Hello Guys this is StoryTeller414 with Chapter 7 of Cool Story.
Recap: After Sid blows up a Combat Carl, Abby's Mom decides to take her to Pizza Planet. However, Abby can only bring one toy. Who will Abby pick...
Later, That day, After Sid's stunt next door, A "for sale'' sign and a "sold" sign stood outside Abby's house. Inside her room, Abby was playing with Meilin and Tommy.
"To infinity and beyond!" Abby declared as she pretended to make flying and exploding noises. A few seconds later, Abby's mom came into the room "Oh, all this packing makes me hungry. What would you say to dinner at, uh, oh, Pizza Planet?" Abby's Mom asked casually.
"Pizza Planet?! Oh, cool!" Said Abby as she dropped Meilin and Tommy and followed her mom out of the room. once they were gone, Mei and Tommy unfroze with Mei pushing Tommy off of her and brushing herself as she listened to Abby and Mrs. Park talking.
"Go wash your hands and I'll get Molly ready." Said Mrs. Park from outside the room.
"Can I bring some toys?" Abby asked.
"You can bring one toy." Mrs. Park responded.
"Just one?" Abby replied from outside the room as Mei perked up with concern.
"One toy?" Mei asked herself under her breath as she glanced over her shoulder at Tommy, who was walking over to the opposite side of the desk. As she looked around the room, Mei, with her back to Tommy, noticed a Magic 8 Ball that had been left beside her and decided to ask a question.
"Will Abby pick me?" Mei asked as she picked up and quietly shook the Magic 8 Ball as a message appeared, saying "Don't count on it."
"Don't count on it?!" Mei blurted out in anger. Meanwhile Mr. Potato-Head and Reuben, who were playing a game of cards down below, heard Mei groaning in frustration.
"UGH!" Mei fumed as she threw the ball down as it rolled over the desk and fell behind it. The thud caught Mei's attention and she looked down to see the ball wedged at the bottom. The space was a black chasm, dark and deep, just big enough to fit a toy.
Mei turned her attention to Tommy, who was looking for some "tools'' to fix his ship. Mei then saw RC asleep on top of some boxes and a sly grin came to her face as she got an idea on how to get Abby's attention for herself.
"Tommy! Oh, Tommy, TommyInnit! TommyInnit, thank goodness! We've got trouble!" Mei shouted as she ran up to Tommy and pleaded with him in desperation.
"Trouble? Where?" Asked Tommy.
"Down there. Just down there. A helpless toy...it's...it's trapped, Tommy!" Mei cried as she pointed to the place where the ball fell.
"then we have no time to lose!" Tommy declared as he ran to the spot while Mei tip-toed over to RC and grabbed his remote whilst starting him up, opening RC's eyes in the progress.
"I don't see anything." Tommy replied as Mei positioned RC and prepared to set her plan in motion.
"Oh he's there. Just, just keep looking!" Mei responded when suddenly, Her finger slipped on the accelerator button early and sent RC toward Tommy at at full throttle.
"What kind of toy–" Tommy asked suspiciously before he was interrupted by a sound behind him and whipped around just in time to see RC racing towards him at full speed.
Tommy gasped in horror and jumped out of the way just as RC smashed into the base of Abby's bulletin board with a thud while the impact caused several thumbtacks to fly out of the board and rain down towards him. Tommy ducked as pins landed all around him, sticking into the desk like arrows.
At that same moment, The ruckus caught Mr. Potato-Head's attention and he gasped in horror while he watched Meilin's seemingly treacherous actions against Tommy go haywire as the bulletin board slammed down onto Abby's globe and dislodged it from it's stand as it started rolling right towards Tommy.
Up on the desk, the globe rolled towards Tommy while Mei stood frozen in disbelief at the chaos she had just created. Tommy, noticing the globe, ran along the desk with the globe rolling right behind him, Indiana Jones style.
"Oh! Whoa, whoa! Oh!" Tommy cried as he ended up getting stuck "log rolling" on a pile of pencils. Luckily, at the last second, he jumped out of the globe's way and onto the window ledge. However, the globe lumbered past Tommy and struck a Luxo-Style desk lamp, causing the arm of the lamp to swing all the way around, barely missing Mei.
Unfortunately, Tommy wasn't so lucky as a few seconds later, the lamp suddenly struck Tommy with a hard thump and sent him out the window with a scream.
"TOMMY!" The toys screamed in horror as they watched Tommy fall down.
"Tommy!" Mei gasped as she stuck her head out the window just in time to see Tommy plummet into the bushes while the other toys raced to the windowsill.
"I don't see him in the driveway." Said Slinky
"Did you see what happened?" Toothless asked.
"I think he bounced into Sid's yard!" Slinky remarked while Mei backed away from the commotion in guilt, unnoticed.
"This is bad." William murmured.
"He's definitely not going to pizza planet now!" Sonic exclaimed.
"What will Abby say when she finds out!" Emmett added.
"Oh! Tommy!" cried Toothless.
"Whirrr! Whirrrr-whirrrr!" RC interrupted as Toothless looked over at him bouncing up and down in a worried manner.
"Hey, everyone, RC's trying to say something." Toothless remarked as the toys turned from the window to RC.
"What is it, boy?" asked Toothless as he leaned in to listen to RC.
"Whirrr! Whirrr! Whirrrrrr!" RC continued.
"He's saying that this was no accident." Mr. Potato-Head interjected.
"Huh?" the toys responded in confusion.
What do you mean? Asked Carter.
"I mean Trusty Tommy was pushed by Meilin!" Mr. Potato-Head shouted as he pointed an accusatory finger at none other than Meilin Lee.
"WHAT?!" The toys asked in surprise as they turned to Mei.
"Wait a minute. You- You don't think I meant to knock Tommy out the window, do you? Potato Head?" Mei asked in complete shock.
"That's Mr. Potato Head to you, you back-stabbing murderer!"
"Now, it was an accident, guys. Come on. Now, you-, you've gotta believe me." Mei pleaded.
"We believe ya, Meilin. Right, Toothless?" Slinky assured Mei.
"Well, ye- N- I don't like confrontations!" Toothless stammered as Mei panicked. While Sonic, Carter, Slinky, Emmett, Priya and William were on her side, The majority of the toys were siding with Mr. Potato-Head and that became further evident when Sergeant popped out of his bucket.
"Where's your honor, dirtbag? You're an absolute disgrace! YOU DON'T DESERVE TO - HEY!" Sergeant yelled at Mei for her "Dishonorable" behavior before Mei shut the lid of The bucket and turned to see Potato-Head approaching her aggressively.
"You Couldn't handle Tommy cutting in on your play time, could you, Meilin? You didn't want to face the fact that Tommy just might be Abby's new favorite toy. So, you got rid of him. Well, what if Abby starts playing with me more, Meilin? You're gonna knock me outta the window too!?" Mr. Potato-Head interrogated as he drove Mei back to the very edge of the desk, trapped.
"I don't think we should give her the chance." Reuben responded.
Suddenly, the lid popped off the bucket of army men.
"THERE SHE IS, MEN! FRAG HER!" Sergeant shouted as the army men yelled, charged and pounced on Meilin while Mr. Potato-Head and the other toys on his side closed in.
"NO, Stop!" Cried Sonic.
"Let's string her up by her pull-string!" Mr. Potato-Head exclaimed.
"Quit It!" Emmet begged.
"I got dibs on her sweater!" Reuben added.
"Would you guys stop it!" Carter shouted.
"Tackle her!" Reuben ordered
"Guys, stop it!" Carter scolded the toys, but to no avail.
"No, no, no! W-W-Wait! I can explain everything!" Mei pleaded as the toys swarmed and attacked her. Luckily, just as they were about to finishher off, they heard Abby.
"Hey Mom, be right down. I've gotta get Tommy." Said Abby from outside the room.
"Retreat!" Sergeant ordered.
Immediately, The toys all dropped Mei and rushed back to their places as Abby entered the room and headed straight for the desk where Mei was lying. However, Abby overlooked Mei and began searching around the room.
"Mom, do you know where Tommy is?" Asked Abby.
"No, I haven't seen him." Mrs. Park responded from outside while Mei painfully watched as Abby searched in vain for Tommy.
"Psssst!" Mr. Potato-Head gestured to Mei as she looked across the room to see Etch drew a hangman's noose while Mr Potato-Head pointed an accusing finger at her. Mei gulped in fear.
"Abby, I'm heading out the door!" Mrs. Park called Abby.
"But, Mom, I can't find him!" Abby complained
"Honey, just grab some other toy. Now, come on!" Mrs. Park responded
"Oh, okay." Abby sighed as she grabbed Meilin gently and walked out of the room, down the stairs and exited the house dragging Meilin as she headed towards the family van in the driveway.
"I couldn't find Tommy. I know I left him right there." Abby mumbled.
"Honey, I'm sure he's around. You'll find him." Mrs. Park assured.
Not to far away, a bush next to the van began to rustle followed by two hands parting the foliage, revealing none other than TommyInnit. As he peaked out of the bushes, Tommy watched Abby carry Meilin into the van and glared at her with a slow burn.
Suddenly, the Van's engine started. Immediately, Tommy raced out of the bush and with a mighty leap, He grabbed the rear fender of the Van as it pulled out of the driveway.
A few minutes later, The toys regrouped at Abby's window and lowered a chain of red monkey's to find Tommy but to no avail. To make matters worse, the sun was close to setting which would make it harder to find Tommy.
"It's too short! We need more monkeys! Said Slinky.
"There aren't any more! That's the whole barrel." Toothless cried as he dropped the barrel and walked to the edge of the window.
"Tommy! The monkeys aren't working! We're formulating another plan! Stay calm!" Toothless called out and sighed, "Oh, where could he be?".
The toys looked off into the sunset with worry, completely unaware that Tommy was a long way from home..
And so, We have our next major event of the story. Chapter 8 coming soon...
