Chapter 50: Fashion Show(Zoe's POV)

Zoe gets out of the car. She sighs, another fashion show, another city. She wished she could just stay in New York, where all her friends are and pursue her career in acting. Instead she gets to visit her not real father, and her half-sister Chloe.

It can't get worse, right?

This year has been the most years mother has gotten as the International Fashion Queen to come to fashion shows all over the world. And of course as the 'responsible parent' she is, had to take Zoe with her.

When she would have been fine at home, as her mother is hardly at home. And even if she is, she's cooing over Gabriel and his brand of fashion, instead of her real husband, the mayor, or reading fashion magazines.

And getting Zoe to take care of most of the house work. Not something she likes.

She walks into the fashion show's stadium. Fashion shows are so boring, unless you're aspiring to be a fashion designer, which she isn't. It's just a bunch of models wearing whatever the fashion designer created and shows it to the people who are interested.

And this doesn't have to do with pursuing her career in acting, so another point against fashion shows.

In her own thoughts she bumps into someone.

"Sorry."

She looks at the person she bumped into. He has shiny raven black hair and his eyes are a stunning purple. Must be contacts, she muses.

"It's okay."

"No really I should've been paying attention."

"Maybe so, Pink Stripe, but I'm fine. No harm done." And the boy takes off.

Pink stripe? Oh he must have been talking about my single pink stripe that I dyed a while ago. Mother was against it, as she said that Bourgeois's are perfect and that if I was going to dye my hair then I should dye my whole head. Zoe thinks as she looks for their seats.

And then she notices that the front row is all occupied, and there is no room for the great Audrey Bourgeois. Oh that is not going to be fun. Her mother always demands the front row. Great, now she'll get akumatized from her negative energy. Because apparently that is what happens in Paris, the City of Love.

More like Paris, the City of Akumas or Paris the City of Hawkmoth and his Supervillains.

And being near an akuma attack is dangerous. Zoe looks down and curses herself for wearing high heels. At least she's wearing a pink jumpsuit, so it'd be easy to run and climb over things.

And her hair is in a ponytail so it won't get in her face while running.

"Nathalie, why isn't there a Front Row seat for me and my daughter!"

Gabriel's secretary sighs, "If you don't want to watch the Fashion Show from the second row then I'll reserve you and your daughter's seat for someone else."

"You're fired!" Audrey seethes.

"May I remind you, I work for not you. So you can't fire me."

Her mother turns around in anger and pulls out her phone. Oh this won't go well at all. Zoe sighs as doesn't seem to be picking up.

Her mother in a furious rage storms away from her and Nathalie.

"Sorry about my mother. She is very demanding when it comes to Fashion." Zoe apologizes to Nathalie. Even her mother should be the one apologizing. Like Gabriel at least has the decency to reserve the second row for them. But nope, she had to get angry.

"I know." Nathalie says as she runs her temples.

"Well get seated. The show is going to start."

Zoe obliges, and heads to her seat in the second row.

The lights go dark and a spotlight goes onto the stage. And to her surprise the show starts off with the boy she'd seen earlier and even though a hoodie hood is up, she recognizes his rave hair and his purple eyes. The hoodie he is wearing resembles that of a black cat and has a green paw mark in the middle of it. He also is wearing black thigh high shorts that have a green trim on the cuffs and black sneakers that have green designs on them.

Well obviously that outfit is supposed to be resembling Chat Noir.

Is Gabriel trying to make more money by designing clothes that resemble the heroes of Paris. It switches between that raven haired boy and Adrien, the famous model.

Then it gets to Adrien wearing the design of a person named Marinette Dupain-Cheng, the signature piece of this whole fashion show. It looks great, the hat compliments the gray suit.

Then disaster strikes in the form of someone in the front row becoming a glitter statue. Adrien runs and she turns around to see what attacked. And sure enough her mother, akumatized into a gold glitter villain, is standing near the exit ways.

"Zoe! Help me get the Agreste brat! Gabriel will pay for not giving me the Front Row Seat I deserve."

Zoe sighs and is about to head backstage when Marmora and Chat Noir show up.

Great, this will solve everything, just gotta let the heroes do their work.

"Your costumes are pathetic. Let the Style Queen fix that!"

Style Queen? Really, that is what you're calling yourself? More like you're the Glitter Gold Queen, as you turn people in Glitter Gold Statues. Instead of fixing their style.

She watches as the heroes try to fight her mother in her akuma form, Honeybee shows up and helps. But her mother keeps shooting her Glitter shots, and whatever punches they try to throw end up going through her, then Chat is left open for a Glitter attack, as he turns his back for a millisecond. Although Marmora jumps in front of him, before the Glitter attack can touch Chat.

"Marmora!" Chat Noir cries as the glitter gold consumes Marmora.

Well, that she wasn't expecting. Marmora sacrificed himself for Chat Noir. Though they are a team. But still.

"Mother, let's go to the Agreste Mansion, you can deal with those two later." She suggests. After all, they look dejected at losing Marmora to Glitter Gold Queen(Zoe is not calling her Style Queen. As it's stupid and Audrey is just turning people into gold statues that glitter).

"Good idea Zacchini."

Zoe rolls her eyes, used to the misnaming her mother does, and the duo head to the Agreste Mansion, Glitter Gold Queen also takes a random civilian with her.

Adrien's POV

"Alright we need a new plan. Our attacks are getting nowhere as her body is made out of glitter." Adrien says.

"Well, we could use a tube of glue to make the glitter on her body stay to limit her movement."

"But how are we going to get her into the trap?"

Honeybee put her hand on her chin, "Go see Master Fu, perhaps he has some advice for this predicament. And I'll see if I can get some glue. And hopefully we can stop this akuma before she wins our Miraculous and we end up as Glitter statues."

"Hopeful thought. Well, Good Luck."

"You too."

Adrien runs out of the Stadium and jumps onto a rooftop, heading towards Master Fu's place. He thinks back to the battle, they were going to get tired eventually of fighting an opponent that can't be hit. But still, Marmora shouldn't have needed to save him. He can fight his own battles. But then again he is the leader of Team Miraculous.

And so he guesses Marmora didn't want the leader of the Team to be compromised.

Which makes sense. He has been in this war for longer. And he is valuable to the team. He shakes his head, focusing on getting to Master Fu's place. Master Fu can help, as he is a Guardian.

At Master Fu's Place:

"Adrien, what can I do for you?" asks Master Fu.

"I need something to help me with this akuma called Style Queen." He explains the events of the battle to Master Fu and what he and Honeybee have planned so far.

"You should take the Fox Miraculous. It has the power of Illusion. Although I don't know about making another miraculous known to Hawkmoth. But if your hits can't knock Style Queen down and if Chloe's Venom can't help, then I have no choice."

He takes the record player off his shelf and sets it down before Adrien. The record player opens with more miraculous jewelry in its tiny drawers. Master Fu takes hold of a necklace with a fox tail on it. It looks like what Lilia had when she lied to him about being descended from Volphina. Except this necklace has three stripes of yellow before the white tip of the fox tail.

And then Master Fu takes out a box, with the same design as his miraculous was in, except this one is orange. He places the necklace inside the box, and places the lid on it.

"Take good care of it."

Adrien nods and holds the miraculous box containing the fox necklace. Hopefully this can help.

Author's Note: Alright so this will be a two parter as well. And Zoe is introduced early, as I gave plans for her and the fox miraculous. And then after the next chapter it will go back to Voltron and what I plan for them. So yes this chapter was mainly introducing our new character, Zoe(don't worry I have plans for Kagami as well going forward). Also Zoe will be changing from her cannon personality(as she is too nice girl for my liking in cannon). Also I don't like how Zoe replaced Chloe with holding the bee miraculous (when the bee miraculous is a much better fit for Chloe than her). Anywho, I have plans for Zoe and Kagami in the future arcs of Kwamis and you enjoyed this chapter:)
