An: RL has been keeping me busy and I have been working on this chapter for way too long. I am not happy with it really, but I wanted to get an update. This is still not edited very well. Mostly because I updated it at work on my break. Hope you enjoy!

Harry narrowed his eyes across the table at four of his brothers. He could tell there was something the four of them seemed nervous about. The others sitting at the large table seemed more comfortable. There had been a very noticeable shift between everyone staying at Malfoy Manor. A shift that had him feeling content and comfortable. Something he didn't remember feeling before. But the looks Draco, the twins and Bill were sending each other was starting to set him on edge. Tom seemed to have noticed the nervousness as well. Harry had caught him subtly eying the four as if he could read their minds. Harry wouldn't be surprised if he could.

"Speak up before you become annoying." Tom said. His eyes never left the letter in his hand, but every one seemed to know who he was addressing. When no answer came right away, Tom slowly looked up from the letter and slowly raked his eyes over the four boys. The twins gulped and looked over at Draco. The blonde kicked one of them in the shin, causing both boys to cringe. Bill on the other hand just rolled his eyes and cleared his throat.

"Last night we were talking about Marcus Flint. The more we talked, the more we came to the conclusion that something was off about his situation." Bill said and gave the other three a pointed look. He noticed that Harry had become very interested in the conversation once the Slytherin's name had been mentioned.

Tom didn't seem to be impressed by the roundabout way Bill was trying to go. He rolled his eyes and let his annoyance show when they landed back upon Bill. "Just come out and explain. I do not enjoy guessing games."

"We believe his situation may not have been far from Harry's." At those words the room became silent.

Draco shifted nervously in his chair. "He didn't do it where any one other than Slytherins could hear. But he stuck up for Harry a lot. From the very start of our first year. Usually with a few sharp words. Except when the beaters took a cheap shot at him during a match. He had both pinned to the wall in the locker room. When I confronted him. He said he understood. Our first night of our first year. He told me to open my eyes to see what was really going on."

Severus seemed to pale as Draco spoke. "Tom… Marcus did not pass a single one of his NEWTS. I offered him a chance to come back to Hogwarts this year and repeat his seventh year. Seeing as he was the youngest of his year and could have started a year later. I received this letter last night."

Severus dug a parchment out of his pocket with an uncharacteristic shaky hand. He went to stand up, but Tom held up his hand, seeing his friends struggle. He easily flicked his hand and summoned the letter to him. Regulus smirked at his husband for his subtly of showing off his powers. Something Tom was very prone to do, and had a feeling he would soon teach their son.

Tom's expression didn't change but his crimson eyes narrowed as he read the letter. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Harry watching him with big worried eyes. Tom folded the letter and looked up at his friend. "Severus, go check on the boy. Say you are there to check the boy's abilities. Make a few obvious hints about my return."

Harry's eyes widened and he turned to his Godfather then back to his father, seeming to be even more worried than before. Tom reached out and ran a calming hand through his son's hair then glanced up to the others around the table. "Sirius, you should go with him. Most of the Slytherin's know you in your dog form as Harry's pet. Lucius, I think Harry would feel better if you were there as well."

All three men got to their feet. Each one ruffling Harry's hair before heading out the door. Harry then turned his attention back to his father. Tom raised an eyebrow at him then smirked when his son pleaded with his eyes.

"The letter is from Marcus's father. It informed Severus that there would be no need for Marcus to go back to school since an education was not needed." Tom explained. "I was not pleased with the tone of the letter, and it seemed Severus was not either. They will make sure the boy is safe."

Harry bit his bottom lip and nodded. Across from him, Draco and the twins snickered. Harry at once sent them a glare. But that only caused the three other boys to tease him even more. Tom hid his smile behind his tea cup. He would never admit it out loud, but he was very fond of his newly expanded family.

Severus pinched the bridge of his nose as he stood in front of the Flint Manor gate. The shaggy black dog was sitting next to him with his tongue hanging out and his tail thumping back and forth. A ridiculously happy look upon his face.

"Restrain yourself you damn mutt." Severus growled as Padfoot thumped his tail against the man's leg.

Lucius snickered behind a gloved hand. "Come now Severus. The pup has every right to be exited. We are checking up on our future nephew in law."

That seemed to stop the dogs excitement as he let out a annoyed growl and glared over at Lucius. Lucius just reached out and patted the dogs head. A house elf popped up on the other side of the gate and eyed th wearily.

"May I be helping yous sirs?" The small elf squeaked. "Masters not be expecting any guests sirs."

"Inform your Master that we apologize for our unannounced visit. We have a few things to discuss about a certain… friend returning from his long holiday." Severus said to the elf. It's eyes opened dramatically wide as it nodded and popped away. A few minutes later the gate flung open. Severus took a deep breath and led the way to the front door. He wasn't sure why, but he had a horrible feeling about this visit.

The front door swung open as soon as Severus reached it. Aries Flint smiled wickedly at the sight of the two men. The smile setting all three on edge. The dog leaned a bit more against Severus and let out a quiet whimper. There was obviously something wrong with this man.

"Welcome, Welcome." Aries said as he beckoned them inside his home. "I do hope our friend will be pleased with Marcus."

Lucius tensed at the sound of the man's voice. He had always expected Aries to have gone a bit off his rocker after Tom had decided to lay low. A Lot of the outer circle Death Eaters had lost a bit of their sanity that night. If they had much to begin with was debatable. But seeing Aries after all these years had confirmed his worst fears. This man was not in his right mind. Not with how wild his Dark eyes were now. Or the fact his clothes looked like rags. He made a mental note to go check the children of the outer circle and make sure they were ok.

"We will not know till we see the boy." Lucius sneered down at the man after he got his thoughts back under control. He shared a worried look with Severus as Aries nodded and quickly led them up their stares. He shuffled his feet making the others wonder how he was not tripping with his brisk pace.

"He is in here." Aries said excitedly. He waved his wand in front of the door. There was a sound of multiple locks being released. Severus and Lucius braced themselves for what they were about to witness. The dog on the other hand pressed his nose to the door as if willing it to open faster. Padfoot was the first one in the door once it slowly swung open. The other two knee it was bad when the dog instantly started to bark.

Severus pushed the door open and his face paled. Chained to his bed was a shivering large lump. With only a filthy rag of a blanket covering the large boy's body. The windows were open wide and magicked to blow in a frigid wind every few seconds. The room was bare of any other furniture other than a wooden chair placed across the room from the large bed. The dog jumped up on the bed and whined at the boy, nuzzling him with his nose.

"Padfoot?" Marcus croaked out as if it was the first words he had said in weeks. Severus at once turned on Aries and lifted his wand.

"We get the boy out first." Lucius hissed at his friend. "And we let Tom deal with him."

Aries's eyes widened in horror as he frantically started to shake his head. "You can't take him. He needs to go through one more training. He needs to prove that he is ready."

"Are you going to deny him?" Severus snapped as the man started to frantically pace back and forth and mutter complete nonsense to himself.

"You keep your wand on him. I'm going to check the boy." Lucius said. He walked over to the bed to see Marcus was weakly petting the dog. At his approach the dog whined again and nudged the chains towards Lucius.

"Obviously those will be delt with. No need to point out the obvious." Lucius said with a roll of his eyes. The dog glared back at him but was soon distracted as the boy started to whisper to him.

"Is he ok?" Marcus asked. Padfoot nuzzled the boy and Marcus let out a sigh of relief.

"Just hold tight Marcus. We will have you out of here in a few minutes." Lucius promised as he started to work on the chains. Aries seemed to have used an anti breaking charm on them to prevent the boy's magic from lashing out.

"No! You can't take him! He isn't ready! He will understand. The boy isn't ready!" Aries shouted as he took out his wand. Severus cursed under his breath as he sent a spell the man's way and he easily countered it. Aries had always been an excellent duelest. But with his now crazed mind, the man was twice as dangerous. Now he didn't have any restraint on what spells he casted or where they were aimed. Severus quickly put a protection shield around the bed but Aries quickly got through it. A spell was heading straight for Lucius's back, and the man wasn't paying attention, having full faith in Severus covering his back. Severus watched in horror as the spell sped towards Lucius and he didn't even have the option of yelling out as Aries was once again attacking him. Right before the spell hit Lucius, a black blur jumped in the way.

"You idiotic mutt!" Severus growled as he threw a quick binding spell around Aries and snatched the crazed man's wand. He walked over to the dog who was getting to his feet. He shook his big body as if shaking off the spell by the time Severus reached him. He grabbed the dog by the scruff and forced the dog to look up at him.

"You could have been killed! Do you even have a brain in this big head of yours?" Severus snarled. The dog only sneezed then licked Severus's face. At once Severus dropped the dog and Lucius snickered from his spot by the bed. "Not a word Lucius!"

"Leave the dog alone. We have more pressing issues to deal with." Lucius said then glanced over at his friends with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "And besides. If you hadn't been playing around yourself, he wouldn't have had to save me from that curse."

Severus scoffed but came over to the bed to assist with freeing Marcus.

"Professor?" Marcus asked in confusion.

"We will explain once we have you secured in Malfoy Manor." Severus said calmly. "Right now is best that you save your strength."

Severus looked over at the dog and rolled his eyes. "Are you just going to sit over there?"

The dog let out a whine and sat down on his haunches. Lucius let out a surprised laugh and shook his head. "I do believe the curse has caused him to be stuck like that."

Severus growled and rolled his eyes. "Serves him right for acting like a damned Gryffindor."

The atmosphere at Malfoy Manor was heavy as every one seemed to be waiting on pins and needles. Tom had convinced them to move to the library. Each person were sitting around in the comfortable chairs with books in hand, yet not a single one of them were reading. Harry sat next to Regulus, curled into the man's side as he ran a comforting hand through his hair. Tom sat across from them, keeping a close eye on his husband and son, as he also glanced over to Narcissa. Since she was the lady of the Manor, she would know when the three men arrived back and if they had someone else with them. It had been nearly an hour since the three had left. Something that was starting to trouble Tom. It should have been a simple in and out mission.

He knew something was wrong when Narcissa had gracefully gotten to her feet and calmly dismissed herself. She glanced over at Tom and slightly nodded, letting him know that they had returned. What he wasn't expecting was for Harry to have been watching her as well. He took Regulus's hand and his knee started to bounce nervously.

"She will inform us the moment she knows what is going on." Tom said as he reached over and patted his son's hand. The moment the words were out of his mouth, the library doors flew open and Padfoot rushed in. He padded over to his brother and nephew and sat down on their feet. His tongue hanging out of his mouth and his tail wagging happily.

"That idiotic mutt was hit by a spell and seems to be stuck that way." Severus growled as he entered at a much leisurely pace. "Marcus is being looked at by Narcissa. His father had him chained in a room. He seemed have gone mental. Believing he was training Marcus to be the next generation of Death Eater. We have him in the dungeon. Figured you would like to have a few words with him Tom. If you will even be able to get through to him. He isn't all there."

Tom sighed heavily and shook his head. "His mind had been slipping before I went into hiding. I should never have allowed him to go free. But he was all Marcus had."

"It isn't your fault." Harry said with a reassuring smile. He then looked up at Severus. "Is Marcus ok?"

Severus cringed. "He was a bit malnourished. He may have scars where the chains held him down. Aries had a unbreakable charm on them so Marcus wasn't able to break them. But other than that he should be fine. He is a very strong man."

Harry nodded and bit his lip. Severus smirked. "Lucius has the house elves setting up another room for the boy. I was a bit surprised he had known Sirius by Padfoot though."

Harry's cheeks flared red. "At the end of the year… I got a letter from Sirius. He had mentioned my shaggy friend Padfoot. Marcus was reading it over my shoulder and asked me who Padfoot was. I told him he was my dog."

Draco and the twins snickered and all three winked at each other as they slid to the edge of their seats, eying Harry mischievously.

"So, Harry. Where were you," Fred started.

"That Marcus would have been able," George continued.

"To read over your shoulder." Draco finished. Severus groaned and smacked Draco in the back of the head.

"We don't need three of them. Two is enough." Severus growled and the three boys snickered. Then turned his attention to Harry who's face turned red once more. Severus lifted an eyebrow in question.

Harry huffed and crossed his arms. "I was sitting by the lake. He walked up behind me, read the letter… then escorted me back to Gryffindor to make sure I wouldn't get into trouble for being out after curfew."

Severus smirked. "I have a feeling he had helped you escape my grasp a few times."

Harry snickered and shook his head. "Sorry to disappoint you, Uncle Sev, but I did that all on my own."

Marcus heard the bedroom door open and he froze. He wasn't sure what had happened to his father. But he had been in this room for a few hours with no one coming to talk to him. Professor Snape had looked furious and Mr. Malfoy seemed to be in the verge of murder. They had to have had a reason for bringing him here. He knew he had heard mention of the Dark Lord. Maybe his father hadn't been as crazy as he believed. He didn't move, hoping who ever had come to his room would believe him asleep and leave.

"See asleep, let's go back to the room before we get caught." Marcus smirked that was the Malfoy boy.

"Dear brother, I do believe our little blonde is scared." Said a familiar voice that Marcus couldn't quite place.

"I do believe you are right, brother. Maybe we should have left him behind." Said a voice identical to the other. Marcus was confused by that. The only ones he knew to have identical voices were the Weasley twins.

"Have you ever been on the other end of his stinging jinx?" Draco growled. "No, then shut up. And besides, we weren't supposed to come in here without an adult. I would rather not be on Uncle Tom's bad side."

The twins snickered. "Or Uncle Reg. I heard he can have Uncle Tom running foe the hills when he is upset."

"We brought Sirius." Marcus knew that voice very well. He turned to see Harry Potter standing next to his bed. He jumped at Marcus's abrupt movement but a shy smile crossed his lips when he saw Marcus was awake.

"Hello Marcus." Harry said. His big black dog sitting at his feet and wagging his tail excitedly.

"I don't think Sirius being stuck in animagus form counts as an adult little brother." One of the twins snickered.

"Sirius in any form barely counts as an adult." Draco sneered. The dog turned and glared at the blonde boy, but Draco crossed his arms defiantly. "Don't give me that look, you are nearly as bad as the twins."

"You don't seem to mind us all that much our little prankster in training." One of the twins waggled their eye brows at him and the blonde went red.

Harry giggled and pet the dogs head before returning his attention back to Marcus. "You have those three and Bill to thank for this by the way. So you know who to send the stinging jinx at later."

"Harry!" All three exclaimed!

"How could you!" Draco said with an over dramatic clutch to his heart.

"After everything we have done!"

"To make sure your beloved Marcus,"

"Was safe and untouchable by,"

"The crazy protective adults,"

"We now have the privilege,"

"Of calling our family." When all three stopped talking Harry rolled his eyes.

"I agree with Severus, two was enough." Harry said with a smirk then froze and glared over at the twins. "Wait a minute…. Shouldn't Draco and I be the ones with that twin talk since he is my Soul brother? Why are you two bringing him into your dynamic and not me as well?"

The twins shrugged. "Oh I am sure you will be eventually."

"You two don't talk."

"You two have the twinning down to a no words needed aspect."

"You mirror each other. Just like now. You are both standing the same."

Harry rolled his eyes. "No stealing away my soul brother."

He then turned his attention back to the very confused Marcus. He smiled and sat on the side of the bed. "Long story short. I'm not a Potter. The Weasley's got me away from my muggle relatives and brought me here. I've been easing my bonds since I had a bond block. They told my real dad about you and Severus and Lucius went to get you. Oh and of course Padfoot…. Who is actually Sirius Black by the way. Nad now your here."

Draco rolled his eyes. "We were told to leave you alone till the adults could get you situated and talk to you about… other things."

Marcus raised an eyebrow and looked over at Harry. "Your Ophiuchus… aren't you?"

The room fell silent. Marcus rolled his eyes. "I was three when you were born. I believe I held you once. A lot of the followers brought their kids around after you were born in hopes they would be considered for a marriage contract. Or at least that is what my crazy old man believed. My mom was still alive back then and would bring me. I honestly believe she brought me to keep me away from him."

Harry smiled. "Well you're here now."

Marcus blushed as the other three snickered behind them.
