Chapter 18: Sudden Re-encounter

The next morning, Kenny persuades Tweek to go to his classes. It took awhile, but Kenny understood the other's hesitance. Kyle had already left, still very awkward to be around them after what happened the other day. It's unknown when he had returned to the room.

Noticeable dark bags are underneath Tweek's eyelids, he didn't sleep at all last night. The thoughts preoccupying his mind wouldn't let him, he couldn't shake the image of Luke force feeding him his blood. That's the second time he'd done that, the disgusting, selfish asshole.

Kenny is right beside him, the both of them walking to Mr. DeLorne's class. Tweek knows that Kenny is still worried about him, and honestly Tweek is still worried himself. Worried about how all of his classes will go. He just hopes Kenny is in his third and fourth classes since he's not in his second. But Kyle is though...

They eventually reach their first class, Tweek noticing Gary's and Stan's figures entering the classroom. As well as random students' eyes on him as they go about their way, making him greatly nervous all over again.

"Now you see why I told you you'd have no choice but to be ready to defend yourself once you step out of our room," Kenny says with a wry smile. He stops walking, as does Tweek who's looking increasingly anxious. "Of course, you can ignore anyone that tries to provoke you, but it would be better to just fight them head-on so in the future they won't fuck with you again." It's a self-appointed strategy he always stuck by although now hardly any of the students dare to mess with him.

He fails to reassure Tweek on the possibility of fighting to defend himself from another vampire, it scares him even more at the thought. He'd surely be killed!

"B-but I-"

"I know it'll be different compared to fighting against another human-"

"I can't fight!" Tweek blurts out.

"Eh?" Kenny blinks, taken aback by his outburst.

Tweek looks down at the floor, embarrassed. "I-I don't know how to fight..."

"So, you've never fought anyone before..." Kenny now realizes, feeling guilty about the advice he just gave Tweek. "Well, it's okay, you probably have a class or two that'll teach you about combat." Then the tardy bell rings, startling Tweek. "Shit," Kenny curses. He forgot that they didn't have much time left to begin with after they left their room, but they're literally a few steps away from the classroom. "C'mon." Grabbing Tweek's hand, they walk into the classroom, locking eyes with a pair of shamrock green ones at the teachers desk.

Kenny rubs the back of his neck nervously. "Uh, I can explain-"

"What, zhat zhe two of you decided to 'ave a random conversation right outzide my classroom?" Mr. DeLorne asks with mock interest.

"It wasn't random, I was trying to-"

"Whatever, just close zhe door an' sit down."

Releasing his hand, the two blondes go to their seats. All eyes follow Tweek, the pressure of their stares practically making him sweat.

"Hi, Tweek," he hears Pip whisper to him before he passes by his desk. Tweek gives him a meek wave, continuing to his seat in the back. He remembers that he sits dangerously close to the row of windows, still fearing the likelihood of the glasses shattering one day.

However, when he sits down and looks out the window - the light grey clouds brightening the classroom in a sullen way, and the gentle breeze swaying the branches of dead trees - he feels calm. Perhaps it's because the scenery is similar to South Park's...The reminiscence of his hometown reminds him of that strange dream he had, and he no longer feels at ease.

"Tweek, stop daydreaming and take out your damn textbook, you're reading first zhen Kenny," Mr. DeLorne declares. Kenny groans in protest.

Startled once again, Tweek quickly does as told, unaware of the concerning gazes of his three human friends and Kenny's.

Tweek really loathes going to his next class once the bell rings. He and his classmates start closing their textbooks and putting it back underneath their desks, Tweek reluctantly getting up from his seat while the others do so routinely. Not even Mr. DeLorne telling them to get out as his second period students walk in urges him to move any faster.

"Tweek, I need to speak wizh you for a moment," Mr. DeLorne says beckoning him over.

Tweek obliges, having a hunch as to what his teacher wants to discuss with him. He didn't understand at all what they read earlier, even though he was the first to read. Fortunately, that was all they did throughout class, but all the while it was still difficult to comprehend.

"I want to see you 'ere afzer classes," the man tells him. "I could tell you were very confused while reading, so I'm going to get you caught up by first going over zhe ozher materials we covered while you were absent, zhen we'll re-read today's chapter. I better see you in my class before 4:30, comprendre?"

"Y-yes, sir," Tweek responds, surprised that Mr. DeLorne is going to help him himself since before he said that the other students would help him, Stan, Gary, and Pip catch them up with what he was teaching prior their arrival. Although he missed it the next day.

Tweek is dismissed, he hurries out of the classroom. Although he doesn't want to go to Gym, he doesn't want to be late going there either. He bumps into someone once he's out in the hallway. He stumbles back with a grunt while the vampire he crashed into curses.

"Watch where the hell you're goin', dumbass."

Tweek tenses up, hoping this is a different vampire that has a deep and intimidating monotone voice. "S-sorry," he apologizes almost quietly. Not sparing them a glance, he walks away in a hurry, yelping when a cold hand roughly grabs his wrist, stopping him.

"You think a mere sorry is gonna cut it?" Their grip tightens, Tweek wincing and fearing they might break his wrist. He looks back, and in that instant, a memory of a pair of amber eyes glowing in the darkness causes his own eyes to enlarge in horror.

All of the students in the hallway are watching them with great interest. Stan, who stayed behind wanting to walk with Tweek to Gym together, is looking like he wants to come to Tweek's aid, but is unsure how.

"C'mon, folks, there's nothin' to see here," a brunette says. "Move along. Shoo, shoo." He and the blonde beside him begin to disperse the crowd before any of the teachers can, the students grumbling as they resume heading to their second class.

The scowl on Craig's face morphs into a troubled frown. "So, it was true..." His soft-spoken words didn't reach Tweek's ears, he's rendered stiff, still looking horrified.

Without another word, Craig starts walking, pulling Tweek along. It's only when one of his feet starts moving without his brain's input that Tweek snaps out of it, becoming even more afraid.

"Of course, you can ignore anyone that tries to provoke you, but it would be better to just fight them head-on so in the future they won't fuck with you again."

Recalling Kenny's advice doesn't give him a confidence boost, instead it has the opposite effect. This is the first vampire that bit and drank some of his blood. As much as he would like to exact some sort of revenge, he knows deep down he wouldn't stand a chance against this guy.

"Craig, where you goin'?" Tweek hears someone call out from behind them. The name sounds familiar...then it dawns on him. Luke mentioned that name to him before.

Craig doesn't reply back, he just picks up a slight pace. Tweek so badly wants to ask where he's taking him-wait, no he doesn't. He so badly wants to get away from him. For all Tweek knows, Craig could be taking him to his shared bedroom, probably to make a meal out of him once more. Apparently being a vampire doesn't save him from getting his blood sucked again, Luke feed him his blood...

Shaking his head so as to not remember the taste of the red fluid, Tweek nervously starts twisting his wrist to try and free himself. The second he does this, Craig stops his attempt by gripping him firmly.

"Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you again."

Tweek doubts it, but before he can do anything else, he notices Craig slowing down then stopping altogether.

He brought them to the boys restroom, they're the only ones in here as far as Tweek can tell with how quiet their surroundings are. The floor is black, shiny, and spotless, and the walls are a deep crimson. There are no mirrors above the three pristine white sinks. Five of the bathroom dividers are black, and the light above them casts a silver glow in the overly dark restroom like the moon.

"Why are we in here?" Tweek wonders anxiously, keeping an intent gaze on Craig's back.

"Who turned you?"

He dragged Tweek here just to ask him that? Why does he want to know anyway? Is he worried that he turned Tweek into a vampire? Tweek isn't even sure if he should reveal to him the real culprit, no one except Kenny knows about Luke. It's best to keep the redhead's identity a secret, mainly for Kyle's sake.

"I-I don't know," Tweek answers.

"It's pointless to lie." Craig turns to face him, his scowl resurfacing. "If you don't tell me," Tweek winces at the increasing pressure applied to his wrist. "I'll make you."

"I-I'm not lying, I really don't know!"

BRIIIIING~

Tweek nearly shrieks at the shrill ring of the tardy bell. "S-shit, I'm late for Gym!" He exclaims in a panic, once again trying to escape from Craig's grasp. He's already missed three days of his classes (four days of his third and fourth classes), he can't afford to be tardy to one of them. Craig refuses to show any signs of losing his hold. "L-let me go!"

The ringing and Tweek struggling to free his wrist while demanding to be let go mesh painfully together in Craig's eardrums. A low growl slips through his clenching teeth, he shouts, "Shut up!" Before knocking Tweek out with a harsh punch to the face. He's sent flying into the wall, his body creating a rather large crater upon impact. He slumps to the floor just as the bell goes silent.

"You bastard!"

Craig looks away from Tweek's unmoving body towards the entrance of the restroom, feeling his anger nearly skyrocketing at the black-haired human glaring nervous daggers at him. But then two figures appear behind the human.

"What the hell, Craig?!" Butters' rather loud query startles Stan. Craig's boyfriends rush into the restroom roughly bumping Stan to the side. They completely ignore his existence, Butters questioning Craig while Clyde inspecting Tweek's injury with a whistle.

Before Stan can utter a word, Craig goes over to pick Tweek up, slinging him over his shoulder, then the four leave the restroom. Baffled, Stan can only watch the black fogs slowly dissipate into the cool air. Baffled, Stan can only watch the black fogs slowly dissipate into the cool air.

Did...they just kidnap Tweek?

*Hours Later*

That afternoon, all of the students are in their third class. Though not Stan, he's in the Principal's office. The spacious room is decorated in the colors purple and black, off to the left side upon entering is a black bookshelf; only one of its books stand out conspicuously than the other dark-colored books. Principal Brimestone is sat in a black leather chair behind a brown wooden desk. On top of the wide desk are a bunch of papers, pens, and other materials messily scattered about, off to the side is a plain ebony vase containing a bundle of healthy flowers and a picture frame is right next to it. It's faced away from Stan so he can't see who's all in it, but he can care less about that right now.

"What if something else happens to Tweek? What're you gonna do about it then, huh?" Stan asks irritably.

Principal Brimestone crosses both his arms and leg over the other, acquiring a stern look on his face. "Look, I'm already aware of your friend's situation based on what you've told me, but-"

"But what?!" Stan interrupts heatedly. "We need to find them before they do something worse!"

Principal Brimestone breathes deeply out through his nose, calming himself down. Stan came at a bad time, he was already dealing with something else troublesome prior to his abrupt arrival. "Why are you so concerned about Tweek anyway? Have you forgotten what he is? Even if it's those three, Tweek should still be able to escape from them."

"I told you Craig knocked him out, he might not wake up in time to get away from them," Stan says angrily. He pinches the bridge of his nose with a heavy sigh, calming himself down also. "Please Principal Brimestone, at least get someone to look for him."

"...First, let me you ask you a question." Stan lowers his hand glaring at the man, but the look on the other noirette's face makes him uneasy. "Your answer will decide on what action I'll take." Stan feels a chill run down his spine, he nods his head for the man to ask his question. "Do you still truly consider Tweek a friend?"

"Of course I do!" Stan answers immediately, appearing offended.

The seriousness on Principal Brimestone's face hardens. "Let me ask you again, do you still truly consider Tweek a friend?"

Stan is beginning to lose his patience, but he won't get anywhere if he doesn't give the Principal the right answer. He sighs again. "I'll admit, I was skeptical of him at first. I mean he's a vampire now, it was only a few days ago that he was human. If anything, I feel really bad for him...But Tweek is still Tweek, even if he's not human anymore."

Principal Brimestone is silent for some seconds, observing the sad gleam in Stan's eyes. The boy's reply was earnest, sincere, and pitiful. However, he wasn't entirely truthful. Nonetheless, Principal Brimestone is satisfied with the answer he received, his expression relaxes. "Alright, I'll see what I can do." Relief shows on Stan's face. Suddenly, the bell rings. "Hurry to your last class. I'll assign someone to search around for them like you suggested."

A small pleased smile appears on Stan's face. "Okay, thanks." He walks out of the room.

Once he's gone, Michael shakes his head with a frown.

(A/n: Oh no where have Craig and Tweek gone I wonder? Lol I hope you enjoyed and the next chapter will up soon)
