Chapter 7: Battle Trail

Kenshi(POV)

The next day at UA was much more mundane than I originally thought. Before noon everyone had a normal lesson for all the required subjects such as English, math, and reading. At noon everyone gathered at the grand mess hall to sample first-rate cuisine for cheap made by a Pro-Hero named Lunch Rush, a hero that used this influence to feed the less fortunate all over Japan.

But after a day of regular school life, at the afternoon portion the Hero Course did their daily foundation of Heroics Studies.

The student's of 1-A all sat down in our home room class waiting for our teacher to show up.

"IT'S MEEEEE!" A certain hero called, making the whole class excited. "Coming through the door, like a normal person!" All Might called as he slammed the door open while laughing.

I gave a small snort at that apparently the number 1 hero had a few gags under his repertoire. I also noticed that he was wearing an older version of his costume as he walked to the front desk.

"I can't believe it! All Might's really going to be teaching us!" Was our collective response.

"Foundational Hero Studies! For this class, we'll be building up your hero foundation through various trials!" All Might said while doing a heroic pose. "Let's jump right in with this! The Trial of Battles!" All Might said as he brought out a card that said battle.

I noticed the scent of the pheromone known as adrenaline coming from Bakugo's direction when the word "battle" was said.

"And to go with your first battle," All Might said as he pressed a remote button and in an instant several shelves came out of the wall, "We've prepared the gear we had you send in requests for to match your quirks!" He said, getting an excited look out of all of us.

"Our battle gear!" The redhead teen with sharp teeth called, "Awesome!"

"Get changed and we'll be ready to go! Everyone gathers at Ground Beta!" All Might said as everyone started to grab our numbered case, mine being 9, "And don't forget! From here on out, you're all officially heroes!"

All of 1-A quickly grabbed our hero costumes before making our way to the locker room, excitement running through everyone.

I walked out in hero custom. My custom consisted of three more basic customs, each of them were designed for my personas. Nova's consistent of a light, loose fitting yet fire retardant martialish gi. An over gi is sleeveless and Nova comes equipped with his new Draconian Gauntlet and Greaves; these new sets are more heat resistant and can fire more fire bolts with less energy. Glacius wears a set of form fitting pants, a white trench but no shirt. He uses twin shoulder and waist mounted hilts that can use to create ice weapons and with them he can also use them as guns, shoot ice from them and can help him condense his ice. They can also be used with my other persona's elements. Raiden wears a simple pair of black shorts and black shirt. As for his support item he has he's copper woven collapsible dic. I sent the hairs of my personas so they could be woven into the clothes. Nova's clothes are an Azure Blue, Raiden's clothes are a Cyan Blue and Glacius' clothes are an Arctic Blue. The entire set is offset by orange highlights.

Akane wears what seems like a red hoodie and pants, a black tank top, red socks and a set of military steel toe boots. She also wears a utility belt at the front. Over the tank top she wears a black zip-up vest. Finally she wears a set of black leather gloves to complete the set.

Sora's costume fit her like a glove, and it looked exactly as she had envisioned it. She had stuck to a black and white theme with certain green highlights, to match her technology, mainly her watch. The costume itself came in two pieces, a full body suit, from the neck down it had a black triangle that settled into a white chest area, which itself became black again at the waist. The costume was black up to her elbows with white fingers that were armoured at the knuckles, and she had white boots with steel soles, heels and toes. There were green protrusions which served as storage for first aid equipment, just in case, which were stored in the ones on the side of her boots. Finally, she had a simple white helmet with two conical shaped protrusions coming from the sides, which acted as a way for Sora to listen to the radio, which she hoped to one day link to the police feed, and communicate with linked devices, she connected her phone to it for good measure. The helmet's visor was shaped like the triangular hourglass on the front of the inactivated watch, and a mouth piece that could provide oxygen in case of gas based attack or sudden loss of atmospheric pressure. Her helmet and visor appear to blink with emotes and can show various eye expressions, her helmet also features a voice modulator that gives her voice a more robotic tone. It was a lot of the tech and most of it was her own.

Because Rin has a unique emission quirk she doesn't have any support items. But she did wear a magenta coat with purple at the ends, underneath she wore purple long boots with black straps around them.

About five minutes in, I noticed that Izuku was the last to enter Ground B. It was his footsteps that altered me to his approach. I gave the entrance a glance to see Izuku in a green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves, along with those signature red boots of his. It actually looked sturdier and more combat-ready than I had expected but then again I didn't know the greenettes' past. Upon getting closer I could see that the knee pads were extended to his legs and reach up to his thighs, and gloves are tinted beige and are decorated with blue stripes. I could also see what appeared to be a metal respirator with eight diamond-shaped holes.

I couldn't help but to look to the sky. Why because Akane warned me that Toru was only wearing a pair of gloves and boots and I can see her very clearly.

"Izuku, is that you?" I hear Uraraka ask.

I then hear the green haired teen say, "Yeah it's me."

"Wow, your costume looks cool!" I could hear her smile from the excitement in her voice, "it looks more practical, my suit came up a bit... tight." She said in an embarrassed voice.

I hear Izuku give a small laugh before he says, "Well that's pretty practical too, I mean that'll make it harder for people to grab you."

"Heroics is the greatest," I hear a pervy voice say.

If I had to guess it was the shortest kid in class, Mineta.

SMACK*

"Don't be a creep," I hear Tsuyu say.

If I remember correctly then she was also in a skin tight outfit and Mineta's costume looked like an oversized dipper.

"And just in time." I hear Izuku say.

"I'm liking everyone's styles! Very cool!" All Might said with a thumbs up.

"All Might! Regarding the performance ground we'll be using, is it the mock-city from the entrance exam!?" Iida asked while raising his hand.

'I was wondering who was next to me,' I thought as I finally opened my eyes to get a good look at Iida's costume. 'He looks like a combination of a knight and a car.'

All Might went on to explain that all of us would be performing mock-battles between two sides, the heroes and the villains. It was a two-on-two battle, making everyone start to ask questions.

"So how do we determine who wins and loses?"

"Is it okay if we blow them away?"

"Is there a threat of expulsion like with Aizawa?"

"If we're separated into different groups, what would be the best way to do so?"

"Doesn't this cape look killer on me?"

All Might started to sweat from all the questions so I stepped in, "Guys." This gets them to shut up, "he's just one man, not all at once."

All Might clears his throat, "Thank you Young Hayabusa. Now then this is the scenario, the villains have a nuclear device that they plan on using, and it was the heroes job to stop them. In order to win the heroes reach the device before time runs out or they capture the villains but if the villains hold out until time runs out or they capture the heroes. And in order to decide, your teammates and opponents will be chosen by lottery!" The number 1 hero said as he pulled out a small box.

"Is that really how we'll do it!?" Iida couldn't help but ask in shock.

I'm about to explain why this would be a pretty good idea but it's actually Izuku who cuts me off, "It makes sense actually." He says, grabbing all of our attention, "Pros are often forced to work with people they're unfamiliar with for short team-ups. This is probably to test us for future quick team-ups and to see if we can adapt."

'This kid knows his stuff,' Glacius couldn't help thinking.

"I see, always with our eyes on the future." Iida muttered before turning to All Might. "I apologize!" He shouted, getting a thumbs up from All Might.

"Anyway!" All Might's voices boomed, "Let's get started!"

The lots were simple, half the class would draw a person's name from the box and that person would be your partner.

Izuku was the first person to put his hand in the box before he pulled out a name.

"Ochaco," Izuku walks over to his partner.

"Looks like we're on a team, Izuku."

Izuku smiled at her, "Looks like we're A team." He said, getting a beautiful smile from her.

And so the teams were set;

Team A- Izuku Midoriya Ochaco Uraraka.

Team B- Tenya Iida Sora Kawakami.

Team C- Momo Yaoyorozu Minoru Mineta.

Team D- Katsuki Bakugo Shoto Todoroki.

Team E- Akane Okami Mina Ashido.

Team F- Kenshi Hayabusa Rin Sakai.

Team G- Denki Kaminari Kyoka Jiro.

Team H- Fumikage Tokoyami Tsuyu Asui.

Team I- Mashirao Ojiro Toru Hagakure.

Team J- Eijiro Kirishima Hanta Sero.

"And the first two pairs to do combat will be the following!" All Might said as he pulled two balls from the hero and villain boxes, "Team D will be heroes and Team F will be villains!"

That caught both teams' attention. The two looked to each other and I saw a feral look cross Bakugo's face, one looking for blood. I couldn't help but to glance at Bakugo's partner Todoroki, the young man who took second in the recamantion exam.

All Might then explained that the villains would be first in the building and would have 5 minutes to prepare for the heroes and the full battle would be 15 minutes long. Everyone would be watching what happens to learn on what to do and not to do via surveillance cameras but only All Might could hear what was going on. All Might also mention the fight would end soon if things got out of hand too much. The heroes would be given a layout of the building the villains were using but not the location of their objective, and both teams would be given capture tape. To win either the villains or heroes wrapped a person in the tape the person would be considered captured and would be out of the battle. They were also given two way communicators that could be put in their ears so they could talk to each other from a distance.

With that said the first battle between heroes vs. villains started.

Rin and I both entered the building first while Bakugo and Todoroki waited outside together.

"Oh man, going first. It's so nerve racking." Rin said while rubbing her arm.

I gave her a smile, "Don't worry I'm sure we'll do just fine. As for going first just think of it as showing everyone how it's done." I say, getting Rin to calm down, "So I think we should start coming with a plan to combat our opinions."

"Agreed, but let's both share our ideas," Rin nods as we arrive in the room with the bomb.

After a few minutes of planning.

Rin nodded while folding her arms, "I think your plan would work."

After the five minutes All Might gave the go ahead and the two teams started to move.

3rd(POV)

With the heroes.

"Don't get in my way, half n' half," Katsuki warned his partner. "That reptile bastard is mine!"

"The same goes for you. Don't interfere with me." Shoto responded.

Before the explosive teen could retaliate, All Might's voice echoed in their ears, "Begin!"

"Hold on, wait outside for a few seconds," Todoroki warned his partner.

"You don't give me orders!" The ash-blond teen ran inside without a single care, making his fellow hero sigh in exasperation.

A few moments early with the villains.

"Hey, Rin. We can approximate what Bakugo is going to do, right." This gets a nod from her, "But what do you think Todoroki-kun will do?" Kenshi asked his partner.

"That's a good question." She began to ponder about it.

"Okay let's list what we know. First off he has a strong quirk," he listed. "Clearly he inherited it and his last name from Endeavor. Secondly it's clear that he only wants to use his ice half but in this training he would have to show off to prove the strength of his Quirk and the best way to do that is to… …Oh no." He came to a conclusion. "Rin, watch out!" He ran to his partner with a worried face as my whiskers caught a chilly sensation.

In just a second, the entire building was covered in ice.

Back in the control room, All Might and Kirishima were trembling in the control room but it was the redhead who asked, "Is it over?"

On the monitors they could see how at the same time the building was frozen and that Kenshi was in mid-air with Rin in his arms.

"That was too close~…" Kenshi put Rin down. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm good," Rin answered, she gave a small shiver, the air was too cold but she didn't have much skin exposed.

However, before she could say something else, she was embraced by the warmth of Kenshi's gi. "This should help a little," He said, making sure she was completely covered.

"Thanks, Ken," She said before remembering the plan. "You should probably get going," she says before creating two portals in front of the door.

"You're right, I should go and greet our guests," he turned to his partner. "I'll make sure Raiden stays here with you."

Rin smiles, "Thanks Ken."

In the Control Room

The teacher and students watch as Kenshi saves his partner and walks over to the two portals. Much to everyone's shock except for All Might, Akane and Sora's, Kenshi begins to glow blue before he splits into three. Then watch as the winged and tailed Kenshi goes through the portal on the right while the clawed and whiskered Kenshi goes through the portal on the left. However the mained and antlered one was left behind.

The silence is broken when the students go ape shit!

"What the!"

"How!"

"Holy!"

"So cool!"

"How is it possible?!"

Midoriya begins to mutter and write in his notebook.

It's Sora who broke him out of his muttering, "You know Midoriya?"

"Aaahhhh," he screams, getting everyone's attention.

Sora raises her hand silencing the others, "Have you ever considered digitizing the information?"

At this point the others go back to the monitors, however Sora and Midoriya continue their conversation.

Midoriya questioned, "Digitize?"

"Yes, digitize. I mean what happens if someone maliciously destroys these physical copies?" She asked.

Midoriya sheeply looks down at his notebook, "Well yes but flash drives and hard drives ultimately have limited storage space."

Rin chuckles and says, "True but if it was in a database it would at least be backuped."

Midoriya looks up in surprise, "That's a good point."

Rin then turns back to the fight.…Todoroki walked inside the building without any hurry to complete the trial, he trusted that his opponents were bound to the floor with ice.

Not too far from the entrance, he found the explosive boy frozen like his enemies should be.

"What the fuck did you do, shithead?!" The ice didn't deter his personality one bit.

"I froze the building. I told you to wait outside for a little while." Shoto didn't look intimidated by his blonde parent's attitude.

"This shit is gonna mess with my quirk, fucktard!" He yells, "If this messed with his fight with Ken-whatever in some way, then this scar face rip-off would get it."

"That doesn't matter, they're both frozen like you anyway." While Todoroki said that, he kneeled and defrost the ice around Bakugou and readjusted his core temperature to normal.

However the peppermint themed hero in training noticed a small fog coming in.

"What did you say?!" The ash-blond grabbed his partner by the collar of his costume. "Then you'll let him free so I can crush him! Got it?!"

The fog began to grow thicker.

The bicolored haired teen slapped the hand away from him, "I don't know and don't care about what your quarrel with Hayabusa is but I'll let him free when I'm close to retrieving the bomb, so you can be quiet already."

"As long as you get it… Shitty half n' half."

With that settled down, they walked to the stairs. However the fog was growing very thick at that point causing the two of them to pause.

"Half n' half, are you doing this?" The blonde growled, igniting several explosions off in his hands, in a poor attempt to keep his hands warmer.

Toradika whispered, "No I'm not."

They listen as the figure of a teenager begins to walk down the stairs, "Well well well look at what we have here." They watch as the figure reaches up to his shoulder and pulls two things off only for him to continue, "A couple of heroes who have lost their way." He finishes as blades begin to form out of his hands.

Bakugo grows a feral grin on his face before yelling, "I got you now you reptile bastard!"

Glacius calmly stares at the blur as he rushes forward however the figure calmly says, "You aren't my opponent." He turns to his left, "Nova take care of the riff raff."

A flaming blue object slams into Bakugo's face and pushes him into the hallway. Bakugo rolls a few times before writing himself and looking to and from the two draconic brothers.

The explosive teen then yells in shock, "What the hell, there are two of you?!"

Nova gains a feral grin of his own before saying, "Catching me if you can, you Anger Pomeranian." He then rockets off further into the hallway.

"What did you call me, you reptile bastard?! Get back here so I can kill you!" Bakugo yells before giving chase.

"Bakugo wait," Todoroki says as he reaches out in an attempt to stop him.

However before he could reach the edge of the hallway Kenshi throws the ice blades at the vertex's. The first one hits the ground just before Todoroki's foot, the other pierces the vector of the wall only to reflect his own mitch matched eyes back at him.

Todoroki steps towards his draconic opponent, sending a large stream of ice at him. However the ice suddenly collides with an identical stream of ice.

Nova rockets himself past the corner only to immediately blast himself up onto the ceiling and wait. Bakugo uses his explosions to stop completely but to his shock there's noone there.

He growls, "What the hell? Where the fuck did yo-"

"You know," Bakugo looks up to see Nova attached to the ceiling. "If you spent as much time controlling your anger as you did yelling you might actually be a good fighter."

The explosive teen raises his right hand up and puts a finger on a pin, "What did you say you reptile bastard?" His voice starts out as a whisper before raising to a yell.

Kenshi let's the ceiling, he passes his opponent's exposed chest, he then slides around Bakugo and kicks him to the ground. However before Bakugo could react Kenshi slams his foot down into his back.

"Excuse me, I'm a fuck mothering dragon, I have the appearance and I deserve to be called that."

Bakugo grunts as he twists his palms up, "How about you just die."

Boom

The large explosion engulfs the area. Unknown to Bakugo, his opponent flies into a portal, out on the other side of the hallway and out of the explosion further down the hall.

"Hey you blonde porcupine," Nova calls to Bakugo as the smoke clears, how's vision clears to show Nova standing at the other end of the hall and with a devilish smirk he yells at him. "You missed," Nova runs down the corner. "Whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop-whoop!" he continues to make that whooping noise.

Rin and Raiden were laughing to different degrees, while Raiden was controlling his laughter Rin on the other hand was laughing hysterically. Raiden had used his electricity to pull the small particles of iron out of the concrete and used said electricity to make the loose iron take shape. Raiden focused on his brothers and the environment around them.

After calming down Rin sits up and asks, "Kaji didn't do that?!"

Raiden chuckles, "He did and now he's going into a dead end."

Rin looks down at the ground between them, frowns and says, "Is he fucking idiots!"

Raiden shrugs, "It's Nova we're talking about." There's a moment of silence before he continues, "Glacius and I around sent him messages to not do it however…" he trails off.

Rin glances back at him, "So he either has a plan or will try to throw off the hunter."

Raiden narrows his eyes, "That's what we're afraid of."

Downstairs with Glacius had just thrown the ice blades and to his delight the handles bent downward into their gun modes. Todoroki quickly placed his right hand on the wall and sent a stream of ice at him. Glacius points one of his blasters at the path the ice stream will take before firing, the ice shard hits the ice wall and creates a bloom of ice, stopping the stream.

"I'm curious Todoroki," Glacius' calm voice shocks Todoroki. "You've only used your right side in this fight." His voice fades into the background and a few seconds before Todoroki's left shoulder gets hit by ice, "Can you not use ice on your left side or is something else?" His voice comes from behind.

"Don't talk about things that don't involve you," Todoroki begins to melt his left side before sending a wall of ice towards the voice only to see Glacius' body shatter into ice.

"I'm only asking," Todoroki turns to see his opponent's face within the ice itself. "One of my other selves indicated the fact that Bakugo was unable to move after you froze the building." Todoroki gains a bit of a confused look on his face as Glacius' face begins to move, "Bakugo's explosions were too small when he started to follow Nova, that's an indication that he couldn't have freed himself." Todoroki glared at his opponent before he continued, "So that led me to question the extent of that ability; simple heat or flames."

"I don't have time for this," Todoroki said before he proceeded to melt the ice.

"I see," was all Todoroki heard before silence.

Nova had about five seconds to prepare, he released a swarm of what he called fireflies, small bright blue lights just floating in midair. As if on cue Bakugo rounded the corner and just as quickly stopped in his tracks.

"What the hell is this?!" Bakugo yelled out.

Nova simply waved from the other side of the hallway before simply walking down said hallway. Leaving Bakugo to his own devices, engaging the explosive blonde.

"Damn it you reptile bastard," Bakugo yells out before stepping forward. "Get back here and-"

He had barely made contact with one of the flies when it exploded with a loud pop. The combination of the noise, light and force pushes Bakugo over the edge. He let out a yell of rage before a series of explosions that are only amplified by flies. Once the smoke began to clear Bakugo is seen painting conceivably. The ceiling, wall and floor are burnt, chipped and blasted to hell.

Bakugo greets his teeth before rushing to the other side of the hallway. Rounding the corner Bakugo sees a single opened door, grinning feral he kicks the door the rest of the way. However he said nothing as he walked in he failed to notice a dimming blue light.

Said light solidified, it was on the smallest frail at the tip of his tail and it started to travel up the other frails of his spine.

KZZr

"HE'S DOING WHAT!!!" Rin yelled as she looked down at the figure lined with its real life counterpart.

Raiden scoffs and says, "He's combining two of our trump cards together, yes."

Rin glares at the figures, "Idiot."

She had already ported Glacius to the second floor where he proceeded to just wait for his opponent.

It took five minutes for Todoroki to run up the stairs; however came to a complete halt at the sight of his draconic opponent.

Todoroki snarled, "How?"

Glacius simply looks around before turning back to Todoroki and saying, "I traveled through ice."

Bakugo barely notices the increasing amount of blue light and when he turns around he sees both the final frail lighting up and the eyes of his opponent starting to glow the same fiery blue.

KZZR

Bakugo aims one of gauntlets at Nova, "The fuck!!"

KZZR Kzzr

Nova begins to open his mouth to relieve a blue orb the size of a golf ball.

KZZR KZzr

Taking the hint Bakugo is about to pull the pin when All Might's voice rings through his ear, "BAKUGO DON'T YOU'LL KILL HIM!!!"

KZZR KZZr

Bakugo grins feraly and says, "If he dodges then there would be no problem."

KZZR KZZR

With that the explosive blonde pulled the pin. The massive explosion expands outward before funneling into the dragon's body, primarily his wings and tail. The golf ball size orb quivers and begins to shrink to the size of a marble.

KSHHHH

A very light blue, almost white ray of pure concentrated fire shot out of his mouth, Bakugo barely had enough time to blast himself out of the way.

BOOM

The ray slams to the wall behind Bakugo however the force of the hit causes the others in the building to stumble. How much to his annoyance it starts to follow him.

KSHHHH

For a minute or so Bakugo is forced on the defensive as he struggles to avoid the ray when Nova suddenly has to take a breath.

"Ha," Nova infalls, causing Bakugo to grin.

Bakugo yells out, "Got you now, you reptile bastard!"

Bakugo blasts himself forward, however a red portal appears in front of him and he blasts backwards. Suddenly from the corner of his eye Bakugo sees a blue blur rockets over him and kicks him in said portal.

Bakugo tried and failed to stop his descent and found himself right outside the building. Back at square one.

However before he could react a buzzer goes off and ALL MIGHT's voice rings out, "TIME'S UP THE VILLAIN TEAM WINS!!!"

Bakugo stares back at the portal in shock before his opponent jumps through and lands on the ground. Suddenly two other portals appear at the other sides of the door and soon after Glacius and Todoroki walk out of one of them, with the letter a bit more hesitant. While from the other portal Rin and Raiden walked though without any problem.

All Might soon arrived and escorted us to the Monitoring Room. The entire time Bakugo was quiet with an almost destroyed look on his face as his hair shaded his eyes.

"The MVP in the match was young Hayabusa!"

"Well it seems kind of obvious since his team won," Tsuyu commented.

"But there's more to it than that," The Pro-Hero said as he looked at the other students. "Who knows why!?" He called out.

Momo raised her hand as she calmly closed her eyes, "It's because Kenshi was the one to come up with a solid plan to counter Bakugo and Todoroki." She said as she glanced at the A team, "I assume with Kenshi's movements and Rin's reaction that Kenshi was the leader."

Rin gave a dismissive wave of her hand, "Yuppers, Ken is able to look at a situation from multiple angles so he was the one to come up with every plan we used." She said, making Kenshi blush just a bit.

"Then I was right, Kenshi was the one to take this the most seriously and had an almost villainous reaction to the situation. When he faced Bakugo I believed he was using the mock-battles as an excuse to assert his dominance so to speak, but Kenshi only played along and used Bakugo's anger to lead him into an unfortunate situation, where Rin used her quirk to assist Kenshi with his maneuverability. That's not to say Rin performed poorly." She said, making Rin look up, "Rin went along with Kenshi's plan and executed it to the best of her abilities. Todoroki, despite losing his partner very early on, used his quirk to secure the core and his opponent as long as he could. If Bakugo had kept his cool and stayed with his partner he might have had a better offensive."

"Bakugo on the other hand seemed more interested in combating Kenshi than actually capturing the core, considering he let Todoroki go without even batting an eye and he was promptly caught off guard by the versatility of his opponent's powers. Bakugo also didn't want to work with his teammate and went off without even forming any plan of sorts, also from what was saw from those gauntlets it's safe to say that he could release enough power to level the building, and he was going to use that while a nuclear device was in the building. Kenshi is the MVP because he was the most calm, he came up with the strategy to win, and he was the one treating this like a real battle instead of a game." Momo finally finished, creating a stunned silence.

All Might stared at the girl for a long moment as he shook, sweated slightly and thought to himself, 'H-Holy Shit! She got it all down, and in one breath!' All Might brought a shaky thumbs up, "W-Well, said young Yaoyorozu. All c-correct."

Momo let out a small breath of air, "We should always start our studies with what's familiar! And if we don't cheer each other wholeheartedly, then we'll never become top heroes." She said in a firm but prideful voice before a questioning look crossed her face, "But there's one thing that confuses me." She said as she turned to Kenshi, "Hayabusa, how did you create multiple versions of yourself?"

Kenshi shakes his head, "No I'm actually not creating three new people." There's a pause from everyone including All Might, "It's more like I split myself into three personas. In a simplistic terms, for as much computational and emotional control Raiden has his emission capabilities are low. Because Glacius has computational and emission capabilities are high, his emotional control is low. Make sense?" That gets a nod from most of his classmates but he ultimately ignores them and continues, "Now in that sense Nova is stacked with emission capabilities and emotions that mean his computational abilities are low."

Kaminari then speaks up, "Wait I'm lost, what are you saying?"

I sigh, "Nova is an idoitoic version of myself, Glacius is the less emotional version of myself and Raiden is basically me but at my most creative."

Kenshi(POV)

The rest of the day mostly consisted of the next 8 teams facing each other and showing off their abilities and skills. I saw every quirk of class 1-A and put them in the back of my head if I ever needed to use it later.

The second match started with Tenya over playing his role as a villain until Sora explained that he could be more villainous through his actions. Sora on the other hand was using two recently designed drones; Red Chaser that could track the heartbeat of opponents and Blue Chaser that shoots a blue beam that converts kinetic energy into potential energy however the conversation looked too long. Izuku turned out to be much faster than Sora calculated so the Zero-point Energy Beam as she called it took longer to slow him down. However, because Uraraka used her quirk to make the two of them weightless. Tenya used his speed to keep the bomb away from Uraraka and Sora mistakenly tried to go head to head with Izuku. The broccoli boy was diffenty shocked when she started to bounce off the walls with springs in her Hephaestus Boots and was even more shocked when she launched her Hephaestus Fits at him like a rocket. However Izuku had enough strength to destroy her builds before throwing a piece of rubble into the Chaser knocking it out. He then tackled Ida and Uraraka grabbed the bomb. The Hero time won.

In match three the Hero Team came out victorious once again Tokoyami and Kirishima went head to head however the redstone was quickly overwhelmed and captured by Tokoyami's Dark Shadow. As for Asui and Sero on the other hand we're having a battle "Of Catch The Frog" with Asui eventually getting stuck and at the last second surprised everyone when she extended her tongue and touched the bomb.

In match four Jiro used her earphone jacks to identify where their opponents were, Momo used her intelligence, quirk and Mineta's sticky orbs to obscure the hero's way there. It took them a few minutes to get past the ground lash orbs. Upon getting to the door Jiro used her quirk to loosen the fortification Momo created before Kaminari rushed in and used his quirk. However Momo was smart and covered herself, Mineta and the bomb in an insulated cloth. After the voltage went down Mineta jumped out of cover and threw his orbs at the two of them, trapping them and winning the match.

Finally in match five Akane used her Yellow Pupils to find their location, she then with head to head with Ojiro. Mina on the other hand made a beeline to the bomb only to be hit by an invisible force. However much to Toru's shock Mina was able to quite easily get past her and touch the bomb. Winning the match.

After the first match Bakugo was silent for the rest of the class, looking like his soul was crushed. Izuku didn't know if he should feel sorry for him, or pissed off that he was acting like he was just told that he was Quirkless. It was practically laughable.

Izuku also went to see Recovery Girl after All Might noticed he was both limping and he was also favoring his left arm. Luckily he was the only one with any type of physical injury, so the rest of the class went back to home room.

3rd(POV)

After visiting Recovery Girl, Izuku found himself in front of his homeroom and quickly entered it. Izuku half expected Bakugo to come charging at him looking like a feral dog, instead he got the other students of his class.

"Hey, Midoriya's back!" Kirishima called with a big grin on his face, "Nice job back there!" He said as he walked up to Midoriya, "Well, I couldn't hear what you were saying, but that was some heated fighting man, we're quirk is amazing!"

"Those first two matches were soon intense, it fired us all up!" Mina said as she threw her fist in the air, "But not just you, remember how Akane fought Mr. Aizawa yesterday it looked like it came straight out of those Kung Fu movies!"

That compliment got a small blush out of Akane and got a sly smile out of Sora and Rin.

The red head turned to Izuku, threw up a thumb to himself while grinning, "Hey, I'm Eijro Kirishima! We're about to start our review meeting about the exercises! Glad you can make it!"

"Hi, I'm Mina Ashido!" The pink girl said looking a little pumped, "Man, you were throwing some serious moves out there, Teny and Sora could barely hit you!"

Izuku smiled, blushed slightly and shrugged a bit, "Well I couldn't have done it without Uraraka, we were able to work with each other ." Izuku said, making the brunette teen smile.

Uraraka smiled and waved Izuku off, "No no, if you had someone else you would have had them do the same thing as me. Besides, you were the one to come up with the plan."

Izuku grinned at Uraraka and shrugged, "Maybe, if they could actually do it or not is always possible. You were the one who did it, so that was all you." He said, making the bubbly girl blush a bit but with a noticeable grin.

"Izuku, are you okay?" Tsuyu asked while tilting her head, "You were the only one that went to Recovery Girl."

"Yes, my friend, was it anything serious?" Iida asked in a worried tone.

Izuku however just waved them off, "I just had a sprain on my leg and a small abrasion on my arm, nothing serious. However she warned me to take better care of not to push myself too much or it might leave a scar." He said, shocking everyone a bit, he then turned to everyone, "So which fight are we reviewing now?"

"Yours actually," Hayabusa said with a grin. "All Might said yours was one to take notice of. So we were going to discuss that and lead off of that."

Tokoyami nods his head, "Not only did you win the battle, but the war as well. You'll make a fine warrior one day." He said while sitting on his desk.

"But it was just a mock battle," Tsuyu deadpanned.

Izuku quickly waved his hand, "It's done, nothing to worry about anyway." He said with a grin.

"Except for the fact Bakugo was going to use some kind of super move to not only blast you away but apparently the whole building," Ashido also deadpanned. "Momo gave us the rundown on how his gauntlets work. And they sound scary for a guy like him."

Izuku gave a weak laugh at that, "Well, you're not wrong there."

Iida threw his hand into the air before he spoke, "I believe it is time we discuss the battles that took place, starting with Izuku Midoriya Ochaco Uraraka.Vs Tenya Iida Sora Kawakami!" He said before throwing his hand to Tokoyami, "And please stop sitting on your desk, this is a professional school!" He said, making said teen roll his eyes.

Iida started to lead the discussion in a very technical way that it was a little hard to follow at first, but everyone got the hang of it. As Izuku listened he glanced to the side and all he saw was that Bakugo still had that depressed look on his face.

And that both pissed Izuku off, and made him slightly worried.

After school finally ended Izuku watched Bakugo be the last one to leave class in a slow shuffle, with Izuku not far behind.

Once the two of them were outside of the school Izuku had finally had enough.

"Hey Kacchan!"

The blond stopped just at the school gate as he glanced back, "Aah?"

"So you lost the mock battle pretty badly huh," Izuku said with a small grin on his face.

"Hmm!" Bakugo growled but didn't say anything.

"and what's worse is it was by someone only using one third of his power," Izuku added.

"Hmm!"

"It's been pretty humbling isn't it Bakugo?" Izuku asked, getting the blonde's attention, though he didn't turn back, "To be called a prodigy and still get beaten by someone you didn't concern having a good quirk. I think it's a good reality check."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Bakugo asked with a look of anger on his face.

Izuku sighed and rubbed his face, "What do you think?" Izuku statedly asked before he looked to Bakugo again, "Did you really think you would get to be a pro-hero with a perfect score in high school. You act like you could take All Might and Endeavor at the age of 14." He said with an indicative laugh and with straight face it nearly made Bakugo trip.

"What?"

"You heard me," Izuku said as he walked up to the teen. "You lost, you fell humiliated, you lost to a person with a more versatile quirk to the point you felt Quirkless," he said as he walked right up to Bakugo and looked him in the eye with a glare. "Cry me a river," Izuku scoffed.

Bakugo grit his teeth and squeezed his hand hard, "So you came all the way here just to rub it in-"

"That's not how I roll and you know that," Izuku cut off Bakugo before he could finish his sentence. "Look at you, you look like you've been told your Quirkless, but no. You're so depressed only because you lost one match on the second day of school. I find it so annoying your only acting like this because you lost to someone, like you didn't think you could be beaten by anyone, despite not coming in first in the entrance exam and not to mention you weren't the one facing Aizawa yesterday.""...You didn't even think for a second you could lose to anyone, did you, you arrogant ass," Izuku deadpanned, then let out a sigh. "Guess it's hard to pump you up when you're this much of an asshole," He said, making Bakugo click his teeth.

"Why are you even here?" The blond asked as he shoved his hands in his pocket.

Izuku shrugged, "Like I told you I'm giving you a taste of reality." Izuku said while imitating Bakugo's voice, "Your going to lose a lot more Bakugo, not to mention I'm no longer chasing you, I'm running right next to you." Izuku said as a big grin crossed his face.

That seemed to make Bakugo slowly turn around, "That's what you think!" Bakugo shouted as his hair covered his eyes, "I might have been beaten by that dragon bastard today! But not next time you hear me!?" He shouted as he grabbed his head, "But not only him or you, but that ice guy! I thought he was nothing but... fuck! What that ponytail bitch said really sunk in!"

"Hey, no need to insult people like that," Izuku waved down Bakugo's insult. "Let's just keep this between us," Izuku actually liked Momo a bit, she was a nice girl who wanted to help her classmates.

Bakugo ignored Izuku and continued to rant, "From here on out! I…! From here on out… you listening!?" Bakugo shouted as he lifted his head up and looked Izuku in the eyes, "I'm gonna be Number One!" He shouted at Izuku before turning around and walking away, "And don't you dare get the idea that you'll ever beat me! Fuck!"

As Bakugo walked away Izuku sighed as he rubbed the back of his head, "Well, that went better than I expected." He muttered as Bakugo walked out of sight.

Izuku suddenly felt a rush of air next to him and All Might suddenly appeared next to him.

"I was surprised to see you here!" The Pro-Hero said with a small laugh as he raised his hand in the air, "Much less helping young Bakugo!"

Izuku shrugged his shoulders, "It was just making me mad that he's acting this way just from losing once, like something like that could never happen."

All Might put his large hand on Izuku's shoulder, "Still, it was nice to help your friend."

Izuku snorted at that as he started to walk away, "Dad we stopped being friends a long time ago."

That seemed to just make the hero laugh softly, "Even a bad friend is still a friend, son, and sometimes a bad friend can give you the push you need." The hero said in a wise voice.

Izuku thought about that for a moment before he shrugged, "He's still an asshole in the end." He said, making the hero trip over his feet as Izuku continued to walk, "... Also, am I the only one going to point out he was crying about the fact he lost. Like, come on, it's not that shocking I won is it?" He complained as he walked to the entrance.

"Even an inflated heart is a fragile one son," The number one hero sighed as he turned into his real form. "Teaching is hard."
