letter knife carefully.

A laugh, "By Aslan, it's Charles! Cinderella is safe, and they have welcomed a little princess. Fitting name, indeed. Little Claire sounds like she's darling.". Minnie gasped softly in happiness, "I was getting quite worried about Cindy, but thank goodness she had been rescued. What else happened, dear?".

Mickey nodded, "Let's see here. Ah, good, Eilonwy and some other people has been rescued as well, along with the stolen pets/wild animals. There's a group of six people who is famous already for using unique weapons of fire, and one of them, oh, my gosh!".

Minnie blinked softly, "Mickey?", getting a bit concerned now. Mickey exhaled deeply, "You remember that night after Rapunzel visited me, after Pride Valley had been taken by Scar?".

Minnie gasped almost silently, "The prophecy?". Mickey nodded, "The group, called United Talons, one of their people, she is able to transform into a real-life dragon. She was in the rescue/attack formation that came at Maleficent's fortress...It's all into pieces, destroyed into rubble...".

Minnie widened her eyes, "Truly? It's all gone?". Mickey nodded once more, "And it seems that Prince Adam is alive as well. He had been cursed by a enchantress, but the woman, the dragon-woman has broke the spell, and is now Adam's savior.".

Minnie laughed softly, "I told you that the boy was too stubborn to die. After all, we knew his parents all too well.". Mickey chuckled softly, "You were right, my love. Now, they are in Corona, in the kingdom of Prydain, of course, taking a well-deserved break after braving the last few weeks in the mountains.".

Minnie nodded, "That's good news. Should we tell them about the trouble we're having? This group, this United Talons sounds like they'd be of much needed help, and having a dragon-shifter in their ranks, well, what other choice do we have?".

Mickey sighed heavily, "I concede your point, my dear Minnie. We truly need help. I know we have great people to send and inform of the trouble, but Pride Valley is difficult to get through for now, especially with the forces of Scar and Frollo spreading out to Congo and the rest of Narnia even with our soldiers determined to fight for their lives, their families, their homes...".

Minnie looked thoughtful, "What about traveling through Enchanted Lake on boats and Martags? That'd be easier to get to Corona as it's on the border of Enchanted Lake.". Mickey nodded, "Perhaps, but with January here, the lake will be freezing and only partly frozen on the borders of the regions. We cannot afford to put Atlantis on the front lines especially with Queen Kida attempting to bring her city back to glory after what Rourke's forces did to it.".

Minnie hummed softly, "Walking down south through Andalasia, then west-north through Fantasia, that would take months if our chosen travelers take horses, but the snow will be dangerous then in the mountains, if they reach then by spring...Narnia would be far more desperate to survive and fight...".

Mickey nodded, "Then the best bet is to take a ship off the harbor near us, and they can sail without having to fight through several territories and wearing themselves out. Of course, there's the dangers of thunderstorms and such, but our ships are well-crafted to fight against that.".

Minnie smiled warmly, "It is decided then. Sailing the seas will be far shorter, perhaps a few weeks instead of months on land. Who will be representing us?". Mickey thoughtfully hummed, "Rapunzel dearly misses her parents. I am sure she'd be delighted at the opportunity to do so, and I believe General Mulan said that Jim clearly needs a outlet for he has been angry about staying inside all winter, not doing anything to fight the forces of Scar.".

"That sounds well, and of course, we have Amelia. She must be itching to go back to sea, so she's the captain of the ship. And of course, we cannot have Amelia without her husband Delbert coming along as well.", Minnie chuckled warmly.

Mickey grinned softly, "Indeed. It's very nice that they're still in the honeymoon stage even after being married those three years. I wouldn't have sent them off if they have kids, but they don't. Who else then?".

Minnie nodded, "It has to be a fast, small ship. A big ship is far too obvious. Silver can go as well. He has seafaring experience, and besides, I have a feeling that he'd be looking after Jim for Sarah.". Mickey chuckled warmly, "Sarah will be our chef then, staying here. Silver has taught her well, being her brother.".

Minnie smiled softly, "So, they're taking our favorite one then?". Mickey nodded lightly, "Yep, the Benbow Pirate.". Minnie laughed warmly, "Alright, we're all agreed. We will give Archimedes a night's rest before sending him out before dawn. Are you alright with that, my little friend?".

Archimedes hooted happily with a nod, fluffing his feathers, and then went to sleep with a wing over him. Mickey whispered softly, "Let's get some sleep, love. And I know we will be okay. We just need to be patient.". Minnie smiled lightly, and grabbed her husband's hand, gesturing to their king-size bed, feeling ever more hopeful than before.

Narnia shall be saved once more, and United Talons will be the salvation. A new era is coming, and it's going to be great.
