I do not own sword art online or bofuri : I don't want to get hurt so I'll max out my defense and this is just for fun and sorry for taking so long with coming out with this chapter .
Chapter 4 : the culprit declares war on maple tree
Heathcliff was shocked at how fast maple tree was defeating the bosses and doing things he thought was not possible like maple getting both armies of elves to become her army . He felt rage and anger heading back to the town of beginnings and entering the hidden dungeon . He stood in front of the console and sent a simple order " defeat maple tree and go free " he laughed. " now then maple tree and your army of elves what will you do " he said watching the ninth floor were maple tree and her army were resting in the golden forest .
Kirito was resting by a tree and looked up as an apple fell from the tree . He noticed Asuna jump down from the tree and picked up the apples . He noticed Maple was surrounded by monsters . He noticed the army of elves took after maple training and started having monster defense as well . He thought to himself " great an army of final bosses " he then saw the tree behind him break in two as he barely dodged Yui and Mei attack that split a monster in half along with the trees in its path . He noticed Sally held out her hand and took it while getting up
. " I am glad my hp is so high " he said noticing an army of players rushing towards them . " are they saying kill maple and her guild maple tree so we can log out " he said as Sally nodded . He had a grim look on his face for a second " so do we player kill them or just let maple hold them off " he said . he felt a punch to the top of his head as maple and her army of elves took the players attacks . He rubbed the top of his head and looked to Sally hearing noises from behind . He turned and saw all the imps and goblins along with the floor boss demonic fallen the eleven . He then noticed some of maple army blocking the monsters . He then heard " maple tree blacksmith Iz calling everyone over except maple . He walked over and saw new armor and weapons .
Iz smiled " all right everyone to help in this situation we are being attacked by all the players and monsters on the floor it's time for some new armor and weapons " she said tossing a sword that looked like a demonic blade to Kirito as he caught the blade . " with help from maple army Kirito that blade will drain enemies hp so it's the perfect combo with your high hp " she said as Kirito practice by slashing a goblin in too that was behind Iz . She nodded thanks and handed out some new armor " now then everyone change with the help of the elves will be able to hide our selves while we attack and maple new shield which I made sure has an interesting effect to Absorb the strength of her enemies and give it to her by becoming defense .
She nodded tossing Maple her new shield using it on a goblin behind her and noticed the players backed off as the goblin vanished . She noticed Kirito doing well with his new sword as Sally looked at a few of the swords she had made . " take your pick " she said said mai and Yui defeated demonic fallen the eleven with their strength . She nodded as everyone finished changing into their new armor . She noticed the players regrouped and noticed the monsters were working with them .
Kirito was fighting by maple side dodging player and goblin and imp strikes . " maple I think the mastermind is " he said hearing maple laugh which cut off what he was saying . He pushed a player back " why are you attacking us " he asked . He noticed the player give a signal for everyone to stop before staring at maple and then him . He noticed the player send a message to maple who smirked sending the message to him .
He shrugged his shoulder and took a breath " got it the creator of sao the mastermind kayaba akihiko gave a command defeat maple and maple tree and you go free and he is probably watching " he said as Maple nodded . He took a breath and screamed " so does that mean if we defeat the actual final boss or find you everyone goes free and are towns still safe for us " he screamed over and over waiting for an answer .
Heathcliff sighed and sent a message " yes my command only applies when not in a town " he sent the message seeing the army and monsters Resumed thier attacks . He watched as the hours past no progress was made seeing all the players tired and the monsters defeated and maple tree was eating the boss monster . He screamed to himself " thier must be a way to stop maple tree " he said leaving the hidden dungeon . He noticed it was late and headed to an inn . He entered his room and screamed " maple and her guild is not normal how can I defeat them " he kept thinking .
Meanwhile Kirito took a bite of the monster meat and rolled his eyes . " Maple I think you drove the creator of Sao more insane " he said noticing Asuna nodded along with Sally . He stood up and chuckled " well no one has really died and they won' t thanks to our resident final boss " he said as Maple ruffled his head . He nodded thanks " let's get some rest and then head to the next floor with your army queen maple " he said .
