AN: So as I was rereading this, new ideas came into mind. So this chapter is kind of a sneak peak into the coupling. There will be a few rare pairs. because I just couldnt help myself when I had already changed the main pair... any guesses on who I had planned to pair Harry with? or any guesses on who the other pairings are going to be?

Also I did change Marcus's age. to make this work for my benefit, Im just going to say he was the youngest in his grade. As in born some time in August. So come September 1st, he would have just turned seventeen. I hope that made since. it is 3 something in the morning right now and my brain fuctioning skilled died about four hours ago.

I am also sure I had other notes I wanted to add... I'll jist have to remember for the next update. oh well. enough with my rambling. Enjoy this mess that has come from my brain and thank you all so much for the follows, favorites and reviews. I didnt expect this to be so well received. so thank you for that and I hope to be able to update again when I find the time!

Tom cleared his throat as he walked into the room his husband was staying in. He felt a bit nervous entering the room, knowing his presence may not be welcome. Regulus tensed when he realized he wasn't alone, and didn't ease when he saw who it was.

"Regulus." Tom said with a slight nod of his head. His husband rolled his eyes and held his hand out. Tom moved up behind the younger man and took his hand. He brought it up to his lips and kissed the pulse point. At the slight smirk on Regulus's face, he pushed his luck and wrapped his arms around the younger man's waist. He had missed having this man in his arms. Thirteen years he had watched his husband from a distance. He had tried to show the man he still cared by doing little things. Yet Regulus had never let himself be held since their son had been taken.

Tom was not expecting his husband to go weak in the knees though and almost lost his grip around him. Luckily his reflexes were still as good as ever and he was able to keep him standing.

"It's ok. I have you." Tom whispered in Regulus's ear. "He is safe now. Our son is back. We will be ok."

Regulus turned in Tom's arms and wrapped his arms around him. Holding him tightly as if he was scared he would disappear. "I am so sorry Tom. I didn't believe you. I blamed myself and blamed you."

Tom tightened his hold and placed a kiss on the top of Regulus's head. "You are not at fault. You have nothing to apologize for. And now we have the chance to move on. We have the chance to follow our dreams again. Will you follow them with me?"

Regulus snorted. "Cheesy Dark Lord."

Regulus looked up into the crimson eyes of his husband and smiled. He pulled on the collar of Tom's shirt and brought his lips down to meet his. Tom held nothing back. Kissing him with all the pent up want and need he had held back for all those years. Finding himself a little overwhelmed, Regulus forcefully pulled away. He gasped as he tried to catch his breath as Tom stood frozen next to him. Hoping he had not overstepped.

Seeing that his husband felt a bit nervous, Regulus smiled. "I almost forgot how possessive you could be. I do still need to breathe you know."

"Breathing is overrated." Tom replied with a slight huff. Regulus couldn't help it. He laughed. He had missed the ease they had always had. Their relationship has always been so easy and natural, up until Regulus pulled away after Harry had been taken. It was a relief to realize that easiness was still there.

"I've missed you." Regulus admitted. "Will you stay with me? Harry may need to be close to us tonight. He still hasn't had the chance to let his bond ease with you. It would be easier for him if we were together."

Tom smiled down at his husband and pulled him back into his arms. "You do not need to use Harry to make sure I stay. You just have to ask."

Tom eased them back till Regulus fell back on the bed. He then easily moved them both up till they fell upon the pillows. Regulus's eyes widened in surprise at the man handling and Tom chuckled as he placed himself over his husband and let himself lay over him. Supplying pressure to all the right places.

"No amount of years are going to stop me from manhandling my husband the way he likes." Tom growled lowly as he playfully nipped at Regulus's plump and reddening lips.

Regulus smiled and ran a hand through Tom's thick hair. "I hate to do this, but we can't tonight. Harry is going to need us. And I'd rather not scar him. We have only had him back for a week. He doesn't need to walk in on you fucking me into oblivion."

Tom groaned and rested his face into the crook of Regulus's neck. He was already losing most of his self control just having his husband back into his arms. But he knew he had been right. He had been feeling the bond tightening for the last couple days. Harry had spent the week calming the bond with the others in the house. Tom was the only one who Harry had not come too yet. He wasn't going to push it either. He knew his bond was going to be the hardest for Harry to accept. He was just glad his son was allowing him the chance to get to know him. With a huff he left a tender kiss on Regulus's neck and rolled off him.

"The moment our son is back at school. You are mine." Tom roughly brought Regulus into a tight embrace. Making sure his back was pressed up against his chest with no chance of space coming between them.

Regulus chuckled as he eased into the embrace and intertwined their fingers. "I'm keeping you to that."

It didn't take long for either of them to slip off to sleep. Finally able to ease into sleep without assistance for years. They didn't even notice when Harry snuck into their room a few hours later. Nor did they notice when their son cuddled close to Regulus. Neither woke when they both reached out instinctively. Regulus wrapping the boy up in a comforting embrace. Tom bringing them both tighter to him in a protective embrace. No none of them woke, but for the first time in years they slept peacefully. The Black Bond finally snapping into place and finally calming into completion.

Severus had done his best to avoid the last Marauders since his godfather bond had calmed with Harry. He wasn't even sure how he felt about them now. After he found the compulsion potions on himself, things had started to fall into place. And Severus was not liking that one bit. He had hated all four of them for years. A hatred that had been forced upon him a month after he had entered the halls of Hogwarts at eleven. He was a bit surprised there was no compulsions against Lily. In a way it was a relief. But he felt even more betrayed. He had almost forgotten the bubbling friendship that had started between himself, Black, Lupin and Potter. For a month the four of them could be found having tentative conversations brought on by Lily. Then all of a sudden he had been replaced by the rat. James had become vicious and Black soon joined him. Soon all four boys turned on him. Making his years at Hogwarts miserable. All because a manipulative old man couldn't keep his bloody nose out of people's lives. He wasn't even sure when he had gotten the old fool's attention. That was also why he found himself in the potions lab. Hiding away from the last two of his tormentors, and brewing a potion to help break through obliviation spells. Not even his occlumency skills were able to break through. Three times. The fool had obliviated him three times before he had his occlumency shields firmly in place.

He rolled his eyes when he felt his wards let him know that the idiots had finally found him. Honestly, they should have known where he was. It was almost pathetic that it took them two days to come to the lab.

"No need to knock. Come in and get it over with." Severus said as he kept his attention on his potion and not on the closed door Sirius and Remus had just come upon. Both men did as they were told and hesitantly walked into the potions lab.

"That isn't going to blow up if we disturbed you is it?" Remus asked tentatively. Sirius just snorted and walked up to the table and sat on the stool across from Severus.

"He wouldn't have let us in if that was the case." Sirius said then smiled over at Severus. "Isn't that right Rus."

Severus hissed at the reminder of the forgotten nickname. The name Sirius had given him soon after they had met when they were eleven. So Sirius was able to remember the forgotten month. And by the slight blush on Remus's face, he remembered as well. Which means they all remember Remus informing them of his furry little problem. Remembered them all promising to find a way to make the full moons easier. And Severus about taking his head off about how the wolfsbane potion was nothing more than poison. Now he felt even worse for making the potion for the man the year before.

"I shall remind you that I threatened you quite well when you tried to call me that back then." Severus growled. "My threats are still valid."

Sirius just sent the man a cheeky smile. "So you do remember. Good. Maybe this won't be so awkward then."

Severus fought the urge to roll his eyes. Instead he turned his attention back to the potion.

"Do you know why we all fell out. It is one thing I can't seem to grasp. Just one day we were friends and the next… James turned on you. I thought it was because of his infatuation with Lily… but… now it just doesn't make since…"

Severus raised an eyebrow and put the potion on stasis. This was a conversation he was going to need full concentration on. "I found… a few obliviated moments in my memory before I got my occlumency shields in place. I am assuming the same thing had happened to the two of you as well. That is what the potion is for. But what I would like to know… why James infatuation with Lily makes no since."

Sirius and Remus exchanged worried glances. The room was silent enough to make the tension uncomfortable before Remus took a deep breath and spoke. "James was gay. Did you ever wonder why he ended up sleeping with Lucius? His feelings for Lily never really made sense to us."

Severus pinched the bridge of his nose and tried not to get annoyed with the other two men. "He brought her into the group the moment she sat down with you all after the sorting. I saw him talk her ear off during the whole feast. She later informed me that he was annoying and would not take a hint."

Sirius winced and rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Yeah about that… James was asking about someone else. I'll admit he was being a prat about it. I think she took offense. She had told him a few times to lay off."

Remus huffed. "James had been asking about you, Sev. Even after the fall out… the reason she had been so annoyed with him, was because he was badgering her about you. Till your fall out in fifth year. That was when his infatuation with her really started. No one knew the real reason for her annoyance. Well, except for us. I don't think… whatever happened when we were eleven… I don't think it happened to James till he was fifteen."

Severus's eyes narrowed and he opened his mouth to sneer out a scathing retort but Remus held up his hand. "Let me finish my train of thought before I lose it. I believe my wolf had helped keep some of my memories intact. I am just now allowing them to surface."

Remus took a few moments to let his mind catch up before he continued. "There was a difference between the change in Sirius and James. Sirius had a complete personality change. James… he only showed a change in public. He only targeted you in public."

Remus chuckled and elbowed Sirius. "Do you remember in our fourth year when we came upon Severus asleep the back of the library? In that little nook we had never seen before?"

Sirius rolled his eyes. "I wanted to draw on his face. James wouldn't allow it. Instead he told us to get lost."

Remus smirked. "You left with a huff. But I stayed and watched. I wanted to attempt to stop whatever plans he had. But instead… he ran his hands through your hair, Severus. He apologized for everything. Said he didn't want you hurting more than you already did. He then transfigured a blanket. Put it over you and cleaned up your space. When he turned to me he only smiled sadly at me. Said our little secret yeah. He cast a notice-me-not charm and we walked away. We never talked about it again."

Severus couldn't have kept his emotions in check after that. His jaw dropped and looked at Remus in complete horror. He was finally understanding what Remus had been trying to get at. "Are you telling me that James had figured out the fools manipulations back then?"

Remus couldn't help but chuckle. "That is what you took from that? Not the fact that James infatuation was with you and not Lily?"

Severus glared at him. "I'm assuming that part was a figment of your imagination."

Sirius snorted. "Yeah, not a figment of our imagination. He used to tell me not to cause damage. I remember getting angry about that but respected him enough to listen…"

Sirius groaned and hid his face in his hands. He shook his head a few times then glanced up at Severus with a look of despair on his face. "The night I led you to the shack… James and I had gone to the Headmasters office. After he knew you were ok he went off on me. I thought it was because I almost got expelled. But he kept yelling at me for taking tea from the old goat. He was more upset that I drank the tea than anything else. Bloody hell. He knew the tea had been spiked. He was constantly telling me not to take anything from him."

Remus and Severus paled. Dumbledore had been the one to cause that whole thing.

"Why would he try to get the both of us killed?" Remus asked and shivered a bit. He didn't even want to know.

Severus growled. "What had happened prior to that night?"

Sirius paled. "James announced he was gay during quidditch practice. It was the talk of Gryffindor tower for a couple days. Then the Shack incident happened. The next week was the fall out between you and Lily. James stopped wearing his heir ring. And his infatuation turned towards Lily. They started dating by the end of that year. That was the summer I went to live with the Potters. James was wearing his heir ring again. He never once wrote to Lily. When we went back to school. James hooked up with Lucius. He knew Lily would catch him. And I think he had done it knowing Severus would find out. Lucius liked to brag about his conquests back then."

"He had broken free of the compulsions." Severus said in a bit of shock. "He was trying to ask for help. Lucius said he had come to him asking for me. When Lucius wouldn't tell him, James jumped him. And of course Lucius wasn't going to deny sex. After they were caught, James mentioned something about the heir rings not working. Not to let me out of his sight. Lucius took it as a threat. He was trying to warn him that Dumbledore had found a compulsion that worked around the protection of the heir rings."

All three sat there in silence as they started to realize how much of their lives had been manipulated. Wondering how different things could have been.

Charlie yawned as he found his way into the kitchen. He smirked when he found Lucius clad in green silk pajamas. His hair loose and hanging free down his back. His feet were covered in black leather slippers. His back was turned towards Charlie and the younger man took the opportunity to look the older man over.

Lucius smirked as he lifted a glass to his mouth and took a delicate sip. He could feel Charlie's eyes wander his backside and he couldn't help but give the younger man a show. He heard Charlie suck in a breath and let out a light chuckle.

"Mr. Weasley, what can I do for you?" Lucius asked as he glanced over his shoulder and quickly took the younger man in. Unlike Lucius the man was only in a pair of muggle sweatpants. His well defined chest was on display. He wore his scars proudly. Each and every one scattered across his arms and chest, showing how dangerous his job had been. Lucius raised a well manicured eyebrow as he turned to face the other man.

Charlie smirked and took a few steps closer. Just stopping out of reach. "Looking for a bit of a midnight snack. Could you point me in the right direction?"

Lucius couldn't help but chuckle. "I am sure I could point you in a few directions."

"Oh I'm sure you could." Charlie said as he took another step forward. "Sadly, I have morals that won't let me touch what isn't mine."

Lucius took another sip from his glass. "Good thing I am such a loyal man. I would hate to tempt a man with such high morals."

Charlie snorted and shook his head. "I do appreciate a good show from time to time. At this moment I don't know what is more hungry. My stomach or my eyes."

Lucius chuckled. "You are dangerously entering cheesy territory there Mr. Weasley. May I suggest you feed your stomach. Then your eyes will be free to feast on other things."

Charlie groaned. "I'm going to have a very awkward walk back to my room if you keep that up."

Lucius raised an eyebrow and slowly let his eyes wander down Charlie's body till he saw his predicament. "Very awkward indeed. May I suggest the guest bathroom down the hall before you make it to the entrance hall. It is used frequently by ball guests when they find themselves in similar situations. The silencing charm is a permanent fixture."

Lucius placed his glass on the counter and gave the younger man one last once over. "Goodnight Mr. Weasley."

Lucius walked around Charlie, and walked out of the kitchen. He didn't look back at Charlie's loud groan and the curse words that left his lips. Lucius just smirked to himself and headed for the room he shared with Narcissa.

When he entered the room, he was surprised to see Narcissa sitting up in bed reading a book. He groaned at the knowing look in her eye.

"Narcissa." He greeted as he made his way to the bed. He sat down on the edge and took off his slippers. Setting them down next to the bed and quietly slid under the covers.

"The second eldest Weasley is quite the looker, isn't he." Narcissa said and Lucius groaned. He should have known that his wife knew. She had an uncanny way of knowing all the happenings in the Manor. Like the place had keyed her more into the wards than himself.

Narcissa giggled and covered her lips with the book. "Oh do not be like that Luc. I have eyes. And he is your type. A bit on the shorter side. But I'm sure the strength he gets from wrangling dragons makes up for that."

Lucius groaned again. "Cissy… must you tease. There will be nothing more than playful flirting. He made it clear he won't do anything. Gryffindors and their damn morals."

Narcissa sighed heavily. "Oh Lucius. You know what you have to do. I will be fine. Things are changing. I think it is time."

Lucius ran a hand over his face. "Yes, things are looking up. But things will not change so quickly. The laws will not be changed so easily. Not with his reputation. Your name would still be ruined."

Narcissa huffed and took Lucius's hand in hers. She stayed quiet for a while as she thought over her words. "You have done everything the contract had demanded of us. You have slept next to me each night. You have given me a happy life. You have given me a son. You have never strayed, even when the contract had been lenient on that. You allowed me to stay in contact with him. It is time to allow yourself happiness."

Lucius shook his head. "Orion is gone. I highly doubt Sirius will take over his lordship just to extinguish the contract."

Narcissa perked up at that and smiled. "Oh Lucius! You are a genius! If Sirius does not want to take up the lord ship, Harry can."

Lucius opened his mouth, ready to disagree with his wife, but quickly shut it with a snap. His eyes widened in complete shock. He had never thought of that. "I am a genius."

Narcissa giggled and shook her head. "Get some sleep Luc. Tomorrow we will talk to Sirius."

Bill walked into the library and froze. He had originally gone to check up on the twins. Hoping to find them in their room and behaving. That had not been the case. So he started to look around the manor for his troublesome brothers. What he did not expect was to find the twins and Draco Malfoy sitting in the library. All three with their heads together and murmuring quietly to each other. Bill narrowed his eyes. He had a sneaking suspicion that all three boys were scheming.

"Should I be concerned?" Bill asked causing the younger three boys to jump. He snickered as he walked into the room and sat down next to Draco. He laced back into the couch and looked at the three, waiting for them to explain.

"Harry is your brother right?" Fred asked as he and his twin looked at Bill with suspiciously innocent looks on their face. Draco had easily slipped on his emotionless mask at the same time.

"Yes. And your point?" Bill asked as he eyed all three of the boys.

"Marcus Flint." George said with a wide smile.

"How would you,"

"Get them together,"

"When he graduated,"

"Last year."

Bill rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Nope. Not helping. I would rather the meathead stay as far away from my innocent baby brother. And the three of you should remember that not only does Harry now have two very protective older brothers, but also two blood thirsty uncles… a werewolf… a potion master godfather… throw in Narcissa… I shouldn't even have to explain Narcissa… and then there are his fathers… one being a Dark Lord. What makes you think you will be able to get Marcus and Harry in the same room without one of us taking the boy's head off?"

The three younger boys groaned and sat back in a bit of defeat. Bill couldn't help but smirk at seeing them pout. "How do we even know Marcus would be interested? From what was said the other day, Harry had been forced into his presence on multiple occasions, and he never even noticed."

Draco rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Pansy and I had been insulting Harry in the common room last year. Pansy was picking on his looks. Marcus had been sitting behind us and gave us a talking to. Told us that Harry was better looking than the rest of us and that our jealousy was showing. Also said we didn't know him and we should open our eyes and see what was in front of our faces before we opened our mouths. I think he saw what the rest of us overlooked."

Bill at once sat up and looked a bit nervous. "Explain?"

Draco shrugged as his cheeks turned a bit red. "I think he knew what Harry was going through. Even on day one. I was complaining about Harry dismissing my friendship. Marcus made a comment about my attitude and that he should have been a Slytherin. Whenever one of us made a comment against Harry around him, Marcus would make little comments. Even during quidditch he snapped at the beaters if they made a cheap shot at him. When I called him on it, he just shrugged and said he just understood."

Bill cursed under his breath. "You need to inform Tom. I think the reason Marcus could see what was going on, is because he was going through it as well."

All four sat there in silence as they thought about every interaction they had had with Marcus in the past. Nothing really stuck out. Except till Harry had opened their eyes.

Fred and George glanced at each other and smirked knowingly. Bill and Draco both groaned at the look.

"What if we,"

"can get,"

"Marcus here?"

"If what we talked,"

"About it true."

"You all will just,"

"Adopt him."

"And suffocate him,"

"With family affection."

"Murder and physical violence will be,"

"Off the table and he and,"

"Harry can get their,"

"Flirt on." The twins ended while wagging their eyebrows.

Draco snorted out a laugh and shook his head as he got to his feet. "I'll talk to Uncle Tom tomorrow. If we plan to bring it up with Harry in the room, he will be more open to the suggestion. I will leave that up to you three."

Bill rolled his eyes. "Fine… but if he hurts Harry, I get to curse you three after I'm done with him."
