Personality/History: The streetwise and resourceful Roy Stallion seems at first glance. Just a guy with good looks on the surface. But there's more to this book than his cover.
Roy grew up near the heart of Vacuo. Raised by his mother, she was the only family he ever knew. But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows for the Stallions cause this is Vacuo. For you see, Mrs. Stallion was an exotic dancer. Roy learned later in life that she, like others in Vacuo, did a lot of immoral things to get by and survive. Then, she continued this behavior to provide for him. After learning how much his mother and others gave up just to make a living in Vacuo. It inspired him to break the cycle, work hard and make a good life for himself, his mother, and other citizens of Vacuo. He worked hard and is now a first-year at Shade Academy.
Fun fact: NDGO are considered the hottest female students to attend Shade. As for Roy, most of the female student body and several boys considered him the most handsome guy in Shade. But he was never really into dating and was focused on making it through school. Roy is aware of this and does not dwell on it too much. Especially from his partner Nolan.
Hobbies: Studying history, Learning new things, and playing Danceitron arcade games.
Semblance: "Fuego'' Roy can create something similar to frostbite. His semblance allows his hands to become so cold that any living being he touches even for a few seconds, gets burned by the extreme freezing temperatures. (Based on the Semblance given to him by ArcofUA in SugerCrash.) It's also what I think it can do from what Arc described. It might change with more info.

Roy was a neat one to write. I got the idea that he's a resourceful kid who had to rely on his wits to survive the harsh world of Vacuo from Giorno from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
They both understood from a young age how the world worked and did what they could to survive. But at the same time, not lose their morality and go lower than anyone else.
Back then, Roy would steal food from markets but he would give it to someone who need it more.
