Nashi closed her eyes and began to power up. Her body was soon cloaked in a light blue aura. Opening her eyes. She breathed deeply as she zeroed in on Claudius, gathering that power, before letting it all loose in a fire dragon's roar. That got his attention. Not appreciating the perceived challenge to his superiority, he let out a roar himself, one so powerful, almost the entire forest was gone, reduced to dust.
"Holy crap!" shouted Gray.
"Where did that dragon come from?" asked Wendy, trembling.
"That's Claudius." Natsu shouted.
"You can't be serious," said Gajeel. "That's the leader!?"
Lucy nodded, "Nashi's magic corrupted him"
Claudius roared at the members and they began a foolhardy charge, meaning to take on the guild head on. While Fairy Tail stood their ground, prepared for anything thrown at them. A bunch of cult members had raised their hands towards the sky, shooting multitudes of flames into the air, watching as they soared throughout, burning the lands as they came down.
Natsu began to hurriedly swallow what he could, but his stomach couldn't handle it. He tightly clenched his belly and covered his mouth, unable to stop gagging. This was far worse than any bout of motion sickness he could remember.
"Crap!" he said. "What's happening to me?"
"Natsu?" Lucy asked in concern.
Nashi looked back at him. "Dad, are you okay?" she asked.
Natsu vomited uncontrollably, which burned the grass and acted like a powerful acid to the ground.
"Ew!" Lucy groaned in disgust as she turned her head away.
"What kind of fire is that!?" he cried out in both shock and pain. He continued to cough for a bit.
"I think that fire is like an ipecac to you." Gildarts added.
"There's an imp attacking my belly!? Bring it on you tiny bastard! I'll grind you to dust!"
Not imp attack! Ipe- never mind. I mean the fire makes you throw up!"
"So I can't eat it!?"
"I'm afraid so," he replied "If you eat too much of it, it could melt your stomach from the inside out".
Natsu hung his head in disappointment.
"Ice-make floor!" Gray shouted as he used his magic to turn the ground into ice in an attempt to make them slip. But it was no use their bodies had melted his ice floor.
"What the hell!?" he cried in shock. " Damn it! That should've worked".
"Star dress! Taurus form!" Lucy shouted as she began her transformation.
"Requip!" exclaimed Erza as she began to transform "Ataraxia armor! Soaring blades!" Her swords began to fly through the air taking out multiple cult members simultaneously .
Wendy took a deep breath, consuming the air with a high concentration of her ethernano and entered into her dragon force.
"Sky dragon wave wind!" she exclaimed as she swung her hands, sending about fifteen cult members into a tornado. Carla transformed into her human form and began to fight alongside Wendy. She punched and kicked any cult member that came their way.
Mirajane closed her eyes and transformed into her satan soul form. Once the transformation was complete she flew swiftly through the battlefield. Taking out cult members one by one.
"Heavenly body magic! Pleiades!" shouted Jellal. Light rays rained down from the sky, striking the cult members.
Out of the smoke Morana quickly charged towards Jellal. She tightly clenched her fist around his neck, giving him a wicked stare into his eyes as she watched him choke and gasp for air. Using her armor Erza shot one of her swords from her blade wings right through Morana's head, decapitating her. She released him from her grip.
Jellal looked at Erza and smiled, "what a woman" he said.
The headless corpse turned towards Erza and sprinted after her. Quicker than when she went after Jellal.
"What in the hell are these things?" she asked in fear as she tried to fight her off.
"It's like they're fueled by magic!" exclaimed Gildarts as he struck Iago through his chest and then immediately got up. "And it seems like they get stronger every time they're hit with it."
