Caulifla and Kale: What If- Chapter Two "Fantasy Adventure (Round One)"
Saiya-Village, Royal Palace Entrance
In Saiya-Village, the Saiyans live in a peaceful community that thrives on nice behavior, good intentions, and positivity. The people are happy to be in this wonderful village, run by a powerful royal family. In the Royal Palace, the king and queen of the village are waiting for the knights to come into the castle for an important mission. Outside of the castle, two guards see a couple of knights coming towards the castle. One knight is a blue one with a bang hanging out of his armor helmet. The other knight is a pink one with some of the armor revealing the lower section of his body. The guards see them, move out of the way, and open the doors for them to go in. Once inside the building, the knights bow down for the king. King Rhubarb, the ruler of Saiya-Village asked the knight to stand up so that they could hear his message. "Knights! I and my wife, Queen Berry have asked you to escort my daughter to the Cyraxian village. We need her to make a treaty with the kingdom of the village, so that they stop the war between us, them, and the Sectorian Village. Will you do it?" said King Rhubarb. The blue knight and pink knight nod to the king and queen, notifying that they understood the message. After that was said, the king calls out the princess. "Princess Kale! Come! The knights are here to escort you!" said King Rhubarb. Princess Kale, the daughter of King Rhubarb and Queen Berry comes into the throne room in her green gown. She's a shy girl, who's not the most courageous person in this village, but she is still royalty. The king instructs them to keep an eye on Kale and protect her from danger. "Be careful with any spies that might be on your trail! Good luck!" said Queen Berry, as she watches her daughter leave the two knights out of the castle.
Ten Minutes Later...
Blue Knight: (Looks at Pink Knight) So...What do you think we should do?
PInk Knight: (Looks at Blue Knight) Who should I know!? You're the brains of this duo! I'm the strongest one here!
Kale: (Looks at the knights shyly) (They're pretty strong for me to escort me to the Cyraxian village, but...I don't know much about them. The blue one is a bit scary in my opinion, but the pink one...He's a bit more comfortable to look at. Plus, I like pink!) Uh...Sirs?
Blue Knight: (Looks at Kale) Oh! I almost forgot to introduce ourselves to you! (Removes his helmet) My name is Cabba! Nice to meet you, ma'Lady.
Kale: H-Hi. Sir Cabba. Who are you? (Looks at pink knight)
Pink Knight: (Removes "His" helmet) My name is Caulifla. Nice to meet you! Whatever.
Kale: (eyes widen) Wow! You're a girl!
Cabba: Caulifla is the first female in this village to become a knight. She has talent. She once slew a dragon on her own!
Kale: (Looks at Caulifla) Wow! So...How does it feel to be a knight, Caulifla?
Caulifla: Like I'm going to talk to some arrogant princess on the way to the other village. All princesses are bratty and selfish.
Cabba: Caulifla! It's not true! Kale is different. Plus…(Moves closer to Caulifla) You're making her cry.
Kale: (Wipes her tears) I-I'm okay! I can take it! Let's get moving, before nighttime.
Caulifla: Why is that? Are you afraid of the dark?
Kale: (Looks away) It's personal.
Cabba: (Puts on his helmet) Come on, Caulifla! We'll talk more when we're in the village.
Caulifla: (Sighs, before putting back her helmet on) Come on, Princess!
Kale: (I hope that Caulifla understands that I'm different from the rest of the princesses. She and Cabba are great knights, but...they must not know of my...curse) (Walks to the knights)
Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale walk through the village, out of the entrance, and on the path to Cyraxian Village. Kale is nervous, because for two reasons. The first reason is that she has to convince Caulifla that not all princesses are mean. She also has to keep her curse from being seen by the two knights. That's her second reason. Caulifla in her pink armor looks at Kale. She thinks that maybe Cabba is right about her being different from the rest of the princesses. She has seen a lot of princesses in her life, but for Kale...It was different. She can't put her finger on it, but it was something different. A few hours had passed and the three Saiyans saw a village up ahead. "That must be the Cyraxian Village. Hurry!" said Cabba as he ran to the village. Kale and Caulifla follow him. When they reach the village, they see the village filled with cyraxian people. They seem to be nice people overall. Cabba says to the girls that they should always stick together at all times. After that, they keep walking through the village as normally as possible.
Cyraxian Village, Hut Hotel (Thirty Minutes Later)
Cabba: (Sits on a couch) Well! I got us a hut for us to live in for the time being. (Looks at Caulifla, taking off her armor) Caulifla? Why do you have a hatred towards princesses?
Caulifla: (Looks at Cabba) Why!? Agh! (Looks away) I guess that I met a few princesses through the mission that we had. They are sometimes bratty, selfish, and are arrogant as hell! I don't like their attitudes. (Walks to the bathroom) That's why I don't like them.
Cabba: Maybe Kale is a different person. She's kind, honest, and is pretty much the only princess that ever shows us gratitude. Maybe make some connections to her and see for yourself that princesses are not completely bratty. Trust me!
Caulifla: No! I'm not going to do it! Even if she's a different person, Kale is still a princess!
Kale (in First Person View): (Caulifla…) (Opens the door) (I see that you have a grudge against princesses, but...Cabba is right. I'm completely different from them.) (Looks at the window and the moon coming out)Oh no! I have to lock the door before it comes out! (Closes and locks the door)
The next Day…
Kale: (Walks out of her room) Ahhhh! What a nice nap that I had! (Looks at Cabba and Caulifla eating breakfast) Hey well, good knights!
Cabba: (Sees Kale walking towards them) Hi, Princess Kale. Are you hungry? I made us some breakfast!
Kale: Of course! (Sits next to Caulifla and starts eating her breakfast) Wow! It's good!
Cabba: (Smiles) I am one of the best knights to cook some meals for the team. (looks at Kale's torn nightgown) Kale? Your clothes. They look torn up, What happened last night?
Kale: Huh? (Looks at her nightgown torn up) Oh! It's nothing! Just a bit of an old clothing habit of mine! I still have my gown to wear.
Caulifla: (Looks at Kale with raised eyebrows) (That princess is hiding something and I'm going to figure it out! Cabba is wrong about princesses and her! She's one of them!)
The knights and Kale are finished with their breakfast and go to the cyraxian castle to make amends with the cyraxian royal family. Along the way there, Caulifla keeps an eye on Kale, thinking that she might be one of the princesses that she faced before. Always arrogant and bossy through the usage of their royal blood. She doesn't even think that they might change for the better. She, Kale, and Cabba reached the castle's entrance. After talking to the guards, which consist of a black knight and a green knight, the team walks into the castle to see the king and queen of the village. They're now in the royal throne room, facing the king and queen of Cryaxian village. The king is named Calvin, while the queen's name is Cynthia. They look at the knights in armor and Kale beside them. "Oh! I am so proud that you knights are here with the Saiyan princess. Our daughter should be here in a few minutes. Guard! Bring the princess out of her room, so that she can see the princess!" said Queen Cynthia, as the guard went to the room of the cyraxian princess. King Calvin tells the knights that the princess is a hard one to handle, so they need to go back to the place that they entered (Hut Hotel) and have the two princesses have some quality time together. They later hear some yelling and guards running away from a womanly figure. She comes out in a white gown. She looks at the king and queen with an angry expression, before looking at the knights and Kale. "Who the hell are these two bitch ass knights doing here!?" said the cyraxian princess. "Sissy. They're here with the Saiyan princess. You and her will have to be friends and make the treaty between us, Saiya-Village, and the sectorian village. Is that clear?" said King Calvin. Sissy, the cyraxian princess, scowls at her father and mother, before walking towards the knights and Kale. She's not happy to be with the princess from Saiya-Village. She's doing it so that she can get those Gucci shoes that Calvin promised her. Sissy, the knights, and Kale leave the castle and head out to the hut hotel for the treaty to work.
Six Hour Later…(Cyraxian Village, Hut Hotel)
Sissy: You're the most bitchiest princess that I've ever seen! I'm leaving! (Opens the door, leaves the room, shuts the door, and walks to Cabba) I'm leaving this place! Take me back to the castle!
Cabba: (Looks at Sissy) Princess Sissy. I can't. You and Kale have to make a good relationship, in order for the treaty to be complete. Is that cle- (Gets grabbed by Sissy)
Sissy: Take me back home knight, before I punch your throat open with my fist! That's a death wish on your ass!
Cabba: (Gulps) O-Okay! I'll take you back! (Sissy lets go of him) Caulifla!
Caulifla: (Looks at Cabba) What!?
Cabba: I'm bringing Sissy back to the castle. I want you to watch Kale, while we're out! Okay!?
Caulifla: (Grunts) Fine!
Cabba: (Puts on his helmet) Okay! Sissy! This way!
Sissy: (Walks to the door) I know where I'm going! (Bleep)!
(Cabba and Sissy leave the hut)
Caulifla: (Knocks on Kale's room) Kale! Are you okay there?
Kale: (Cries) I-I' m not! Sissy is right about me! I'm weak! I can't do anything right! I'm always the weakest person in my family! I'll never be strong enough!
Caulifla: (Sighs) It's going to be okay, Princess Kale. I'm here and Sissy and Cabba are heading back to the castle. (Looks at the window and moon) Plus, it's nighttime! You should start going to bed!
Kale: N-Night time!? Uh...Okay! But...Don't come in here!
Caulifla: Why not!? I'm a knight! Also, the hut only has two rooms, and I don't want to sleep with Cabba or that bratty princess. So…
Kale: AAAAAGGGGH! Stay away from me! AAAAAHHHH!
Caulifla: Princess Kale! I'm coming! (Bangs on the door with her shoulder)
Kale: RGH! (takes some deep breaths) D-Don't come in here! RGGGGGHHHH!
Caulifla: I'm coming in anyway! Here comes! (Slams the door open) I'm here, Kale! What's going on? (Looks at Kale growing in height) What in the world!?
Kale keeps growing in height and in muscle development, as Caulifla sees her. She soon stops growing and getting bigger. She takes some deep breathes in her deep voice of hers. She later turns around, seeing a completely shocked Caulifla in the room. "C-Caulifla. D-Don't scream! I can explain all of this!" said Kale in her deep voice. Caulifla tries not to scream, but she can't let it in her. She screams while grabbing her sword. "What are you!? Where's Kale!?" said Caulifla, as she points the sword to Kale. Before she could attack, Kale starts to feel her head in pain. "No!... You don't control me! I control YOU!" said Kale as she tries to fight the pain in her. Caulifla lowers her sword, watching the Saiyan princess struggle. Kale soon stops yelling and sits on her bed, which breaks. Caulifla is still shocked to see Kale in this type of situation. She puts down her sword, walks up to Kale, and sits next to her on the broken bed. "Kale? What happened to you? You have green hair, large muscles, and pale skin. Your eyes...white with no pupils." said Caulifla as she tries not to get scared by looking into the princess's blank eyes. Kale says that this is a curse that she got from the evil angel. She cursed for no reason whatsoever. The king and queen try their best to keep the curse from being shown to the village. Kale continues the conversation while grabbing some seltzer water for her nerves. She says that the only way for the curse to be broken is that she finds a true friend and has the courage to be herself in this form. "It's impossible to be one's self in this form, because...the form has a range of rage. I can't control the rage inside of me when the night comes. I have to be alone, so that I can control it, without hurting anyone. My dad said that anger doesn't control me. I control it." said Kale as she burped so loud that the room shook. Caulifla is surprised that she was wrong about all princesses being bratty and mean. She apologizes to Kale for being rude to her on the trip and trying to kill her. She later heard people screaming for their lives from outside of the hut. "Kale! I have to go and check the situation out! Stay here for me!" said Caulifla as she ran out of the room with her sword. Kale just sits there, wondering how to control her anger and find her turn friend to be with.
Twenty Minutes Later…
Kale: (It has been a while since Caulifla, Cabba and Sissy left the hut. I wonder if I could- No! That would be dangerous for me to do that! I have to be here so that the people don't see me as a monster! If only I could help them out without scaring them!) (Hears the door knock) Uh...W-What to do? Uh. kale isn't here! She's in the shower!
Landlord: Okay! Tell her that she needs to leave the hut immediately. There's a dragon frog on the loose and it's eating all of the knights and princesses. It even ate the two Saiyan knights and the cyraxian princess.
Kale: It did?!
Landlord: Yes. C-Can I come in?
Kale: Uh…(What should I do now!? Caulifla and Cabba are eaten by a dragon frog and I….I-I…) ((Looks at her seltzer water) Father told me that seltzer water was the way out of the dragon frog's stomach. Maybe if I...That could work! Sir! Do you have a gallon of seltzer water with you!?
Landlord: It's outside if the princess needs it. Why?
Kale: Can you leave? Kale will have to bring that gallon of water back to the castle of the Saiyans!
Landlord: Okay! It will be near the doorway if she needs some! Thanks! (Leaves the hut)
Kale: Good! Now I have to find that dragon frog, get into its stomach, and release the seltzer water to get the knights and Sissy out of there. (Looks at her hands) I'm doing this to prove a point. This curse is not stopping me from being for who I am! (Leaves the room)
Kale walks out of the huts, making the area shake from her footsteps. She checks outside if people are still around the area. She doesn't want them to see her in this form. Kale grabs the gallon of seltzer water and runs out to the castle. She has a feeling that the dragon frog is heading to the castle for the knights over there. She has to hurry. At the castle, the knights of Cyraxian village are trying their best to fight the dragon frog. Its long tongue is sucking each knight into its stomach, causing it to bring it out some more. The knights are having a hard time with this creature that they don't even think that there will be another thing to stop it. They soon stop, one the ground starts to shake. It's not coming from the dragon frog, but from behind the creature. The dragon frog turns around, seeing Kale in her cursed form. "Hey, freak! I'm right here! Eat me!" said Kale as she waves her hands and arms. The dragon frog is starting to fall for Kale's plan. It begins to puff up its cheeks, ready to fire its long tongue at Kale. She closes her eyes, hoping that this plan works. The dragon frog eats Kale in an instant, swallowing her whole. We go into the dragon frog's stomach to see the Saiyan knights, Sissy, and the other knights that were eaten.
Inside Dragon Frog's Stomach
Cabba: (looks up at the dragon frog's throat) Great! Now in a matter of hours, we're going to be digested.
Sissy: (Crosses her arms) (Bleep)! Now my dress is ruined in this pile of vomit! (Points at Cabba) It's your fault for not warning me!
Cabba: (looks at Sissy with an angry expression) My fault!? It's your fault for not running away as I told you moments ago!
Caulifla: Ahem! I tried to tell you that I had the frog, but did you listen to me! As a result, we were all eaten!
Sissy: Who asked you to talk!? You and the bratty bitch of a princess are all that the frog needs! Not this wonderful, pretty princess like me!
Caulifla: (Shakes her hands in rage) I swear to god! I'm going to kill you!
Kale: AAAHHHH! Incoming! (Splashes in the middle of the stomach acids)
Sissy: Oh great! Why not!? It's a buffet for this bastard!
Kale: (takes some deep breaths and sees Caulifla) Caulifla!
Caulifla: Princess Kale!? Why are you doing here!? I told you to stay in the hut!
Kale: I know, but the landlord told me that you and Cabba were eaten. I had no choice but to get out of the hut to save you. I just have to be brave for once.
Caulifla: Oh...Kale. I know that the curse that you have is a burden on you, but…(Touches Kale's ab area) You're one of the few princesses to give me some kind of respect as a knight. Unlike some who don't! (Looks at Sissy with an obvious expression)
Kale: (Smiles) T-Thanks, Caulifla.
Cabba: Wait a minute! That giant princess with the green hair is Kale!?
Caulifla: I'll describe the situation later, but what are you doing here? There's no way out here!
Kale: (Holds the gallon of seltzer water in her hand) There is! I've heard that putting seltzer water in the creature's stomach would allow it to burp so loud that the knights were able to get out of there, before digestion.
Cabba: (Rubs his chin) It does make sense!
Kale: (Pours the seltzer water out of the jug) I just need to wait for a couple of minutes for it to settle into the stomach acid and it should be able to start making bubbles.
Caulifla: Good!
Sissy: Sorry, but...this is gross and I will not let this giant thing rescue me from this situation! I don't see that Kale is that thing! If it is, then I would be laughing my ass off right no- (Gets picked up by Kale)
Kale: (Grunts) If you make another insult to me or my friends, then I'll crush you with my bare, giant hands! (Drops Sissy in the stomach acids)
(Stomach acids start to bubble)
Cabba: It's bubbling! Hold on to Kale! (Holds onto Kale's right side)
Caulifla: Okay! Hold on tight Kale! (Holds onto Kale's right side, along with two other knights)
Sissy: (Grunts) Fine! I'll do it! Just don't tell anyone about this! (Grabs onto Caulifla's hips)
Kale: Okay! (Closes her eyes) Everyone hold on!
The stomach acids begin to bubble around the stomach until it reaches the top of the throat area. The dragon frog stops moving to feel its stomach bubble and rumble. A few seconds later, the dragon frog burps out the group in a loud way. Kale, Caulifla, Cabba, Sissy, and the two knights are out of the creature! The dragon frog hops away from the burp. Kale gets up, seeing Caulifla and the rest of the team in stomach acid. She's happy that she rescued the knights, but now everyone is watching her. The people are shocked and surprised that a giant, muscle-bound princess saved the knights from that creature. The king and queen of the cyraxian village come out of the castle to see the real hero of the night. King Calvin sees Kale and is scared at first, but then sees his daughter completely fine. She hugs her, while Queen Cynthia walks up to Kale. "You...save my daughter! Thanks! I'm humbled by signing the treaty and ending the war!" said Cynthia, as she bows down to the hero that saved her daughter from the dragon frog. Kale is dumbfounded that she's not feared by the royal people of the village. The people then clap for her heroic deed. Cabba and Caulifla also get into the clapping, along with the two knights. Kale is finally respected as a hero, instead of a monster. Kale later faints, due to the curse having some kind of change. Kale's body starts to glow green, transforming her back to normal. A voice comes in, saying that the curse has been lifted, due to Kale finding her courage and finding some friends. The light from Kale's body leaves her and never returns. Caulifla picks up the princess and tells Cabba that they'll be leaving now. After that, the knights, and Kale leave the castle of the Cyraxian village, happy that the mission is done.
Saiya-Village, Royal Castle, Kale's Room (The Next Day)
Kale: (Wakes up) Uh...W-What happened? (Looks at Caulifla, sleeping on the chair) Caulifla?
Caulifla: (Wakes up and looks at Kale) Kale! You're okay! (Hugs Kale) thanks for saving us from that dragon frog.
Kale: Oh! Y-You're welcome. I felt weak after the people from the cyraxian village clapped for me. I heard a voice, telling me that the curse is broken. Wait! Did I-
Caulifla: (Nods) your curse is broken! You made a friend and found your courage. (Smiles) And you're looking right at it!
Kale: You? (Smiles) good thing that you're here! I can finally go outside of the castle and meet my lover!
Caulifla: (Raises her eyebrow) Lover? Who?!
Kale: The large, round baker boy from the west side of the village. He would sometimes bring me some desserts for dinner and I would tell him about his day.
Caulifla: Oh! That fat baker boy that has a nervous personality! You have a crush on him!?
Kale: (Blushes) Of course I do. Maybe you can meet him and be friends. He's a nice guy to be with. (Hugs Caulifla) Thanks for always being with me.
Caulifla: (Smiles) Of course, Kale. For you and the kingdom that I protect is a priority for me...as a friend.
And they lived happily ever after!
