Ok, So I thought about this one and here is the idea that I came up with. Season 3ish.
Commission.
Of course.
But from when?
Five's body felt heavy as he rolled over onto his side to look around. He can't even remember how they got there, but his siblings were right alongside him.
They were put in a holding cell on the basement level of the headquarters. There were no windows. There were bars, high up (higher than any of them could reach), but not to a window. Behind the bars was what looked like a projector. The door would be too strong for Luther to bust through.
"Five?"
Speak of the devil.
He looked up at Luther, who had made his way to his "little" brother's side. Five struggled to sit, the heavy feeling lagging down his arms and legs.
"I was drugged…" Five concluded. Smart. He can't blink. But that means…
He looked over to his other siblings.
Klaus and Diego were fine. Luther is not a threat here either but Allison and Viktor?
Viktor was still unconscious, head in Klaus' lap. Allison was awake though.
"Allison, did they do anything to you?" He said in between labored gasps.
She pointed to her throat and gave him a look.
"They must have given you the numbing serum," he realized. "It's something that they inject in people usually to stop them from saying something, or keeping them silent when being abducted…I don't know how long it lasts."
He felt so tired.
"Are you alright?" Luther placed a hand on his shoulder.
"I feel lethargic," Five closed his eyes. "I'm certain that they drugged me and Viktor with the same serum. It's to prevent us from using our abilities."
Just then the door opened and Five's heart sank as the Handler walked in with two armed men.
"Hello Five, darling."
The Hargreeves eyed Five, except for Diego who kept his eyes on the Handler.
"Isn't she dead?" Luther asked.
"Not yet, it seems."
The Handler looked among them. "Dead?"
Before anyone could give her too much information, which would allow her to prevent her death, Five said, "You're much younger than when we last saw you," not giving any hints. Let her think she had time. "But considering we have seen you older,we now know that you don't keep us here."
The Handler smiled at that. "We'll see about that." She snapped her fingers as the armed men walked towards Viktor. Immediately the family went into defense mode.
Klaus wrapped an arm protectively around Viktor, who was still limp. Diego stood to take a swing, but was only met with the bad side of the gun, which was a high voltage taser. He dropped down, Allison immediately going to his side.
Luther stood, but was stopped by Five's voice.
"Take me."
Everyone looked at him as he struggled to his feet.
The Handler looked amused by this.
"Oh Five. You do everything for your family, don't you?" She hissed at him with a smile. "You have ruined my operations because all you wanted was to get back to them, and then to save them. Why shouldn't I hurt them?"
"Because I'm the one you really want." Five said simply, standing as strong as he could, trying not to look as weak as he felt. "Let's be honest, I have been a thorn in your side for years."
"You have, haven't you?" She looked to the siblings and back to Five. "Deal."
"Five," Luther said sharply. "I'll go instead"
"It's fine Luther," Five gave him a reassuring look. "You need to be here with them."
The Handler placed a hand to her heart, mockingly. She then whirled on her heel and walked towards the door. She raised a hand in the air with a command of, "bring him."
Five felt a sudden jolt, with a mix of a burning pain and tingling sensation. His body went rigid, and he felt a tension in his lower back that ached.
Then he dropped, caught by one of the men, and carried out.
"Five!" Luther and Klaus called out as the door shut. They looked at each other with worry.

Five was dropped into a chair and strapped in. He still felt the numbness from the taser, which didn't help his already tired body.
The Handler stood in the corner and watched him. She looked to a camera that was above them, in the corner, and picked up a remote.

The siblings huddled close by trying to collect themselves. Luther looked around again. Suddenly the projector whirled on, and a scene was casted over the opposing wall.
"Five" Klaus whispered.
Their brother was strapped to a table and the Handler casually walked over to him. She was holding something in her hands, but the fuzzy picture made it hard to make out.
"Now, Five, all of this can go away if you just came back," They heard her say. "You know this is where you truly belong. We made you what you are."
"Then I can thank you for the hatred I have more myself" They heard him spit back.
The siblings glanced at one another at that confession.
"Say you'll stay," the Handler pressed.
"You'll kill the others," Five accused her.
She had no intention of hiding this fact. "Of course. So long as they are alive, you will always do what you can to be with them. You'll never truly be mine."
The way she said that sent a collective chill over the group.
"Go to hell," he told her.
"You'll change your mind…" She felt so certain. She raised the hand that was holding something, and only then did Allison realize it was a knife. The Handler placed it almost delicately against Five's arm and gave a sharp slice.
They winced as they heard Five cry out.
Again…
And Again…
Luther ran over to the door and, once again, started beating at it. After the 4th punch, he left behind a smear of blood from his knuckles. But he continued.
Allison raced over and grabbed his arm to stop him from swinging again, looking at his hand and then back to him with pleading eyes.
"We can't do nothing!" He responded to her silent words.
She gave him another look, conveying that she was just as upset. But they were stuck. She looked back to Viktor, who was still unconscious. He would be their best chance.

Five's lungs were on fire.
He thrashed to pull himself back from the wet fabric that was invading his airways. Any hint of air.
The towel was pulled off his face and he coughed, choking out the water.
His arms were still stinging from the cuts the Handler gave him, but some of them had clotted to a stop by now.
"This could stop," the Handler reminded him, watching as he was gasping for air. "Just agree."
"You think I'm that selfish?" He challenged her, his voice croaking from the strain.
"At this point, I think you're plain stupid," she answered. "Or maybe you are just a glutton for pain."
"You would know best, wouldn't you?" Five glared at her.
"Careful Five," the Handler gave him a knowing smile. She gestured to the camera that was pointing in their direction. "Your family can hear and see everything…"
-UA-
They looked on as Five looked in the direction of the camera, his eyes widening as he realized what the Handler was doing. Before he could utter another word, his face was covered with the wet towel again, as another person started to place the hose back over his face.
Diego paced the room.
"We can't just do nothing," He cried out.
"But what can we do?" Klaus whined. If Ben, their Ben, was still around he could send him out. But the only Ben now was the Sparrow Ben, and he has already proven to be the worst.
Their door opened and 4 armed men entered this time, along with a woman, who looked incredibly timid. Two of them went right over to Klaus and Viktor and aimed their guns.
"Any move and they are the ones who suffer," One of the men warned.
Luther and Diego exchanged glances. They wouldn't dare to move.
"Dot, give them the next dose"
"Dot…" Diego looked at the woman he remembered from the resistance, which he supposed was a future version of her.
Dot gave him a sad smile and made her way towards Allison, needle in hand. The guard was right by her side, lifting it as a warning. Allison squinted her eyes, waiting for the sting of the needle, but instead felt something wet on her arm. She opened her eyes and glanced down, seeing Dot spill the contents of the needle onto her arm, rather than in it. The woman locked eyes with Allison, giving her a knowing look, and Allison gave a sharp hiss, as if the needle had stung her after all. Dot gave her a small smile and stood.
She then made her way over to Viktor with a second needle. Allison watched carefully, noting that she did the same thing to him, and seemed to have placed something in the crook of his arm.
She then stood and looked at the men. "All done," she said firmly, and started to walk out, with the men following after.
Allison quickly went over to her unconscious brother.
"Are you alright?" Klaus asked her.
She smiled and nodded, and checked Viktor for what Dot left behind. A piece of paper. It seemed to be a simple map, showing them where Five was in comparison to them, and a little note:
Number Three should have her voice back in a few minutes. Number Seven should wake up soon too. There will be a briefcase hidden in the closet just past where Number Five is being kept.
Allison smiled, showing the paper to Diego and Luther.
"Viva la resistance," Diego said softly with a smile.
They were interrupted by the sound of Five choking, coughing and retching as he was permitted a break from his torture.
"We were give the tools, let's make a plan," Luther said to them, refusing to watch his brother be tortured any more.
"Viktor?" They heard Klaus inquire. They looked over to see Viktor's eyes open, as he took in his surroundings with confusion.
"What happened?"
"A lot," Diego replied. "I know you just woke up, but we need you. Five needs us."
Viktor sat up and took account of his senses. Then he looked up at the projection.
Five was lying limp in the chair.
"Are you good?" Luther asked him.
Viktors eyes flared at the image on the wall and looked at Luther with a nod.
"Me too," Allison piped up, smiling that she got her voice back.
"Then let's do this."
-UA-
"Oh come on, Five," the Handler complained. "You couldn't last just a little longer?"
She poked at his face, looking for any signs of consciousness.
Then she slapped him.
Nothing.
"Why must you constantly spoil my fun," She asked softly, leaning in close to him.
There was a crash outside and the door opened.
"Get away from my brother," Diego barked at her.
She whipped around, startled to see him.
"Who let you out?" She demanded.
"The guards. They were pretty nice about it." Allison said, walking into the room. The Handler tensed, seeing her.
The older woman leaned to hit a button that started an alarm.
"Well that was a stupid idea," Diego laughed. "Let's add a loud noise…"
The Handler heard security running down the hall past the door, only to be thrown back the other way. The doorway, wall and ceiling cracked.
The Handler backed up when she saw Viktor, glowing, step to the doorway. Luther walked around him and into the room, going over to Five. It was nothing for him to snap the restraints off him and lift him up.
"I got the briefcase!" They heard Klaus yell, as he also entered the room.
The Handler was in the corner now.
Allison walked up to her.
"I heard a rumor…"
"Don't," Diego grabbed Allison's arm. He leaned in close for Allison to hear, "she needs to stay alive so she dies when she does. Or we may not make it back from 1963. She was a part of that…"
Allison hesitated and stepped back with the siblings. They all held on as Klaus opened the briefcase.
-UA-
Five opened his eyes. The busy green wallpaper of the hotel accosted his sight. He sat up sharply, alert. He immediately regretted doing so.
"Five," Diego dropped to his side.
"I…what?" Five looked around him. Viktor was sitting on the couch with a magazine in his hand, though now his attention was on his brother.
"We're safe," Viktor told him.
"How?" Five asked.
"Dot. She didn't give Allison and Viktor their doses, and gave us a map to you and a briefcase," Diego filled in the gaps.
Five laid back down and winced. The slices on his arms were healing, but were still sore. "How long have we been back?"
"You were out for about a day," Viktor answered his actual question.
Five sighed.
"You didn't have to do that," Diego told him. "Take all of it…"
"That's what we do in this family, isn't it?" Five asked him. "She really wanted me. And she wouldn't have held back with you guys to torment me. But she did hold back with me."
"This was holding back?" Viktor had put the magazine down and made his way over to the bed.
"She wouldn't have killed me," He told him. "She'd make me wish I was dead, she's done that plenty."
"How did you manage to hold on for so long?" Viktor asked quietly. Diego froze at the question.
"Because of you. All of you. I just kept thinking how I had to get back to you," Five answered.
"Well we are here. And you should rest." Diego told him, putting a hand on his arm.
Five gave a small smile and closed his eyes.
Safe and sound.
