. I'M SO SORRY. I first had some problems with writers block and then lost the motivation to write. So instead I started drawing faces, which I now can and couldn't before this summer. And then school happened and I totally forgot about this. I just came across my own story while looking for Yelena stories to read and decided to try writing again.

Steve caught up with Nat. "What did you do?" Nat looked confused at him. "Nothing, she was the one being annoying." Steve raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, but I'm sure she had a good reason for it." Natasha scoffed. "She didn't have a good reason." She said offended. "Maybe a reason, but not a good one." Steve laughed. "And are you going to tell me about that reason?" Natasha decided that showing Steve the picture she made earlier that morning, would be easier. "Just wait a moment." The two avengers stopped running and Nat showed Steve the picture.

"aww, that's so cute." Nat grinned. "I know right!" She put away her phone and the two started running again. "To be honest, I think it would be good for them if you would maybe just let them be?" Steve said with hesitance in his voice. "What! I thought you were on my side with this." She showed him her puppy eyes, but they kept running. He laughed, "I agree with you, they are very cute together." he thought for a moment. "but, I also think they need space to find their own place here." Natasha rolled her eyes. "But I can still do a little bit of match making with them, right?" Steve smirked. "Just a little bit, and I will help you." Natasha's eyes got big. "Deal?" "Deal."

Yelena was nervous for the training, she had challenged Natalia and had to prove her point. She hadn't had the time to analyze the older girl's fighting enough to know her weak spots, but she had the idea it would be an equal fight. She had found some sweatpants in her closet and she had washed the sports bra she was wearing when she escaped. She decided to put on a shirt over it to cover her shoulder. She opened her closet, when she heard someone knocking on her door. It was probably Wanda since she had asked the girl to walk together. she had never been in the gym before and didn't want to get lost. "come in, the door is open." She Said.

Wanda opened Yelena's door. The blond stood with her back to the door. Her long wavy hair was hanging down against her almost bare back. Wanda stood still, staring at her for a few seconds before remembering to close the door. Yelena put on a shirt. "I'm sorry if I'm late. I'm almost ready." Wanda swallowed. "I think I'm just early." She stood awkwardly by the door. "How is your shoulder?" Yelena put her hair in a ponytail. "I think it's doing okay. I honestly kind of forgot about it. It only hurts when I lift my arms above my head." Yelena turned to Wanda. "Does my hair look okay?" The brunette smiled at the girl. "You look beautiful." Yelena smiled back at her. "But don't you think your arm will hurt if you fight with Natasha?" Yelena hadn't considered her arm. She knew she could deal with the pain, but there was a chance she would only make it worse. She shrugged. "can't really change what I said. I'm not going to back down." Wanda sighted. She really didn't want Yelena to fight if there was a chance she could rip open her stitches. But she knew Yelena wasn't going to change her mind about it. "Just can you please be careful?"

Yelena felt her heart break just a little at that question. She could see the worry in Wanda's green eyes. Yelena smiled softly at the taller girl and took her hand. "Of course I will be careful" The brunette smiled back. "Okay. I'm sure you are going to win." The blond smirked "of course I am going to win." Wanda let go of Yelena's hands. "let's go then." Yelena followed Wanda with a smirk on her face. The brunette really seemed to care about her. it gave her a weird, but fun feeling in her stomach.

Yelena and Wanda walked into the gym. Natasha and Clint were already doing some hand to hand combat. Steve walked in. "Did the two of you already warm up?" Wanda rolled her eyes and got into a stretching pose. Yelena followed. Wanda noticed she was a lot more flexible and it made her a little jealous. It made sense that Yelena was more flexible since she had been training since her childhood. But Wanda couldn't even touch her toes even though she had been stretching daily for the past month. After they stretched they ran a few labs around the gym. Wanda couldn't keep up with Yelena's pace and the blond ended up running a lab more.

"You ready?" Nat asked. "are you?" Yelena responded with a smirk. Everyone else sat down at the sides of the gym to see this interesting event. The fight went incredibly fast and Wanda could barely keep up with everything that was happening. Her focus was mainly on Yelena's shoulder. She regretted letting her friend, was Yelena her friend? She had met the girl yesterday, but it felt like they had known each other for years. But she regretted letting Yelena fight against Natasha while she was injured. There wasn't a big chance her opinion had made a difference, but it felt like she didn't even try.

Yelena seemed to be doing good so far and Wanda believed she had a chance at winning. The two truly seemed to be equal fighters. But then she saw it happening. Natasha delivered a kick to the exact spot where Wanda had stitched Yelena's shoulder yesterday. A red spot started showing on Yelena's t shirt.

Natasha saw Yelena's shirt get red with blood on the shoulder she had kicked. Her eyes got big. "Did I do that?" Yelena looked at her shoulder that had started bleeding. "it's no big deal" she was about to get back to the fight, but Natasha grabbed her arm and looked at her shoulder. Natasha was distracted and Yelena saw her chance. She shoved her shoulder under Natasha grabbed an arm with one hand and one of her legs with the other and made Natasha roll over her back onto the floor. She landed on her side and Yelena put her flat on her stomach. There was no way out for Natasha.

Yelena raised her fist in the air and everyone cheered. Steve helped Nat up and Wanda walked to Yelena with a worried look on her face. "Show me your shoulder." Yelena smirked. "Not even congratulations?" Wanda raised an eyebrow and Yelena groaned and showed her her shoulder. "It's not too bad, you only ripped one of the stitches." Natasha nearly flew to Yelena's side. "Stitches?!" The blond covered her shoulder. "It's not a big deal." Nat scoffed. "It is if you needed stitches." Yelena rolled her eyes. "Yelena. Show me your shoulder." Yelena sighted. "Fine, but please somewhere else?"

Nat pulled Yelena along by her arm without the injured shoulder. The two walked away quickly and Wanda could hear Yelena shout right before they went through the door. "Wanda is also coming, I want her as my witness when you kill me!" Wanda grinned and followed them. "Who says I won't just kill both of you?" She heard Yelena laughing and caught up with them.

Natasha put Yelena down on a chair in the medical lab. "Show me your shoulder." She said in a serious tone. "Okay mom." Nat gave Yelena the 'mom look' and Wanda giggled holding her hand in front of her mouth. "that's exactly what I mean! You are even looking at me like a mom." Natasha scoffs. "No I don't I'm just looking at you, so you know this isn't a good time for joking. Now show me your shoulder." Yelena decided to give in and show Nat her shoulder.

Again, I am so sorry I was having a hard time writing the fight scene and I didn't like this chapter at all. Let me know what you think and what you want to see in the rest of the story and maybe I will use it.
