It's Thanksgiving. An annual holiday celebrating the harvest festival and a time used to generally give thanks with friends and family.
Andy and Robert arrived back home earlier this morning from work and since they've moved houses from earlier within the year, Thanksgiving dinner was chosen to be held at theirs.
"We have another two full hours before our guest start arriving" Robert said softly into Andys ear holding her by the waist to stop her from moving around at the fast past she was going.
"I-I just want everything to look perfect, this is their second time coming here and well this time more people are coming" Andy replied setting the last few glasses down on the table.
"Everything looks nice already."
It truly did. The table had been decorated with a burnt orange colored tablecloth and was lined with white plates and clear glasses and brown napkins holding both a knife and fork within them.
Andy looked up at Robert and based off the look he received from his wife, he stepped back and decided it was best to just check on the food in the kitchen.
"You do know that your entire outfit doesn't have to be black right" Andy said standing in their joint bathroom applying a light makeup look to her face.
It's been well over an hour now and everything Andy and Robert were designated to cook has been cooked and set on the counter and the house was ready for their guest to arrive.
"Never can go wrong with a full black outfit" Robert replied buckling up his pants and walking into their bathroom.
"It's a nice outfit. Anything you wear is nice even when you choose to wear nothing." She looked up at him and briefly let her eyes wander his full frame.
Robert looked over at his wife and gave her a smile before putting on his long sleeved black button down shirt.
Andy ran her hands through her hair, ensuring that her curls were just right and she sprayed herself with her perfume and proceeded to clean back off the counter, that quickly accumulated with a bunch of her items.
"Later I'm going to tell you everything I'm thankful for" Robert whispered into Andys ear, making eye contact through their glass mirror.
"We tell each other what we're thankful for every day already Robert" Andy replied taking ahold of his left hand and looked down at the ring that sat comfortably on his ring finger.
"We do, but tonight is going to be different. For now though, I'm so thankful to call you my wife" Robert took her hand and laid a kiss on it and they proceeded to go back downstairs.
After not having rings for a while, Robert surprised Andy one night with the one ring he knew she had been eyeing online. It was a very simple but beautiful diamond silver ring.
"This house always smells so good" Vic said walking into the house holding her dish of the night.
One by one they all came in and greeted each other and placed the food around the table.
"We really do have a full house tonight" Robert said coming into their dining room looking over his coworkers and some of their significant others and children.
"Your house is very beautiful Andy and Robert" Tuck said of which Andy responded with a 'thank you'.
"I like the backyard" Pru said in a softer tone due to the many people around but it was still heard.
"You like it because it has a play set" Andy said to her making everyone around the table laugh in response.
Seeing as the food was now out and heated up, they decided to go ahead and share their plates and begin their meals.
"I've waited all day for this" Dean mumbled taking in the first bite.
A few of the others shared their same feelings as Dean and in no time the room was quiet and the only sound that could be heard was the clattering of the knives and forks against the plates.
"Best decision of the night was coming here and actually eating a home cooked meal instead of the catering they were about to serve us over at Grey Sloan" Miranda stated.
"As long as half of a street isn't burning down or a fire isn't reaching a five alarm this table is where I plan to be until my stomach says it's had enough." Vic said taking a sip of water from her glass.
Second servings began going onto plates and since everyone was eating much slower now, conversations started within the table.
"So Miranda after this your going back to the hospital?" Andy asked,even though she already may have known the answer.
"Well of course. Took of a few hours to be here and I'm going back for not too long to relieve Webber. We're calling it a switch off" She answered.
"Miller how do you so much room in your stomach?" Travis asked Dean seeing he was moving on to a significantly smaller portion of food making this his third.
"I'm a big man and I've been holding off of eating for too many hours that my brain can't even count off. Strictly nothing today but some yogurt and a protein shake is all I've eaten" Dean replied.
The utensils soon started to fall into the now empty plates and while everyone was practically done eating, they stayed seated around the table waiting for it all to digest.
"There's no way I'm having dessert tonight" Emmett said which caused Robert and Ben to laugh and look at each other.
"Sorry" Ben immediately said taking a sip of his water.
"Well um ok, you guys can just take it to go. Let's also take a few plates home of leftovers because Robert and I aren't finishing all of this" Andy said pointing to the dishes around the table.
They all shared out their portions and helped clean up the dishes and fixed back the dining table.
"How long have we've been sitting here?" Jack asked.
"Probably too long, we've played just about every board game in this house and everyone with either a kid or a love life has left" Vic responded.
It's been a little over an hour since the dinner part of the night has ended and slowly everyone has started to leave, minus Vic and Jack.
"We should probably leave because we're the last ones here and I think we're invading their couple time" Jack whispered to Vic eyeing Andy and Robert siting over in the other couch on their phone.
"Well thanks for having us guys, I know y'all are way to kind to kick us out so too not over extend our stay we'll be heading out now. Lovely house and amazing food" Vic said grabbing her purse and walking over to their front door.
"Happy thanksgiving again and uh ya thanks for hosting it was really nice" Jack added waving to the couple.
Andy got up and gave them both a hug and watched as they drove off before closing the front door.
"I'm going up now to take a shower, I'll see you when you come up"
"Tonight was great, I'm glad everyone loved the house and the food even though they acted as if we made it all" Andy said looking over at Robert.
"Deans baked macaroni and cheese was really good" Robert added coming into the bed.
"Hmm I know that's why I asked him to do it. The station is pretty good at cooking." Andy said moving closer towards her husband.
"You want to know what else is really good?" Andy asked Robert running her hands alongside his cheek.
"What will that be Andrea?" Robert asked playing along. He knew exactly where this was going and even though he wanted to be in control of where things went tonight, he knew either way it was still going to be good.
"Your hands on my waist and you giving me those soft kisses." Andy said climbing on top of Robert.
Immediately Robert gave her what she asked for. He kissed her lips and moved slowly down onto her neck, her shoulder and back up to her cheek and lips.
"Can I?" Andy asked her husband who at the slightest touch he gives her makes her hot and ready.
"Do whatever you please"
With this Andy slid her hands down Roberts chest and reached the waistband to his underwear. Hooking her fingers in on both sides she slid them down as far as she could and placed her hand right where Robert needed her to be.
Robert reached up behind Andy and unhooked her bra and dropped it on the floor. He trailed his hands under the comforter that was over his legs and slid down her underwear in the best way he could.
Andy always received more than enough pleasure from her husband, due to the fact he was always willing to give and loved doing it. She would reciprocate the energy but more than likely Robert would get too caught up and press the skip button and move on.
She moved her hand against him slowly watching as he flinched and gripped the sheets tightly. She moved herself a little further down, enough to the point of where her tongue would be able to met him. After Robert married Andy, they've had many conversations about everything but one conversation was about their sex likes and dislikes and what they've wanted to enhance, try out and gain extra experience.
Robert had a few things he wanted Andy to do and while he would never force her he was glad to see her making the effort.
"Your turn baby" Robert said to Andy who shook her head no and decided to mount him slowly.

"I know Robert, I'm fine" She replied softly, letting this familiar but magnificent feeling take over her body.
Robert gently grabbed Andys face bringing them closer and enclosed their lips together.
Robert knew by the look in Andys eyes she was getting tired even though she would never admit it. He switched positions, placing her body against their bed and began taking over.
Stroke after stroke, sweat moving down both of their bodies they both began to feel that overwhelming feeling. Within seconds both of their orgasms erupted from their bodies and with a few moans and groans, Robert fell beside Andy trying to gain the airflow back into his lungs.

"Thank you for everything Robert, you mean a lot to me too even though I can be very stubborn and probably inconsiderate at times, I do love you and I do appreciate you."
"I love you too now let's take a shower and get some actual clothes on so we can go to bed" Robert replied siting up.
"First one to the shower has to give the other a back massage" Andy said getting up quickly and running into their bathroom.
"It's not like you weren't going to make me do it anyway." Robert replied walking into the bathroom to join his wife.
