A/N: Yeah...I'm late again...sorry. There really isn't a good excuse. I got caught up in reading other stories and playing games, oddly enough one of them was DC Universe Online. But besides the point, I'm sorry for taking this long. Fairy Tail: Legacies of Fiore should be updated alongside this just so you know.

I also may have written this to be longer than intended and ended up completing the Second Rounds altogether. It may be justified considering how long I've kept a lot of you waiting.

Enter the Second Round! Burning Determination!

(Hosu City, Alleyway)

"Streets are cleared?"

"There are currently, zero civilians on streets and zero civilians on the roads. No Heroes in sight."

"Good, evacuation time?"

"Forty Seconds."

Camilla could only nod before placing her attention on the three figures on the floor. The first one was the Hero Killer Stain, completely unconscious, stripped of his weapons and now bound to a stretcher with his arms and legs restrained. He also had his mount bound as well. However her attention was more focused on her partner, Mimic. He was also unconscious, but far more active. He was unconscious and going through a continuous pain that she couldn't understand.

There was also Tensei Iida, otherwise known as Ingenium. He was going to be transported as well, but to their medical wing to treat his injuries. They could easily come up with a story involving Stain and throw them off their trail. Plus it would make them look good if they treated the hero and it got out into the press.

Soon enough a truck backed up into the alley as a few Synthoids stepped off towards them. They lifted Stain, Tensei and Mimic up onto the truck with Camilla right behind them before they closed it shut. They drove out of the alley, unaware they were being observed from afar by a feminine figure in a full body cloak.

The wind blew by just enough to remove her hood, revealing a light toned woman with dark blue hair with numerous scattered pink streaks across it and a pair of dark blue-colored eyes.

"Nagant, do you have a visual on Stain? Over."

Yes, she was the very infamous Kaina Tsutsumi or by her much more known name Lady Nagant. The missing Hero turned "Villain" that had escaped after the escort taking her to Tartarus had been attacked. None of them had been killed in the attack, just rendered unconscious and with no Lady Nagant in sight. However, one thing wasn't correct. She was no Villain.

She raised her hand to an earpiece and responded.

"Yes, but I was too late. He's being taken in by Exodus." Nagant reported hearing a sigh from the mic.

"Damn, so much as getting that scum off the street. What the hell does Exodus want with someone like Stain."

"Knowing them, something less than ethical." Nagant said bluntly.

"Great. Knowing them, they're taking him over to their main building. No raids happening there any time soon."

"I figured. Can I come back now?" Nagant asked.

"Yeah, creepy shadowy portal of doom opening behind you." As soon as those words echoed out the portal appeared behind her. She walked on in without saying a word before it vanished from sight.

(Sports Festivals, Speactor Booth)

Nezu sipped his tea with glee while waiting for the match to start. If he was being honest, he was excited for what was coming up.

"Is the tea well sir?" Meko asked, standing by his side with a tray in hand.

"Done amazing so as always. Well done, Meko." Nezu complemented freely.

"I strive to serve, sire." The A.I. said with a pleasant smile before turning his attention outside. "I must say, you've racked up quite a selection for this year's Sports Festival."

These students were something else, some of them showing far more promise than expected. He wouldn't be surprised if they were top rankings on their debuts. Nezu himself could only smile in satisfaction knowing his students would make great Heroes in the future.

"While I do thank you, these achievements are through their own strength and determination. This is merely the beginning of their future and I'll do all I can to ensure that they stay on the right path." Nezu spoke with pride. He would be running this place for years to come and keep producing the best of the best Heroes as well. '...I shouldn't mention that there is a pleasing feeling of watching Humans fight one another.'

Nezu was still himself after all.

"...Speaking of keeping them on the right path, it seems like Endeavor has decided to speak to Mr. Midoriya." Meko pointed out with a frown.

"I see. Screen please." Nezu said, with a small frown. The window view slowly turned black before it showed the Number 2 Hero of Japan standing in front of Izuku Midoriya with a less than friendly expression. "Audio."

(With Izuku and Endeavor)

"I watched your fight against the brainwashing guy. Your power is pretty impressive, to create so much wind pressure with a flick of your fingers. It reminds me of another Quirk." Endeavor started off with focused glare upon the young boy. However Izuku surprisingly didn't stutter in front of the Pro-Hero, having a slight glare on his face. "Kinda like All Might."

"I wouldn't go that far sir. There are plenty of strength enhancing Quirks. Mine's just been stockpiled for years and made it hard to control due to how long my Quirk's remained inactive." Izuku said with a straight face. He and Katsumi had been working on telling this lie better in order to avoid suspicion. However when it came to the Number 2 Hero, even he couldn't help but sweat. "Well I would like to talk more, but I have to get going."

"Hold it boy. I have more to speak with you about." Izuku was forcefully stopped as Endeavor stood directly in front of him. "You will be facing Shoko next. She's my perfect creation, one is meant to surpass the likes of myself and All Might. Your power will do good for testing how far she has come in her training."

'He's not even hiding it!' Izuku thought with his hands clenched. However he wasn't allowed to get a word in once Endeavor.

"However, as of recently, she's growing to be more defiant than I would like. If this keeps up then she'll jeopardize her very reason for existing. Which is why I'm considering marrying her off in a Quirk Marriage." Endeavor said, calmly while Izuku froze. Marrying off a son or daughter was still very much legal and has grown much more common nowadays. However there were certain laws and loopholes that could prevent such things. "That's why I'm speaking to you. Should you gain more control over your Quirk and gain more power, you would be a choice. Your Quirks combined are bound to create a far more powerful child."

Property. That was how he saw his daughter, probably all of his children. A way to make himself look good even after his death. Now this...this was officially the last draw.

"...I am not All Might and Todoroki isn't you, Endeavor." Izuku said this coldly, giving the man a harsh glare. "If you don't mind, your daughter has to face me."

He then walked off, ignoring the heated glare that he was given from behind. Once he was far enough away, he looked down at his hand before clenching them tightly.

(Sports Festivals, Speactor Booth)

Nezu smiled at Izuku's short, but effective words before frowning at Endeavor. He despised the man's words, but knew there wasn't much he could use with it. He understood however, being an animal himself he knew that there was a certain breeding system that was followed to make strong children. He was not an average animal though and there were a lot more issues with such things when humans were involved.

How he wishes things could be simple.

"What do you plan to do sir?" Meko asked, earning a sigh.

"Whatever I can for Miss Todoroki." Nezu said before glee came quickly. "Though something tells me the next match will be something else."

"...I know never to doubt that sir." Meko said simply.

"AND IT'S TIME FOR THE FIRST MATCH TO BEGIN!"

(Sports Festivals, Stadium)

"IN THIS CORNER IS THE ICE-QUEEN WHO CAN FREEZE THE ENTIRE STADIUM WITH A SWIPE OF HER HAND! SHOKO TODOROKI!" Shoko was far more calm than she was during her first match and even more focused on Izuku. "HER OPPONENT IS A GUY WHO WON'T STAY DOWN NO MATTER HOW MANY OF HIS BONES BREAK! IZUKU MIDORIYA EVERYONE!"

Izuku stepped towards the stage with a focused glare on his face. He stood across from Shoko, matching her gaze while clenching his fist. "Todoroki...you've been holding back too long...that changes now."

"Don't think for a second I won't take you seriously Midoriya. I'll show the world the power my mother bestowed upon me." Shoko said while giving him a cold glare.

"You're going to need the power from both sides of your Quirk if you want to stand a chance against me." Izuku said, earning a wide eyed glare from the girl before a snarl escaped from her mouth.

"LET THE MATCH BEGIN!" Shoko instantly released a wave of Ice at the Greenette. Not nearly as much as she did against Mina, but powerful enough to encase him. However it suddenly shattered like glass, much to her shock.

"Like I said." Shoko looked up to see the determined glare of Izuku, the boy's finger now broken. "You're going to need both sides for me."

(Sports Festival, 1-A Class)

"So much for getting frozen over." Mina huffed, a bit sad at how her match ended. She thought Shoko would have waved over Izuku like she did to her, but that didn't seem to be happening.

"Todoroki may not see Midoriya as a threat." Iida pointed out.

"It's more than that, Four Eyes." Katsuki said bluntly, oddly without his normal scowl. "Quirks are limited by a major degree. Icy-Hot wasted a shit ton of her power against Racoon-Eyes and now she's low on stamina. Unless she forces it out, she won't be able to make something large any time soon."

"Oh, kinda like a mage in an RP Game!" Kaminari simplified it to Katsuki's annoyance.

"Whatever."

"So Midoriya may have a chance here?" Sato muttered while watching the match.

"It won't be that easy." Taya said glaring down at the scene. "Even with that, Midoriya can only break his fingers so many times. If he runs out of options, then it's over for him."

Katsumi watched the match with a scowl, not knowing how this fight would go down.

(Sports Festival, Stadium)

Shoko scowled before releasing another wave of ice. Instantly it was broken apart, Izuku sacrificing another finger doing so. He was forced to remain in his spot as she released another wave of Ice. Another finger broken with the ice reduced to almost nothing. Seeing how this tactic wasn't working, Shoko released a row of ice before running up on it.

Once high enough she jumped down and released another wave of Ice down upon him. Izuku managed to jump back and avoid it only for Shoko to slide down and release another wave of ice. His leg was caught by the ice and was about to spread to the rest of his body, making him grit his teeth.

He threw a full fist this time and shattered it with ease while releasing a powerful shockwave. It nearly forced Shoko off the stage, but she managed to save herself by forming ice behind her. Izuku however was currently standing with several broken fingers and now a broken arm.

'Crap, even with her left side she's so powerful...wait...she's trembling.' Izuku saw how much his classmate was breathing, realizing that she was risking Frostbite with her current strategy. 'She'll pass out if she doesn't heat up soon! Why are you being so stubborn!'

"Your arms are useless in that state, this match is mine." Shoko said while releasing another wave of ice. It soared towards her opponent, however there wasn't any fear.

But rather Determination.

"I won't lose to someone who won't go all out!" Izuku declared, using up another finger to destroy a wave of Ice. "You can't call yourself a Hero if you're only going at half power! Look at yourself! You're gonna pass out if you keep doing this!"

"Worry about yourself first!" Shoko yelled, running at him with a fist reeled back. However as she closed in a fist struck her stomach, knocking the wind out of her. "Wha?"

She tried releasing another ice wave, but Izuku jumped at her and headbutted her face. She fell back while Izuku managed to land on his feet. He moved to attack again only to see ice coming at him. Finger in his mouth, he forced another flick between them, pushing them away from one another. Shoko barely managed to stop herself and forced herself to look up at Izuku, the boy already rushing at her once more

He was bleeding badly across his arms, now colored a dark tone of purple and was seemingly on his last foot.

Yet he was still going.

'How? No, why is he still going!' Shoko thought unable to defend herself as she was punched back once again. Her ice kept her from going any closer towards the edge, allowing her to meet the gaze of Izuku.

It was beyond frightening.

"If you keep going like this...you'll never be a true Hero. Not one like All Might." Izuku managed to get out, never losing his gaze. "If you're not willing to go out like him, like all of us have, then you can't become the Hero you want to be! Not with just your right side alone!"

"Did the old man put you up to this? Is that why you've been trying so hard?" Shoko asked, anger coming quickly. However the Greenette shook his head, much to headache inducing confusion. "Then why! You know why I rejected his power! I-"

"IT'S NOT HIS POWER! IT NEVER WAS!" Izuku yelled, his fist forcefully clenching as his own anger was made clear. "IT'S YOUR POWER, ISN'T IT?! USE IT TO BECOME THE HERO YOU WANT TO BE!"

Shoko felt her everything stop at the mention of those words. Something she hadn't heard since she last spoke with her mother. Endeavor, her parent, was finally gone from her mind for the first time and only a few people were there. She had forgotten so long ago about the person she wanted to be.

...Never again.

Flames erupted from her, blasting Izuku back to the point where he was near the edge of the stage. He stopped himself just barely while the heat echoed throughout the stadium. Everyone could feel the intense heat was suppressed for so long.

"GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY! I'M FEELING THIS HEAT FROM HERE!" Mic yelled, sweat dripping from him. "THE HECK ARE YOU FEEDING THESE ERASER?!"

"Yes." Despite his tone, Aizawa was truly surprised by the power Shoko held. It made him wonder if he should have pushed her harder to release it sooner. 'What happened down there?'

"SHOKO!" Endeavor yelled, his own flames rising off his body. He stomped his way down with a large grin. "Have you finally accepted your purpose! That's it! Very good! This is the dawn of a new era for us! With my blood in your veins you're bound to surpass me! You'll live up to the reason why I've created you!"

He went on ignored.

Shoko breathed deeply, taking note of how her Frostbite was now gone. The fire was welcoming. Glancing up, she met the ever determined eyes of Izuku.

"Amazing..." Izuku trailed off in awe of the flames.

"Why are you smiling?" Shoko asked suddenly, earning his attention. She looked every bit as serious now even with the slight tear rolling down her cheek. Yet she was determined. Same as him now. "Your current state, in this hopeless situation. You must be crazy. Don't blame me for what happens next."

Izuku merely nodded.

She stomped on the ground and activated her ice alongside her fire, preparing for her attack. Izuku had done the same, his power as clear as day soaring around him and tearing apart at his uniform. Both of them gave the other wide smiles before finally making their move.

Shoko released a wide array of ice at Izuku in an attempt to end this fast. However Izuku managed to jump directly over it while reeling his fist back. The ice however whirled around and chased after the Greenette, but that was not the true danger. Swinging her left arm, Shoko melted the ice around her before slowly raising it up. Izuku was closing it fast, slowly outstretching his palm to match hers.

'Midoriya...Thank you.'

Once they met a huge shockwave erupted between them from the force of their attacks. The stage tore apart as debris was shot all over the field. Everyone was blown back by the final attack, being forced to grab onto something to save themselves. Even Pro Heroes were amazed by the sight, mixture of envy and amazement through them all. Finally the dust settled and Izuku Midoriya was out of the ring and unconscious while Shoko was on her last leg.

"...THE WINNER IS SHOKO TODOROKI!" Mic announced. It took a moment, but cheers erupted from the crowd. Shoko ignored them in favor of watching the medic bots take Izuku away. She silently left the stage and into the entrance area in deep thought. "WE'RE GONNA NEED...LIKE HALF AN HOUR TO FIX THIS AND START UP THE NEXT MATCH!"

"SHOKO!"

And now it was interrupted.

Glancing up with a blank expression, Shoko met her father's far too eager gaze as he started talking. "You've finally let loose the power I've given to you."

"...You're in my way."

"Enough of that rebellious nonsense. This is serious. You've released your power, but at your current level it's dangerous and untamed. No doubt it'll grow more powerful under me." Endeavor began, unaware of what was going through his daughter's head. "Once you graduate, you will work under me in order to continue onward with your purpose and release those flames once more in my name."

"...Don't think for a moment I've forgotten about all you did for all these years...though ...In that moment, I forgot all about you." Shoko said while looking down. Endeavor seemed surprised by this, but was even more surprised by the small tint of pink on her daughter's cheeks. She ignored him and walked straight past. "I have to rest before my next match. Don't talk to me any time soon."

Endeavor for once didn't say a word to her. He felt more annoyed than he was happy after hearing her words. Even now, after using his power, she still defied him. His eyes narrowed at the thought of Midoriya and gritted his teeth briefly. 'Perhaps I should find someone better suited to her if this is going to be her attitude with that boy.'

Meanwhile Shoko's mind was a mess and it was all over a green haired man with cute freckles all over his face. '...Wait...cute...?'

(Sports Festival, Nursing Area) (Later)

"Sorry I couldn't make you proud, All Might." Izuku apologized once again while the now skinny man could only sweat drop at him. The boy was currently heavily banded around his arms and would have to go through surgery no doubt. And was still apologizing.

"I-it's alright my boy and please, call me Yagi in this form." Yagi said, not wanting to risk anyone hearing anything.

"R-right, sorry." Izuku apologized before looking down.

"...My boy, you have no reason to feel bad about it." Yagi began while placing a hand near Izuku's bed. "You performed extraordinarily well! You made it into the final event and got past the first round! More so, you pushed young Todoroki into using her true power. I may not know what you said down there, but the smiles upon your faces could only mean it was meaningful to her in ways that I couldn't imagine! I'm proud of you, Young Midoriya."

"Al-Yagi...thank you." The Greenete looked down as tears poured down.

All Might opened his mouth to speak-

"MIDORIYA!"

"GAAAAH!" Yagi screamed out in fright with blood spewing out. He held his chest, his face a little blue while the door was slammed open revealing a lot of members from 1-A. 'D-damn, I gotta stop letting myself get startled like this! It'll be the death of me one day!'

"G-guys!" Izuku exclaimed, stunned at how many came to check up on him. Though he sweat dropped at the sight of them trying to squeeze into the room. "...Guys?"

"ALL OF YOU OUT!" Recovery Girl yelled, pushing Yagi out into the students while speaking. "I have to get him ready for surgery!"

"SURGERY?!" The Class yelled before they were shoved out.

"OUT!" The Doctor yelled before slamming the door and locking it shut.

'Forgive me Young Midoriya, I can not help you when it comes to this.' Yagi sighed before realizing that the students were now staring at him. "Oh, hello there Children. You may call me Mr. Yagi. I'm young Midoriya's mentor for his Quirk."

"Oh! You're the reason why Midoriya won't blow up from using his Quirk!" Uraraka pointed out smiling.

'...Is that all I'm known for?' Yagi thought stupefied before nodding his head. "Quite right. It has been difficult for him to gain control over his power considering how late it's come in, but he's done nothing, but impress me with how far he's come."

"Yeah! Midori is really cool in his fights!" Mina giggled out.

"That we most certainly agree on." Yagi said while offering them a smile. Though he knew he shouldn't talk them up too long, he himself did still have a topic to think about involving One for All. "Forgive me children, but I have to take my leave. There is another matter that requires my attention. Farewell!"

"Goodbye Mr. Yagi." The man could only chuckle as he walked away. He then sighed once he was around the corner. 'I haven't done nearly as much as I could for Young Midoriya. Damn this limit...am I really going to consider calling him up...oh shit. I NEVER TOLD HIM!'

He shook violently at the image of a short man flying at him with his foot extended.

(Sports Festival, Stadium) (Later)

"ALRIGHTY THEN! OUR STAGE IS FIXED AND THE NEXT MATCH IS UNDERWAY! GIVE IT UP FOR THE STIFF SPEED DEMON! IIDA TENYA!" Iida stepped onto the stage in his normal stiff manner. "HIS OPPONENT IS MAN AND MACHINE! GIVE IT UP FOR GALVA SOLARIS!"

Galva walked up to the stage, waving and smiling to the crowd. He stopped in front of Iida and presented a mock bow. Iida twitched a little bit, but remained silent to focus on the battle coming up.

"LET THE MATCH BEGIN!"

Iida shot from his spot and threw a wide kick to Galva in an attempt to make this fast. However he was greeted with a metal hand blocking his arm and was thrown back in the air. He seemed surprised with how quickly he was thrown back, his eyes going wider seeing Galva lunge up at him. The Nanite-User struck him down to the ground, landing back first across it.

Groaning, he looked up in time to see Galva lunging down at him and quickly rolled out of the way. Iida stood up quickly only to get punched back by and nearly sent off the stage. He stopped himself just barely before dashing away from the edge and around the arena. Galva kept his metal fist up while glancing around the arena before he kicked from behind. Face first on the ground, his Mech Fist broke apart before he was kicked in his side.

He skipped across the ground before stopping himself. Glancing up, Galva saw Iida speeding right at him before reeling his leg back. His Mech-Boots came quickly as he lunged up at Iida and barely jumped over his kick. Iida slowed himself down before turning around only for a metal boot to slam into his body and fling him off the stage.

"RING OUT! WINNER GALVA SOLARIS!"

"WOO!" Galva cheered while jumping in the air. As soon as he landed on his feet however he leaped off the stage next to Iida. "You okay?"

"I'm quite fine. Outside of my loss, I can at least say I made it far in this match." Iida said with a smile. He believed that his family and above all else his brother would be proud of making it this far. "Do give it your all in the upcoming matches. I certainly don't envy you with who you have to face."

Galva looked thoughtful for a moment before his face paled slightly. However he covered up quickly with a nervous chuckle. "Well I'll be fine! I think...I hope..."

Oh was he screwed.

"NEXT UP SHALL BE KATSUMI BAKUGOU AND KATSUKI BAKUGOU!" As soon as Mic announced those words, everyone of Class 1-A looked towards their most destructive classmates expecting many things.

Snarky comments, cocky smirks, insults. Instead they saw both of them glaring at one another, nothing hateful, but still challenging. Without another word, they stood up and walked from their class, no doubt to get ready for their match.

(Sports Festival, Waiting Area)

Katsuki looked down at his hands silently, his glare never fading. He opened and closed them a few times before suddenly clenching it tight enough to draw blood. 'That dumb bitch. Wasting her time.'

Memories came to life as he thought back to a certain day.

The day he had lost his sister.

(Flashback) (Bakugou Residence)

"I want you to leave Izuku alone."

Katsuki looked at his sister with a dumbfounded expression. They were just getting home from high school and he wanted to mess with Deku. He sent his cronies to go bring him the nerd only for them to be threatened by his sister. Naturally they listened, but he was still pissed off and made sure to confront her about it when they were home. However she had the nerve to stop that with a conversation.

"What...?"

"Listen, I'm trying to be as nice as possible about this, but I'm going to make it clear." Katsumi scowled before continuing on. "Leave Izuku alone, plain and simply. That means no more fighting him or sending your cronies after him."

'...What kind of bullshit is this?!' Did she want Deku to release her frustration? No, that didn't make much sense. Not with how she ignored the little bastard the entire time. "Don't tell me...you're actually serious!"

"As a heart attack."

"Why the fuck would I even consider that?" He asked, anger coming to him quickly. "Don't tell me that Deku of all people has something on you? Just beat the shit out of him or better yet, I'll do it myself-

An explosion slammed into his face and knocked on his ass.

"If you so much as look in his direction like that again, I will personally make sure that you never make it to U.A. in one piece." His sister threatened him. It was common between them, but this time was different. She was deadly serious about Deku of all people...and it pissed him off!

"You...fucking bitch!" Katsuki yelled before lunging at Katsumi, eyes filled with fury.

If only they're mother wasn't home.

(Flashback End)

'You wanted to be just like Deku, trying to act as though you're a threat. Well guess what? You're just another pebble in my path to become the greatest!' Katsuki thought while popping an explosion, anger consuming his thoughts.

Meanwhile on the other side, Katsumi was also looking down at hand. However her expression was far more relaxed in comparison to her twin. A memory came to mind, three children running around while playing Heroes and making promises. She clenched her fist before standing up.

It was time for her match.

She ignored the tingling feeling in her right arm as she walked on out.

(Sports Festival, Stadium)

"WE HAVE OURSELVES A SPECIAL MATCH HERE! THE FIRST FIGHTER IS AN AGGRESSIVE DEMOLITION WOMAN! KATSUMI BAKUGOU IS HERE!" Katsumi stepped onto the stage wordlessly. "HER OPPONENT IS SOMEONE WITH EQUAL FIRE POWER WITH THE ATTITUDE TO MATCH IT! GIVE IT UP FOR KATSUKI BAKUGOU!"

Katsuki walked on the stage, not caring for anything else as he stepped on. Instead he focused on his sister before allowing a cruel looking smirk on his face. "I hope you're ready bitch. I'm the one who's gonna dominate this shit. Better get ready to join Deku!"

"...I'm going to enjoy this." Katsumi said with a scowl. Katsuki scoffed, but got himself ready to face her.

"LET THE MATCH BEGIN!" Katsuki was already off his feet and blasting himself at his sister with an outstretched hand. However a fist slammed into his face before he could fire another blast.

He stumbled back before he was struck down across his head and forced back. An explosion came next and blasted him back, but he quickly used his own to stop himself. With a growl, Katsuki blasted himself at Katsumi while making a zig-zag motion at her. Katsumi blasted herself back, but Katsuki closed in and held out his hands.

"STUN GRENADE!" A blinding flash caught Katsumi off guard as she shielded her eyes. Her arm was grabbed before she was flung off her feet and slammed into the ground. "YOU DOWN YET, CUNT!"

She responded by blasting herself back up and firing another one in his chest. Her brother gasped a bit before she slammed a fist in his face and knocked him off his feet. Katsuki growled as he forced himself to spin around and fired another blast between them. Katsumi matched it with her own, blowing them both back away from one another and near the edge of the stage. They stopped themselves from going off, glaring at the other with anger before they started popping explosions in their hands.

Then what came next was a seemingly large flurry of explosions that seemingly consummed the stage. The crowd was either in awe or flinching at the display of lights going on down below. Midnight especially was trying her best to stay her ground, holding on to it as best she could.

'Why is it that every year we seem to get even more destructive students!' Midnight thought as she watched the fight.

Despite the blinding lights, both Katsuki and Katsumi could be seen within. They were releasing powerful explosions at one another while ensuring that they wouldn't be knocked off by the other. Even as they chased one another across the stage, they were quick to make distance from another to keep an advantage. They were taking this seriously. Only one of them was making it past this point.

And they were going to go all out.

(Sports Festival Stadium, Class 1-A)

"T-they're really going at it." Uraraka pointed out, flinching as another explosion went off. Of course there was a small side to her that was also disappointed. Bakugou didn't even take her as seriously as he did with Katsumi.

Though another explosion seemed to consume the field, she suddenly didn't mind.

"Yesh, I'm glad I got knocked out quickly." Kaminari muttered to himself with a shiver. "How long can they keep this up?"

"Until one of them reaches their limit. I suppose." Momo suggested, wondering how long this would last.

Next to her was Taya, watching the battle down below with a critical eye. Galva noticed this before humming to himself in thought. His quick activated as a pair of goggles formed around his head while the visor glowed orange. "...Oh now that's bad."

"Is something wrong?" Momo asked, concerned.

"Did Katsumi ever get herself checked after her first match?" Galva asked, confusing them. Before any could answer, he continued. "Because she stopped using her right arm."

"She did?!"

"Seems like she didn't get through her last match unscathed." Taya pointed out while Kaminari paled slightly.

His one and only attack against Katsumi was costing her now rather than earlier.

"How come she didn't get checked out?!" Uraraka asked, shocked.

"Knowing her, she's probably too stubborn to get some actual help." Taya said simply. While the others nodded their heads in agreement, she missed how Galva gave her a stare.

'Like you're any better...' Galva thought before another explosion went off.

Right. Sibling Fight.

(Sports Festival, Stadium)

Katsumi growled as she blasted herself away from Katsuki with him quickly chasing after her. Twirling herself around, she barely avoided the explosive palm of her brother before immediately firing her own at his chest. While he was blown back, Katsumi took the chance to catch her breath while glancing down at her weakened arm.

It was far too stiff to be used normally.

'Just fucking great.' She thought with a low growl before looking up. Katsuki was standing across from her, breathing a bit while looking as winded as herself. However he was just as determined as well.

He let loose a snarl before he blasted himself at her, leaving behind a large trail of dust. She followed his example and blasted herself towards him while reeling a foot back. Now just in front of one another, Katsumi sent a kick across Katsuki's face and knocked him off his feet. She grinned and raised her good arm to fire an explosion only to see her brother doing the same.

"DIE!" He yelled, releasing explosions from both his hands while she fired from her one. The blast was a large one, the combined blast with how much they had been sweating throughout the match had increased it largely.

Both had hit the ground before immediately jumping back up, glaring at one another before-

"KATSUMI BAKUGOU IS OUT OF BOUNDS! THE WINNER IS KATSUKI BAKUGOU!" Mic announced.

Both of them flinched at Mic's tone before Katsumi looked down, realizing she was standing on the grass. The crowd cheered in ignorance of how she clenched her fist while grinding her teeth...only to suddenly relax.

'...Fuck it.' She lost due to a ring out and nothing was gonna change it. Pissed as she was, she knew better than to cause a scene now.

Least not here.

Meanwhile Katsuki was standing on top of the stage with a shocked expression. He won...but it didn't feel like a win. He won technically, not because he showed off his strength though. The whole point of this was to show off everything he had and yet all he got was a victory that felt empty.

"HEY-" He began to yell only to see his sister already gone.

"Please clear the stage!" Midnight called out to him. He scowled at her, but complied nonetheless. Stepping off the stage and out of the Stadium, he clenched his fist in anger while vanishing into the building.

"NEXT UP SHALL BE TOKOYAMI FUMIKAGE VS. TAYA NIGHTINGALE!" Mic announced, grinning at the cheering crowd. "AFTER THIS, IT'LL BE ONTO THE SEMI-FINALES!"

(Sports Festival, Stadium)

"FOR OUR NEXT MATCH WE HAVE SHADOW THAT STALKS IN THE DARKNESS! TOKOYAMI FUMIKAGE!" Like many of them, Tokoyami stepped onto the stage calmly while awaiting his battle. "HIS OPPONENT IS THE SCALEY WONDERESS OF SKY! TAYA NIGHTINGALE!"

Taya stepped onto the stage and stood across from Tokoyami before revealing her claws. Dark Shadow appeared instantly as she did this, standing in front of Tokoyami protectively with a harsh glare.

"LET THE MATCH BEGIN!"

Dark Shadow let out a roar before lunging towards Taya with it's claws out. In return, she dashed straight at the Sentient Quirk and struck it's face in. She roared as she forced it into the ground before glaring up at Tokoyami and lunging at him.

'Right for me. Not unexpected, sadly!' Tokoyami thought as the Dragoness charged at her. However Dark Shadow was suddenly behind her and wrapped it's arms around her from behind. "This is the end, Nightingale."

In response, she let out a snarl before forcing her wings to spread out. Dark Shadow's grip was tight, but Taya was far stronger than this. With a roar she managed to break free while pushing the Sentient Quirk away. However it was back up and charging at Taya, sending a claw at her back. She scowled as she hit the ground, rolling herself forward to avoid another strike. Turning around she lunged at Dark Shadow and flew over it's head.

"Chase after!" Tokoyami commanded with Dark Shadow letting out a roar. It flew after Taya, extending it's claws out to strike her down. However the Dragoness was narrowly avoiding them while dashing around the air.

She narrowed her eyes upon Tokoyami before stopping in place. Dark Shadow let out a roar as it extended it's claws out to grab her. Before they could, however, Taya suddenly dashed down at Dark Shadow at full speed and tackled it. It caved in from the pain while they hit the ground in front of Tokoyami. Before he could react, Taya shot up from her spot and grabbed him by his shirt before throwing him out off the stage.

"TOKOYAMI FUMIKAGE IS OUT OF BOUNDS! THE WINNER IS TAYA NIGHTINGALE!" Mic announced. Tokoyami could only sigh in acceptance while Dark Shadow whined as it vanished. He glanced out at Taya to see her stepping off the stage to him.

"Are you well?" She asked him while he stood up.

"Better than yourself by the looks of it." He referred to her current state. While she was standing, there were notable marks on her. 'Either it's not phasing her or she's ignoring them. I am unsure what is worst.'

"Do not worry for me. I should be able to rest up for my next match." Taya said with a reassuring smile. "You however fought well, but I advise learning some close hand combat to avoid a situation like this again."

"Perhaps you are right. It is a weakness that I've overlooked for too long." Tokoyami said thoughtfully. Even he knew that he was lucky to be thrown off rather than hit, something he was thankfully for. "Nonetheless, I thank you for taking me seriously."

"It would be an insult otherwise." Taya said immediately.

"Aww, how adorable~" Midnight called out with a wide smile.

"CLEAR THE FIELD!" Aizawa called out, startling the crowd. Midnight glare up at the announcers box while the students buried away from the field. "Don't glare at me because you're too lazy to do your job."

"Speaking of which, what are you teaching these kids, Eraser?" Mic asked suddenly.

"All you're seeing is their hard work. I hardly had to do anything." Aizawa answered casually.

"YOU HEARD IT HERE FOLKS! ERASER HERE IS A BAD TEACHER!"

"EXCUSE ME?!"

Everyone sweatdropped at hearing the two fight one another, wondering how the hell these two were chosen as announcers. It took a moment, but both of them settled down eventually to show the next matches.

"ALRIGHT EVERYONE! THE SEMI-FINALES ARE UP NEXT AND THESE KIDS HAVE THEIR WORK CUT OUT FOR THEM!" Mic yelled as everyone looked up at the screen up top.

Sports Festival: Semi-Finales

Shoko Todoroki Vs. Katsuki Bakugou

Galva Solaris Vs. Taya Nightingale

"AND THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS! OUT MATCHES FOR THE SEMI-FINALES! I HOPE YOU'RE AS EXCITED AS I AM!" Mic yelled, his voice drowned out by the excitement of the crowd. However for the final four, they all glanced at one another. One of annoyance, another of determination, one of thoughtfulness and the last of unsurety.

The next matches were going to decide the finals after all and now they were in the eyes of the world.

(Chapter End)

A/N: Well over 6,000 words for this chapter and I'm glad this arc is almost done. I don't hate this arc, but I'm heavily limited when it comes to what I can allow certain characters to do. Especially on a stage. I can only get anyway with certain moves for characters and regardless I have to make them out as inexperienced as possible because...well they don't have experience.

Even writing Katsuki's and Katsumi's fight was a bit dull for me because it's two explosions fighting one another on top of a stage arena. Not to mention they should know one another's moves by now. It's painful at this stage, but I'm slowly making my way through this and it's thankfully ending soon. I'm sure I'll be forced to do this again in the future, but it'll hopefully be better than this.

Outside of that as you've seen from last chapter and this chapter, they'll be...noticeable changes to the Vs. Hero Killer Arc that's coming up with how many interferences that I've made. I honestly can't wait till I can start writing for it officially. Even more so with Nagant being shown as well and not jail? That'll be a plot explored later, but not too late.

That should be it, for now that is. I do hope you've enjoyed this chapter, that you've had a great day and that you return for more. Until next we meet.

Reviews

Rowlets and Oshawotts: since we are on the topic of ships since we got people like Katsumi and a genderbent todoroki will Dwku be paired with someone else other than Ochaco I found the ship a little bland and since this fic normally doesn't stay in one lane I think it could be possible to see something new

Answer: There will be different ships, worry not about that.

Ushindi: Amazing chapter! The some of the fights were very interesting and cool. I'm looking forward to next chapter.

1. So what did you think of Izuku rejecting Toga?

Answer:

1: Expected? It's not like anyone didn't see that coming if I'm being honest. Izuku's a Hero, she's a Villain and a psycho one as well.

Messiah of authors: Damn father of 17 that is freaking crazy. And he only just started high school!

Answer: College, but it's not 17...yet.
