The five stared at the clown who stood on the disintegrating grimm. The Zed smiled. "Jebster! How nice it is to see you face to face again!" Jebadiah narrowed his eyes and straightened his posture. "What do you want, Hofnar!" he growled. Hofnarr rolled his eyes. "Oh RE-lax! I'm not here for a fight!" he exclaimed. Jeb raised an eyebrow. "Then what do you want?" Hofnarr jumped from the disintegrating body, the smoke rising into the air. "I merely want to join your exploration!" Jeb Narrowed his eyes again. Ren stood forward. "Why." he stated. Hofnarr grabbed and twisted his sign. "It's so BORING here! Sure, there are a bunch-a these, 'Grimm' as you call them, but after a while, killin em gets boring, then, imagine my face when I saw YOU!" he pointed at jeb, before chuckling. "Oh, I was ecstatic! Finally! Someone I know! Something to DO!" he shouted. "So, whaddaya say? Hmm?" Jebediah, exhaled. "Why should we trust you?" Hofnar slouched in annoyance. "Well, one I just killed the thing that was right here!" he gestured to the now empty space. Ren glared at the clown. "We had that handled." Hofnarr waved him off. "Suuure, besides, I'm bored enough to do whatever task you want me to do! And I get free entertainment! Win-win!" JEb sighed before sheathing his blade. "Fine, but one wrong move, and I'll kill you." he stated, eyes glowing brighter. Hofnar eyed him up. "Whatever ya say, big boy~" the clown giggled, before placing his sign on his back. He looked around. "Sooooo, what now?' he asked them with a shrug.
His question was answered when a few airships came into view. Ruby gasped and smiled. "Look! We're saved! Haha!" she rushed over to jaune and tackled and hugged him, the boy lost his balance and fell with a groan. Nora's eyes gleamed. "OOH! IS IT HUGgY TIME!?" she shouted before rushing over to Ren, who signed before getting tackle hugged. Hofnar turned to jeb, who narrowed his eyes. "Don't." Hofnarr deflated that.
The airships landed not far from them. Some of the crew got out and looked around, before spotting them all. "HEY! LET'S GET YOU ALL ABOARD!" The next few minutes were spent getting everyone aboard, Ruby and Jaune carried Qrow into the ship's medical bay. And soon, they were in the air. Ruby walked out of the medical bay, jaune had waited for her. She turned to one of the crew. "How'd you find us?" she asked. The man smiled. "We saw smoke, heard gunfire, and there was a… spike of an unknown energy." he looked over at the Zombie clown. "I don't know where it came from though…" he said. Ruby nodded and looked at jaune. "Looks like we're gonna be okay after all." Jaune huffed. "Sure looks like it.'' They smiled at each other.
Ren and Nora sat at the edge of the ship's open haul. Their legs dangling over the skys. Nora smiled, her legs kicking in and out. Ren looked at his childhood friend with a fondness in his eyes. He gazed down at her hand, before taking it into his. Nora gasped and looked over to him, to find him smiling at her. She blinked and smiled back, resting her head on his shoulder.
Meanwhile, Jebadiah and Hofnarr stood next to each other, opposite of Ren and nora. Jeb looked to his old friend. "How did you end up here?" he asked him. The clown shrugged. "Psssh i don't know, one minute im kickin Nexus core ass, then, i just, black out." he said, arms widening out. "And then, I'm here, in this strange, odd world.." he turned to the savior. "Y'know what I mean?" Jeb sighed, but nodded. "Yes, yes I do…" he said, looking out at the scenery. Hofnar did the same. They stood in silence for the rest of the ride.
A few minutes later, ruby got up from the floor and stretched. She looked out of the empty wall and gasped. "Jaune! Look at this!" she said with a giddy tone. Jaune walked up behind her, and his eyes widened. "Woah…" There were mountains, with a ton of houses and buildings running up from the pool of other, more cheaply made buildings that laid on the group level. On the top, were what looked to be luxury type houses and the like. RUby smiled at her best friend. "We've made it." she said. Jaune nodded. "We really did. Qrow will be okay.'' Ruby's smile dimmed at the mention of her poisoned uncle. She turned to another crew member, the first one had gone inside the cabin. "We are landing near a hospital right?" she asked. The man smiled softly. "Yeah, we'll get your uncle patched up, and there should be a hotel nearby from the hospital, if I remember correctly.." he trailed off. Ruby let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you." the guy put his hands up. "Don't thank me, thank the captain!" he said. Ruby nodded, and went back to sitting on the floor with jaune.
Soon, they landed. The medic on board got Qrow into the hospital, and qrow had woken up, he had given Jebediah a wad of Lien, and told him to "take care of those kids, and keep an eye on the clown.'' Once Ruby knew that Qrow would be safe, they went over to the nearby hotel and got two rooms, one with four beds, and a two bed one. Which led to Ruby writing a letter to Yang and her father, about all their adventures, meeting Jebadiah and Hofnarr. And speaking of the blondes, what were they up to now?
Yang opened the shed door with her newly spray painted arm. She then walked in and up to a clothed mass. She grabbed the cloth covering her prized cechical, she then threw the cloth aside, to reveal ehr bike, bumblebee. She looked at it with her hands on her hips, until a cough from behind her, startling her, prompting Yang to turn to see her father, along with Sanford and deimos. "Soo, yang. I thought I said you weren't ready." Her father started. Yang rolled her eyes. "When has anything you said stopped me?" Taiyang shook his head. "Still, where are you going?" Yang raised a brow. "Where do you think?" Taoyang looked back at her. "Well, either you're going to mistral to find Ruby, or you're going to try and find Raven." Deimos blinked, before whispering to Sanford. "That's her mom, right?" Sanford nodded. Yang looked at him, before looking back at bumblebee. "I'm going after Ruby." Taiyang nodded. "I- i know i wont be able to stop you, just, be safe?" he asked her. Deimos responded to Yang. "don't worry Tai, we'll make sure she's safe" Yang looked at them. "How?" Sanford rolled his eyes. "We're going with you." Yang's eyes widened. "W-why?" Deimos started to fidget with his headset. "I'm pretty sure Tai is tired of us annoying him, and besides. It's been rather boring, so why not come with you?" Yang narrowed her eyes. "Why do I have the feeling that this was planned?"
"Because it was." Hank spoke from outside. Deimos nodded. "We had a feeling you would head out sooner than expected, so we came up with this plan." Yang stood silent, then sighed. "Fine, I'm guessing you're using the van?" Deimos nodded. Yang smirked, then climbed onto Bumblebee. "Try to keep up?" she teased.
Soon, the trio of Nevada got into the fixed up van, Sanford in the driver's seat, Deimos in the passenger, and Hank was in the back. Then, Yang and the trio started their trip to mistral, taking a simmalair path that RNJR took; soon, they came up on the crossroads. Yang looked between the two signs, the right saying 'Mistral' and the other had red graffiti saying bandits. She looked between the two, before going down the mistral path, San dei and Hank following her down the path.
Soon, everything would come together. 'All according to plan' a certain director said to himself, watching from the other place
2BDamned Rove home after saving player from those weirdos. He sighed as the meeting was for nothing. He looked over as player at his chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. What? He deserved it! 2BDamned signed. Things were.. Quiet without Hank and his group, but, why complain? He needed quiet too, you know. Still. Today was long from over. He still had his.. Project to complete.
Things were starting to look up for the dissenter.
