A/N:

@guest who commented recently: Thank you for waiting!

@Kae Membrana: Tsuna can play off the villain part. It's one of the things I love to play on his character. He's so flexible. Thank you. I hope you'll tell me if Tsuna is quite out of character here in this chapter. It makes me worried.

@Lunary: Hahaha! Oh I don't even know if you'll like how the league will react. I hope you do, though.

@guest who commented on Jan 28 (on my timezone): Thank you!

I just realized that this story has 70 chapters already. And it stopped after the major raid of Heroes on the Ujiko's hospital. I'm like 'Damn... I overdid things a bit.'

Please tell me if Tsuna became a little out of character in this chapter. I think he did, especially his hyper intuition? Argh.

Anyway, go on.

Chapter Nine

"Amazing!"

"Is this USJ?!"

Tsuna blinked at the things he can see. From one scenario to another, he felt like he saw this already. In fact, the very thought that he already got through them in his days makes him laugh a little.

He won't deny that Japan has it's own ups and downs, especially that it's near the Pacific ring of fire. He was even there when the tsunami hit Japan, devastating the country and killing a lot of lives. He remembered how he ran out of Bermuda's portal from Italy to Japan, and shouted for Nana and his siblings. Good thing they were safe and sound when he got to them. They were quickly evacuated by Lambo and Takeshi at that time, and some of the other residents.

But Italy has its own disasters too. He can't remember how many earthquakes happened, floods, tsunamis and other disasters that he had to take actions for the sake of his family. He was always on the run, worrying people here and there. Even if it doesn't concern him, his bleeding heart will always be the death of him. As long as one of his family is there, he'll respond. That's how things work for him.

All for the family.

"Flood wrecks, landslide, fires, etcetera etcetera." The hero in space suit, number Thirteen, startes off, while gesturing to the scenarios behind her. "This is a practical training area I created to simulate all kinds of accidents and disasters, and it's called the Ultimate Space for Jams!"

"Oh!" His classmates uttered in awe.

"Hey Number Thirteen." Shouta called out while walking nearer to his fellow staff.

Tsuna looked away as he felt his head started to whisper to him to get ready. He shifted his balance to center, straightening his back, and partly tensed up and relaxed.

"Before we begin, just one thing or two, three, four." He turned back to Thirteen as his classmates sweatdropped. "I'm certain you're all already quite aware, but my quirk is called black hole. No matter what material may get sucked into its vortex, I'm afraid it will turn into dust."

"Now that's a quirk that's perfect for removing wreckage and saving people injured by the disaster!" Izuku commented as Uraraka agrees.

"Don't get excited though." He can't help voicing, causing all of them to turn to him. He remembered that time he incinerated Byakuran with his own Dying Will flame in the not-their-future. "Regardless of how amazing a quirk is, there's always a bad side to it. One way or another, it will cause harm no matter how harmless it looks."

"Yes. What Sawada said is true." Thirteen seconded, causing his classmates to go more somber. "My black hole is helpful. It is, however, a power that can easily be used to kill people. And in that way, it's no different from the quirks of everyone here.

"Naturally, in this society of superhumans, quirks are strictly regulated, and the requirements of their lawful use enforced. We can tell at a glance that, that is the make up of this world. That being said, please don't forget that each of you possess a quirk that can go awry. One wrong step is all it takes to be able to kill others accidentally. During Misted Aizawa's physical test, you of your respective power's potential. And during All Might's trial of battles, I think you took away a true sense of the danger of brandishing those power against one another.

"This lesson will serve as a fresh start! Let's get to studying about how to wield our quirks for the sake of human lives! Your quirks do not exist to hurt others!" Thirteen cheered to brighten.

Tsuna's head snapped to the other side. Just where the center plaza of USJ was situated, behind Shouta who was lounging on the railing. He hurriedly went for Shouta, who straightened up, as Thirteen wrapped up his speech about the lesson and his classmates cheered. He had to put a hand on his head as his intuition told him to be ready over and over again.

"Tsuna?" Shouta called, confused.

"Sensei," He pointed a finger to where his intuition is marking. "my intuition is telling me that someone is going to come out of there."

"What? What do you mean?" His Dad questioned, getting alarmed.

"It's telling us to get ready." Just then, a tendril of purple mists started to appear out of the spot he's talking about. A shiver went down his spine as the alien in his mind told him what's that. "Sensei, villains are intruding."

Then a portal suddenly appeared and a hand went out.

"Everyone! Back away!" Tsuna shouted as he pulled away from the railing.

"Huddle together and don't move!" Shouta shouted after him, while putting hand to his front. "Number Thirteen! Protect the students!"

"What's that?!" Kirishima questioned, putting a hand over his brows to see what they mean. "Is this like that training pattern at the practical exam?"

"Don't move closer, Kirishima-san." Tsuna turned to his classmates and made them back away as Shouta put on his yellow goggles and started to gear up.

"Those are villains!" Shouta informed as people started to pour out of the portal.

"Eraserhead and Number Thirteen." Tsuna looked back to see who was talking. It was someone in the mist. "According to the teachers' curriculum we procured yesterday, Mister All Might is supposed to be here, and yet,"

Caramel eyes and black ones glanced at each other, while Thirteen's head snapped to Tsuna's way.

"I knew it." The brunet breathed, earning some looks.

"So yesterday was the doing of you louts." Their teacher simply commented.

"Where is he..." A guy, with shaggy ash hair and hands pasted on his face, two on the neck and some on the arms, demanded. "We went through all this trouble and rustled up so many of us to bring along... You can't tell me All Might, Symbol of Peace, is not here. I wonder if he'll show up if we kill the kids?"

Tsuna took Shouta's elbow as he felt his senses tingling in alarm while looking at the ash haired villain. "Be careful with that hand guy. I don't feel good about him. His quirk will be a bad news. Don't ever let him touch you, okay?"

"Roger." His Dad nodded. "Relax, Tsuna. I got this."

"Sensei!" Yaoyorozu called out, fully cautious. "What about the intruder alarm sensors?!"

"Of course, we have some set up, but," Thirteen trailed off, trying to hear the alarm that was supposed to be sounding at the moment.

"Is this the only campus they infiltrated?" Todoroki questioned while looking out to the villains. "Or are they attacking all the others too? At any rate, if the sensors aren't responding, then that just means they must have one amongst their number who has a quirk that can do that. An isolated space away from the school. At a time when there's a class scheduled, it may seem out of question but,"

"Yes." He can't help agreeing to his classmate's train of thoughts. "This isn't some ambush out of get go. He did say they went all the trouble to get some of their people. They must be the reason why the reporters were able to get inside the academy yesterday."

Bewildered looks were shot to his way.

"Don't tell me you really thought that reporters will really intrude the school ground?" He queried as he faced them and hoard them away. "They know their limits. And they won't be able to come in if the 'door' isn't opened for them."

"You don't mean one of those villains used the reporters as a distraction to get the teachers' curriculum?" Iida gasped.

"Yes." He answered as he felt his gut churn at the thought of the kids getting hurt. He roamed his eyes, pointedly eyeing Katsuki. "At any rate, do not engage a villain unless completely necessary. That's student protocol. Before you become heroes, you are students. Do not engage."

"Yes!" Most of them responded.

"Number Thirteen! Do the evacuation procedure! And try calling the school!" Shouta barked as he went for the staircase. "These villains know how to get around the sensors! There's a chance there's an electrowave-type guy who'll try interfering! Kaminari, you too!" The blond perked up. "Try contacting Yuuei with your quirk!"

"Sensei! Are you going to fight them alone?!" Izuku voiced in concern. "Even if you suppress all their quirks, there's so many of them! The battle style of 'Eraserhead' is to capture the villain after erasing their quirks! Meaning, the main battle starts now!"

"Midoriya." Shouta called, looking back from his shoulder. He eyed the greenet before he looked at the brunet who is frowning also. "A hero has more than one trick up their sleeves! Number Thirteen! I'm counting on you!"

"Sensei!" Tsuna shouted, stopping his Dad from jumping. "Don't do something I won't do!"

"I won't!" And Eraserhead jumped to fight.

"Come on!" Tsuna shouted, taking Midoriya's back and started to tug the latter. "First one to the door will have an exclusive interview with Aizawa-sensei!"

"What the heck?!" Sero shouted.

"Everyone! Hurry!" Thirteen shouted.

When Tsuna's intuition shouted at him to stop, he relied. "Stop running!"

"Ha-!"

Just then, the purple mist appeared in front of the group, then a voice resounded. "I'm afraid I can't allow that." Then a head- Well, looked like a head, separated from the mist. "Greetings, we are the Villain Alliance."

They went full alert at the bold declaration.

"I apologize for the presumption, but we took it upon ourselves to enter the Yuuei Academy, the base of heroes in order to engage with Mister All Might, the Symbol of Peace. We are wondering if we might be allowed the opportunity to extinguish him, you see."

Tsuna gritted his teeth at how the mist talks. "How polite."

"Was Mister All Might not meant to be in attendance in this juncture? Perchance, has something been altered? Ah well, setting that aside," The villain spread his mist. "this is my role."

Tsuna cursed when Katsuki and Kirishima moved. "Shit! Don't! We could've just scattered and went for the door, damn it!"

"It's no use! Just run! Run, you two!" Thirteen instructed the two.

But it was too late. The next moment, Tsuna found himself landing on the ground. He looked up to see where he is. It looks like he's in the conflagration zone. He breathed a frustrated sigh before he activated his dying will.

He looked around to see if he's with anyone, other than the people around him. Since he doesn't have anyone, he glared at the villains in front of him before smirking and let out his own kind of flames. They started to back away before he retracted them. He raised his fist, moved his neck from side to side to make them crack before nodding.

"Come dance with me." He challenged.

Mashirao breathed a sigh after defeating the villains who surrounded him. He was about to hike down when he heard some noises at some place in front of him. Getting curious, he went for the source of noise, and what he saw astonished him.

At the center is Tsuna, fighting three to four people with unconscious people littered around him. What made Mashirao dumbstruck was the fact that the brunet is fighting with fluid moves, that even him will take years to obtain. Tsuna's moves aren't purely martial arts, though. It's a mix of some martial arts he knows and some unfamiliar ones. It's baffling how at such young age, in his age, there's someone who can do a lot of those fighting styles.

He blinked when Tsuna gave a finishing blow of a round kick to his last opponent. Then he reeled back when orange eyes turned to him.

"You should get going, Ojirou-san." Tsuna said in a calm, orotund voice. "Be careful. I'll be going on ahead. I feel like my Dad is in trouble."

"S-Sure." He nodded, still surprised.

The brunet was about to fly off when orange eyes blinked. "Oh. I forgot."

Mashirao gaped when the villains started to adorn crystal ice by the half of their body, attached to the floor.

"There. Better." His fellow teen quirked a smile. "You should stay here and wait for the police. See you, Ojirou-san." And he flew off.

Curious, Mashirao went near the intruders. He crouched beside one villain and poked the ice crystal. It was cold and warm at the same time. He caressed it with wonder before nodding. It was like Tsuna did a scientific change with his flames and made an ice with it.

He stood up and went started to run for the exit. He has to go back to the others too. They might need his help.

Tsuna's heart pounded as he flew the air. His intuition is screaming at him to hurry. He pumped more flames in his hands and zoomed for the plaza.

His mind started to run stupid scenarios of his Dad being beaten up, the kids being threatened be killed and some other things. He gritted his teeth to think positive and just think of the brighter side. To keep a clear head and always be ready for the worst.

He will never ever forgive himself if the person who helped him grow as a 'teen' right now will get into danger. Shouta may have his own shortcomings and laziness, not even the perfect father who is always there when there are school events, but he's someone who will never make the same mistakes twice. He never questions, always there and have his own way of letting children grow up. Tsuna honestly thinks that both of them cultivated each other's world. Shouta became someone who asks help, instead of just keeping to himself. And Tsuna was able to hold on from the loneliness he feels everytime he thinks he's alone, and hold on from keeping himself calm and collected everytime he wanted to spill his guts to the man.

Maybe that's the reason why he couldn't socialize with anyone at 'his age'. The fact that he feels like he doesn't belong to the age group, that he's not that interested with the 'quirks' and 'heroes', he has the experiences a middle age man have, and the linger feelings he still have for his guardians and his old world. He is clinging to the denial of replacing them and forming a new family in a new world. He can't have it to himself to replace them with some people, because his guardians were the ones he was with through thick or thin. They supported him like how he supports them. And he treasures them.

He admits that he got attached to Shouta. It's because the man showed how he cares, how he tries his hardest to keep his promise, and never fails to be thoughtful for him. Shouta was the person who thought that being alone is enough. That being vigilante was for him. And as Tsuna strived to change that, he saw how broken the man is. The past that turned him into a cynical skeptic person. And he will never deny that, that's what made him so amazed. To break his own principle for the sake of others, and take care of a four year old regardless of how he wants to never involve anyone in his life. That's what a true human is.

Tsuna vowed to protect the man because he's family. And he has the right to know the truth about him someday. To meet those people he still holds in his heart.

So when he saw some big creature holding down his Dad with a hand, and the other is gripping a broken arm, his blood boiled and his gut churn as his flames burst. The creature even dared to put a hand on his Dad's head and was about to smash the latter's face to the ground when he landed. He immediately took the wrist of the creature and gripped it before raising his eyes to see him.

"What in fucking hell are you going to do to my Dad?" He questioned, gripping the wrist with his own quirk.

"Tsuna!" Midoriya, Asui and Mineta exclaimed.

The creature only stared at him.

"Who fucking died and gave you a bullshit permission to touch my family?" He demanded to all villains present before prying the hand off from his Dad's head and break it before giving the creature a kick on the stomach. He watched it fly off.

"Who are you?" The ash haired villain questioned.

Tsuna glared at him before crouching down to see Shouta. "Hey."

"Hey to you too." The man breathed, watching something behind him.

"You okay, Dad? I told you not to do something I won't do." He teased while hearing the conversation behind him. "He almost wiped off your face. What will I do now if they tell me I don't look like you anymore?"

Shouta chuckled before he looked to the side and activated his quirk. "You only have my personality, Tsuna. Not my face."

"Still sticking your nose to my business, Eraserhead." Shigaraki Tomura, as the Black Mist have called, spat.

"Let go of her!"

Tsuna snickered as he stood up and flew for the three who were being attacked, just as the 'Noumu', as what he heard from Shigaraki call the creature, take the blunt punch of Midoriya after appearing to defend his master. While they're distracted, he took the Noumu's arm and threw him away. He looked down to Shigaraki and was about to kick the man when he got wrapped just as Tsuna heard something being broken. Then he flew back to Shouta who looked in pain again.

"We should get you somewhere safe before Shigaraki targets you again." He advised as he pulled the torn cloth from the man's body and started to wrap it on the injured part.

"I can still fight." Shouta insisted as All Might landed beside them.

"I can too." He answered as Izuku, Asui and Mineta went for them. "But I can't have you get more injured, Dad."

They did a small stare off, not minding the commotion around him.

"Fine." Shouta gave in, sighing. "But help All Might. With your own quirk, I know you can."

"Aizawa-sensei!" Izuku voiced in concern. "You can't possibly-"

"Tsuna has more experience in things like this." Shouta explained. "His quirk will be able to help All Might."

"Take care of him." He entrusted to the three as he stood up and pulled in his dying will. "Don't let those three get a hold of him. As much as they want All Might, they also want to eliminate his quirk for being troublesome."

"C-Can I stay?" Izuku gulped before resolve replaces his eyes.

"Midoriya-"

"I won't hesitate kicking you to the others if you become an inconvenience." He conditioned before he moved to where All Might is when his intuition tingled.

Tsuna dropped a heavy foot on the Noumu's head, before prying of the hands that is trying to dig their fingers in the hero's side. Izuku shouted All Might's name in horror when the hands were about to attack again, only to freeze. He quickly took All Might's body to the side as Katsuki came barreling in, making the mist explode while some ice encased the lower body of the Noumu with the help of Todoroki.

"You don't have to be so harsh on Izuku!" He chided to the blond as he pulled All Might away from the Noumu.

"I don't care!" Katsuki shouted, before laughing.

"Shit! I had him!" Kirishima cursed after he tried to catch Shigaraki.

"Get away from him, Kirishima-san! He has a dangerous quirk!" He warned as he settled All Might to a side near Izuku. The redhead complied.

"Young Sawada." He looked up to the hero who stood up properly. "Thank you for taking me out."

"Happy to help." He saluted, analyzing the situation in front of him. "This is troublesome. We can't get any nearer to Shigaraki without any knowledge of his quirk or encountering that Noumu."

"T-Tsuna! Your quirk-"

"I'm not really a flame type quirk. That's just one of my abilities. My real quirk is super strength. It's the reason why I could carry that Noumu around." He explained as his intuition tingled again and directed him to Bakugou who is having his fun with Black Mist.

He eyed the Noumu that took his body out of the wrap and from Todoroki's ice, even if breaking half of his body. Tsuna's mind went overdrive as the Noumu started to regrow his limbs. The moment it moved, he moved with All Might too. While All Might pushed Katsuki away to Izuku's side and took the blunt force from the creature, Tsuna put all his efforts to push the creature away with both of his feet on the creatures chest before flying off.

He looked down at Shigaraki who looked up to him. He can see how pissed the villain is as Black Mist materialized beside him, and Noumu went back from where he flew off.

"Why do you keep on interfering?!" Shigaraki shouted in frustration.

"Because you keep on attacking." He answered before landing beside All Might.

"Do you not know mercy?" The Symbol of Peace questioned with hardened expression, the arm he used to block the force from the Noumu is still smoking from the shock.

"We have no choice. We had to save our ally, didn't we?" Shigaraki reasoned, hands clasped together with sudden calmness. "And not long ago, one of your kids over there. Ah. Which one?"

Tsuna tensed up when Shigaraki looked over to the four teens.

"The plain-looking one." Izuku tenses under Shigaraki's eyes. "He tried to beat me up with all his strength, hear? And from whom do you think he mustered up such touching acts of violence? Hmm? 'Hero'? Now listen here, All Might! I'm very ticked off! We're all categorized as either heroes or villains, but at the end of the violence is violence. And who get to decide right and wrong? Society does!

"The 'Symbol of Peace'? Give me a break! You're nothing but a bludgeon of oppression yourself! Violence bleeds more violence. And once we kill you, that'll be known to the world!" The villain declared.

"You're mad." All Might stated, putting his arms down. "You oughta keep your antisocial viewpoint to yourself."

"Wait wait." Tsuna can't help cutting in, brows frowning. "You think the society is the one deciding what's right and wrong? Excuse me, but we do our decisions. You decided to intrude Yuuei Academy and that's that. Don't go blaming others for your mistakes, hypocrite."

Shigaraki's eyes widened. "Hypocrite-"

"He just wants to get in his kicks." All Might told him.

The villain turned to the hero with amazement. "You saw right through me so quickly."

Tsuna glared at the three. "Still a hypocrite."

Shigaraki raged. "I'm going to kill you for calling me hypocrite!"

"It's five versus three." Todoroki voiced.

"Kaachan exposed the shadow guy's weak point!" Midoriya agrees.

"This guys are outrageous. But if we give All Might some support, then we'll send them packing no problem!" Kirishima seconded.

"No! Please escape!" All Might negated their opinions.

"But if I hadn't come to support you and Sawada earlier, he won't be able to pull you off." Todoroki pointed out.

"All Might, you've got blood. And shouldn't you be- Ah!" Izuku's eyes widened. Tsuna didn't mind the way the greenet cut himself off, as if he was about to slip something that he shouldn't.

"Right you are, Todoroki my boy! Thanks a ton! But I'll be okay! All you need to do is watch a pro show you how its done!" All Might assured.

"I'll be here as your support." Tsuna informed.

"Why can Tsuna come and we can't?!" Kirishima protested.

"This is my field." He answered, pining the four a stare that tells them he's not joking. "I may be at your age, but I'm more experienced in this field."

"Being vigilante for four years did you wonders, Young Sawada." All Might breathed, clenching his hands. "I entrust you your friends."

Tsuna snorted as he eyed the villains. "They won't be here now if they're any incompetent."

The moment the villain alliance moved at the same time, Tsuna intercepted Shigaraki's movements who tried to advance for the teens behind him. As the others get distracted with Noumu and All Might's fight off, he attacked.

It's not his objective to engage a villain. Just to know what Shigaraki's quirk is. The guy has a quick reflex though. But with his intuition, he can land some punches. Everytime though that the man tries to reach him, he was tasked to dodge. To see what that 'hand' does, he sacrificed his coat, and saw it disintegrate and turn to dust. He clicked his tongue before he made some quick decisions. When he was able to make Shigaraki back away, he turned, just in time to see the Noumu flying off.

"Y-You distracted me!" Shigaraki accused to him.

Tsuna smirked. "Not my fault you got tricked."

"Now then, Villain." All Might called out, stepping out a little from the dust he created. He was smirking his own smile. "We both want to put an end to this dance of ours quickly, don't we?"

"You used cheats!" Shigaraki accused as Black Mist appeared beside him. "You've gotten weaker?! You lie! We're totally overpowered! How dare you lay a hand on my Noumu! You used cheats!"

The brunet frowned at the 'cheats' the man kept on saying. He thinks Shigaraki is talking about drugs, which his intuition affirmed. But why would All Might do that?

"Sawada? We should go before we become hostages!" He heard Kirishima told him, but he only nodded.

"There's no way you're any weaker now!" Shigaraki cried in frustration. "Did he? Did he lie to me?"

'He?' Tsuna thought.

"What's the matter? Where'd your bravado go?" All Might challenged before his eyes showed. "What happened to clearing the game? Try it if you can?"

Tsuna winced when his intuition spiked. He readied his flames and his already failing gloves, while keeping an eye on the villains. The moment Shigaraki got suddenly absorbed Black Mist, he moved.

He reached out for All Might just as Black Mist took form in front of the Symbol of Peace. At the same time, Izuku came flying in when Shigaraki appeared somewhere in the mist. The greenet shouted for them to let go of All Might, just enough time for Tsuna to tackled the hero to the ground and immediately got up to see if the teen needed any help. But all he saw was a bullet that shot off Shigaraki's hand.

It reminded him of Reborn.

"So they have finally arrived!" All Might said, looking back, but Tsuna kept his eyes to the scenario in front of him.

"Sorry, Pardners." An unfamiliar voice with Southern west accent apologized.

"We're regrettably late." A small, almost squeaky, yet familiar, Tsuna identified as Nezu, seconded.

His eyes remained on Izuku who fell to the ground.

"I came back with all the people I could scrape together! Class One-A President Tenya Iida! Reporting for duty!" Iida shouted.

When Shigaraki started to get absorbed again, Tsuna went vigilant. But bullets came running for the two remaining villains. Black Mist was able to get Shigaraki, however, Thirteen took revenge by trying to absorb them. He took that time to check on Izuku.

"Are you okay?" He asked, wincing at the sight of he knew as broken legs.

"I-I was completely... useless." The teen voiced.

"You weren't." Tsuna voiced together with All Might who said, "That's not true, Young One."

"If you haven't given us those precious seconds, then Young Sawada won't be able to tackle me to the ground and my head would be rolling right now." All Might narrated. "You've saved me once again, Squirt."

Izuku teared up as he smiled. "I'm so happy you're alright."

Tsuna sighed and sat on the ground as he gazed at All Might who is slowly transforming to a thin guy. "You don't look so good, All Might-san."

"A-Ah!" Izuku exclaimed.

He smiled and patted the green head. "Don't worry if it's a secret."

"Thank you, Sawada my boy." All Might expressed as he sighed. "I need to explain to you this, don't I?"

"Oh. No need." Tsuna waved off, smiling offhandedly. "I'm immune to all the things happening in my world that I will take your form in a stride, All Might-san."

"Midoriya! Sawada!" They all looked at who was calling out for them.

Caramel eyes and green ones widened in panic. "Kirishima!"

"Wai-"

Three of them watched as a wall of cement suddenly appeared between them and Kirishima. It was Cementoss. "We want to check all of the students for injuries. So we'll have everyone gather in front of the gate. Leave the injured to the care of your senseis."

"Yeah. Of course! Roger that!" They heard Kirishima saluted before his footsteps went off.

"Thanks, you really saved my hide, Cementoss." All Might expressed with gratefulness.

"Well," Tsuna sighed as he kneeled on the floor. "I should get going."

"Ha? Where?" Izuku asked, confused.

"Dad needs me." He sighed and was about to get up when he felt dizzy. "Shit."

"Tsuna? Tsu... Na..."

The next thing he knew, it was blank.
