The next morning, Fred entered the room where Hermione was sleeping quietly. Ginny was helping out in Mrs. Weasley's kitchen to prepare breakfast. The redhead stood for a while and watched the young witch with a smile on his face. He was struggling with his thoughts. He wanted to lie down next to her and cuddle up to her fragile body, which had been shaking him mercilessly recently. Furthermore, he wanted to be with her. On the other hand, he knew it was impossible. He promised himself that the brown haired girl would never be his prize. She was part of the family, after all. Her parents treated her like a daughter, and to all the siblings, Weasley was a step-sister. He scolded himself mentally.

F: (In your mind) Get the fuck up, this is Miss-Know-Everything-Granger. She is like family to us. You can have any girl, so stop thinking about the nerd... But she's so beautiful and smart. Enough! Calm down, Fred!

Gryffindor girl woke up after a long moment. She was shocked to see Fred standing in the doorway.

He: Fred? What are you doing here? (She asked surprised)

The teenager dared to get closer to Hermione. He sat down on the edge of her bed. He looked at her sadly. Fred felt very foolish for acting so irresponsibly.

F: I wanted to apologize to you for my thoughtlessness.

He: Did you push me into the water ?!

F: Unfortunately yes, but it was supposed to be just a joke. I didn't think it was so deep there. I thought the water in this place was up to my shoulders. (He spoke in a low and contrite voice)

He: And that is supposed to be an explanation? You know very well that I enter the water up to my knees!

F: I forgot that, I'm really sorry! I did not want to...

He: Get out! I don't want to talk to you right now!

F: But Hermione, please ...

He: Get out! Immediately. (She said the last word in a low and trembling voice)

F: We'll come back to this conversation, Hermione. See you later. (He said in a sad voice)

Fred realized that the young witch was furious with him, and usually sorry was not enough. But he decided not to worry about it now. He had a different purpose for today. He decided not to bother Hermione anymore, but it wasn't that easy.

When the boy got up, the teenager smelled a strange smell, she immediately recognized the spell masking the smell of nicotine. She didn't know the boy smoked, she had never seen him with a cigarette. According to her, he always smelled very nice of perfume, which was delicate and at the same time made him manly and playful. For the young witch, the scent of his perfume represented his personality. She never told anyone that, but she liked the way he smelled. Ginny snapped her out of her thoughts as she ran into the room.

G: Hermione! You woke up! I was worried about you!

He: Fortunately, it's all right, I'm just hungry.

G: Get dressed. I have prepared breakfast with my mother, you will eat, and we go sunbathing in the garden, and in the evening we have a girl's evening (She said it in a rather nervous voice)

He: Are you okay, Ginny?

G: Yes, but I have something to tell you.

He: Then talk!

G: Not now, tonight.

He: Good.

Hermione dressed in a light floral short-sleeved dress, chose white sneakers to match, and ate breakfast with relish. In the afternoon, she was sunbathing in the garden with her friend. The boys were playing a Quidditch game: George vs Ron against Harry and Percy. The second ginger twin was missing, who teleported to an unknown place right after breakfast. Miss Granger thought about him all day. She was furious with the wizard. She didn't understand why he threw her into the water. Maybe he doesn't like her, and he wanted to show it to her? She became saddened, which Ginny noticed.

G: Hermione, what's going on?

He: Nothing important.

G: Don't lie, I can see your sadness.

He: I'm thinking about Fred. Why did he throw me in the water? After all, he knew how untalented, I was when it came to swimming.

G: He's a regular asshole! Don't worry about my big brother. He didn't deserve even a moment of your precious time. At least he tried to apologize to you?

He: Yes, but I threw him out of the room.

G: You did very well! If I were you, I would give him a face ... Wait! I did it!

He: Did you hit him?

G: He deserved! Fred did a terrible thing, so the punishment has to be.

He: You are invaluable! (She started laughing).

G: Mum yelled at him pretty well too! He got a barrier, which he unfortunately broke anyway.

Hermione refused to continue the conversation, so she took the Herbology book and began reading it. After a long moment, Fred appeared in the garden. He had disheveled hair and badly buttoned shirt. The boys started whistling at the sight of him.

Ge: Brother, where have you been?

F: For Alice, her parents are away.

R: Did you go crazy with her so quickly?

F: Unfortunately, it only ended with kissing, but I will calmly achieve my goal. Now excuse me, I'm going to take a bath.

Fred started walking home. Hermione felt something strange in her stomach. She couldn't describe her feeling. Was it jealousy? Maybe it was just her imagination? The rest of the day she was sad. Unfortunately, she didn't know why?
