Caulifla and Kale: What If Chapter Three- "Berserker Form Permanent?"
One hour before the tournament of power begins, Cabba teaches Caulifla and Kale how to transform into Super Saiyans. Caulifla is the first one to use the tingling back technique, described by Cabba, and does it right. She turns into a super Saiyan with ease. Then it was Kale's turn and...she's having trouble transforming. Caulifla thinks of angering her, so that she can transform, but can't bring herself to anger her sister in arms. She asks Cabba to do it for her. He does and the only thing that he was able to do is making Kale cry. Caulifla and he argue over this, while Kale watches. She thinks that she wasn't able to transform into a Super Saiyan and Caulifla is "flirting" with Cabba. "She doesn't think that I can do it! She thinks that I'm a failure! I'm worthless! I let her down!" Are Kale's thoughts, before glowing green, Caulifla and Cabba stop arguing and look at Kale's glowing body. She later begins to start floating off of the ground, charging. The aura around her body begins to change into a green color. Caulifla and Cabba back up, as Kale's glowing body, flash the two. It goes on for thirty seconds until the light goes away. Caulifla becomes the first one to see Kale's transformation. Her body has large muscles, pale skin, green, spiky hair, no pupils in her eyes, and a green aura around her body. She's confused about whether or not this is Kale's transformation, but she doesn't care. She's happy that her sister in arms can transform into a Super Saiyan. Cabba looks at Kale's Super Saiyan form and is scared of it. Kale stares at Cabba points at him and says that he's going to die by her hands. Before she can do that, she falls to the ground on her back. She falls unconscious, which causes Caulifla and Cabba to quickly carry her to a nearby river.
Planet Sadala, Deserted Area (Twenty-Five Minutes Later)
Caulifla: (Shakes Kale's body) Kale!? Are you going to wake up soon? Kale!
Kale: (Opens her eyes) Huh? What happened? (Looks at Caulifla) Sis!
Caulifla: Kale! You are great! You transformed into your Super Saiyan form! I'm so proud of you!
Kale: I-I did? When?
Caulifla: A few minutes ago. You were glowing green, your hair was green, your eyes were blank as a white paper, and your aura was in a different color. Cabba says that it's a different type of Super Saiyan, but who cares!? You made it!
Kale: Super Saiyan? Different? I have to see something. Where's the- (looks at her hands and arms) What the- Why are my hands and arms big and have muscles?
Caulifla: Oh! I forgot that you got bigger. Like a lot bigger! There's a river to see your reflection. (points to the river)
Kale: (Sees the river) Okay! (gets up and walks to the river, making the ground shake) Whoa! I look taller! (Looks at the river, seeing her reflection) What in the-
Caulifla: See? You look badass!
Kale: My hair! Eyes! And...and...Chest! (blushes, after seeing her chest) Why is it bigger!?
Caulifla: Oh! Right! Well...At least you did it and you can turn yourself back to normal.
Kale: (Looks at Caulifla with a worried expression) H-How do I do it!? I can't stay like this!
Caulifla: Just release the tingling feeling in your back and you should be able to turn back to normal. Try it!
Kale: O-Okay, Caulifla! Focus on my back and release the feeling! (Closes her eyes and tries to release the tingling feeling) Come on!
Cabba: (Walks to Caulifla and Kale) Caulifla! Is Kale going to be okay!? (Looks at Kale with a red face and veins popping under her skin) What is she trying to do?
Caulifla: She's trying to release the tingling feeling from her back so that she can turn back to normal.
Cabba: I think that she's not getting it.
Caulifla: She is! She just needs to focus harder!
Kale: I think that I got it! (Stomach growls) Oh no...I think that I'm going to- (Farts at Caulifla and Cabba, sending them flying backward) Pass gas. (Blushes hard)
Caulifla: (Covers her nose) It's o-okay, Kale. You'll be back to normal when we get to the tournament. Okay!?
Kale: (Looks at Caulifla with a red blushing face) O-Okay. (Looks away)
The three Saiyans leave the area and head off to the tournament. During the tournament, Kale hasn't turned back to normal through the "releasing the tingling back sensation" technique. The tournament goes as planned (in the original anime, not the alternative, I don't have time for that.) and the seventh universe wins the contest. They wished for all of the erased universes to be brought back to life. The super dragon balls make the wish and every universe that was erased was alive again. There is some bad news, for instance, Kale is still in her Berserker form. She still can't figure out why she can't transform back to normal. Being a huge, hulking Saiyan is hard to live in. Her footsteps make the room and/or area shake, her face is too scary for other people to make a full conversation with her as normal, and her voice is also starting to get on her nerves. Caulifla says that everything will be fine, as long as she stays with her. Kale agrees to her sister in arms, knowing that she's always right about everything. The two Saiyan girls want back to their hideout and live their routine as normal as possible.
Planet Sadala, Caulifla's Hideout (Four Months Later)
Four months have passed and the Saiyan girls are having a good time together at the hideout. Caulifla starts the day, by telling the thugs to prepare some breakfast. She, later on, goes upstairs to get Kale from her bed. She's still worried about how she's been doing for the past four months. She's still in her berserker form and it is beginning to feel like nothing is going to be as normal as it used to be. She sees Kale's room door and knocks on it. "Kale!? Are you awake? Breakfast is being made!" said Caulifla as she hears a loud groan from the other side of the door. Kale, who's awake, gets up from her broken bed (Since her size broke it moments ago), walks to the closet, grabs her washcloth, and walks to the door. Her footsteps make the room shake, as well as the outside of her room. Cauilfla tries not to fall again from the shaking until Kale opens the door.
Caulifla: (Looks up to see Kale) Hi, Kale! How was sleep?
Kale: (grunts, before looking down to see Caulifla) Hi, Caulifla. Everything is fine with me. Is breakfast done?
Caulifla: Yes! I'll be down there and I promise that the guys won't insult you.
Kale: (Looks away) You always say that and they do make insults at me. They're thugs, so they don't make any good comments to anyone different from them.
Caulifla: Don't worry, Kale! If they do make an insult, then I'll beat their asses for you! (Smiles) I just want you to have a good day for once. I know that it's hard to be in that form for four months, but it will pass. (pats Kale on the "back")
Kale: (Blushes) Uh...C-Caulifla? That's not my back.
Caulifla: (Squeezes Kale's butt cheek) Oh! My bad, Kale! It feels weird for me to notice that you're much taller than me! (let's go and step back) So...you can go into the bathroom, get yourself ready, and we'll have the best day! (Walks downstairs)
Kale: (Watches Caulifla leave) (I hope so.) (Walks to the bathroom)
Kale is desperate to have one day, where she's not mocked for being a giant freak from here. She does her "normal" routine as followed: She gets her face cleaned; brushes her teeth; leaves the bathroom and into the kitchen; talks to Caulifla for a little bit, before being shot by a few insults; she starts her morning routine, for which is not that hard (Since she's in her berserker form); cleans the hideout, while Caulifla and the gang are out; tries to focus on the tingling back technique to get out of the form, but fails (Always resulting in her burping or farting outgas); watches the birds fly, because they looked at her face; and much more that I can't describe any further. Kale is starting to get bored of doing the same thing for four months. She wishes that she was back to normal so that she can train with her sister in her arms. She still remembers the last time that she trained with Caulifla and that resulted in her getting hurt for the first time, since the tournament. She's completely hopeless to do anything around here. If there was someone who accepts her for who she is from this form. Luckily, she does! It's a person who has the same problems as her and is a kind Saiyan. This all happens on the following day. Approximately two days later.
Planet Sadala, Mall (Two Days Later)
Caulifla and Kale are in the mall, buying some clothes for the hideout. Kale is nervous to be here, due to her being a giant to the rest of the Saiyans in the mall. They keep staring at her like she's a different person. Caulifla looks at her and says that everything is okay. "We just need the clothes and we'll be leaving real soon," said Caulifla. They come to the clothing section of the mall. Caulifla tells Kale to stay outside of the shop, while she goes in and gets the clothes. This goes on for five to ten minutes until Caulifla comes out of the shop with five bags of clothes. "Come on, Kale! Let's get something to eat!" said Caulifla as she turns right for the restaurant area of the mall. Kale follows, still worried that the people will make fun of her. Once they reach the restaurant area of the mall, Caulifla tells Kale to stay in the table area, while she gets the food. She runs to the area, while Kale sits on a nearby chair, only for it to break under her butt. "Ugh! Not again!" said Kale as she covers her face in embarrassment. She has to stop doing that if she wants to have a normal life again. Without her noticing, a Saiyan male touch her back. "A-Are you okay sir?" said the Saiyan male, as Kale turns around to see the man. The man has an overweight appearance to him, black, medium hair, black eyes, chubby cheeks, and neck rolls, and is wearing a yellow outfit. Kale blushes, after remembering that the man called her a sir.
Kale: (Blushes) Uh...S-Sir? I'm a girl. (Points to her chest)
Man: (Looks at Kale's chest, blushing) Oh! I-I'm sorry! I didn't know! W-What's your name?
Kale: I'm K-Kale. Y-You?
Man: My name is Limo. I'm an SDF elite from the headquarters. I'm here with Cabba. He's getting the food. I was waiting, worried that someone might make an insult to me, but then I saw you. You look different from the rest of the people around here. I touched your back to get your attention and...here we are! Heheheeh! (Rubs the back of his head)
Kale: Well...Wait! You're worried that someone might make fun of you? (Points at Limo)
Limo: (Nods) Almost every soldier makes fun of me at the headquarters for how big I am from them. (Looks at his stomach) It's always been that way.
Kale: You have the same issues as I do? I didn't know that a Saiyan would be this big and...well...have a good life. I used to be normal, but after transforming into this I've been…(Looks away)
Limo: (Looks at Kale) I get it. It's okay to be ashamed for being this way. I know how you feel. "Different shapes and sizes don't matter for the time being. The only important thing for Sadala to have is personality." That's what my dad would say to me every day.
Kale: (Looks at Limo) Really? Do you think that I'm still me in this form?
Limo: All that I see is a good person under all of that muscle. (Smiles) The same goes for me as well! I'm my good self under this pile of blubber! (Pats his stomach, making it jiggle)
Kale: Hahahaha! Okay!
Cabba: (walks to Limo And Kale) Limo! Are you okay? Kale!? Why are you doing here?
Caulifla: (Walks to Cabba, Limo, and Kale) She's here with me. We were shopping for clothes and now I got the food for lunch. Come on, Kale! Let's eat! (Sits on a chair and starts eating)
Cabba: We'll join as well. (Sits next to Caulifla and starts eating)
Limo: (Sits next to Kale, only for the chair to break under his butt) Oh! Not again!
Kale: Hahahahahaha! (Covers her mouth)
Limo: (Blushes, while smiling at Kale) (She's a good person to be with. She, Cabba, and Janet are the only people to not make an insult to me. I think that she and I are going to be fine.)
The four Saiyans continue to eat their lunch. Kale finally found someone who has the same problems as she does. Being big and scary was the only thing that she can describe herself, after the tournament, but after meeting Limo for the first time, she understands that she's still the same shy girl as always. After lunch. Kale and Caulifla leave the mall to their hideout. Cabba and Limo leave the mall to their headquarters. Limo originally thought that he was the only large Saiyan on this planet, but Kale came along and changed his mind for the better. He found someone who accepts him for him. Before they know it, they begin to date in secret. They would eat in restaurants, fly around the planet by themselves, or talk about their days. Kale never felt this wonderful with Limo. She feels like...she has deeper feelings for him. The same goes for Limo. this keeps going for four weeks, until on their probably fifteenth date in a row, they were in the middle of West City, drinking some milkshakes. Kale looks at Limo with blushed cheeks. "I can't hold this feeling in! I have to tell him the truth! I am in love with him!" are Kale's thoughts. Limo looks at Kale with blushed cheeks. "Kale is the one for me! I have to tell her that I love her for who she is!" are Limo's thoughts. Both open their mouths, ready to say their feelings "I love you, Kale/Limo!" said Kale and Limo. they're so shocked that some people around them just stare at them with awe.
Limo: Uh...I guess that we both have the same words to say. Heheheheh! (Rubs the back of his head)
Kale: Same here. For a second there, I thought that I was going to be the only one to say it. (rubs her head)
Limo: S-Since we're lovers now...should we k-k-ki-...
Kale: K-Kiss? (Looks at Limo with blushed cheeks)
Limo: (Looks at Kale with blushed cheeks) Yes. W-We should! For our new relationship! (Leans close)
Kale: O-Of course. (Leans close)
(Limo and Kale kiss in the lips)
People: AWWWW!
Kale: (glows green, while kissing Limo) (His lips! They're...soft and...warm. I love this feeling!) (Shrinks back to normal)
Limo: Huh? (Looks at Kale in her normal form) Kale!? What happened?!
Kale: What? (Looks at her normal hands) AHHH! I'm back to normal! My arms! My hands, My chest!. And my voice is back! (Hugs Limo) Thank you so much!
Limo: Uh…(I think this is how she normally looks. Kind of think about it...she's a bit cuter in this form. I like the hair of hers being out. I guess...all sizes and shapes are fine with me! It's the personality that I love about Kale.) (Smiles, while hugging Kale) You're welcome, Kale.
After that, Kale and Limo continue their night in peace. Kale is happy that she's back to normal, and she found a new relationship with another Saiyan. Limo is also happy that he's able to be with someone that he likes personally. Maybe all shapes and sizes aren't just for looks. No matter how big or small you are, you're the same person altogether!
