Chapter 7

(Bon pov)

The rest of the classes for the day went by the normal except for Bon having to keep smacking Reiji's Coal Tar away from him. Rin had wrapped himself around his neck to take a nap because, the little demon said the teacher's talking was so boring. Bon had been a bit glade that Rin said that in the demon tongue since he didn't want his teachers giving him nasty looks for having a rude familiar. Yet as soon as Rin fell into a deep sleep the Coal Tar kept trying to come over and wake the cat up. Reiji was no help in 'raining in' his familiar because the silver haired boy just slept or played on his phone in class. The little shit pissed him off. His whole aura just screamed, 'I can do whatever I want.'

'Bet he got an even bigger head when he found out his familiar was a prince too.' Bon thought angry to himself as he once again batted the Coal Tar away as he tried to take notes.

When it was finally brake time before the last class of the day for the Cram School kids, Bon followed Reiji to one of the courtyards. Reiji push some kids out of their spots they were sitting at on one of the schools fountains. Reiji than laid down in the kids spot to take another nap. Bon walked over and stood over him as he stared down at the silver haired boy. The Coal Tar was above both of them sitting on the fountain's edge where the water lay above the sitting area. It smirked down at Bon showing off its sharp teeth as it swished its little tail above its head. Bon reached down and flicked Reiji hard on the forehead waking the boy up.

"Oww!," Reiji shouted as he shot up. "Dud what the fuck was that for!" He glared up at Bon as he rubbed his forehead.

"Do you think this is all a jock?" He asked him as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Is what a jock?" Reiji asked as her laid back down again putting his hands behind his head.

"Training to become an exorcist," Bon told him. "You have done nothing but sleep in all the classes and haven't even tried to control your familiar."

Reiji just shrugged as he turned his head to look at the sky. "I didn't even know you guys were a real thing until a few days ago. I was just playing hooky off campus and then BAM! I apparently got possessed by a demon." He let out a lazy yawn before continuing. "Some priest who helped me told me to hurry and get back to school where I would be safe. On my way back that guy up there flow in front of my face and told me to give him some of my blood to become his tamer or he would kill me. He has been hiding in my bag all this time until we helped you at lunch today. Some man wearing pink said I would be going to the school's Cram Classes."

"So you are a little rich boy that doesn't care about anything but himself and the money that daddy gives you." Bon said as he raised one of his eyebrows. "You'll treat this whole thing as a jock and let a Demon King run around doing whatever he wants instead of learning how to control him or how to send him back to Gehenna. Tch." Bon turned away from Reiji and started heading over to Shima and Konekomaru, who were waiting from him with Rin a few feet away. "You wouldn't last long enough to even make it as an exorcist any way. Your type don't live that long in this kind of work. You should be counting your lucky stars now because once your demon finds a better way to stay here with out your help, he'll turn you into a quick snack before he leaves." He told him over his shoulder as he left.

Reiji paled as he turned his head to look up at the Coal Tar above him. It gave him a large smile as the sun glinted off its pointed teeth.

"Shit."

(Later that day)

Everyone was tired when Cram School was finally over. They all both liked and hated that PE class was the last one of the day. Since they had a new comer the teacher thought it would be a good idea to have them be chased by the damned demon frogs again. The one upside for Bon though was it looked like his words reached Reiji because, the guy put some effort into the class and didn't try to go off somewhere to nap. Once at the dorms everyone went into the kitchen to start on their homework.

Rin and Reiji's Coal Tar, who followed them after class leaving the guy behind to go pack up his old dorm room to move to theirs, went into the door that lead into the cooking area of the kitchen to go talk and find snacks as the humans worked.

"You got a master too I see big brother." Rin said as he changed back into his true form in a poof of light blue smock. He waved at the stove demon Ukobach, who was getting the things for dinner ready. The little demon was working at the dorm as a familiar to keep everyone feed by Mephisto. He met the little guy when he was younger and he showed he liked cooking. The demon caught him in the kitchen and took him under his wing after seeing the fire in his young eyes to learn.

"I took over the kids body first before I was kicked out after I got your message you sent me. Then before I got sent back I called to some Coal Tars to keep me tided here and I hid among them until that exorcist left." Astaroth told him as he changed into his true form.

Astaroth wore a butler like black suit with black army boots. He had small mushrooms of every type growing out of him and popping out through his clothes. On his head he wore a large mushroom cap that covered the top half of his head. His shin was pale and between his teeth, like it was a human smocking a pipe, was a long thin mushroom.

"The kid made a blood packed with me instead of those paper deals they do today. Hope your going to do something about that." He told Rin as he stretched out his body.

"Already got that covered. It just needs a few more touches and it will be ready." Rin happily told his brother as he gave him a thumbs up. "So what did the bond tell you about your human?" The younger demon asked.

"When I was in the kids body I saw he could get away with whatever he wanted because his pops just payed to make it go away." Astaroth leaned on the counter behind him as he crossed his arms over his chest. "When I made the bond with him it reeked of a little pup who is full of himself."

"Hehee," Rin chuckled as he pointed at his brother. "The Rot King has been given a son! Should I start calling him nephew?"

"No you will not you little shit!" Astaroth shouted as he reached behind him to throw something at the other demon.

"I can't what to tell Sammy we have a human nephew!"

"RIN NO!" Astaroth shouted as he started chasing his younger brother around the kitchen.

"RIN YES!"

(With the Bon and the others)

Bon was just finishing his Cram School homework and taking out the books for the normal school when he heard shouting coming from the kitchen. He rolled his eyes as he heard Rin laughing as the sound of shouting followed. He wondered what that Coal Tar and Rin where talking about to become so loud. He shook his head as he went back to getting out the rest of his work.

"Rin sounds like his is having a lot of fun in the kitchen with that Coal Tar," Shima said as he stretched his arms over his head.

"As long as he isn't bugging us while we're working then I'm fine with it," Bon told him as he looked through his notes.

The front door to the dorm opened and Reiji voice filled the halls. "Hey! Where do I put my stuff and can anyone help me with it?"

"Pick any room on the second floor that doesn't have a name on the door." Konekomaru shouted back to him.

"Get your familiar to help you," Bon shouted. "Your a Tamer, act like one."

Reiji walked into the kitchen area and walked over to the table everyone was working at. He put his backpack on an empty seat as he looked over at Bon. "So where is my demon anyway?"

"In the kitchen with Rin," Shima told him as he pointed at the kitchen door with his pencil. "They sound like they are having fun in there."

"Oh sure," Reiji said as he turned to head over to the kitchen door. "I had to pack and carry everything over on my own while he just lay back and relaxes with the cat!" He kicked open the door with his foot. "Ash! Get out here and help me you lazy piece of shit!"

"Shut the hell up!" Came an older voice from in the kitchen. "Look who's talking! Until Stripes gave you a talk down you where just fine sleeping the day away!"

"Fuck you!" Reiji shouted back as he flipped Astaroth the bird. "Just get your ass out here and help! I an't halling all that shit up the stairs on my own again. Taking them down was enough of a nightmare."

"You didn't have any of your friends help you?" Asked Shiemi.

"Ha!" Astaroth laughed as he came out of the kitchen in his true form. "He don't got no friends, only lackeys because his daddy got more money then theirs."

"Ashy your form!" Rin shouted as he ran out after the older demon.

"What about it?" Astaroth said as he looked down at himself then back at the table with all the other kids were working. "Oh right," He said as he hit his fest on the palm of his hand.

"Dumb ass," Bon said shaking his head at the demon.

(In the principal's office)

Mephisto was eating a cup of ramen while he was listened to Yukio give his report of what happened earlier today when his phone went off. Checking to see who it was he held his hand up to stop Yukio's talking.

"I'm sorry dear boy but I need to take this," He pointed to one of the two sofas across from his desk. "It shouldn't be long so if you don't mind sitting over there while you wait."

"Of course sir," Yukio said as he bowed his head and turned to go take a seat.

"Thank you," Mephisto said as he got up and walked to the window walls behind him. "What do you want I'm working," He asked the caller.

"Brother I'm bored and father said I need to ask you to go over to Assiah," The voice on the other end said.

"Amaimon why do you want to come over here? Go play with one of our other brothers."

"I can't find them and Father said Rin is a big boy now who doesn't need his brothers to help him."

"So now your my problem," Mephisto said as a tick mark formed on his head.

"Yes, because I'm bored and I want to play with Rin." Amaimon said in his bored tones.

"Fine," Mephisto said with a sigh. "I'll send you a key but you will not attack them until I tell you. I'll set up a mission for you so you can play with Rin. Now I'm working so don't call me again."

"Fine," Amaimon agreed. As Mephisto pulled the phone away from his ear he heard, "I hate waiting," just as he ended the call.

Mephisto shook his head as he turned to walk back to his desk. "Sorry about that Yukio," He said as he sat back into his chair. "Now where were we?"

"It's no problem sir," Yukio said as he got up from his seat. "I left off when the blood-"

Before he could continue the door behind him was slammed open. "Mephisto you pink crazed bastard!" A man shouted at them.

Yukio turned around with his eyes wide. "Dad?"

"Yukio?"

"Mr. Pheles what's going on?" Yukio asked.

"Shiro you made it!" Mephisto cheered as he throw his arms into the air. "So good to see you again after so long."
