Percy Pov:

"Hi, it's been a while" she said for a while I just stared at he grey on green.

"Yea it has" I said "How um uh how long have you known Thalia" i said quickly trying to change the subject, "She's known me for about two years now but that doesn't matter, how do you two know each other" " We um we were best friends for a while then I had to leave San Fransisco and come to New York to live with my dad" "When uh when did you move hear" I asked hesitantly "I moved hear two years ago for my dads job" "Oh uh thats cool", "Yeah"

"Yo Perce you want to introduce us to the blonde chick" called someone behind me, "Oh shut up Leo" i said after realizing who it was. "HI i'm Leo Valdez what's your name sweetie" he said with a wink, "Um I'm Annabeth and never call me sweetie again" "Your a feisty one aren't ya" he replied with a chuckle "Back off Leo" I said with a growl, "whoa sorry didn't know you called dibs" my face turned red "What! I didn't called dibs, shut the fuck up Leo" I spurted out my voice an octave higher than normal. Anabeth burst out laughing and even though she was laughing at me I couldn't help but smile, I had missed her more than I cared to admit. "Hey Leo were is everyone else?" asked Jason, "Oh there coming Travis bet that Conner couldn't stuff twenty blueberries in his mouth and Frank is making sure he doesn't choke on them" he said as if it was completely normal which technically it was.

A minute later I saw Grover coming out of the school, "Where were you G-man" "Oh sorry I was in the bathroom were you guys waiting" "Oh no it's not a big deal just glad you made it" "Who's the the new girl" he said pointing at Annabeth, "Oh hi i'm Annabeth and you are?" "Oh I'm Grover" "So your the girl Perce always talks about". my face turned beat red "He talks about me" "I-I" I sputtered "Yea he always talks about how he regrets having to leave you, he even had the audacity to say that you were his best friend right in front of me" "Well that's cause she was" I said in return. Then we heard the bell ring meaning that it was time to go to class "Lets go get your schedules" Annabeth said as she started walking towards what I could only assume was the front desk. "Hello Could we have the schedules for Percy Jackson, Jason Grace, Leo Valdez, Grover Underwood, Frank Zhang, Conner Stoll and Travis Stoll" I asked "Sure thing just a minute" replied the elderly woman at the front desk.

A couple minutes later she returned with 7 schedules, "Here you go and I hope you enjoy your day" she said with a smile which I returned. I could sense someone looking over my shoulder so I turned and saw Annabeth reading my schedule. "Um uh could you tell me what it says please" I asked remembering that she knew I was dyslexic. "Sure" she replied with a small smile".

9:00-10:00:Literature: Ms Heilde

10:00-11:00:Chemistry: Mr Tresh

11:00-11:30:Free Period

11:30-12:30: Elective (Marine Biology): Mr Finester

12:30-1:30: Language (Greek) : Mr Brunner

1:30- 3:00: Lunch

3:00-4:30: P.E: Coach Hedge

"Awesome" she said "We have Greek, History, Chemistry and P.E together" I smiled at her and I almost forgot that we had ever been apart, almost. "Hey Beth" someone called from down the hall, I don't know why but I started getting angry, only I called her Beth. I checked to see who it was, I saw a guy with chestnut brown hair, light blue eyes and an okay build he looked like he played basket ball. I soon learned that I was correct because I saw a varsity jacket with a basketball logo in the school's colors, blue and green, his jacket was only green though (it was sort of a light lime green) "Who is this" he asked "I'm Percy Jackson" "Yea and I'm Michael Jordan" he said sarcastically, "Dylan he's actually Percy Jackson, we were friends when we were younger" "Yeah it's nice to meet Dylan was it" "Yeah my names Dylan" "How do you know Annabeth" I asked "I'm her boyfriend" he replied with a smug look on his face. Right then my heart dropped, boyfriend he had to be joking right, right.
