I stood in the doorway and watched as Jax was sewing the patches back on his cut. I can't help but be proud of him, but I'm also worried at the same time. Jax glanced up and noticed me standing there.

"I wanted to tell you." I said as ax hugged me.

"You did the right thing, keeping their secret. You had no choice." Jax said.

I knew he was right, but I can't help but think that if me and Tara got Gemma or Layla to tell earlier, if things would be different, but I also know that if this happened when John was alive, then his book would be completely different.

"You're going after Zobelle?" I questioned, even though I already knew the answer.

"Yeah. I'd do the same for you." Jax replied.

I know he means that, and I also know that he feels guilty for not helping me with Carson, but I don't blame him because I wasn't the only one getting attacked that night. We both looked at the door when a knock was heard.

"It's alright. It's ok." Jax said as both of us got up, and he grabbed his gun.

"Sorry. I know it's late." Clay said as Jax opened the door.

I stayed silent because I didn't really know what to say. We all then heard Abel, so I tried to take my chance to leave Jax and Clay to talk.

"I'll get him." I said as I went to walk past them.

"I got it. Come on." Jax said while stopping me, handing me his gun, getting Clay to follow him, and shutting the door.

I stood there stunned but I knew that they both needed this because now it's time to move past shit and stand together to take down Zobelle. It wasn't long before Clay and Jax came out of Abel's room, and I was shocked when Clay hugged me. I hugged him back but couldn't keep the shocked look off of my face.

"I want to thank you for being there for Gemma." Clay said as we pulled apart.

"You're welcome." I said still in shock.

"I also wished that we knew you when it happened to you because the asshold would be dead." Clay added.

My eyes started to water from hearing that, and I thanked Clay for saying that. I wished that I knew them then too because I know that none of what happened would've actually happened the way it did. Clay also told me that he wanted me there when they told the others, and I told him that I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The next day we went to chapel, and I had to take a deep breath because this conversation wasn't going to be good for anyone.

"Guessing this has to do with those patches being back on your cut." Bobby said as he looked at Jax.

"Yeah. I'm not going Nomad." Jax said.

"That's good news, Jackie boy." Chibs said.

"Just listen up." Jax added.

I held Jax's hand and placed my other hand on Clay's shoulder so both of them knew that I was with them.

"The night of Bobby's party... Gemma and Layla never drove into no barricade. They were jumped... on 18. They, uh, took both of them to the utility house. Three of Zobelle's crew. And they gave Gemma a message to deliver. Stop selling guns." Clay started.

Everyone was in shock, but I knew that the shock was only going to get worse once Clay told them the other part. I gripped Clay's shoulder as he was trying to figure out how to tell the rest.

"They raped them." Clay finished.

"Oh, God." Chibs said.

"Jesus, Clay." Bobby said.

"I'm so sorry." Tig said.

"One of 'em was Weston." Clay added.

"What do we do?" Opie asked.

"We get bloody and then we chop their goddamn heads off." Chibs replied.

"That's it, that's it." Tig added.

"No!" Clay yelled.

"We ain't seen an assault like this, and as much as I would like to cut their hearts out, a show of force just puts us back in jail. We got to do what they've been doing you know, find a weakness, unravel 'em." Jax said.

"And until then, nobody reacts. You see Zobelle, you see Weston, you see any of the crew, you... you swallow the urge to kill them and then you walk on." Clay added.

"We got to get our hands on some guns. Cupboard is bare." Bobby said.

"Chinese gun source is laying low since the immigration snafu. It's going to be weeks before we see any of that shit." Clay said.

"We got to tap our personal stock." Jax said.

"All right." Tig said.

"Everyone bring in what you got." Jax said.

Clay slapped the table before everyone dispersed. Jax was getting his stock ready while I sat on his bed. Both of us jumped as Tara showed up.

"Jesus Christ." I gasped.

"We thought you were at work." Jax said.

"I have that vacation time." Tara said.

"Right..." I said as I realized that Jax and I weren't getting out of Charming anytime soon.

"Shit, I'm sorry we can't go." Jax said as he looked from Tara to me.

"Of course, I know." Tara said and I nodded my head in agreement.

"Did you see my mom?" Jax asked.

"Yeah. She's kind of numb." Tara replied.

"Maybe you could keep an eye on her today?" Jax asked.

I know he wants me to stay with Tara as well, but he also knows that I'll go crazy if I'm just sitting around.

"Ok." Tara replied.

Jax got ready to leave but stopped in front of me.

"I love you." Jax said.

"I love you too." I said.

Jax kissed the top of my head before heading out of the room. I followed after him, but Tara stopped us with shocking news.

"I got suspended from St. Thomas. They figured out what I did for Chibs. There's a hearing in two weeks." Tara told us.

"Jesus Christ." Jax said.

"What does that mean?" I asked.

"Worst case scenario: I lose my license. Best case: a black mark that follows me my whole career." Tara replied.

"Shit." Jax and I said together.

"I wasn't going to tell either of you. It's the last thing both of you need with everything that's going on..." Tara said, but I could tell that she was getting upset.

"It's ok. We'll get through it just like everything else." Jax said as we hugged Tara.

"Plus I'll help you any way that I can." I added.

Tara gave me a light smile but was happy that I was putting our differences aside.

"Kaleena may not say it, but I know it would kill her if she knew that you were sleeping with other women." Tara said.

"What?" Jax asked in confusion.

He's not the only one, but I'm trying to figure out why Tara would bring this up now. Jax looked at me, and I glanced over at Tara, who gave me a nod to finally tell my peace. I took a breath before continuing the conversation.

"Cheating. Again. That's a deal breaker for me, and sooner or later playing house isn't going to be enough anymore." I started.

Jax went to say something, but I held up my finger for him to let me finish.

"I'm going to want a baby or two, maybe more. (Jax mumbled Jesus Christ, but I continued) And... I need to know that whatever the hell is going on between us, is heading in that direction." I finished.

"I haven't been with anyone since our last conversation about this, and I meant what I said then. I also wouldn't have told you all the shit that I have if I didn't think that we were moving towards something more." Jax said.

I started to tear up, but they were happy tears. I also heard Tara sniffle and that didn't help me at all.

"It's all right. Come here." Jax said as he hugged me.

I hugged him back and was sort of glad that Tara made us have this conversation, but I also want to kill her because now was not the time to have it.

Jax and I arrived at TM, only to see Opie beating the hell out of Tig.

"Opie!" I yelled as I climbed off Jax's bike.

"Clay!" Jax yelled.

We all reached Opie and Tig, only to have Opie shove past us. Jax and I called after him, and then we turned our attention to Tig.

"What the hell did you say to him?" I asked.

"Tell us!" Clay demanded.

"I don't even know who I am anymore, man." Tig replied.

"What are you talking about?" Jax asked.

"I had to tell him." Tig replied.

"Tell him what?" Clay asked.

"That I killed Donna." Tig replied.

"Jesus Christ." all off us said together.

"It was Stahl's fault. Opie knows." Tig continued.

"Opie knows what?" Bobby asked.

"Stahl is the one who really killed Donna." Tig replied.

"Shit." I gasped.

"He's going after Stahl." Jax said.

"Shit!" Clay exclaimed.

Jax and I jumped in his truck and took off to the station.

"Where's ATF?" Jax asked Hale.

"Oh, they left a little while ago. Why?" Hale replied.

"Opie got wind of what happened to Donna. He's putting it on Stahl." I said.

"Oh, shit. I just saw Opie's truck on the street. He's probably tailing her." Hale said.

"I got to stop him." Jax said.

"I'll call Stahl. I'm going to give her a heads-up. Put an ATL out on Opie." Hale said.

"Any idea where she's headed?" I asked.

"She said she's got a buyer that's willing to turn on the IRA. It's probably someone from Zobelle's crew. They're the only ones buying guns." Hale replied.

"All right. I'll start there." Jax said.

Jax and I then left and I hope that Ope doesn't do anything stupid.

Jax and I ended up at Impeccable Smokes and watched as Weston and Zobelle went in different directions, and we went after Zobelle. When we pulled over, we watched as Zobelle got out of his car and met with Alvarez, the president of the Mayan charter.

"Holy shit." Jax and I said together.

We waited on Zobelle to leave and when he did, I knew that something else was going on, and there was more going on than what we know. We got back to the clubhouse and went to see if Ope was back.

"Hey." I said as we saw Ope in the bathroom.

"We've been looking for you." Jax added.

"I didn't kill her. (Ope sat on the bed, Jax sat in the chair closest to him, and I sat in the chair by the door) The rift between you and Clay... you knew about Donna the whole time." Ope said.

"I couldn't tell you, man. Her getting killed and Kaleena witnessing it was bad enough. Knowing this..." Jax said.

"Yeah. What do I do, Jax? Clay? Tig? How the hell am I supposed to share a patch with them?" Ope asked.

"Burden lands on the club, Ope. We both know it. Clay is Clay because of us. We made him." Jax replied.

"Then how do we unmake him?" Ope asked.

"I've been trying to figure that out. But the one thing I know for sure is I can't do this alone. I need you, bro." Jax replied.

Jax and Ope shared a hug and I'm glad they had this conversation because now we can stand together and do what's best.

"What?" Ope asked as they broke apart.

"I got something I want you to read." Jax replied.

Some of the guys went into chapel and Clay motioned for me to come in as well. I have no idea why, but I guess it had to do with the fact that I went with Jax to look for Ope and I knew about Donna. I stood next to Jax because I knew that it would be disrespectful to take a member's seat.

"This... this club... this club killed my wife. How does that ever get made right?" Ope asked.

"We wanna fix this, Ope." Clay said.

"Yeah, me, too. That's why I'm staying." Ope said.

"Good. That's... real good." Clay said.

"I don't want anybody knowing my business. Doesn't help me, my family, or Samcro that this gets out. This secret... dies here." Ope said.

"Understood. Anything else?" Clay questioned.

"When I went looking for Stahl... I saw Chibs coming out of her office with paperwork." Ope replied.

"Goddamn it." Clay sighed.

"What?" Jax asked.

I'm just as confused, but if I know Chibs, he's doing what he needs to do to protect his family.

"You need to hear him out. Get the truth. And trust what he says." Ope continued.

"Yeah, okay." Clay said.

"Zobelle in bed with the Mayans? It was a buy or trade. Alvarez's only commodity is heroin." Jax said as he was explaining what we saw.

"Well, what's Zobelle want with heroin?" Juice asked.

"It's the missing piece, man. Think about it. This was never about a race war. The guns are about controlling the H traffic. Feeding the Mayans weapons so white can control the heroin trade." Jax replied.

"How's that work? Weston and his guys are hardcore color haters." Bobby said.

"That's why Weston wasn't at the heroin deal." Jax said.

"So, Zobelle's doing this behind his lieutenant's back." Clay said.

"Judas." Jax said.

"Sounds like something we can unravel." Clay said.

"Absolutely." Jax said.

"Can I have a minute, boys?" Chibs asked as he walked in.

"Stahl played my hate for Jimmy O, and I told her I'd give him up for Fiona and Kerrianne's safety and immunity for the club." Chibs said.

"Jesus, Christ." Jax said.

"I didn't make the deal, but I guess Edmond turned on his old man. And if Cameron gives up Jimmy, Stahl's threatened to tell him I put the whole thing in motion. Jimmy'll kill both of 'em to hurt me. I'm sorry boys." Chibs said.

Clay took a minute to answer, but I could tell that what Ope had said was really getting to him.

"You didn't make the deal. You ain't no rat. We'll figure out a way to make this thing right with Jimmy, so..." Clay said.

"We're not gonna let anything to your family." Jax added.

"Thank you, brothers." Chibs said.

Piney came in and started shooting at Clay, and I ducked out of the way. We all finally got everyone separated and gave Ope and Piney the room. I went outside because Lyla had texted me. I'm also happy that Tara is with her as well, so we can all talk and enjoy each other.

"Be good to 'em, girls. It's been a long day." Clay said as he, Jax, Tig, and Ope came outside.

"She's in the office." Tara said.

Jax and Ope joined us and we just enjoyed each other's company for right now because we all know that this might be the only time we'll have any peace and quiet for quite some time.
