Flynt Coal-

Age: 17

Aura Color: Dark Blue

Weapon: "Herald's Jazz" trumpet that can release sound waves to disorient his opponents

Personality/History: Most people know Flynt Coal through his family and their beef with the SDC, losing a dust shop in Mantle that has been in the Coal family for several generations. So it's no secret he's not their biggest fan and is very vocal about his hatred. He then joined Atlas Academy to become a huntsman, not just to provide for his family after his parents were unable to get back on their feet after losing their shop. But, because his family always helped others, that way they opened their shop in the first place.

But he's known to write and make Talent show-winning Fusion Jazz music with his teammates, inspired by his granddad, who had a passion for Jazz. His parents even gave Flint his signature fedora, which used to belong to his granddad. So he always remembers his roots.

Flint found a team that didn't feel like they belonged in Atlas. Due to being surrounded by the wealthy majority at the school, especially when some jerks from Atlas city point it out to them.

It also doesn't help that Team FNKI doesn't follow the dress code and several Acadamy rules most of the time. Much to the annoyance of team member Kara.

Flint may have been inspired by the 'Happy Huntresses' to do these things. They're a group of Atlas Academy graduates who chose not to join the Atlas military and function in Mantle as regular Huntsman and defenders.

Who knows, maybe Flint and FNKI will shine better than those before them and show you don't have to have piles of liens to make it in Atlas. Only time will tell.

Semblance: "Killer Quartet" He generates three clones of himself, each wearing a different colored necktie and armed with a trumpet.

Hobbies: Music, Hanging with friends, Proving rich people wrong

RWBY Emblem: Stylish Blue Neckpiece? Seriously, I don't know what this is.

Author's notes:

Flint's easy to write since he explained his motives himself in V3. I added some original things to flesh him out.

(Also the name of Flint's trumpet is a reference to the hero Herald from DC comics. And his granddad is named Harold and belongs to him. Flint used it as a base to make his weapon.)
