I am back with a new chapter. I do hope you have enjoyed this new story I am working on. If not. Oh well I will just write it for my own personal enjoyment. :P
So on with the story
Chapter 3
Nami's jaw dropped open when she saw the massive ship next to the tiny ship she had arrived on to the village. 'How much money does she really have?' she wondered to herself as she looked at the girl talking to the green hair man laughing about something.
"Well I can tie my boat to your ship as we travel together for now." Said Nami as she placed her bag of treasure on her tiny ship.
Luffy looked over at her a little confused as she tilted her head to the side. "Well Trinity can store it away until you need it." She told the redhead.
"Store it where?" Question Nami.
"Don't worry about it girl. Just get what you need from it and I'll take care of it." Said Trinity as she walked up behind Nami.
Nami slowly nodded her head and entered the tiny cabin and hid her treasure away with the rest she had gotten from Alvina and Shell Town at the Marine Base. She returned back out with a backpack with clothing and some cash as she did not know if she had to take care of everyone for this crew or not. "I got everything." She told Trinity.
"Alright get on the ship and I'll take care of this." Said Trinity as she watched the girl vanished onto the ship.
"So Nami you can take the room next to Zoro's." Said Luffy with a large grin on her face.
Nami blinked looked at the raven hair girl. "Where are you sleeping?" She question not sure about this after all.
"Oh I am in the Captain's chambers up there." Said Luffy pointing at the large cabin at the top.
Nami dumbly nodded her head and walked to the room she was directed to. Inside the room there was three beds and it had a softer look to it as the room next to her seem larger with about five or six beds inside of it as she saw as Zoro open the door to his room to put something away. "Wow this place is pretty nice." She said to herself as she placed her bag down on a bed in the farthest corner away from the door.
Zoro walked into his room and took out the money Trinity had given him and placed it into a small safe that Trinity gave him that only his chakra could open up. A small smile played across his lips. 'Let's see if that witch try to take this.' He thought to himself as he had an uneasy feeling about the ginger that is joining the crew for the time being. He let out a sigh and grabs some clothes for a shower and training afterwards.
Luffy walked up to her cabin as the foxes set sail. She needed to clean off after that old fool placed his disgusting hand on her chest. 'Buggy isn't anything like Shanks or like the stories he told me about him as boys. He is a pig now.' She thought to herself letting out a small sigh walking into her cabin and into her private shower. Which each cabin held so there wouldn't be any fighting. Unless they get another female crew member.
Sometime later Luffy is sitting on deck looking over at Zoro who was swinging his massive weights. She couldn't keep her eyes off of him as his muscles moved under his tank top and the muscles of his legs from his shorts. He hadn't put on his boots or any other shoes as he was just working out barefoot.
"Like the view?" Came a voice from behind the girl.
Luffy blushes falling over as she looks up at who is standing behind her. Nami holds a shit eating grin on her face.
"N-No I am just happy to see how hard he works to follow his dreams." Said Luffy fighting her blush back.
"Oh really now?" Question Nami as she took a seat next to Luffy with some juice in a glass in her hands.
"Yeah. I want my crew to have dreams and goals to fight for. For with those dreams they will grow stronger and fight tooth and nail to make their dreams come true." Said Luffy with a smile on her face as her eyes had went back to watching Zoro as Oro was now sitting on the large weight.
"I see. What is your dream Luffy?" Question Nami as she pulled her knees up to her chest laying her head on them as her glass now rested next to her.
Luffy smiled. "I am going to be the King of Pirates." She told the girl next to her.
Nami's eyes open wide. "Don't you mean Queen?" She asked her.
Luffy shook her head no. "No. I can be the king for it is just a title. It doesn't matter my gender. Just as long as I am strong enough to make my dream come true and a crew behind me that believes in me as I believe in them." She told her.
"I see." Said Nami looking off into the sea before them as they where about two days away from the next island.
"What's your dream Nami?" Question Luffy as she is now leaning back on her arms and crosses her legs.
Nami looks over at her slowly blinking her eyes as a far away smile made it's way across her lips. "I want to map the whole world. To make maps the will make sure people will always make it safe to whatever island they wish to sail to." She told Luffy with the same look on her face.
"That is a nice dream. One I hope you can make come true as part of my crew." Said Luffy as she notice Zoro put his weights down pick up a towel and walks over with a bottle with water to the two girls and sits down next to them.
"Yeah, we'll see." Said Nami looking away.
"Hey." Said Zoro as he sat down next to Luffy with a towel around his neck.
"Hey. How's training going?" Asked Luffy looking over at the only male of the crew.
"It's going well. Oro weights a ton." Said Zoro taking a drink of his water.
Oro grinned looking over at him. "That would be those weight seals. The ones you now wear. I really don't weight that much." Said the golden fox as he yawn.
Zoro just nodded his head to what the fox was saying. "Those seals do come in handy and make training more of a workout now." He said taking another drink of water.
"Yeah I know. I have 2500lbs on right now. I would have moved quicker on my fight with that clown if I had release them." Said Luffy looking up to the sky that now was a darker blue with a little of orange blending in as it was becoming evening.
Zoro choked on his water as Nami looked at the girl as if she were mad. "You…" was all Zoro could say.
"What the hell are you talking about?" Question Nami as she didn't know what the hell was going on as the foxes nor Luffy had talked to her about shinobi training or anything about it.
Luffy giggled and sat up pulling her tank top up showing off the bottom of her sports bra as a glow began to show on her skin and there was a seal in black ink appearing on her skin and on it written in a line was weight seal and the weight appeared under it 500lbs on her chest alone.
Nami's mouth hung open at the sight of the seal appear on the girls tone and flat stomach.
"That is a weight seal. Well on of the five weight seals I have on me, along with several other seals on my body." Said Luffy with a smile on her face looking at the shocked faces around her.
"Man. This sucks I have only 500lbs on right now." Grumbled Zoro looking away with a little blush on his cheeks.
"Don't worry Zoro you're doing fairly good. When I first began this type of training, I only had 50 lbs. on my body." Said Luffy smiling at him.
Zoro just laughed. "Sure." He said with a look on his face that said your just being nice.
"I have never heard of this type of training or seals or whatever you call it." Said Nami as she is trying to wrap her mind around this all.
"Well yeah. You wouldn't for this is a lost art known as Shinobi arts. I have been training in ninja skills since I was about 7 years old as well as a pirate, marine, swordsmen, and other skills." Said Luffy with a smirk on her face.
Nami just gaped like a fish at the two sitting next to her. "This is insane." She said looking at them.
"If you say so. But how do you explain her walking down the side of the building?" Question Zoro with a small smirk on his face.
"Devil Fruit?" Said Nami weakly.
"I ate the Gumo-Gumo Fruit. I am a rubber girl." Said Luffy pulling on her cheek as if it was normal.
"This is insane." Cried Nami as she looked over at the talking Foxes. "Next your going to tell me your from legends." She said pointing at Kurama.
"I am one of the nine Biju's. I am Kurama the Nine-tail fox and the strongest of all my siblings." Said Kurama with a large smirk on his face.
"B-B-But Biju's are fairytales." Said Nami with tears on the corner of her eyes.
"Kurama-sama and the other Biju-sama's are not fairytales. But very much real." Said Trinity with her tail dancing around behind her.
"This ship is named after the Biju's most powerful attack. The Bijudama." Added on Oro with the same smirk as his boss.
"Now little girl. Tell us why you are hiding something from our kit. We can tell you are lying. But Luffy doesn't want to push you into telling us. But I have a feeling it will be deterrent to her if you keep whatever little secret you have in that little heart of yours." Said Kurama as his crimson eyes made Nami freeze in place as she knew she couldn't lie to him and only knew if she told him what was wrong, she will live to see the next morning.
Nami let out a sigh as now Luffy and Zoro looking at the girl before them.
"It's an exceptionally long story. But this is the water down version of my life. At a young age my mother was murdered before my very eyes by the fishmen that took over our village and making the villagers paying him a tax for the right of us to live. Well once he found out that I am skilled at drawling sea charts. Well we came to a deal. I'll make all the sea charts he wants while I make money to buy my village freedom form him. I am almost to my gold. I am just 30 million berries short. But I know I'll have it here soon." Said Nami.
"So that is why you don't like Pirates for one asshole." Said Luffy.
"Yeah." Said Nami. "But once I'm done. I'll be free and I can sail the seas and make my own maps and sea charts for the whole world to use and enjoy." She said with a soft smile on her face.
"Then join my crew and we'll take care of that bastard." Said Luffy.
Nami snorted and laughed at the girl next to her. "What can you two do?" She asked Luffy.
Luffy smiled. "I took out Buggy with ease. If your talking about Arlong. He isn't much but all talk. For I have been told stories about him from my Uncle Mihawk and Shanks. Arlong left the Grand Line, for he and his little crew got ran out by his former Captain as he was behaving like a true bastard." She told the redhead.
Zoro just laugh. "By the time we get to your island. I'm quite sure we will have others part of this crew and if we need any help. I know Oro and Trinity will back us up." He said.
"We will as well. We can call for the Hachibi eight-tail's summons to aid us." Said Trinity with a smile.
"Oh yeah the Eight-tail Ox Hachibi." Said Zoro with a smile.
Nami looks at Zoro and Trinity. "That is the God that Arlong's men pray to each time they go to sea or even into battle." She told them.
"Good. If I call my brother. They will turn on their boss to obey their God." Said Kurama with a laugh.
"Well how about we get something to eat. I'm getting hungry from all we have done today." Said Luffy as she looks at the others.
"It will be 10 thousand berries for me to cook for each of you." Said Nami as berries appear in her eyes.
Luffy just laughed. "I got it. I will need a cook. But I know my way around the kitchen." She said as she stood up and walked across the deck a door at the center wall that is the Galley.
Nami pouted hoping she could make some quick cash and making a somewhat decent dinner for them.
After thirty minutes dinner was made. Luffy made steak with bake potatoes, carrots, an apple pie. Zoro just grinned as he dug into his dinner as Nami look on with shock. 'How could she make all this on her own. The foxes sat with us while she was in the kitchen making dinner.' She wondered to herself. As she hadn't seen Luffy's other little trick that her great grandfather always loved using as a young boy.
The morning came way to quick and no one wanted to wake up. Luffy dragged herself out of bed another fox that Oro summon to take the night watch. She quickly took a shower and put on a black sports bra and black shorts and walks out of her room with an open red unbutton shirt. Her straw hat hung from around her neck.
"Good Morning Lu-chan." Called a female voice from the crows nets.
Looking up. Luffy saw a snow white fox with three-tails looking down at her. "Good morning Star." She called up to her friend.
A grunt could be heard from the deck below. Leaning over the railing Luffy saw Zoro working with his massive weights as he had a new scroll open up before him as he looked it over. He was just in a pair of shorts as it appeared, he had taken off his shirt to get a better workout in. A small blush creep across her cheeks.
"You like him." Came Kurama's voice from behind her. Before she could scream or yell Kurama wrapped his tails around her mouth and body and pulled her to him. "I can tell you have a little crush on your "First-mate" little one. Nothing can escape my sight." He told her in a teasing tone of voice.
Luffy pouted from behind his tails half heartily glaring at the Biju. Slowly he moved his tail off of her face so she could speak. "Well yeah I like him. He is my nakama. Also he is strong and brave and can stand up to you." She told him with a small smile on her face.
"It's not what I'm talking about kit. I can tell you have a primal attraction to him. That you wouldn't mind claiming him as your "mate"." Kurama told her as now her blush grew even more.
She looked down at the floor and back up at the Biju. "You can't blame me. All the boy's from my village were scared of me or found me weird and only wanted one thing. So far. Zoro has been very respectful of me. I wouldn't mind….you know…" She trailed off blushing brightly.
Kurama chuckled. "Trust me kit. I understand. You take after your great grandfather. The only human I had ever claimed as my own kit. I believe that is why I came to you that fateful day." He told her letting her go.
"I'll make some shadow clones to get breakfast made, as well as maybe do a little fishing this morning. I don't really fell up to training." Said Luffy as she made a classic hand sign Kurama knew all to well as three Luffy's appear before the girl and run off to the kitchen.
"I know kit. For the past few days we have had nothing but battles. A day of rest is needed." Said Kurama yawning. "Tomorrow we make landfall and I would truly enjoy some sake." He told her.
"Yeah I know." Said Luffy rolling her eyes at him as she walked down the steps from her cabin and down to a closet to get her fishing gear and walked over near Zoro and sat down on the railing to enjoy a quiet morning of fishing until Nami woke up and found her clones running around. Zoro didn't mind them. He figured it was just something she could do and didn't bother to ask about it.
After an hour Zoro looked up from the scroll and spotted Luffy to his left just fishing with a bucket behind her filled with different types of fish. "Morning." He told her.
Luffy looked up from looking out to the sea being pulled from her thoughts of the past. She smiled over at him. "Morning. How's training going?" She asked him as she saw he had placed the weights down and was now mostly focusing on the scroll before him.
"It's going well for the most part." Zoro told her truthfully. "But this shadow thing is insane." He told her as she could now see what he was reading.
"Yeah I bet. To be able to control one's shadows and even step into them and move around. That would be really cool to do." Said Luffy with a smile.
"Yeah. It would be. But it appears that my abilities come from an old clan of geniuses. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a moron. It's just how much mental work went into their planning and fighting. It's a lot to live up to." Said Zoro.
"You can do it. I saw it when you were fighting that moron on the unicycle. So don't think that you can't do it. Your more of a heat of the moment planner and fighter and there isn't anything wrong with that." Said Luffy smiling at him.
Trinity walked over to the two sitting and chatting. "I'll take these so one of the clones can clean them and store them away for dinner or another meal." She told Luffy.
"Okay thanks." Said Luffy as she pulls her fishing line from the sea below. "I think I caught enough for today. Anyways we will be docking on an island tomorrow and we can do some stocking up than." She said with a smile.
Zoro nodded his head. "It will be nice to stretch my legs on land." He told her.
"Morning you two." Said Nami as she came out of her room. It was already about 8am. As the other two had been up since dawn.
They look over at her. "Morning Nami." Called out Luffy as Zoro just grunted at the redhead.
"Breakfast is almost ready." Said Luffy as she turned to look at Zoro who now looked a little hungry.
"That's great." Said Nami as she walked over to them and sat down looking over at the scroll Zoro was reading.
"What's that?" Question Nami as she pointed at the scroll.
Zoro looked down at the scroll and back at her. "By what the fox tells me. This scroll hold's clan jutsus." He told her as he went back to reading as Luffy rested her head on his shoulder just reading it as well.
Nami just watched the two. A small smile crept across her lips. 'They act like their dating. They do look cute together.' She thought to herself with a small quiet giggle.
"Alright guys food is ready." Called a voice that made Nami freeze and look behind her. Standing at the open door to the galley stood Luffy waving her hand at them. Slowly she turned her head back to the girl that sat next to Zoro. "WHAT THE HELL!" She shrieked.
Luffy jumped into Zoro's lap from the girl next to her shrieking at the top of her lungs.
"What's wrong?" Demanded Zoro as he moved for his swords laying next to him with his free hand as his other hand had wrapped around Luffy, shielding the girl with his upper body.
"W-W-Why is there two Luffy's?" Question a panicked Nami as she looked between the two girls.
Luffy blinked and looked at Nami and over at the open door with her clone just blinking as well. "She is my shadow clone. A solid clone of myself." She said as if it wasn't anything new.
Nami just looked at her and slowly got up and walked over to the other girl and slowly poke the girl with her finger. "Nami please stop that. I still have to help the others clean the fish." Whined the clone as Nami looked over the girls shoulder and saw two more Luffy's just looking at her owlishly. Nami just fell backwards with her eyes rolling into the back of her head.
Zoro stood up with Luffy still in his arm. "Jeeze she acts like this isn't normal." He said with another sigh.
"I know." Said Luffy in his arm. Zoro blinks and looks down at his chest to see Luffy smiling back up at him. "Hi." She told him.
Zoro sputters for a second and lets her go. But Luffy pouts up at him. "I thought I was going to get carried to breakfast." She tells him in a pout.
"Nope. Not happening." Said Zoro as he quickly walks away from her and steps over the passed out girl.
"Big meanie." Calls out Luffy as she stands up and runs after him. Jumping over Nami as Trinity wakes the girl up and helps her to the table.
"Don't worry child. If you truly become part of this crew. This will be an everyday thing for you to see until we get a cook for the crew." Said Trinity with a smile.
"Umm. Okay." Said Nami as she took a drink of the water that sat before her. 'If I do join Luffy and become a 'Pirate'. I could become stronger and not fear Arlong. As she said. HE is scared of the Grand Line as that is where his former Captain is, and he only came here for the East Blue is the weakest of all the Blues.' She let out a sigh as she took another drink of her water. She shouldn't be having thoughts like that. It wouldn't end well for her or the others.
Grand Line
"Fire on him men." Yelled a man in Golden armer.
A man with a black wide brim hat sat on his throne on his coffin boat with his massive sword behind his back that looked to be a large cross. He opened one of his golden eyes looking up at the fool that had foolishly ordered his men's death. "I wouldn't do that if I was you." He said in a cold silky dark tone.
"I do not give a damn what you think pretty boy. Once I kill you. I'll take that cross that is on your back and sell it to the highest bidder." Said the man with a dark grin on his face.
The man slowly stood up and put his hand on the handle of his sword and drew it off of his back as ships surround him. Now both his golden eyes look around him. His gaze one of a predator about to kill it's prey. With two swings all the ships but for the massive galleon that only got away with massive cuts across it.
"Fools. They will not be able to run away from me." Said the man as he looked up to the sky. Something in the back of his mind nagging at him but what. He couldn't remember. It will come to him now that he was awake.
Syrup Island
Luffy grinned looking thought the spyglass. "Land!" She yells to the crew as she is sitting up in the crow's nest.
Nami looks up from her newspaper as Zoro stops working out as Kurama wakes up.
"That is good to hear." Said Nami as she let out a sigh.
On the cliff side stood four people. One teenage boy and three little kids. All of them shaking in fear of the sight of a pirate ship sailing to their home.
'This isn't good. No one is going to believe me if I go running though the village screaming Pirates are attacking.' Thought the long nose teenage boy with a sigh.
"What should we do Captain?" Asked a one of the little boys.
He looks down to the veggie trio. "We will do what we can and defend our village." He told them with a small smile on his face trying to be brave in front of them.
The three young boy's nod their heads to their Captain as they get into their hiding spots as the teenage boy walked up to the edge of the cliff glaring down at the ship that was now docked not to far from land and three people and foxes? Walk across the water to the shoreline.
"Okay Luffy. You have to show me how to do that water walking you and Zoro just did." Said Nami as she looks at Luffy with amazement in her eyes.
Luffy giggled. "I will. But you have to be part of my crew to learn. As it sits now. You are just allied with us." She told the ginger as Nami just pouted.
"Just allow the girl to think about it some more. I'm sure you'll prove your point to her soon." Said Kurama with a weird knowing smirk on his face.
"Yeah sure." Said Luffy as she just hums a song, she heard one of the fox kit's singing not to long ago.
"It's all the same, only the names will change.
Every day, it seems we're wastin' away
Another place where the faces are so cold
I sail all night just to get back home.
I'm a Pirate, on a ship I ride

Wanted dead or Alive!"
"What are you singing Luffy?" Question Zoro as he looks over at the raven hair girl.
Luffy looks up at him with a large smile on her face. "One of the fox kit's taught me this song. But I changed some of the words to fit the life we live." She told him.
"Well it's better than any other silly song you could come up with." Said Nami letting out a sigh.
Kurama just grinned. "Trust me. She has some really bad songs. The kits did us all a favor by teaching her songs from long ago." He told them.
Luffy blushes puffing out her cheeks. "Hey, they were not that bad. Well I didn't think they were." She said crossing her arms across her chest pouting.
"Sure and Garp is a famous Fashion Designer." Said Kurama with sarcasm dripping in his words.
"Jerk." Grumbled Luffy as a pellet hit the sand before her feet. Slowly she looked up to the cliffside to see a boy with goggles on his face and a green slingshot in his hands and an exceptionally long nose on his face. "Yasopp?" She question looking at Kurama.
"Close kit. But I believe that is the kit he told us about." Said Kurama as Luffy nodded her head to the large talking fox next to her.
"How do you know my father's name and I am Usopp, The great Captain of the Usopp Pirates as I lead a crew of over 80,000 men." Said Usopp trying his best to look brave and strong as small flags pop up all around them.
"You mean 3 kids." Said Zoro as Oro appeared before the three boys as his tails grabbed two of the boys as he picked of the third one in his teeth and jumped down before Luffy and the others.
"Here's his crew of 80,000 men." Said Oro in a teasing tone.
Usopp not thinking jumped down and got between the three boys and Luffy and her crew. "You will not be hurting them." He growled out.
"Yeah he's Yasopp's son." Said Luffy with a laugh.
"How do you know my dad?" Growled out Usopp as he stood straight not sure what to do.
Luffy looked over at the curl raven hair boy. "Yeah sorry about that. Is your name by chance Usopp?" she asked him as Zoro knew why she was coming to this island as she had promised this boy's father here that she would find his son and ask him to be part of her crew.
Usopp looked at her a little confused and slowly nodded his head to her question.
"Great. I want you to join my crew." Said Luffy with a large smile on her face.
"What?!" Said Usopp and the veggie trio.
"I met your dad 10 years ago. When he docked at my village with his Captain. He told me stories about you and your mother." Said Luffy with a smile on her face.
Usopp frowned at hearing this. "Well that must have been great. For I haven't seen him in 12 years." He told her with a bitter tone to his voice.
Luffy frowned at this. "Yeah. I'm sorry. They came to my village for vacation after some pretty insane battles in the Grand Line. He told me he had a son my age and how before he had left, he was teaching you how to be a sharp shooter. But with a sling shot for your mother wouldn't allow him to give you a gun." She told him as Trinity handed a scroll to her.
"Here's the scroll that holds the gift he wants his son to have." Said Trinity looking at the boy before her.
Usopp's mouth hung open. "It can talk?" He question with shock in his voice.
"Yes, I can talk and I'm not an it. My name is Trinity, my friend there is Oro and besides Luffy is our Boss Kurama." Said trinity as she was a little annoyed by the long nose boy.
"Hehe, sorry. It's just not every day you see a talking fox." Said Usopp rubbing his right hand behind his head slightly bowing to the only female fox in the group.
Trinity just waved her tail at him and looked up at Luffy as the girl just nodded her head to her friend. Plopping down onto the sand before everyone Luffy opens the scroll and pushes her chakra into a strange circle with writing in the center of it. In a poof of smoke a several boxes of all sizes appear before the girl.
Nami's, Usopp's and the trio's eyes widen at the sight before them. "What the hell?" Question Usopp as he stopped himself from dropping an f-bomb before the three young boys before him.
Luffy looked up and grinned at him. "These are the guns your father had custom made for you in the Grand Line." She told him as she pushed the boxes to him as he fell to his knees looking at the boxes before him.
"My dad had these made for me?" Question Usopp in a shaky voice.
Luffy nodded her head to him. "Yeah. He showed them to me once and the boxes haven't been open since and you should look at them." She told him.
Slowly Usopp open the first large box the held a refile inside of it. The wood was a custom black close with silver timing the gun and at the base of the gun he could see his name on it. Usopp. Tears slowly made there way to the corner of his eyes as he open the two smaller cases as two twin guns the same color as the last rested in there with his name on them as well. In another box was a holster for him to carry the refile on his back and the next holsters for his hips for the twin guns. In another box was three belts that held the bullets for each gun. There was also several boxes with ammo for the boy to use to get used to his new weapon's. there was also a letter addressed to Usopp. But he put in his pocket as he put on his holster.
"I think for now I'll just wear the hip holsters and the ammo belts to get used to the weight of them. But I don't know if I'll ever get up my slingshot." Said Usopp as he looked at his gifts his father gave him.
"So what do you say Usopp? Do you want to join my crew? We'll be seeing your dad in Paradise here soon anyways." Said Luffy with a smile.
"Oh? Ummm…Can I think about it. This is a lot to take in." Said Usopp.
"Sure. I'll give you a few days. We need to resupply, and I want to do a little hunting for some fresh meat." Said Luffy waving the boy off.
"Okay. Thanks." Said Usopp as he stood up as he returned all the guns to their boxes and looked at Luffy and the others. "If you follow us. We can lead you to the village and maybe have lunch together." He said looking away as he somehow fit all the boxes into the bag that hangs at his side.
"Sure." Said Luffy.
"As long as we can get sake I don't care." Said Zoro as Kurama just nodded his head.
"Umm…sure you can get sake at the restaurant in the village." Said Usopp sweating slightly at the glint in the green hair man's eyes and the larger foxes.
"Just don't drink the village dry Kurama-sama." Said Trinity as she heard from the den this morning that they had finally restocked and will be sending sake for Kurama and the others as well as wine for Luffy.
"Star, Billy will watch over the ship as several foxes from the den will supply us with things we can't buy here in the East Blue." Said Oro as he looked over at the white fox and black fox waving at them from the ship.
Luffy nodded her head. "That's fine." She said as she looked over at Zoro. "Zoro you have the money I gave you for supplies?" She question him.
"Yeah. I have it sealed away. As well as the cash from the last island." Zoro tells her.
Luffy nods her head to this. "Good. Make sure you buy what you need. Trinity will buy all the other items." She tells him.
Zoro nods his head. "Anyways I will be by your side as you gather supplies." He told her.
A blush softly dust across Luffy's cheeks at his words. But she knew better as he is her first-mate and she shouldn't think to much into her. As she looks ahead down the little road leading to the village, she missed the blush playing across his own cheeks.
Nami along with the foxes snicker as they caught both of them blushing at the same time.
'There both hopeless. Maybe I should stick around with them after I pay off that bastard.' Nami thought to herself as she made a fist as her thoughts went dark.
Trinity looks over at Nami as her tail brushes against the redhead. "Don't worry child. She is much more powerful than you believe. If anything her family isn't extremely far away, and I can have them here with in a blink of an eye." She told the girl.
Nami slowly nodded her head. "You truly believe in her." She said just above a whisper.
Trinity nodded her head. "She holds the same pure soul her great grandfather once had. She wouldn't think twice sacrificing herself for the ones she loves." She said with a small smile on her muzzle thinking back to the past only meeting the boy once before he passed away.
"My heart tells me to put my trust in Luffy. But my fear keeps telling me no one can beat that bastard." Nami told Trinity.
Trinity looks up at the girl once more being pulled from her day dream of days gone by. "Listen to your heart kit. For your heart will never lie to you." She tells Nami as they are now standing before a restaurant that's sign just reads "MEAT"
"Well this is lovely." Said Luffy dryly as she just smirks. "Well I know they have meat." She says with a laugh and walks into the small diner and takes a seat as the others follow her in and over to the largest table they have.
An old man walks over to them with a toothpick in his mouth. "What can I get you brats?" He asks them as he looks at the three foxes and the four teenagers and three kids.
"Meat." Said Luffy with a grin.
"Sake and whatever she is having." Said Zoro as he was sitting next to Luffy.
"Grilled Fish with a salad." Said Nami.
"Grill Cheese sandwiches." The trio yells.
"Grilled Chicken and veggies." Said Usopp as he smiles at the old man.
"Meat and Sake." Said Kurama
"Grilled meat for us two." Said Oro as Trinity nodded her head.
"Yeah sure whatever you want." Said the old man as he walks off. He has seen a lot in his life and now he can now add talking foxes.
Outside of Loguetown
Man with golden hawk like eyes slowly opens his eyes looking for his prey. "They will not get far from me." He tells himself.
News bird flies by overhead. He holds up his head as the bird flies down to him as he pays for this newspaper.
His eyes fall on the article about a rookie pirate taking out Buggy the clown as well as Alvida of the Alvida Pirates. "Hmmm…" He hummed to himself as he turned the page in hopes they might have a photo of this young upstart. But he saw nothing and let out a sigh.
"Well it does sound like something my little Lu-chan would do. But I believe I still have a month before she sets sail." Said Mihawk to himself not even looking at the date on the paper and went back to just reading.
Back with Luffy
A chill runs down Luffy's back as she sits up straight in her chair.
The others look at her oddly. "What's wrong?" Question Zoro as he looks at his Captain.
"I have a feeling we are going to be meeting someone real soon and its not going to end to well." Said Luffy as her eyes fall onto Zoro. As she could feel that her Uncle Mihawk was closer than she expected him to be.
Zoro arches a brow at her just watching him. "Huh?" he asks her.
"No….nothing." Luffy tells him shaking her head. "Lets get our supplies and look around the village." She tells the others.
Everyone just nods their heads.
"Oh wait. I have something I have to do. I'll see you guys later." Said Usopp as he stands up and takes off running out of the diner.
"He let you with his check Luffy." Said Nami looking at the back of the vanishing boy.
Luffy shrugs her shoulders. "Don't worry about it. Think of it as payback with me always sticking his dad and the others with the check when they paid for me." She said waving her hand dismissably as the man walks back over with the check.
"That's going to be a 10,000 berries. I have to close for the day. You ate everything I had in stock." He told Luffy and the others.
"Sorry old man." Said Luffy as a wallet pop's out of her wristband and she pays the man and gives him a nice tip for making him close early. "Alright people. Zoro you have the list?" She asks her first-mate.
"Yeah I got it. But I'm not sure if they will have the herbs you are looking for." Said Zoro as he looks over the list once more.
"That's fine. I can go into the forest around the shore to find what I need with the help of Trinity and Star." Luffy told him with a large smile on her face.
"I can take the kit on a hunt with Oro." Said Kurama as he looks over at Zoro.
Marineford
SenGoku looks at Garp. "I have reports of Whitebeard and The Redhaired Pirates moving to the Grand Line." He tells the war hero.
Garp laughs. "I wouldn't worry about that movement." He tells his oldest friend.
He arches a brow at the man before him. "Why wouldn't I worry about their movement?" He questions.
"Because. My Granddaughter has set sail this month. So they are most likely going to go meet her and check out here crew." Said Garp as he lost his smile and his rice crackers fall to the floor. "If any of those boys try anything with my little Princess. They will fell the fists of Hell." He growls out.
SenGoku lets out a sigh. "Why don't you go and meet you with your granddaughter." He tells his friend.
Garp laughs once more. "Nah. I'll just call her right now." He tells the man.
Garp pulls out his little snail and dials a number and it begins to ring.
Luffy and crew sitting on a fence with an upset Usopp
Ringing comes from Luffy's wrist as everyone looks at the girl. Luffy lets out a sigh. "I wonder whose calling now?" she asks no one as a little snail pops out of her wrist band.
"Hello." Said Luffy.
"Luffy-chan!" Came the voice she didn't want to hear until she was in the Grand Line.
"Hey Grandpa." Said Luffy as she was slightly panicking.
"Happy Birthday. I would have called sooner but I have pissing off Draco and stealing everything that would remind him of your birthday." Said Garp with a shit eating grin on his face.
"Grandpa Garp. I love you so much for doing that." Said Luffy grinning. "He had planned to kidnap me and force me into the Marines." She whined to him.
"I know. I know. I not happy you want to be a Pirate. But as long as your not making to much trouble and doing things that will have me on your ass. I'll be fine with your life chooses." Said Garp.
"Oh yeah Gramps. I got someone in Shell Town you should meet. He is a coward, but he will make a good Marine. Also I don't know if I killed or knocked out Axe-handle Morgan as he was killing innocent soldiers and towns people. I couldn't stand by and allow him to keep doing as he wishes. So I handled him for you." Said Luffy with a grin on her face.
Nami and Usopp looked at the girl with shock written across their faces.
"Hmmm…...What's the boy's name?" Asked Garp ignoring the part about Morgan as the other man was going though a file he had gotten not to long ago about Morgan.
"Coby. He wants to be a Marine so he can go after the bad guys." Said Luffy with a grin on her face.
"She is telling the truth. The reports has it that a girl beat Morgan to an inch of his life. But he is still alive. But he is being sent to Impel Down." Said SenGoku.
Garp looks over at the man with a grin on his face. "I told you she would have made an excellent Marine." He tells the man.
"Well Gramps I got to go." Said Luffy.
"Alright. I'll see you once make to the Grand Line. But tell your brothers I said Hi and for them to call me Dammit." Said Garp.
"Alright. Bye." Said Luffy and with that there was a click.
Luffy let out a sigh.
"It appears Garp is a good man after all." Said Oro.
Luffy looks over at Oro. "Gramps isn't happy with the dream I have. But he isn't going to force me into a life I don't want. You seen what happen to my Uncle and what Draco did to him.
Oro nodded his head to this. "Yes, that is why I am grateful to the old bastard."
"So that was your Grandfather?" Question Nami.
Luffy looks over at the girl owlishly. "Yeah. Monkey D. Garp is my grandfather as well as Mihawk D. Draco. But I hate to say it. I be with Garp than Draco as he has also talked about marring me off to some fucking officer that is brownnosing to him at this moment." She said with a sigh.
Zoro frowned at hearing that. He didn't like the idea of Luffy being forced into a loveless marriage and forced to forget about her dream. "Well as long as we are a Crew and you are my Captain. I will never allow anyone to take your dream from you." He tells her.
Luffy blushes and coughs to cover up her blush. She smiles up at him. "I'm not worried Zoro. I know you'll be by my side and keep anyone ever trying anything with me." She told him.
Zoro blushes softly as he looks away as he spots the strange man walking towards them backwards. "That is strange." He says as everyone looks at where he is looking.
"Just ignore him and he'll go away." Said Nami as she waved her hand in front of her face.
They all turn away from the strange man as Usopp stands up. "I need sometime to think alone." He tells the others as he takes off running.
The strange man looks at the group and arches his brow at them. "Where do you find foxes that big?" He asks them.
Nami looks at the man and looks away trying not to answer him as she didn't want anything to do with the Michael Jackson reject.
"From out of this world." Said Oro with a shit eating grin on his face as he knew this would be setting Nami off.
The man's jaw falls to the ground as he passes out.
"Well that was fun." Said Luffy as she stood up. "Why don't you and Nami get what we bought back to the ship and I'll go check on Usopp." She told Zoro as he nodded his head as Trinity and Oro go with them. But Kurama stays with her.
"I don't like this. Something wicked is coming this way." Said Kurama as he picks up Luffy and places the girl on his back as he walks off to where Usopp went too. The veggie trio went with Zoro as they wanted to see the other foxes and see what a pirate ship looked like first hand.
"I know. I didn't like that bastard the punched Usopp and was making fun of Yasopp." Said Luffy as she rubbed her face into Kurama's fur to calm herself from going and beating the shit out of that bastard.
I am going to stop here. For this chapter is getting way to long. 8000 plus words.
