Chapter Sixteen

Let it be known that you did not want to mess with Motomiya Daisuke at the moment, even Jun wasn't that stupid, she was a sadist, not a masochist. His parents were wondering just what had set their son off. Said son was currently meditating in his bedroom so he could reconnect with his Terran powers. Then he was going to be going to Digi World and while Veemon was training he'd be training his ass off to relearn how to use his powers properly and then he would be hunting down Endymion and ending his miserable existence.

His teammates just let him train the way he wanted to, even his coach could see that letting Davis vent away from the others was the best thing to do. He'd been in his current mood set for three days now and once he got his meditation done they were all meeting at the Izumi home where Kae would feed them and they would talk strategy for a while before they decided whom would be going into the Digital World and whom would be the relief team or teams. Joe was definitely going to be staying behind and Mimi would be bringing Michael and another American Digidestined named Sam and his partner FlareRizamon. Like Gatomon FlareRizamon stayed in his champion form.

Mimi had told them that Flarerizamon's rookie form happened to be ToyAgumon, but she felt that they needed to mix things up some more and she'd vary which American digidestines she brought with her to keep Ken off balance. Davis allows his thoughts to wander until he finally finds his mindscape again and his previous incarnation smirks, " Took you long enough. Serenity-hime needs us to get our act together. "

" Damacles, I do not have time for this. Let's just get reconnected and be done with it. I have a meeting to get to. " Davis informs his past self.

" I know, I'm also going to be giving you all of my control as well. Our current body might not be able to handle the power so that's where the training you have planned will have to come in to play. " Prince Damacles says.

Ishida Home:

Serena is currently running the vacuum, as she tried to keep the place semi-presentable. At least threatening Matt's hair care products got him to get the groceries. Hiroaki would at least dust the higher up stuff, after she threatened to dye all his clothes hot metallic neon pink. Matt would do his and their dad's laundry at least when Serena's one eye started twitching. The Ishida men were not idiots. They knew damn well that Serena would make their lives hell if they didn't at least try to pull their weight.

Matt was actually doing the dishes as he had made sure to keep his weekends free ever since the latest trouble in the Digital World had started up. The male blonde was rather introspective as he did the mundane chore, thinking back on how TK had managed to get his crest to glow, that had really saved their asses. He wondered if they could all do the same because the crests were still a part of them, they may have had to give up some of the power they had to free the Sovereigns but the traits were still theirs to wield and command. TK had proven that quite handily three days ago.

He was also wondering what had set Davis on the War Path but the ones whom had stayed behind three days ago weren't telling. They were all staying resolutely quiet about what they had been doing and discussing three days ago.

Hida Home:

Cody was also meditating and trying to find out whom he had been during the Silver Millennium. He knew past life regressions were possible plus being around Serena might have made it easier for him to find out. He opens his mental eyes and stares in shock, " Yes, you were in fact female in your last life. I was the second in line for the Lunar Throne, we are in fact the reincarnated younger sister of Serenity the V, Sedation the II. "

" Why did we not remember? " Cody asks, he had no problem with having been female in his last life, he just wanted answers.

" Mother was not a happy queen. Serena was about to marry Prince Damacles of Earth instead of Prince Endymion whom would have tried to control nee-chan, just like mother wanted. I did not agree with this and made very sound and logical arguments against her stubbornness. "

Cody's eyes widen as the memories return to him, Serenity the IV had cast a fake soul mate bond spell on her eldest child and made it so Damacles hadn't been able to even contact the elder Moon Princess, keeping her busy elsewhere every time he had come calling as she had known being in the presence of her true soul-mate would have broken the spell. Still, she had broken it on her own in her next life. " Why was the wedding stopped, they were to marry on Venus. "

" I don't know, and I know I know the answer, so does Damacles. If we're lucky our prince was reincarnated female as I know how our new family feels about homosexual relationships. " Sedation II says. She had long silver hair done up in the Lunar Royal Style, cerulean blue eyes, and was in a yellow version of the dress Serena had favored.

Cody sighs, he supposed it would be too easy if they could just harness the information readily. They'd have to find it the old fashioned way.

Izumi Home:

Once everyone has gathered and they're eating Kae's delicious food Tai starts the discussion, " Sam will be going into the Digital World for sure as he's someone the Emperor hasn't seen, I figure we should let Davis and Selena go in as well. "

" Agreed, Davis needs to work whatever it is out of his system. " Matt says.

" That won't be happening until Prince Endymion the XIII is in the fucking ground and I have my damn birthright back. " Davis snaps.

" Oh boy, who were you back then? " Izzy asks.

" Prince Damacles of Earth. I was the one that Serenity-hime fell in love with, hell, we were going to elope to Venus but something happened and no one has any damn idea as to what except for those who won't tell me unless I torture them to within an inch of their miserable existences. " Davis answers, Mimi had fortunately told Sam all about Serena and subsequently sworn him to secrecy.

Cody sighs, " Serena, I honestly don't know how you put up with your inner and outer courts. Six of them should never have been senshi to begin with. "

Serena looks at Cody, " You know who you were back then. "

" Yes, I do, I was your little sister, Sedation the II. " Cody answers.

" Man, I would have never pegged you for being Seddy-chan. " Davis says.

Only Damacles had ever been able to call her Seddy-chan as he had viewed her as a sister. Plus, Damacles had given everyone except Serena a nick name like that. He was the only one allowed to call her Serenity, to everyone else she was Serena, including her little sister. " Okay, so we have two moon princesses and an Earth prince in our midst. "

" Three Lunar royals Tai, I was third in line for the throne as Sailor Dike. " Kari admits, she had remembered over the course of the last three days and she couldn't wait until she could put Uranus in her place again.

" Well, this is turning out to be quite the informative meeting. I say Cody should also go along with Kari. " Mimi says.

" Yeah, that works, Matt and Michael can go along as well. The rest of us will stay in reserve. " Tai says.

Matt grins, Tai didn't want Ken knowing that Agumon could reach Mega as well. " Everyone make sure to check in with me every half hour. " Izzy says handing a D-Terminal to Sam.

" In other words if you don't hear from us you'll be sending in a rescue team. Makes sense. " Matt admits.

" I better go with Dai then as he won't bother checking in. He'll be too busy destroying Control Spires to try and vent his rage. Sam can come with us as well, no one should be alone. " Serena says.

Davis blinks at this, " I'm not that bad, am I? "

" Dai, I can feel your powers roiling beneath the surface. " Serena tells him blandly.

Davis winces, " All right, Izzy, give Ren, Sam, and I the worst of the sectors and we'll get them cleared. "

Once everyone is in their assigned areas Tai sighs, " I'm beginning to wonder just how many of us are connected to the Silver Millennium as my own little sister is the third in line for the Lunar throne. "

" You do raise a good point, Tai. We could all have a connection and not know it as Cody has spent more time with Serena than most of us have save for you and Matt. " Sora admits.

" Very true, though I'm the tech support. Something tells me that this is only going to get worse before it gets better. We have youma here in Odaiba now and four new senshi dealing with them. Sailors Chuu, Coronis, Mau, and Mermaid, we'll have to ask Serena about that. " Izzy states.

" Would you prefer that she reveal herself, she is nowhere near ready to face them. " TK points out.

" She's made some important steps, true, but TK is right, Serena is not ready to face the ones that almost killed her. You don't see her when she's asleep, the fear that is sometimes etched on her face. " Tai remarks.

Digital World:

Sam is quite frankly amazed at what Davis and Serena are managing to do, on their own though Juéxīnmon and Flamedramon were just as busy, their human partners were going after the rings on the digimon while their partners went after the spires. " Sam, aim your digivice at the rings, it'll destroy them. " Davis calls out.

" What, you're serious about that? " Sam asks and does so, only to grin widely when he sees the results, suddenly the African American boy is in the fray as well, destroying the rings while FlareRizamon watches his back. Serena races forward and jumps up, landing on the ring on a DarkTyrannomon, effectively destroying it, before leaping over to a Monochromon and doing the same thing.

Matt is taking great pleasure in aiming his digivice at any and all dark rings he sees. Michael was taking a page out of his book and Matt was glowing light blue, the color of his crest, which meant digivolution was accessible. MetalGarurumon was having a lot of fun destroying the control spires and MegaSeadramon was having fun playing with the cannon fodder until the towers went down.

Ken is seething in his base, these crest powers needed to be stopped, nothing should be able to bypass his Dark Digivice's ability to stop digivolution. Wormmon looks at his partner, he knew the Davis boy was right, his master was being used, but Ken refused to see it. He hoped that Davis boy managed to free his master soon, before Ken did something he was truly going to regret. Wormmon was doing his best to try and keep Ken from doing the truly horrible things but it just wasn't that easy.

" These children are truly starting to annoy me. They're taking down my spires faster than I can put them up. " Ken snarls.

Kari curses as she has to dive away from a Shellmon's attack even as she levels her D-3 at the ring around his left arm. " Celestial Arrow! " Angewomon calls out, leveling another tower. She had to admit, Davis' way of doing things was much more proactive but then again it was warranted. The spires needed to come down and if the only way was to keep hitting the Digimon Emperor's areas and taking them back then that was what they had to do. Kari dashes forward and in a slide tackle Tai would be proud of manages to destroy another three rings.

Digmon sings jauntily as he destroys ring after ring. The fact that the Emperor had put up several towers in this area was disturbing, it was why Angewomon was the one taking them out, she was faster and could fly. Just then a voice could be heard calling out an attack, " Darkness Wave! "

" Heaven's Charm! " Angewomon is quick to counter this attack and then she tackles the LadyDevimon in midair, before grabbing her by her hair, swinging her around, and tossing her towards the ground.

" Knock that bitch's block off, Angewomon! " Kari calls out.

" With pleasure. " Angewomon says, flying aside quickly to dodge the enraged evil fallen female angel.

As the female digimon get into a catfight Cody's eyes widen, " I know I should look away but I can't seem to. " Like Izzy before him when this very same battle had occurred just before that final fight with Piedmon.

Angewomon was not going to let the evil bitch in front of her knock her around this time. She was going to lay a beat down on the bitch. Cody broadcasts the fight to the ones whom had stayed behind.

Izzy's Home:

" Not again. " Tai and Izzy say together when they see Angewomon vs LadyDevimon round two.

" Are we missing something here? " Mimi asks the boys.

" It's just before you guys all caught up with us a LadyDevimon showed up and well, there was a female digimon catfight. " Tai says.

TK's eyes widen at the language Angewomon is throwing around along with how brutal the angel was being. " To be fair, last time she fought a LadyDevimon she was grabbed by the hair and spun around in a circle before being tossed. " Tai points out.

Sora's eyes widen at the encouragement Kari was shouting to her partner, she wouldn't have thought Kari had that in her. Then, while they're all watching Kari leaps up in the air to avoid a Monochromon's attack, turns a somersault, and casually aims her digivice at the black ring before landing. Her attention returning to her partner's fight. " Okay, I believe her about being Sailor Dike, damn. " TK says.

" Something tells me Kari is suddenly going to not be a sweet little angel anymore and it's about time. She just has always done what everyone has expected of her. Meeting Serena is a good thing, Kari needs to grow a spine and tell our parents where to shove it. " Tai admits.
