"Alright steady!" Cleveland is guiding the large navy ship entering the damaged docks. Outside the base, there are three battleships and three cruisers on the coast. "And... Stop!" The ship stopped moving as it is stationed.

The Admiral arrives, going through the staircase from the ship, there he soon meets Hood and Wales waiting to greet him.

"Hood, Wales..." The Admiral smiled as the two women smiled back, and he gave a small bow. "My fleet and I have just arrived as it seems the base is still damaged for all this time..." He said.

Hood slightly bows back, "Indeed, the Commander and Doctor have considered helping the injured before the base is repaired." She explains the state of this base.

Admiral sees a line of girls who seemed to be injured waiting as John and Vestal are patching them up. He sees Norfolk, Aulick, Bulldog, Beagle, Repulse, and many more. But he goes back to another topic, "And what of the Commander?" He asked the two.

Before the two can reply, "I'm right here." Xavier comes up as the Admiral shifted his expression to neutral.

"So, was it true of what you said in the call?" The Admiral asked.

"...Yes." Xavier nodded, "They attacked the base with Siren ships, with their goal being to capture me." He stated.

The Admiral heavily sighs, "Akagi... What have you done...?" He muttered, then he spoke up, "So the Sakura Empire, Iron Blood, Vichya Dominion, and the Sardegna Empire have allied together to capture you?" He asked.

"Indeed Admiral." Wales answered, "She claimed that we've abandoned our Commander and have never taken her... Assumptions." She paused by saying about Akagi's quotes from before.

Admiral looks down, "This is not good, so far the other officials haven't noticed the situation," He worried. "And if they figure out this betrayal..."

"They will be hunted down and decommissioned." Hood finished which confirms the nod of the Admiral.

"Agreed, we cannot just destroy them..." The Admiral replied. "Not everything we've come through..."

"I will say, we can handle it, Admiral," Xavier reassured, which causes an eyebrow raise. "Akagi is hurt, they have told me... And it is my job to do everything I can to save them." He stated.

The Admiral smiles, "It's not just because you were ordered to? Or did you have a liking for some girls?" He wondered.

Xavier slightly blushes, knowing what he truly means by the second question, "I'm doing it because it's right for them." As both Hood and Wales smiled at his good antics.

The Admiral nodded, "Very well..." He turns before saying one last moment, "I'll be joining my fleet to guard your coast, contact me once the repairs are complete and we shall go." He explained as the three nodded and he heads off.

"Owie..." San Diego winces as a small cotton ball came touching the injury on her shoulder.

"Stay still, San Diego..." John convinced her not to wince too much. After dabbing it one last time, he nodded, "Alright San Diego, be careful of yourself." He advised.

"Thank you, Doctor!" San Diego cheered as she carefully skips off.

John smiled as he turns to Vestal, "How are you doing Vestal?" He asked.

"Doing well, Doctor." Vestal gave out her warm smile as she treats Aulick well with a bandage, she thanked her and joins up with her group.

"Hey, Vestal." Hornet is first as she waves her hand.

"Hornet, is there an injury?" Vestal asked.

"Well..." Hornet gestures behind her, as it is Enterprise who seemed to be unhappy with this. Vestal nodded as later on, she checks her injuries seeing just bruises. Now Vestal is holding her snapped-off bow, she looks unhappy.

"Enterprise! You nearly risk yourself getting hurt!" Vestal chastised.

"I only received minor damage." Enterprise replied nonchalantly, Vestal isn't happy with her response, "My weapon will be fixed and I'll alright back in action." She added.

"Sis, you need to take a rest." Hornet insists on her sister.

Enterprise looks like she denies her sister's advice, "Enterprise, I will inform the Doctor and the Commander about your status." Vestal replied. This causes Enterpise's expression to a slight scowl by this, knowing it will hinder her.

"Is there something wrong?" John comes up to the three.

Before Vestal can explain, "Just minor damage, I'll be ready for commission." Enterprise spoke up and walks off with Vestal still holding her damaged bow.

However despite Entperise's abrupt leave, John soon knows, "She's persistent isn't she?" He asked the two.

"Yeah..." Hornet sweatdrops, "She's been acting like this all the time, first training, now this." She said.

"She is not taking any breaks, always consistently training, she's gonna exhaust herself." Vestal added.

John nodded, "I think we'll speak to the Commander about this soon." He said as Vestal and Hornet smiled and nodded, they needed to do something with Enterprise, and hopefully, the new Commander can help her.

Meanwhile, Xavier is speaking with the Royal Navy girls, such as Queen Elizabeth, Warspite, Illustrious, Wales, Hood, Unicorn, and Belfast.

"I am impressed by your actions." Illustrious complimented.

"Certainty!" Queen Elizabeth replied, "You'll be invited to my tea party." She stated.

"I am grateful for your invitation." Xavier nodded, "Maybe we can use the tea party to discuss our current situation after the base is repaired." He suggested.

"Of course! We need to talk about those traitors!" Elizabeth agreed. "Belfast!" She announced to the maid beside her.

"Yes, your Majesty?" Belfast asked.

"You and along with the maids are helping the Commander." Elizabeth instructed.

"I cannot be more thankful." Xavier gives a small bow as Elizabeth smiles.

"Consider this a gratitude." Elizabeth stated. "You may head off now, Belfast and others will assist you."

"Indeed, we can handle the repairs, Commander." Wales agreed.

"Alright, for this we'll discuss the situation by next morning." Xavier said causing some nods, then he walks followed by Belfast.

As Xavier and Belfast are walking in the hallway, they pass by a large hole in the wall that is repaired by the Manjuus assisted by Reno who notices the two as she waves her hand excitedly which Xavier responded with a slight wave.

Then they are outside the office, greeted by other maids waiting. Sheffield, Sirius, Dido, Edinburgh, Hermione, Newcastle, Curacoa, Curlew, Glasgow, Kent, Suffolk, and Gloucester are all here.

"Greetings Master." The rest of the maids give off their bows.

"As you see Master, we are willing to serve you." Belfast replied, "Is there anything we could give you?" She asked.

"I'll be inside... Tho, I could need some snacks and a drink..." Xavier suggested. Belfast smiles and nods.

"Very well, is tea a suitable drink for you?" She asked, to which Xavier nods, "Give us a moment."

"That'll be fine by me." Xavier replied as the maids leave the office, he goes to his chair and sits on it, putting his elbows on the desk while his arms support his head. Then he sees that the devices the Manjuus placed, still remain here.

He decided to work on it...

It was dark, the still remains, and the Admiral is on the deck as he saw the base is fully repaired. He smiled as he has his radio device and contacts them.

"This is the Admiral, we are now leaving." He announced. "We'll keep this quiet to the other officials. I trust you enough to help the other nations." He said.

"Of course Admiral, we won't fail you." Xavier's voice responded.

"I know you won't. For the Azur Lane, they'll help you." The Admiral replied as he called off, "Alright! We are leaving now!" He shouted. The ships then blare their horns as the fleet slowly leaves, and return back to the main harbor.

Xavier is in his office now, along with a makeshift device. On his desk is a toolkit given by the Manjuus as a few of them are sitting around in his office, notably on his couch. He had a small stack of papers with him, to maintain the base itself.

Once done with the device, place the stack of papers in it, as the device beeps. Then the papers began to fill out the forms by themselves. Xavier has made a self-writing paper machine using just digital and analog machinery.

Belfast arrived inside the office carrying the tea set along with Suffolk and Glasgow carrying their own serving dishes of many types of biscuits.

"Sorry for the wait Master, I hope you enjoy them." Belfast smiled as she places the trays on the desk along with Suffolk and Glasgow doing the same. Then they see the device Xaiver has made.

"Is it writing the papers?" Suffolk is amazed as she sees the device scanning and filling the forms with ease.

Xavier nodded, "Yes. And I should guess the previous Commander doesn't do this..." He assumed.

Glasgow shook her head, "He is very incapable of performing even a single paper, the sectaries along with the Doctor had to fill out the forms mostly including insurance." She explained.

"I've heard, Doctor said he pulled out of experiments in this office." Xavier assumed. "Like he gave new anesthetics to the Manjuus."

"Well, there was that moment when our previous Master had once tested battleship cannons in this office, which frighten the destroyer girls..." Belfast mentioned.

This caused Xavier's forehead to sweatdrop, "Uh... He seemed a bit, insane..." He slightly stuttered.

"It was scary to first meet him, but he turns out to be very kind to us." Suffolk assured with a warm smile. "But not to say you're bad Master, we still think you got what it takes to help us." She complimented.

"Right... Thanks for the snacks." Xavier said. "I'll soon have to go to bed. I'm already not following the schedule." He added.

"Consider your first time, your misplaced timing is acceptable," Belfast assured, with a nod. "But before we may leave, the Doctor permission a request." She gestured to the door where John along with Vestal has arrived.

"Oh, Doctor, what made you come here?" Xavier asked.

John sees the device but doesn't have time to focus on it, "Commander, we decided that you should speak with Enterprise." He requested.

"The Grey Ghost?" Xavier was curious about that legendary figure. "Is there a problem for her?"

John turns to Vestal and nods at her, and she speaks, "Commander, Ever since our previous Commander is gone, Enterprise has been constantly trained herself to do better." Xavier listens but was confused about how this is a bad thing. "It may not sound as bad, but she is taking more dangerous risks."

This raises Xaiver's confusion to more curiosity, "How much of it?" He asked.

"She has been overworking her training schedules, she takes more commissions than others, and refusing to follow my advice about her injuries." Vestal said with slight annoyance at the last one.

John adds more, "And she's been refusing actual food, prioritising over ration bars." He said. "This is harming Enterprise, she's not concerned over herself, not even Hornet and Yorktown can convince her."

"And is Yorktown still okay?" Xavier asked about the carrier, knowing what happened to her.

"She has recovered very well, and I see you've finished the files." John replied.

"Yes, I've heard about her..." Xavier replied, "She and Amagi are the ones beside you who saw the last moment of the Commander." He said this causes slight sad looks from the others. "Alright, I'll speak to her." He stated.

"Thank you, Commander. We will be here to support you." Vestal smiled.

"Actually, I had enough for this night, I'll leave this to you, Vestal." John said as he leaves the office.

Xavier nodded, "And Belfast, will it be alright if you stay here as well?" He asked.

"It'll be fine of whatever you plausibly ordered me, Master." Belfast replied.

"Alright, the rest can go, I need to connect Hornet." Xavier said as Suffolk and Glasgow bowed and leaves the office.

Enterprise is in the training room, she fires her repaired bow into the target, with precise accuracy. Then more targets appeared in pure speed, but she shot them down, however, her last shot missed the last target.

She slightly grunted at her mistake, she needs to improve herself more, this training might be longer.

"Enterprise." A voice caused her attention as she turns around to see Hornet. "The Commander is requesting you to come to the office..." She said.

Enterprise and Hornet headed towards the office in the hallway. As they enter inside, they see Xavier, Vestal, and Belfast.

"Is there something you need, Commander?" Enterprise asked.

"Yes, I have been spoken by Vestal." Enterprise's expression twitched when realising what this is about. "It seems you are overextending yourself." He said.

"It's nothing, I have been training all day, this has not hindered me in any way." Enterprise refuted.

"Vestal reported that you were bruised and your weapon is broken when you immediately charge at the frontlines." Xavier reminded.

"You expecting me to prevent injuries in the field of battle?" Enterprise questioned.

"...That's not what I mean." Xavier replied with a slight pause at the beginning. The two causes a stare that slightly cause tension around the office including others. Then Xavier sighed, "It is late to continue to discuss this, for now, I am giving you rest, and you will not be going to any commission unless further orders apply."

Enterprise slightly widens her eyes, "Commander, I don't deem this necessary..." She replied.

"Sorry Enterprise, I know you're doing this to be better, but this is not how others think what you're doing is acceptable." Xavier responded as he turns to Belfast, "Belfast, please guide Enterprise to her dorm." He ordered.

"As you wish Master." Belfast took a small bow and walks to Enterprise as she is not happy with this.

"Hornet, you may also be with your sister, she needs you." Xavier added as Hornet nodded.

"Thanks Commander." Hornet replied as she, Enterprise, and Belfast leave the office, leaving him and Vestal.

"Thank you, Commander, preharps a simple break is enough for her." Vestal thanked him as she also leaves the room. Now Xavier is by himself, until three maids maid enters, revealing to be Curacoa, Curlew, and Sheffield as the lead.

"Master, it is time for you to go to sleep." Sheffield stated, "We shall do the cleaning in your office." Xavier nodded as he gets off, entering a door where his sleeping quarters are.

Xavier is now in his small shirt and pants and is lying on the bed which is in his sleeping quarters room. He hears the cleaning tho not too loud since his sleeping quarters are next to the office.

His eyes remain awake, pondering about tomorrow. He has a big day ahead especially dealing with the girls that have a grudge against him, he has to help them before this gets more bloodshed.

He has to save them all...

It was morning, and Xavier is still sleeping, and his eyes remain closed as he quietly snores after every breath. As he was sleeping a figure is near...

"M-Master..." A nervous voice spoke, but Xavier didn't pick up the sound. "Master?" It was Dido, it was her turn to wake up the Commander, but she doesn't know what to do.

She then touches Xavier's shoulder nudging him to wake, "Master..." She spoke out as her voice raised to normal.

"Mmmm?" Xavier mutters loudly as he opens his eyes, and sees a nervous Dido, "Oh, Dido!" He slightly exclaimed.

"You need to be awake for the meeting, by the Royal Majesty." Dido explains, slightly losing her nervousness.

"Thanks, I really needed that." Xavier thanked Dido as she slightly stutters but smiled at the compliment. "Okay, where is the meeting going to take place?" He asked.

It was outside, near the Academy section, a rounded table is there at the gazebo, where Queen Elizabeth, Warspite, Prince Of Wales, Hood, Richelieu, Rossiya, and Yat Sen, along with Glocester and Enterprise, not to be confused with the Eagle Union's version.

Then Xavier along with Dido arrived there, Elizabeth notices, "There you are!" She exclaimed.

"Sorry if I arrived late..." Xavier apologised, taking a small bow.

Richelieu smiled, "Your kindness is easily forgiven." She said.

"Agreed!" Elizabeth stated, "Have a seat, we have something to discuss!" Xavier nodded, he sat down as Dido join the two maids. Thus the conversation begins.

"So... Akagi and Kaga can summon a fleet of Sirens." Rossiya mentioned, "Along with the Iron Blood, Sardegna Empire, and the Vicyha Dominion to attempt to take the Commander." She added.

Hood takes a sip from her teacup, "In order to find the previous Commander, they have to capture ours to halt the continuation of this war, so he won't be left off..." She said.

"And these four nations are working together to find our previous Commander..." Wales replied, and Hood nodded.

"Although it does not make sense..." Yat Sen speaks out, "If they are doing this, why not call the whole fleet?" She wondered. "With the rest of the forces, they should surely overwhelm us..."

"Unless not all are in agreement with this capture mission..." Richelieu assumes.

"Or they are not willing to hurt you all, and are just after me?" Xavier suggested that caused their attention to others.

"Unlikely." Wales shook her head, "Akagi and Kaga are willing to harm us, including the others." She said. "They may think we might have betrayed our previous Commander."

Xavier nodded as he realized something, "About those Siren ships, where did they get those?" He asked.

"We have big assumptions." Elizabeth spoke up, "That they might be using these terrorists' technology to face against us."

"Terrorists?" Xavier raised his eyebrow at this. He drinks his tea and places the teacup on the table as Gloucester pours more tea into his cup.

"Allow me to explain." Hood announced, "These terrorists were once a group who worship the Sirens as their saviors." she explained. "With their alliance with them, they have access to control the Siren ships, and even lead forces."

"But they were defeated, due to our actions, back when our Commander was alive." Wales added.

"So your assumption might be wrong considering how the terrorists were already defeated?" Xavier asked as Wales nodded.

"So far, our move is halted." Richelieu replied, "We also don't know where the rest of the nations have resided. If spreading forces thin, then they would know and could launch an ambush at us." She explains more about the situation.

Xavier thinks of a plan, then he realises something, "How about the terrorists? Do they have island bases?" He asked.

"Indeed, they had a few island bases, but most are abandoned," Richelieu answered. "But we could investigate them, however, we are facing the field of unknown."

"Then this settles in, we'll go in small fleets, investigate each island, and if we found out the actual base they reside, we should attempt a treaty with each other." Xavier stated.

"A treaty?!" Elizabeth exclaimed. "Are you crazy!?"

"Commander, I have to agree with Royal Majesty, that a treaty is improbable for all of us, including you. As they stated we have betrayed them and they called you a fake." Warspite remarked.

"It's not their fault." Xavier replied, "They are in grief and I understand why they call us that way. You told me that the previous Commander has worked here for 5 years. And he has become a great leader to you, and the only one who respects you while others don't." They listen to his words as he continues.

"Despite the change helped, the first man who accepted you is gone." Xavier said. "And I am not like him as I said, but no matter what they think of me, I will help them no matter what." He stated.

All of the girls are even more shocked to hear this, Richelieu slowly spoke out with a smile, "Your kindness continues to impress us." She complimented.

"Indeed your selflessness is showing in its proud form." Rossiya stated.

"I agreed." Yat Sen warmly beamed.

Queen Elizabeth was impressed but still concerned, "Well, let's hope your plan works." She said with her arms crossed. "So... What do you need for your fleets?" She asked.

On this pink tree blossom island, there is a large sealed metal door hidden from the island. And inside is a large cave, where a group of girls is in a circle with a man beside them.

"You failed to get the Commander!" The man yells at the two which are Akagi and Kaga. "Great! Now they are aware of this!"

"Silent... Consider how you failed before back at your times." Kaga refuted, causing the man to growl in rage.

"Settle down Kaga..." Akagi smiled, "Indeed we have failed, but that does not matter. Our plan still isn't hindered by any means. All we can do is wait longer..."

The man cannot respond as he scoffed, "Right and if your nations figure out our true secret when making this project, it'll lead to disaster for both of you included!" He stated.

Akagi giggled, "Of course, although we can dispose of you..." She suggested. "But you do claim you are important for this..."

"You need me, without it, you won't know how to activate the damn cube and have this project by your side." The man argued.

"You will be kept an eye on..." Kaga warned him with a glare.

The man flinched at the glare but slightly nodded, "Of course, just you know it's almost ready. And once it's done, not even the Azur Lane nor the Sirens cannot defeat this weapon called..."

Then he speaks the name of the project, "Project: Orochi."
