Jenna finally passed out from screaming and cry. But she still had yet to be found and there was blood between her legs. Once Jackson was in Oakland he was sitting outside the police station waiting for an answer and if the cops got anything out of the sick fuck. Josh was giving them addresses of other girls he had killed on his way to Charming but still wouldn't give up where Jenna was. He said he was doing it all for Tara because its what she wanted. Leroy had decided to take his boys over to Keisha's and see what the deal was. As he walked up to the house he could smell the foul stench of death all over this house. His mind then flipped a switch and had to find Keisha. But when he found her he found the crow eater sitting in a chair in the same room with Keisha's dead body. He felt like throwing up a little as he walked back out to the all seeing a light on in the hall closet that lead to the Attic. Leroy seen blood drops and pulled his gun out not wanting any surprises. His brother Quan was right behind him to watch his back. Leroy popped his head up and see a four poster bed and the missing Charming Crow. Leroy looked down at his brother and said "Call teller let him know we found his old lady and to bring the squad because it doesn't look good." Quan nodded his head as Leroy went up the stairs and went to Uncuff her. As he uncuffed her he see her wrist pretty much sliced open from the cuff eating at her from the struggle. He got her uncuffed and sat her up to try to wake her up. There was no movement but a shallow breath from her.

Quan who was now outside the house was calling Jackson Teller. Jackson seen the number pop up on his phone and said "What Good Quan?" Quan lit a cigarette and said "Bring The Rain. We found your girl and a couple other bodies." Jax got up rubbing his face and running back into the police station to tell Hale that someone found Jenna so he could tell the feds. Quan gave him the address as Jax was telling Hale the details. As Leroy Tried to move her to bring her down so he broke the window and hollered for Quan. Quan heard the breaking glass forgetting to hang up with Jax he up the phone in his back pocket so Jackson could hear everything. Quan made a run for it up to the attic as Leroy said "I need your help. You use to be a doctor right?" Jackson got worried about what was wrong as Quan said "Yeah What's wrong?" Leroy lifted her the blanket to show him the blood on the sheets from her legs. "That's not Good. " Quan said as he rubbed his face. It had been a few years since he was allowed to practice medicine because of an accident. But he knew how to deliver babies and do a c-section if he needed to. Leroy was stressed and said "No Shit its not good." Jax wanted in there with the guy and find out why he would do this to someone so innocent. He also wanted to breakdown and cry because this was his doing. He trusted the other half of his heart that was with Tara and had always been there.

The Ambulance and a few cop Cars started to head to where they were. Jax was told to stay behind but he couldn't. Jenna was out cold for her lack of food an oxygen from screaming not to mention the concussion. Leroy kneeled next to her and said "Come On Little Mama you can't do this on my watch. You been a fighter your whole life. You don't get to go out like this." It was like he was talking to a friends. The two had done business with girls for Cara Cara when he thought he had a star worthy of her talents. Quan looked at his brother and shook his head and said "It just seems like a tear in the placenta. But it hard to tell which one." Leroy was holding her hand and the rosary the Leroy always had since their mom died. Leroy wanted to cry because even though the relationship was business he knew Jenna was a tough broad but the sweetest thing you could ever hope to cross paths with and would give you her shirt if you didn't have one. People like her were rare in this life and he knew she didn't deserve this. The sirens got louder and the lights reflected into the house. The Police wanted to check it first to clear the rooms. Leroy shouted "We Are Upstairs in the Attic." Jax pushed his way in front of everyone and ran up the ladder. He was Jenna laying in the bed bleeding from what seemed everywhere since she was covered in it. Jax ran to the bed and got behind her and cradled her. It was a sad sight because He didn't want to lose her ever and he already had and now he might lose her in this world all together. He started to cry and said "Baby you Gotta open your eyes and give us a sign you are okay. Because your scaring me right now." The EMTs were next to come up with the cops. They moved Jax out of the way and inspected her wounds the best they could but had to get her loaded up and straight to the ER.

As They wheeled her to the Ambulance Jax held her hand kissing it. The EMT's were giving him a moment and he said "Baby I am going to be right behind. You I am so sorry for the pain I have caused you. But you can't leave us." Jenna opened her eyes briefly and touched him with her bloody hand and said "Take Care of out Kids Jax." It was like her goodbye though who could tell. Jax didn't want to let go but he knew they needed to take her. Once they loaded her Jax and Opie sped right behind it. Opie had already called Gemma, Lyla, And Happy. Lyla would bring the kids up in the morning after all the dust was settled and they had all the details. Gemma had to wake up Abel and Happy who were cuddled up on the couch falling asleep to a movie. It was nice to see how Happy took care of her grandson. It was very fatherly. She then wondered if he had any kids but would ask those questions when and if him and Jenna got Serious. Abel refused to wake up so Happy just carried him with Abel's head on his shoulder. Gemma smiled as she put on his coat and shoes while Happy held him. Happy who let out a yawn asked "where we going?" "Oakland...One of the niners found her and they caught the guy." Gemma said not wanting to give him more details than that but knew he would be like the rest demanding and urgent. "How is out Girl?" he asked tucking Abel's blonde hair behind his ears. Gemma grabbed her keys and purse and said "It's bad that's all I know honestly. They are taking her to a local hospital out there now."

Happy feared the worst as most were going to and just adjusted Abel so he was more on his shoulder and closer to hold. Happy loved being around Abel because it was like being around Jenna in a way, since he never thought what they were doing was possible in his life time. Gemma had her own thoughts but her mind was blank and said "You can get Little man and you comfortable in the back of the SUV. Nero and I will be out in a moment." As she went to the back bedroom where Nero was getting dressed. Gemma had come into grab her rosary and Nero raised his eyebrow and said "Woah Mami..I didn't know you were the religious type." "I wasn't my mom was these are hers and Jenna tried to be given her job." Gemma said wrapping it around her wrist. She looked like she herself was ready to break. Nero wrapped his arms around her as she started to weep and said "Why does all this bad shit always happen to her? Like what did she do to deserve any of the horrific things that happened to her." Nero rubbed her back and said "Sometimes love puts us in some tricky situations because we let it. She knew what this life was and she choose it head on." Gemma just wiped her eyes and said "Yeah and I helped her grow up to what she is and now what are we going to tell that little boy and the two inside if they survive and she's not here anymore." Nero pulled her back into his arms and said "You can't think like that Mami. Now let take this trip up there and see our girl." as he lifted her chin to give her a kiss on the lip. Happy had to lay Abel down on the back seat and he woke up a little bit and asked "Did they find Mommy?" "Yeah Daddy found Mom. We are going to go see her but it will be a bit so you can go back to sleep okay." Happy said glad that it was dark out so Abel couldn't see his tears.

Nero and Gemma loaded up in the car, Happy was looking out the window upset. He wanted to cry because he felt whatever he and Jenna Had it was only just beginning and he didn't want to lose her. As Nero drove them to Oakland, Jax was sitting in the waiting room. Jenna had to go straight to surgery for an emergency c-section because Thomas was in breach from the blood loss and the placenta tear as well as give her a blood transfusion. They also had to do a rape kit on her and photograph all the bruises. Jax wanted to cry and just wished it were him instead of her. He was hating himself for the situation she was in and what he let Tara make him believe. The Doors opened and Jax along with most of the MC crew stood up when they asked who was here for Jenna Winston. The doctor was stunned and said "who is the twins father?" Everyone sat down except for Jax who rubbed his face and wondered what the news was going to be. "How are they Doc?" Jax asked trying to be strong and grasping the doctors shoulder. The Doctor looked at him with a smile and said "Both baby boy and Baby girl are perfectly fine healthy and good. They are a little underweight, so they will have to stay in the Nicu Till they are able to eat on their own. As for your wife...you might want to sit down" Jax smirked a little at the word but knew it would never be true ever again now that this has happened to her. If she didn't hate him enough already she might hate him more because she was right all along. "Just give it to me straight." He begged not wanting to sit down. The doctor looked down at the chart and back up at him and said "She is in ICU now breathing on her own. But we won't know anything for 24 hrs to see if she wakes up is she doesn't then we can try to wake her and see what the brain function is. If her brain function is normal we will be able to see what we are looking at for recovery. But if its not we will have to go back to the drawing board and see if it is something we can fix. If not you may have to make a choice. But Like I said we will have to wait 24 hours to see if she wakes up on her own. I Can take you to see your twins now if you like? "

Jax rubbed his face wiping his tears and said "Yeah that would be great." He looked back at Opie whose eyes were red from crying and worried for his sister for the first real time in forever. The doctor looked at the crew and said "You guys can go one at at a time to see Ms Winston if you like?" Opie didn't need to hear another word and he was the first one to go see her. One doctor took Opie to see Jenna and The Other took Jax upstairs to the Nicu. Jax made it to the twins first and wanted to cry seeing them both hooked up to machines and tubes going to their stomach. He washed his hands and put a gown on and gloves remember this with Abel. The Doctor smiled and said "You don't have to have gloves on. You can touch them it will be good for them. Do You guys have names picked out for them?" Jax smiled as he took off his gloves and said "Yeah She is Miss Tessa Paige Teller and He is Mr Thomas Peirmont Teller." as he stuck a hand in each one to touch their soft skin. The doctor smiled as she wrote their names on the white board that had all their information on it along with Jenna's and her location. "those are some strong names." She said with a smile as she checked the twins vitals. Jax smiled and said "Yeah They have an older brother named Abel. So Strong names it what Jenna picks out best." She wrote somethings in the chart and said "If you need anything I will be right outside at the desk. But I will let you bond with your new babies." Jax smiled a bit though he just wanted to cry as she walked out the door. Jax looked at both of them and they each had a smile. "I hope your mommy gets to see those smiles, Because she did everything for you guys and your brother. She even did a lot for daddy but he took it for granted. But You kids give her purpose and life. So I hope while you are sleeping I hope you are dreaming of her and giving her a will. Because you kids were the dream." He broke down in tears and couldn't stop.

Opie was sitting with Jenna holding her hand. Her wrist was bandaged and stitches in her wrist and bruises everywhere. He Belly flatter now that the twins were out and a nice anchor scar from them. He kissed her hand and said "Jenna you gotta open those eyes because you have two beautiful babies upstairs that need there mom, Not to mention Abel." He started to weep and said "you can't leave us.. you can't got out like this Jenny..You don't get to quit like this." Laying his head on the railing he just wept holding her hand saying a little prayer of his own. He knew Jenna had her beliefs and he had his but he need to do something. He was going to lose his best friend that he never knew he wanted. He use to get annoyed with her and the little things she did but he knew it was her way of wanting to be just like him and be around him. Opie raised his head and rubbed her said "You can't go out like this. You have to right the next chapter in your life still. Follow those little dumb dreams of yours and be happy. You spent over a decade being miserable and as mush as I love Jax as a brother. You can't leave Happy like this. I don't know what that could be but I see your smile with him and I've missed that. So you have to come back and smile." There was a knock on the door and it was Gemma. They had just gotten and she wanted to see Jenna first letting Jax have time with the twins. Abel was clung to Happy sleeping on him so Happy opted to wait till she or Opie cam out. Opie stood up letting go of her hand and going to hug her tightly. Gemma was in tears seeing Jenna like this fighting for her life again because of her sons dumb mistakes. She had seen Jenna in some bad situations but this was the worst.

Gemma let go of Opie finally and wiped her eyes and said "Hows she doing Op?" Opie looked at Jenna and said "Won't know till she wakes up or if they have to wake her up in 24 hrs is she doesn't wake up or respond to the test." Gemma let out a gasp and said "Well she better wake up or i will beat her. But what happens if they can't wake her up." She didn't think about the worst but wanted to know what to be prepared for. Opie stroked his beard and said "Uh Someone has to make a choice and I don't think she had a will. I can't make those choices because thats my sister and I can't loose her too." He said breaking down and crying about if she had to be buried after all the hell she had gone through. Gemma held him and asked "How's Jax doing?" Opie stopped his tears for a moment and said "He is upstairs with the twins. They are healthy just underweight like we thought. But he is a mess definitely taking it hard" Gemma rubbed his back and said "Well Abel is out in the waiting room clung to Happy right now. So I don't know if you want to take him up to see his new brother and sister and so Jax can be with him too." Opie nodded his head knowing the two men were both grieving for the same woman. But the kids made it more complicated because Jax feared them calling another man daddy. He never though Jenna would choose to move on one day but it killed Jax inside that she seemed like she was. Opie said "Yeah I am sure it will be good for Jax and I am sure Happy will want to see her." "Has Jax came to see her?" Gemma asked. Opie shoot his head and said "Not since she came out. He doesn't want to because She apparently said her goodbye to him." Gemma shook her head and sighed "I hope for his sake she comes to or he is gonna live with that for the rest of his life and those kids life." Opie Nodded his head and said "I Am gonna go get Abel. Do you want me to send Happy Back when i get out there?" She nodded her head yes and took the seat next to Jenna "Yeah He deserves time with her too."

Opie smiled knowing Gemma was seeing the good in Happy and what he did for Abel and Jenna. Opie headed out closing the door behind him. Gemma pulled out her rosary and wrapped it around Jenna's Wrist So Her Hand Was holding it. "I know i am not a godly woman but I do believe in a higher power and I believe that higher power isn't going to take you from us this soon. You have two beautiful babies upstairs that need their mom. Not to mention that little boy who won't let go of your boyfriend." Gemma said making herself laugh a little and said "I know things have been rough but if it matter you were right about Tara. I Also know their may never be any repairing to the road between you and my son but you will always be my daughter too. You have given me 3 beautiful grandbabies and a lifetime of memories. Now I want you to open those eyes so we can make more because i don't know who is going to be the strongest to make the call if you don't because Of course you don't have a will even though I kept telling you to get one. So you can't say goodbye because no one knows what you want." There was only one person that knew her wishes and that was Ima, who was in Stockton after Jenna had come up missing. Gemma held Jenna's Hand with the rosary and said "This was my moms she was an Irish catholic. She would of loved you to death your career not so much but she would of loved you and the way you kept her grandson in line. I wish I knew when it shifted for you guys but you kept that brave face you always have. The one where you know your not okay but it take it . I know I taught you that but I still wish you would have opened up to someone and not kept it all in."

Jenna might have kept it all inside but she had boxes of diaries from 16 to now. They were all in a hope chest at the foot of her bed in her house. But no one knew she was a writer. That was another one of her many secrets. Gemma looked at her wrists and wanted to cry because she knew Jenna use to be a cutter especially when Jax would be gone for long periods of time. She wasn't doing it to kill herself it was to make herself feel something because she felt numb. That was mainly due to the post partum that she kept under wraps till she tried to OD on her pain killers. Opie had reached the waiting room and seen Abel fast asleep on Happy and smiled a bit. It was rough on him since he saw Jenna's car get pulled out. Happy was pacing back and forth holding the boy. He seen the doors open and it was Opie. Opie approached him and said "you okay buddy?" "Yeah i am fine just keeping this one calm and asleep for as long as I can till he asks more questions about Jenna that I can't answer." Happy said kissing the little boys forehead. "well I can take him for you so you can go see Jenna. I kind of want to take him up to Jax. She woke up for a brief moment and said take care of the kids. So he is beating himself up and won't come see her." Opie said reaching out his arms to shift the little boy over. "I get it man. you don't have to explain it to me either. I should of stayed with her but I was setting up a dinner date at home and binging her favorite shows and hearts and flowers all that shit." Happy said as he went to move Abel. Sbel woke up during the swap and rubbed his eyes seeing they were in the hospital. He hugged his uncle and asked "Did mommy have my brother and sister?" "She did. Do you want to go see them? Daddy is up there with them." Opie said hugging the little boy wanting to protect him from seeing Jenna in the shape she was in.

Abel let go of the hug shrugging off his coat and asked "Can we see mommy?" Opie and Happy shared a look and Happy said "Mommy is asleep. I told you when we got here You might not be able to see mommy because Mommy has gone through a lot and she just had your brother and sister so she needs her sleep right now. When Mommy wakes up you can see her okay." Abel nodded his head and understood a bit and said "will daddy take me to see Mommy?" He asked his uncle and Opie shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know little man. Daddy wants to stay with bubby and sissy since they are really tiny. They are itty bitty like you were." "Like really tiny?" Abel Said holding his fingers close together. Opie let out a laugh and wiped his eyes and said "Bigger than that but how bout I take you to go see them and Daddy and let Happy have a break and he can go sit with mommy for a bit okay?" Abel nodded his head and gave Happy a fist bump and said "Give mommy a kiss for me please." "I Will buddy" Happy said returning the fist bump it was their thing they did cause Abel wanted a thing for just them. Opie took Abel upstairs and Happy walked the halls to Jenna. Gemma was saying a silent prayer by the bedside as she felt Jenna twitch slightly but it stopped. Jenna was in a dream land that felt like Heaven.

She was sitting with her dad on their Boat in the ocean where they liked to fish. Jenna was laying on the boat tanning like usually and her dad was hollering at her and said "Is that all your going to do?" Looking down at herself she had the c-section scar of the twins as well as Abels. She also at two new tattoos of the twins name on her wrist over some old scars. Jenna put her book down and said "So what if it is?"Piney laughed at her and said "Girl there are better things to do then having your nose in that book?" "Like what? If I stay like this then the pain ends and He won't suffer." she said standing up in a black sons bikini she designed when she was getting her figure and wanted to show off for Jax. Piney shook his head and said "He won't be the only one who suffers. You have two new babies who need you not to mention that Little boy who adores you with his whole life. You also have to think of your brother. You are the only piece of me he really has left and he can't loose you no matter how much you made him put the MC first." "Daddy..I can't go back to that...I am tired after twelve years and three kids a career and everything that has happened and I watched and let happen to keep him happy." She told him looking out at the sky and Piney looked at her and said "So don't keep him happy anymore. Make yourself Happy because trust me kids notice when your unhappy." He nudged her because when he and his wife use to fight she would run away to the club house to Jax, Gemma's house, Or the house in Napa or Tahoe with Jax to runaway together and threaten marriage which never actually happened. Jenna let out a few tears and said "I am sorry for all the hell I gave you and mom." Piney wrapped his arm around her and kissed her head and said "Its okay..We knew you were in love and we understood love. But Since my death I watched that love fade and your going through the motions of an old lady because that's where he put you. Now you have a chance to be free and Happy is a good guy. He told me after your incident after Abel was born how he wished he could make you smile because he had seen all these tears when you though no one could tell. He wondered what could break a woman like you with your spirit and fire. I told him only love and caring and kindness would ever bring that back but your love died for jax that day. Of course you being you faked it for almost 7 more years but he broke you so hard you wanted to break him back and if you want that you gotta go back and see through what you started that rainy night. Besides I wanna see if Happy promise he made comes true." "what Promise?" she said looking up at him. Piney laughed and said "We were all out in Napa, you and jax were celebrating tour six year anniversary and yall had done the shame wedding at the convention which i was unware of. But i digress, But happy was just watching you and he said If Jax never put a ring on it He asked me if he could because he told me he was in love with you and hated seeing you faking it because he saw the real you."

Happy stood outside the room looking through the glass at her and wanted to cry seeing all the machines. He had been thinking about that talk in Napa but didn't want to jump the gun too soon he just wanted her to be okay. Gemma was begging her to move again and looked at the window and seen Happy and said "Someone who might do the trick for you and make you open your eyes is outside. You can't leave him. He has been with Abel all day after Abel seen your car get pulled from the water. The two have been so cute together. But he is beating himself up for leaving. So don't let him live with that." Kissing her hand she stood up and went to the door and opened it waving him in. "You can come in. I am just trying to will her to open those eyes. But maybe you will have better luck than Op or I did. I want to go see my new grandbabies." She said heading out and giving him a quick hug. Jax was sitting in the Nicu in the rocking chair just watching the babies. The door opened and Abel came running to him. Jax wiped his tears quickly and grabbed his son holding him close. This was a piece of Jenna he could hold and enjoy. He had her eyes and her kindness. Though he was a mini version of him he was like her in so many ways. "Daddy.." He said hugging him tightly. Jax hugged his son tightly and said "baby Boy." Opie smiled a little and wanted to cry seeing the twins, letting father bond with his children. Tessa looked like Jenna and Thomas had her nose and lip. "Are TnT here?" Abel asked grasping his fathers face. Jax smiled and said "Yes they are remember how i told you the day mommy was in the hospital because of an owwie a few weeks ago they would be in the little glass looking boxes they are inside there " as he lifted his son up to see them in their incubators for now.

Jax smiled and said "This is your sister Tessa Paige." "Tessy!" Abel said kissing the plastic happy to see his little sister since everyone talked about her most. Jax shifted him to the other side and said "This is your Brother Thomas Peirmont." Abel smiled putting his hand to the plastic as Thomas was reaching his little hand out and Abel said "I wish I could grab it little bro but you gots to get bigger first." Jax was in awe of his son and kissed his head. He was glad Abel was distracted by his new sibling because he didn't want to answer questions about Jenna. He wasn't ready to Tell Abel everything he was so young and now he was going to be a father of three alone possible and it was breaking him inside just a little bit more every minute that went by and she didn't wake up. But He wanted to stay away after he saw her a bloody mess and the words she said to him. He thought it was her good bye because that's what it felt like to him.

Jenna was back to sun tanning on the boat in her heaven. Piney was sitting back with rod and reel in hand. He looked at her and said "You can't stay Jen. You have to go back soon." "Daddy I don't want to. I wanna stay just a bit longer." She said closing her eyes and falling asleep. Piney smiled putting on his sunglasses and said "I'll be watching over you guys always."

Happy sat down next to her and just started openly sobbing holding her hand with the rosary with it and he said "Baby you got to come back. I'm not asking you to be selfish but you have two brand new babies who need their mom and a little boy who seen your car get pulled out of the water and is scared about what happened. But is excited he is a big brother." He paused for a moment as he watched her heart rate go up from where it was. Happy kissed her hand and said "That's a sign but you gotta open those eyes because you really are scaring all of us. I don't want to be the selfish ones and give you all the reasons I need you to come back because I don't know where to start to be honest. But i know a lot of people depends on you and your children need you. Besides I want to keep that promise I made to your dad one day now that I have my chance." He felt her grip get stronger and he smile and kissed her lips. She kissed him back passionately as she could. She wiped his eyes and said "One Day you will get to fufill that promise too." as she adjusted her eyes to the room. He sat back down and pushed the nurses button and said "Do you even know what it is?" Jenna bit her lip and nodded "Sort of i had a crow tell me in heaven." "Heaven huh?" Happy raised his eye brow at her. She laughed laying her head back feeling like she had been in a train wreck. "guessing god owed it to me after the hell i've endured. But apparently heavens been on earth too and i've been blind to it for years. Jenna said with a smile. The nurse came in seeing a different man kissing her that wasn't her husband Jax and cleared her throat. "Sorry to interrupt. Just need to take a few vitals and get Doctor Dennen who is the attending on call on your case to look over you and let you know what you've gone through and then we can get you in a room and bring your babies into you in their incubators." The Nurse said. Jenna let out a sigh of relief and asked "How are my babies?" "They are in the NICU right now I believe your husband and son are in their with them now. Your little boy is so smitten with being a big brother." The nurse said. Jenna smiled a bit and shook her head and said "He's not my husband. I know it looks that way but he's not. He is just the father of my kids"

Happy smiled hearing her say that and kissed her hand as the doctor was getting her looked over and the rundown of her recover and time in the hospital as well as the twins. As they were getting her into a room Jackson and Abel had fallen asleep in the rocking chair to the beeps after talking about everything but Jenna even though Abel Tried so Hard. A dim light came on and a team of nurses came in to move the babies and it startled Jax awake and be wildered he asked "What's wrong? Whats going On?" "Nothings wrong sir. We are taking them to a floor where there mother is so we can try to get them to latch on or at least get some of her breast milk for them and try skin to skin to see how they thrive. We of course will try skin to skin with you as well but we want them yo know mom first since they were in he womb." The Nurse said with a smile seeing what a good father he was. Jax smiled hearing she was awake and slowly stood up. He forgot how heavy Abel was when he was fast asleep but it was just the duties of being a dad. Jenna was situated in a fairly big room enough room for her the twins and a person to stay with them. Most of the crew once they heard she was awake decided to go to the motel rooms they rented out to get some sleep. Opie, Nero and Gemma were being taken up to the room. Jax, Abel, The twins and the team of nurses were the first to Arrive. Jax hated seeing Happy where he should be but what should he have expected. "My Babies and their father." She said bluntly still not understanding fully what was going on but the guy kept talking about enjoying what Jackson Teller enjoys. Jax shook his head and said "good to see you too." As he laid Abel next to on the side where she wasn't hooked up to anything so she can hold him. "He has been non stop asking about you until he finally went to sleep. But You Gave us all a scare there Jen." Jax said crossing his arms as Happy smiled moving some of his sons hair from his face. Happy was glad the little boy was finally asleep but knew they would have to wake him but if Jenna had her way he would stay right there till he woke up on his own.

Happy went to stand up for Jax but Jenna pulled him down for a kiss not giving a fuck about Jax's feeling because he did this to her and it was her turn for payback. Gemma was the first to walk in with Opie and Nero behind her, She saw Jenna kiss Happy in front of Jax and waited for the fight. Jax was a little stunned but let ig go because he had to learn to accept it no matter how he hated it. Happy smiled at her and said "I am going go have a smoke and get some coffee so you can have a moment." as he kissed her forehead. He and Jax brushed passed each other sharing a glance but no words because Jax wanted to act like a child and be mad. Gemma ended being the only one to stay behind because she wanted to meet the twin. She could careless about the drama between Jax and Jenna. They would figure it out like they always did. Jax sat down beside her looking at her wrists and kissed her forehead and tried to hold her hand but she wasn't having it because she knew she was right about everything because of the sick fuck the Fbi Was Holding in an interrogation room waiting for Jenna to wake up so she could ID him and recount to the incidents because Josh was painting a picture of how she wanted to run away together and he had to get rough because she liked it because she said so in her films. But Josh told her Jenna wasn't Jacksons and it was all a set up just for her. Jax rolled his eyes and said "you gave us a good scare there Jen. I really thought I lost you there." Jenna looked down at their son and then at the twins in incubators and said "You lost me almost 7 years ago when I caught you the first time. I just stopped caring and focused on the kids." She walked over to Jenna and kissed her forehead and she was startign to dose off snuggled to her little boy. Jax stood up and rubbed his face and said "we will talk in the morning." Jenna turned to him eye glazed over ready to go to sleep. He moved some of her hair out if her face and shook his head. He picked up Abel as gentle as he could trying not to wake up. It was silent on the elevator ride and Jax asked "where are we going anyways I am not leaving Oakland till they can be released or transferred." "I got us hotel rooms at the Marriott. So you can get some sleep and think about what your going to do when you come back because I think you are gonna have to get out of your own way and see she's not coming back." Gemma told him being blunt with him. Jax looked at her and said "I Can't give up on her. she never gave up on me." "Son I promise you she's never coming back trust me. I've been the old lady pushed to far." Gemma said as the elevator door opened to the parking garage. Nero Happy and Opie were hanging out by the car talking. Jax smirked unhappy about the thought but he had to give Jenna space and time and said "It's Okay I know you care for my kids like your own. So I understand the attachment." Happy smirked and said "Yeah especially to little man that my homie. Jax I promise you I will always care for them like they were mine." "I Know." Jax said giving him a fist bump.

"I gotta get him to a bed because he is heavy." Jax said with a smile. Happy smirked and said "Your telling me he's been sleeping on me since your mom's wouldn't let me go until Opie took him up to you." "I'll see you guys in the Am." Jax said waving goodbye as he put Abel into his moms car. Happy waved bye to everyone and went inside to Jenna. She looked like she was having a nightmare which she was. But she wouldn't remember what. Happy rushed in and rushed next to her grasping her face to make her see him. "baby wake up its just a dream." Jenna opened her eyes and grasped his face kissing his lips with passion. Jenna let go and Happy smiled at her sitting next to her stroking her hair since they couldn't share a bed as they had grown use to since he moved in. He held her hand and asked "how did it go with Jax?" Jenna was half asleep and said "As well as it could. I don't know if it was me or this morphine but I told how I felt and that there would never be a him and I again because he is never there and i told him he was seven years to late. But before it go heated Gemma got him to leave." Happy smiled at her and looked at her wrists and said "Those scars are gonna be there forever." "Not It I hide them. I want to put the Twins Names right there one on each wrist ." Jenna said thinking of the tattoos in her dream of heaven. "Oh Really.. Are you gonna be a tattoo addict now?" Happy said with a smile teasing her a bit. "So What if I am? I always wanted more tattoos and Jax hated it." She said pouting Happy pinched her bottom lip and said "well when you and the twins can come home and those are healed we can get them done." Happy was willing to give her the world and would never stop. Because he lived for her smile. Jenna smiled tracing one of his tattoos with her fingers till she fell asleep. Happy was just admiring her as she slept. Jax was watching Abel sleep as he laid in the other bed in the room next to him. He was happy he didn't have to have the mommy is an angel talk with him. But Now they would all have to adjust their lives around two extra kids as well as whatever relationships might come around and what may come of those.

As Everyone in the MC crew slept soundly Josh was screaming for his lawyer but no one was listening. His lawyer wasn't picking up so they had to get im a public defender since they had his case file and all the bodies from the house not to mention Tara who squealed on him and Jenna alive. One of the FBI agents looked at him in the holding cell and said "Man go to sleep your lawyer isn't answering and public defenders office doesn't open till morning. But my guess once you get shipped to county you won't last a day. Little woman murder you are. I do have to admire the way you stalked Ms. Winston. To bad you got greed and Your little turtle Dove in Charming pd Lock up gave you up after her and Mr Teller had gotten into it once Ms Winston's car was found . I Mean from the looks of these journals you kept you had the perfect plan but you got jealous after seeing she let someone else have her and not you." "Is that a threat?" Josh asked with an evil smile on his face. The Fbi shook his head no and said "Just stating facts. I mean look at all those pictures you had of her and what you kid to her and the unborn kids she was carrying. You left her to die and now you might be looking at triple homicide to. They are gonna love you at county." Josh let out a scream and the agent walked away with a laugh just shaking his head. He was of course bluffing he just wanted to see what this guy would do next or who would have what done to him. The agent knew guys like Josh didn't make especially being ex-law enforcement. Josh looked around try to find away to kill himself but there was nothing so he just laid on the bed with a smirk wondering what Tara was doing. Tara was standing on the edge of the cot of the jail cell. She had written a suicide not that wrote why she was doing this and that all she would ever be was sorry. But she knew her life after this would be nothing but Fear because once Jenna found out she was a dead woman either way. Tara went to step off But David Hale who had just gotten back from Oakland and was coming to check on her had grabbed her by the legs and said "Oh No you Don't" Tara let out a groan and said "My life would be simpler if you would just let me." "Why so you can take the cowards way out like you always have? I use to think you weren't all that bad but now you are wrapped up in this." David said taking the noose from around her neck and sitting her on the cot.

Tara pushed him off and said "Why do you care? Didn't you use to fuck Jenna?" David smirked at her and said "Yeah I did but You have a little girl who is going to need her mom so you have to thinking about making the best deals you ca to get out and get her. I will get you a good lawyer to help because the defense is going to eat you alive." "Again why do you care?" Tara asked him with a sigh. David just shook his head and said "I Don't but I know your side of the story and know it was all under duress and know you deserve a fair fight too." Tara smirk at him as he got up and she laid back and asked "How is Biker Barbie anyways?" "Alive barely but alive. The twins are good just under weight." David said with a smirk. Tara smiled and said "Well at least i know there won't be three murder charges now." she let out a laugh and closed her eyes. she needed sleep but it was cold and lonely here. But she knew why they were keeping her here. David looked at her getting sleepy and said 'now are you faking me out just to get me to leave so you can try that stunt again or do i have to sleep in the cell across from you because you will not die on my watch." Tara rubbed her eyes and said "Its for real but you cans till stay. Its nice to have someone real to talk to." David let out a laugh and said "Yeah well you know charming everyone is fake in one way or another." as he backed out of her cell and locking it again before unlocking the one across from her for himself. It had been a long day and he two was sleepy. Tara smiled and said "true, But not you. you are genuine. I feel bad for everything i helped him do." as she let out a yawn. David yawned and said "stop that now and I get feeling bad but you can't off yourself for that reason. Just get the best deal you can and get your kid because you don't want her to end up in the system cause you will never see here again then." Tara let out another yawn and said "That deal better involve a trip to chicago where she will end up wit his sister plus an escort to the airport because once biker barbie finds out I am involved I am dead either way." Tara finally closed her eyes and fell asleep. David just watched her for a few moments and shook his head at her comment before going to sleep him self. The morning would bring a bit of craziness but they had to get Jenna's statements and rape kit ran along with all the evidence from crime scenes to see what was going to happen with this case.
