Chappie 1, Night Ride :
With the sound of Devin's wake up alarm [Insert Deep throat by Cupcakke] Keith gets up with a nice smile only to find what the alarm is for giving him a startled face. The room shakes waking up Devin when all of a sudden the quintuplet brothers storm in the room wishing them both a happy birthday. Keith thanks them as well as Devin when they all get the idea to carry them down the stairs to the table where they find their birthday cake and their parents and grandparents ready to sing happy birthday with them. Everyone sits and they strap on their birthday hats and get singing.
"Happy birthday boys!" Devin's dad Allen says as he hugs them both "16 is gonna be the most fun years of your life!",
With that in mind the boys head back to their rooms to do pretty much nothing however Keith gets an email that he can take his drivers test that very morning and with that in mind without even changing out of his pajamas he drags Devin out the door and heads over to the drivers test place.
While there, Devin has nothing but support for Keith however he hits many mailboxes and traffic cones on the way to the end. Lucky for Keith the man scoring him wasn't wearing their glasses so he managed to get his license.
Keith gets out of the car and with a smile on his face, Devin and him jump around excited and run home telling the quintuplet brothers all about Keith's new license however Devin's brothers get scared knowing how trash of a driver he is. The brothers don't believe it and start laughing hysterically thinking it's a joke but really it isn't and they all feel a hard stop in all the laughs leading to them running up to Keith to talk to him about his license.
"Maybe you shouldn't drive for a while" Derek (the oldest quintuplet) says out of fear that Keith will crash the truck,
"Yeah Keith it's always good to take a rest after you get your license" Danny (The youngest quintuplet) said to strengthen Derek's point,
"Don't worry I promise to always use your permission before driving" Keith responds to everything.
Devin's brothers don't believe this as Keith has a history of lying so they ask for his license to prevent him from driving alone however, Later at night Keith finds the brothers sleep as well as his dad and Devin's dad so he once again in his pajama's drags Devin out his bed to the back seat of the car to go for a ride around town at night. On this ride Keith drives around town playing music and going on food stops but on an empty road with quiet darkness a problem starts.
Keith gets pulled over by a cop named Dean who asks him for his license leading him to think there was no problem however there was as he forgot to bring his license making him panic,
"Officer I seem to have left my license at home is there any way i could just-" Keith says as a diversion to pull off as Officer Dean was busy interrogating him.
(Dean has a cowboy accent) "This little…" Dean said as he realized he had to chase another license-less teenager.
Dean and Keith chase each other almost all across town like driving through entire neighborhoods in the fear they would be arrested, Keith even almost drove home thinking it's their only resort to run in and lock the doors from the cop.
Mid panic the car ran out of gas and while in the car Keith hesitated on if he should grab Devin and run however, Dean comes past the car window and finds Devin sleeping and he recognizes Keith as Devin's cousin since he was the security guard at Devin's baseball games when Devin was younger,
"Keith? I didn't recognize you?" Dean said,
"Yeah we just turned 16 *looks at radio clock* yesterday" Keith said ending it off with an awkward smile,
Keith was let off the hook and Dean towed the car to the boy's home.
At home Keith is nervous he'll get in trouble by his Dad but out of pure coincidence the quintuplet brothers had a 4 am movie morning marathon so instead of the parents coming it was Jerry (the second youngest quintuplet) who came in and talked things out with Dean, Dean leaves and James (the middle quintuplet brother) tells Devin he can go back to sleep in his room as Keith is sat with the brothers to talk about trust and morals and other things he slept through.
"Keith we asked you nicely to use the car when we allow you to" Manny (the second youngest quintuplet) said,
"I know but I just had to test my skills out and besides it was only a warning" Keith rebuttals,
"Well Keith just because it was a warning doesn't mean you shouldn't take it seriously... but as for the driving... you... well… suck at driving which I blame myself for" Derek said leading to flashbacks of the brothers laying on the couch as opposed to actually helping Keith practice driving,
"Well thanks for being honest *sigh*" Keith responds after finally being told what he needed to hear,
"Don't worry we can teach you better and in fact we can teach you starting now even! It's the best we could do after being so B-wordy to you" James (The middle quintuplet) says leading Jordan (the second oldest quintuplet) to turn off the TV and grab the keys and they all walk outside to the family truck to get to an empty parking lot to practice ending the story with a typical- i mean happy ending.
Lesson of the day : That ratchet laugh of yours will never improve someones skills! Why not try helping them...
(I'm sorry if this is a basic story it's hard to use your unplanned OC's when their most memorable trait is that they're living the teenage dream, but thanks for reading i really appreciate you o7. BTW i take constructive criticism).
