Team RNJR stood Shocked at what had just happened, and adrenaline was the only thing keeping them from passing out from shock of what just happened. Ruby's Face was Green, jaunes was white. Red and Nora huddled closer together, and qrow just looked on. The man stood there, staring at them, seemingly judging them. He stopped on qrow, and glared at the alcoholic for a moment, before closing his eyes and sheathing the blade into a small portal. They all stared at one another, before the man stepped forward, causing weapons to be pointed at him. the man simply raised his hands. "I apologize for my actions, but twas necessary. I mean no harm to any of you." Ruby looked the man up and down before lowering crescent rose. "Okay..., first, who are you and second, why did you do that! And third, can I see your weapons?" Jaune turned to the redhead at that. "Ruby!" he scolded. Ruby looked back at him. "What! I can't help it!" she pouted.

The man chuckled. "You both seem to have interesting personalities." Jaune and Ruby turned to him. "And I suppose I can answer your questions, I am Jebadiah Christoff, though many call me Jebus, or just plainly Jeb." the man, now known as Jebadiah, said. Ruby snickered a little. "That's a funny name." Jaune gawked at her. "Ruby!" The girl looked sheepish. "Sorry." Said the redhead. Nora joined in. "but it is!" she giggled "right ren." The boy looked at Jebediah with a look that said 'I'm so sorry' Jeb smiled. "It's fine, younglings, I take no offense." Nora gasped. "Younglings, like Star Wars? Are we gonna be jedi?" she almost shouted. She was smiling ear to ear and bouncing on the balls of her feet. "Waoh waoh, waoh, aren't we ignoring that jebdiehah just killed a man?" qrow butted in. He glared at the man. RNJR looked at each other. Jebadiah sighed. "It had to be done. He was a sinner; I could smell it from miles away as it stunk up the lands!" his eyes shun brighter, and his brow furrowed. RNJR took a step back, but it was gone in an instant. "It is my job, as the savior, to help those in need, and to deal with those of evil." Qrow only laughed, he was about to knock on Jebediah's savior complex, when he started hacking and fell to the floor. Ruby dropped Crescent rose and rushed over to him. "Uncle Qrow!" she kneeled beside him. "Are you okay?! A-and why did that guy come here in the first place?!" She asked him, she would have it sooner, but with Jeb's interference, she forgot about it until now. Qrow chuckled. Before coughing some more. He looked up at everyone, who had come closer, even Christoff. "What's your favorite fairy tale?" he asked them.

Ruby thought for a moment. "I like the tale about the maidens." Jaune recalled a tale his mother would tell before bedtime. "Mine is probably the wizard, my mom would tell me it to me every night back home when I was younger." Ren and Nora looked down at the mother a bit. "Well uh, we never really heard any of them before. So I don't know?" Nora asked more than answered.

"I am new to this land, so I haven't heard about these fairy tales." Jebadiah spoke. Qrow waved him off. "Wasn't even talking about you, Job." the savior huffed a little bit. Qrow continued. "Well, what if I told you all that they were all true." Ruby gasped. "Really." Jaune meanwhile cocked his head. "That's.. Almost impossible. I mean, all tales are based on some form a truth, i know that, but for it to be one hundred percent accurate, i just can't see that being real.'' Ren nodded. Jeb then threw his two cents in. "impossible, now, that is a word i haven't heard of in years." he chuckled. "Not that I was told everything was possible with hard work, no.. where I hail from, the improbable, and sometimes impossible, can happen." they all stared at him. Qrow glared at the savior. "Well then, where do you come from?" Jebadiah looked to the sky, the blue sky, not Nevada's red sky, but Remnants Blue sky, how had he got here? He was sent to the other place, the ledge he was on collapsed, sending him into the abyss, then he woke up here, not on earth, that was for sure, if the sky and those creatures he dealt with were any indication. But instead of saying all that, he only said a simple sentence. "A place you have never heard of, nor will be able to see." Ruby looked around nervously. "Okay, can you just tell us what you mean, uncle qrow.?" The man looked up at his niece. "Okay, it was a long, long time ago, in the era before the Grimm were even around…"

Yang looked at the vat, and what, or who was inside it. Hank. That was what Deimos and Sanford had called him. She looked at his appearance, holes littered his clothing, and blood decorated his head, hands, and chest. She felt something emanant from him, and she wanted to look away, but she couldn't. Her curiosity had overruled it. Just who was Hank wimbleton? Why was he so important that he needed to be revived over and over, and how did he, and Sanford and Deimos end up here? How did they end up in the forest, let alone another world?

She was torn from her thoughts when the front door opened. "Yang! Something came for you!" her dad shouted. "Yang shook her head and got rid of the thoughts. "I'll be right there!" She gave Hank another look before walking out of her old mothers bed bedroom. "Coming!' she shouted, speed walking into the living room where her old man was, he had a long, and kinda slim white package in his hands, with a big goofy smile that made her smile a little took a seat on the couch. "What's up, dad? Said something came for me? And also, where are Sanford and Deimos?" Taiyang nodded. "Yep! Something came for you! And those two are repairing their van. Before you ask, I don't know why." She nodded. "Well, don't keep me waiting!" she said. Taiyang rolled his eyes as he set the package on the table. And opened it. What Yang saw made her feel odd. She couldn't explain it. But still, inside was a cybernetic arm, it was dull grays, blacks and whites, the complete opposite of her, many would say. "Well…" she glanced at her beaming father. "What do you think?" Yang looked back down and stared at the arm for a bit. "I- I like it I guess? It's … cool?" she was asking herself more. Taiyang beamed more. "It's state of the art Atlas tech! Just for you!" Yang flashed a fake smile that didn't reach her eyes. "Yeah, that's nice!" She looked back up to Tai "Well, aren't you going to try it on?" Yang froze. Was she really ready to go back out there? She was weak, she couldn't even beat her old man in a spar, who was holding back no doubt. What if she saw Adam again?! She stiffened as the name brought back horrible nightmares. She stood and backed away a little. "I- i don't think I'm ready yet. I'm going to take a nap, later dad!" She then rushed over to and up the stairs. "Yang! wait-!"

SLAM

Taiyang flinched before sighed. He put the lid back on the box and sat on the couch, face in hands. "What did I do wrong?" he asked himself, he was pulled from his pity-party as Deimos and Sanford walked in. Deimos noticed him. "Heya taiyang! How's it... You alright man?" he trailed off. The Technophile sat next to him, he put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, you can tell us, we won't judge, right San?' Deimos asked his partner, who sat on the other side of Taiyang. "Yeah, of course." Taiyang put his hands on his knees. "I think yang is still suffering..." Sanford laughed a tiny bit. "Of course she is, I assumed that she lost that arm rather than being born with one. She lost not just a limb, but a part of herself." Taiyang looked at him, with a glare." How do you know that?" Taiyang was a bit upset, he felt like he should know his daughter better than anyone. Sanford sighed, then pulled up his left pant leg, and with a click of a button, the lower leg came off, and he planted it right on the table. "Because I was, and still am in her shoes, too."

Taiyang looked shocked. "you…" he stuttered. "It was an explosion accident, and it cost me well… just give her time, she'll come round, I did, but that was, what? Five years ago?" Sanford recalled. Taiyang shook his head, before looking back up at the stairs. "I hope you're right, Sanford…" the dishearten father muttered.

"-and that's everything I know. Oz knows more than anyone about this, he was part of it-" Qrow devolved into hacks again. The group was shocked. Jaune however, was angry. "So, how many women like Pyrrha have you done this too?!" he shouted. He was ferrious, he lost his partner, for what? Just so that she could be used as a vessel for a rando? He felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Jebadiah with a sympathetic expression, not one of pity, but understanding. "I feel your rage, Young one, but we will avenge those who have fallen. Mark my words." jaune stared into the man before him a tear raced down his cheek. He was pulled away as qrow coughed more. "We need to get him to a village." Ren stated. Ruby went over and put Qrows shoulder over her back. "You'll be okay, uncle qrow." The man just laughed and coughed. The five then made their way to the other side of the village faster than then they had entered with one new member to help them along their way.

Little did they know, they would need it too.

2BDamned sighed as he drove over to the HQ. he was still worried about Sanford, Deimos and, well, Hank was dead, for now. Doc was stuck behind a slow-moving beat-up car. The man sighed. This would be a long, long drive huh? He hoped player was doing better than he was, the kid was making progress, no doubt there, but they weren't ready for the mandalas, not yet at least.. Not yet…
