"Aura" :- Thoughts
CHAPTER- 1
Summary:- Our favourite aura guardian arrives on Remnant.
He looked around the area. The buildings were half torn down from the battles going on around him. Anything that wasnotalready turned into rubble was on fire. In fact nothing left over on the streets was left untouched in some way.
But the fire or rubble is least of his concern, when thousands of dead bodies were lying in the area. Some of them were mutilated beyond recognition. He ignored the stench of death and continued his search for the person , he was looking for.
"Ash" a voice moaned lowly, as if in pain.
His eyes widened as he stopped walking, and turned towards the direction of the voice.
"Ash" the voice called again.
Hearing the voice for the second time was all the confirmation he needed, and without wasting another moment,hebegan to run in the direction of the voice.
"Ash" the voice called for the third time.
The boy increased his pace, trying to reach the voice before it's too late.
"Ash"
The voice was distorted now, as if it was becoming distant or fading from existence.
"Ash"
"It's time to wake up"
"Wake up!"
"WAKE UP!!!!"
"AHHHHHHH" Ash screamed , waking up from his slumber, looking around wildly as if expecting an attack, before relaxing when he realised that he was alone.
He panted for few seconds, trying to calm himself down when he realised it was just a dream,"no, not a dream but amemory"he thought bitterly.
After calming himself, he looked at his surrounding,"Where the fuck am I?"Was the first thought that ran through his mind,"This ain't ultra space, no doubtabout it."
He looked around to figure out where he was, he as no idea where that ultra wormhole sent him"Cowardly ultrabeast! I swear I will skin him alive thenext time I face him"he cursed"I hope the rest of my team are doing well" he thought concerned for their well being.
He then checked his omni-belt and sighed in relief, when he felt all six of his pokeballs and his two short daggers still in his place,"Well at least my pokemon are safe" he thought in relief.
Ash ketchum is not someone who can be scared easily. He had fought against beings that can kill any lesser person without even lifting a finger, he had killed men without an ounce of remorse or guilt because he knew he was doing justice, he had looked death in the eye many a times and told him to fuck off, heck he had died not once but thrice and even that hadn't scared him, after he was brought back to life.
But the thought of losing of what remained of his family, fills him with dread every time he thinks about it.
He then checked his X-Transavier, that was strapped on his wrist , to see if it's still working properly and to his relief it was. This device is a prototype, one of its kind, and was gifted to him by his dear friend and researcher Bill Montgomery, and his friend will kill him if something happened to his precious prototype.
"Now time to find out where the hell am I ?"he thought, but it was interrupted by a fierce growl coming from behind him.
He slowly turned behind him and the sight he saw caused his eyes to widen.
It was a black wolf like creature with bones piercing out of its skin with a bone mask with red eye sockets.
"What the fuck is that thing" Ash though,
"It doesn't look very happy, seeing me here"
Ash's red eyes glowed a light blue colour, as he activated his Aura sight to read this mysterious creature's emotion, but was shocked when he felt that this creature doesn't have any trace of aura, not even a tiny bit of it.
But how is that possible, aura is life force of all living beings, even Shadow Pokemon posses aura to a certain degree, even though their aura is tainted, they still have it.
But this creature, this abomination, in front of him doesn't even posses the life energy that every other living being possessed.
His thoughts however, were cut short when the the wolf like creature snared and jumped at him.
He sidestepped the clumsy attack (clumsy for him, that is) and punched the foul beast with his fist, glowing in a dark blue energy.
The result was spectacular, the punched caved the beast's armour like it was made of paper and the creature was lifted at least ten feet in the air, before it crashed into the ground with a sickening thud.
Ash looked dumbly at the now dead creature as it began to vaporise into dark fumes, "Whelp! that was easy" he thought. He hadn't expected the creature to die that easily, and in a singleAura punch.Even the weakest shadow Pokemon can tank at least a half a dozen aura spheres before going down,"Well goodfor me, I guess"
His little victory, however was interrupted by several growls, coming from all around him. Ash spotted red eyes from all directions. The creatures slowly emerged from the trees and bushes, giving Ash a good few of what they were. Some had the same wolf-like appearance from the creature he had slayed before . Some were twice as big with more bone armor all around them. Others were much taller that had the appearance of a giant scorpion with its stinger glowing.
"Can't my sorry excuse of a life, give me a break"Ash swore , cursing his bad luck. Well at least, this creatures will be a nice punching bags to vent his frustration, he thought menacingly.
His hands glowed in a dark bluish aura, as he concentrated the dark energy between his hands in a shape of a ball, which began to grow in size and power.
The creatures seeing this concentration of power, snared and growled, and took a step back suddenly feeling an emotion that they rarely feel.
Fear.
They are suddenly feeling wary of this human and his strange power, which they have never sensed from anyone before.
And the power was slowly increasing .
Ash looked on the cowering creatures with a sadistic smirk before releasing all the pent up energy that he has concentrated in his hands, in a huge omni directional energy blast, that covered the entire clearing.
The creatures of darkness ,didn't even have the time to scream in agony, as the blast of light literally vaporized them from skin to bones, leaving nothing behind, but a cloud of thick black smoke mixed with the ashes of burnt trees and bushes, that were in the clearing.
Ash panted in exhaustion and wiped the sweat from his forehead. Damm, that was exhausting, he thought looking around the clearing, or what is left of it as the blast of aura had uprooted the trees and had burnt their leaves along with the bushes.
Well at least he had perfected hisAura Blastattack , that he had been trying to learn for months.And besides that blast had destroyed any creatures of darkness within a radius of a km in every direction, so no more attacks by this foul creatures will come.
For now.
"Well time to find the nearest settlement"Ash thought before walking in a random direction, hoping he would find any clue of a civilization in this God forsaken forest.
But knowing his luck, it will be very difficult for him. So Ash sends a silent prayer to Arceus, hoping the God pokemon would help him to find what he was looking for.
What he doesn't know, is that his wish will be fulfilled in the most unlikely way, as the blast of aura, that he had created had caught the attention of a certain someone.
And only time will tell that, if he will his ally or his enemy.

In Emerald forest near Beacon academy, a 15 year old girl with dark red hair and silver eyes wears a long sleeved thick black blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, a black waist clincher with red lacing up the front, and a black skirt with red trim. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces, red trim around the top and red soles. Her name is Ruby Rose.
"Hey guys come on hurry up." Ruby called out as 3 others female walked out of the bushes as well.
The first was a 17 year old women with long bright gold hair, she wears a tan jacket that bares her lower stomach, with golden brown piping and shorts, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons, underneath this she wears a low cut yellow crop top with an emblem on the left breast in black and mini black shorts. She is Ruby's older sister, Yang Xion Long.
The next was a 17 year old girl with long white hair pulled back into an off-center bun tail and pinned with an icicle shaped tiara and blues eyes with a crooked scar runs vertically down her left eye. She wears a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt. Over this she wears a bell sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar. Her name is Weiss Schnee of the Schnee family.
The last was 17 year old girl with long black hair and amber eyes and a black bow on her head. She wears a black buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath this is a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg. She also wears black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem is visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm is a detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep, and black ribbons are wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose scarf is wrapped around her neck and a gray magnetic backpack is strapped to her back, hidden by her hair. Her name is Blake Belladonna.
"Ruby stop being so hyped up about this mission." Blake said as Ruby turned to her.
"Un what was this mission about again?" Yang questioned as Blake sighed and rolled her eyes at her partner's forgetfulness.
"Yang the mission was for us to find out what caused that huge explosion in the forest" Blake told her with an eye roll, annoyed at her partner's forgetfulness.
"Well we won't find out just standing here let's go." Ruby said as she and the rest of the team walked towards the area , from where the explosion came from.

A blue glowing orb hit a bear like creature, with armour made of bones, in its face, causing its entire head to shatter in a thousand pieces , by the sheer force
of impact.
Ash sighed in annoyance, as another one of ugly creature bites the dust.It has been going on for half an hour and it was seriously grating on his nerves.
At first it was fun, as the creatures provided a good target practice for hisaura spheres,but now it was seriously getting annoying. It seems like there is an endless hordes of this creatures.
He was now seriously considering calling out his charazard, and burn this entire god forsaken forest to crisp, with a good old fashionBlast Burn,his charazard's signature move.
Suddenly, he sensed an aura signature coming from a couple of km from his location.He closed his eyes, and expanded hisaura sense,trying to detect from which direction it was coming from.
As it turns out it was not actually one but four aura signatures, coming from south-east of his location, whether they male or female or even human he doesn't know.
"At last" Ash thought in relief, at last he had found someone or something alive in this annoying hell hole of a forest and now he just have find out if they are humans or Pokemon , which should not too difficult with hisaura sight,and if they are humans , he could ask them where the nearest city or town is ,so he can know which region he was currently on and find a way to return home safely.
With that in mind, he began to run towards their direction, not knowing that his life is going to change forever.

And done!
Sorry for the late update guys will try will try to post the next chapter as fast as I can.
Now before you say Ash is too OOC. Remember this Ash is not the same as in anime. This Ash has suffered from pain of losing loved ones and is hardened trough years of hardships. So he will be dark and edgy.
