This one took a while, but I'm proud of how it came out! I'm using she/her pronouns because the next part will be absolute sin! I'm going to start practicing more with smut though so if it is requested, give whether you want male, female, or tell me if you don't want me to be specific for all my nonbinary and genderfluid readers out there! Requests are officially open again!
For this story, I'm using Post Spray Jeremiah :)
I couldn't fit it in the title but it's Jerome x Reader x Post Spray Jeremiah
Enjoy~
They might've been twins but despite popular belief, or ignorance really, they didn't act alike. They couldn't read each other's minds, and they certainly weren't best friends. Well, on the outside at least. You know they didn't get along but they had a lot more in common than they'd like to admit. Different techniques of chaos and destruction are still chaos and destruction after all. Who knew you'd befriend the Valeska twins; you still didn't know if the choice was a good one or a bad one, but they both were fun to be around in their own ways.
So when you walked through the door to spend time with Jerome, the absolute last thing you were expecting was for Jeremiah to be there as well. The attention shifted to you and you almost immediately remembered one more thing they had in common.
You.
"Speak of the devil," Jerome hopped up from his seat as you slowly put your bag down. "I forgot you were coming to visit~"
"Forgot?" Jeremiah let out a scoff and rolled his eyes, "not likely. Perfect timing though. Y/N, tell this imbecile you like me more than him."
Shit. You should've seen this coming, "uh-"
"No, no, no. Tell this, darling brother of mine that you're head over heels for me." Jerome cut his eyes at Jeremiah and his grin widened at the clear look of agitation on his face.
"G-Guys-"
"He couldn't possibly make you as happy as I could," Jeremiah argued.
You felt your cheeks heating up and you stayed glued to your spot in front of the door of the small apartment.
"Come on, doll. You don't really think he's better than me, do you?"
"Of course I'm better than you." Jeremiah shot back.
"Guys, stop," you shook your head and stood between the two. "Do you know how awkward this is?! We shouldn't do this-"
"Awkward?" Jerome tilted his head, "I've been in awkwarder situations."
"J, that's not the point I'm-hey!" The ginger grabbed your wrist and pulled you close, wrapping his other arm around your waist.
"Don't try to stall, Y/N. We wanna know who you like more." Jerome smiled, "or even better just say me so we can end this quicker."
"That's not how this is going to work." Jeremiah tugged you away from his brother, his pale green eyes narrowed, "no more beating around the bush and no influencing her decision."
'Oh shit, they're serious about this?'
"Fine." Jerome shrugged.
'Holy shit. They're very serious.'
"I-I really don't want to cause any-"
"Don't leave us hangin'! No hard feelings, I promise!" Jerome cooed.
You knew that was a lie. It wasn't that simple for you. For the most part, you tried not to think of either of them in an intimate way, but their intense gaze on you made it hard to ignore. You couldn't just choose. You liked both of them.
You had already tried seeing if you liked one more than the other but the more you spent with them, the more it became painfully obvious that you had a crush on both of them. A little juvenile, sure, but you couldn't help yourself.
A few stutters left your mouth as you tried to explain yourself and Jerome hummed, placing a hand on his chin.
"I think I know the problem. Seems to me, Y/N here likes both of us~"
Your cheeks heated up more and you quickly shook your head, "no wait I don't-I mean I do but not like-"
"Well, there's a simple solution. I just have to show you how much better I am."
You paused and looked at Jeremiah.
"You? Better?" Jerome snorted, "usually your jokes are horrible but that one was pretty funny, brother."
"Guys-" Jeremiah pulled you close to him and before you could say anything, his lips were on yours. He took advantage of your initial shock and grabbed your face to keep you in place.
Just before you could tangle your fingers in his dark hair, you were pulled away.
"Mediocre." Jerome gave you a twirl. He pulled you close and dipped you with a large grin on his face, "but as always, anything you can do, I can do better~" he kissed you next.
The kiss was over much sooner than you appreciated, but that gave you a few seconds to process what had just happened.
"Look! Speechless! Looks like I won, right doll?"
"Guys, I-I can't-"
"Looks like you didn't win." Jeremiah smiled, "so let's keep going."
"We don't have to-"
"Oh, Y/N. We aren't stopping until this is resolved." Jeremiah glared at Jerome, "and maybe after this, I can finally kill him."
"Ohhhh, not if I kill you first, brother." Jerome's eyes narrowed.
You almost forgot how stubborn these two were. Your skin was already heating up just from the kiss, you weren't sure how much more you could handle.
"Get off, will you? It's my turn." Jeremiah pulled you away from Jerome.
"My arms are going to be sore from all this tugging you guys are doing." You rubbed your shoulder.
Jerome snickered, "your arms won't be the only thing that'll be sore, not when I'm done with you."
Your cheeks heated up more. Were you really about to do this?
"With him? Not so sure. Don't get your hopes up." The ginger smirked as Jeremiah rolled his eyes.
"Enough talk," he seethed. "Let's settle this."
"Fine." Jerome locked eyes with you and grinned, "you're in for a wild ride~"
...Shit.
