Chapter 33.
Lifesigns.
(Scott POV)
When I woke up. This time it was only Chloe on top of me this time round again, She had done this before, For some reason, I'm not even sure of yet. Chloe could have a wolf side on her the way Derek and Cora was. But I don't know. But I managed to sit up and slow manage to get Chloe off and set her gently back onto my bed as I went and showered and Dress. Then I went to check on Clara, who was still asleep too. So I got some Coffee and then I headed up to the bridge and into my ready room as Chakotay had the Bridge, But I didn't see Tom. That's the boy, Since Tom was put of Mine and Tuvok's plan to find that damn spy.
While I was in my Ready room I was checking on the Transporter buffer I set there in case the Kazon do managed to get on board it was ready to go.
After another 5 minutes.
"Captain to the Bridge," Tuvok said.
Then As I was coming out.
"What's the source?" Chakotay said.
"A small spacecraft, No weapons systems," Tuvok said. "One life-form aboard, Extremely weak life signs,"
"Slow to half Impulse," Chakotay said.
"According to the bioscanner, It's a Vidiian Female," Harry said.
"Scan for any Vidiian Ships," I said "Open a channel,"
"No response," Harry said.
"She may be too sick," Chakotay said.
"Or maybe it's some kind of trick," Tom said.
"I've completed my scans, no other Vidiian ships in this sector," Tuvok said. "It is unlikely that this is a trap,"
"Commander, Notify the Doctor, Harry, beam the woman to sickbay, Then Tractor the small into the shuttlebay," I said.
"Aye captain," Harry said.
"Tuvok once that ship is in the launch bay access it's main computer see if it has any weaknesses in the Viidian Ships, that we can use against them," I said.
"Aye captain," Tuvok said.
"Transport complete," Harry said. "And the ship is tractored into the Shuttlebay,"
"Tom resume course," I said.
"Aye Captain," Tom said.

Chakotay and I was in my ready room.
"According to her ship's navigation logs, The Woman was en route to a remote Vidiian Colony," Chakotay said.
"Are we anywhere near it?" I said.
"It's about 10 lightyears away, We should be in the general vicinity in about 22 Days," Chakotay said.
"Assuming she survives and we can take adequate security precautions, We'll turn her over to her people when we get there," I said.
"Captain," Chakotay said.
"Is there something wrong?" I said.
"I wanted to talk to you about Lt Paris," Chakotay said. "His attitude lately's been less than professional,"
"I've noticed," I said.
"I know crew discipline's my responsibility, but in this case, I thought I should let you get involved before I took any action," Chakotay said. "In a way, Paris has been your personal reclamation project,"
"I appreciate your bringing this to my attention, Commander, But I trust you to handle the problem any way you see fit," I said.
Then He left.

It's been a few days at least then. No sign of any hostile Viidian ships yet but I'm just waiting for it. Then my door bell rang.
"Come on," I said.
Then Tom walked in and waited for the doors to close.
"Captain you got a minute," Tom said.
"Computer, Seal the doors to this room, No entry without my authorization," I said.
"Doors are sealed," Computer said. After locking them.
"What is it Tom?" I said.
"Captain, I don't know how much I can keep pushing Chakotay like this," Tom said.
"Tom, You have to keep pushing him here, We need to know who has been giving information to the Kazon, This is the only way we can to get who ever is the son of a bitch giving them information on us," I said.
"Okay, If he knows I'm a pilot right so what if I can get him to change me round with someone else, without my knowing about it, Then when I found out I can," Tom said.
"What wrack him," I said.
"That's the best I got now, Captain, Or we tell Chakotay the plan and get him to stage it," Tom said.
"No, He has to do this himself, That's when you wrack him," I said. "It has to looked like you want to do this,"
"Okay," Tom said.
"Good, once you do that, after an hour or 2 you call me down to your quarters, Then we go from there," I said.
"Got it," Tom said.
"That everything?" I said.
"Yes," Tom said.
"Good," I said. "Computer unseal the doors,"
"Doors unsealed," Computer said.
"Dismissed Lt," I said.
"Aye Captain," Tom said.
Then he left.

It has been another couple of days, Tom was doing exactly what we needed him to do for this plan to work.
I was on the Bridge, And Chakotay had done with Tom and I talked about. Chakotay had done exactly that placed someone else on Tom's shift, and Tom didn't know about it.
Then Tom walked through the side door onto the Bridge.
"Sorry I'm late," Tom said.
"That's all right, Mr. Paris we don't need you," Chakotay said. "Mr. Grimes has taken your place at Conn,"
"But it's my shift," Tom said.
"Not today it isn't," Chakotay said.
"What because I was 10 minutes late," Tom said.
"That's right," Chakotay said.
"Captain," Tom said.
"Don't look at me, Mr. Paris, Commander Chakotay has complete discretion in this matter," I said.
"So, when should I report back for duty," Tom said.
"When you decide to start taking your job seriously, we'll discuss it," Chakotay said. "But right now, You're dismissed," Then went to move him.
Then Tom shoved him off. "Get your hands off me," Tom said.
"Mr. Tuvok," I said.
"Yes, Captain," Tuvok said.
"Please escort Mr, Paris to the Brig," I said.

After 2 hours, Tuvok came back.
Then.
"Paris to the Captain, Can I see you in my quarters," Tom said.
"On my way," I said. "Commander, bridge is yours,"
Then I left to head down there and then rang the door bell.
"Come in," Tom said.
Then I walked in. Then as soon as the Doors closed.
"So, You think that was convincing enough," Tom said.
"Oh yes, That was great," I said.
"So what's next," Tom said.
"Simple, When I go back up to the bridge and say that you want to leave Voyager," I said.
"There was a Talaxian Convoy on sensors for the last couple of days," Tom said. "The Kazon wouldn't pass that up, If I was on it,"
"Exactly then you find out who it is, who's been talking with them and then find a way out and back to us," I said.
"It's going to be to actually mean goodbye to people, Even to Harry," Tom said.
"You can still back out," I said.
"No, Right now after everything I need to keep going with this," Tom said.
"Alright," I said.
"Then Let's do this," Tom said.
"Good Luck Tom," I said.
"Thanks, Captain," Tom said.
Then I left and headed back to the Bridge.
"So what did Paris want?" Chakotay said.
"He wants to leave the ship," I said.
"What?" Harry said. "But,"
"It's still his decision to make, Harry," I said.
"But can't you stop him try talk him out of it," Harry said.
"Afraid not," I said. "Start scans for any friendly ships in the region, I'll be in my ready room, Lt," Then walked in with Tuvok and waited for the doors to close. "Computer, seal the doors to this room, no entry without my authorization,"
"Doors are sealed," Computer said.
"We're on Tuvok," I said.
"So everything has gone to plan so far," Tuvok said.
"Yes, Now we wait," I said.
"Mr. Kim should pick up the Talaxian convoy in 10 minutes," Tuvok said.
"I know that's when we call and arranged with them about Tom," I said.
"Let's hope that this draws our spy out," Tuvok said.
"It has too, Or everything we do so far has been for nothing," I said.
"Agreed," Tuvok said.
"Computer Unseal the doors," I said.
"Doors unsealed," Computer said.

After a hour, Harry did come and talk to me about it. That was when we called and contact Laxeth, Who's captain had be willing to take Tom on board as a pilot. So then I called Tom up here.
Tuvok was here, As the Door bell rang.
"Come in," I said.
Then Tom walked in.
"Captain," Tom said as the doors closed.
"It's on. Laxeth advised us that his captain is willing to take you on board the Talaxian Convoy group as a Pilot," I said.
"When do I leave? And do they know the reason I'm leaving Voyager," Tom said.
"He is expecting you in the next 2 days, Tom," I said. "As to telling Laxeth about your mission well, We though it was best not to. We don't want any reprisals to befall our Talaxians friends, If the Kazon were to discover that Laxeth or his Captain knew about it. Only thing he has been told is if something happens to you, he is to contact us as soon as possible,"
"Agreed, Captain, The Talaxians appear to be our only allies, since we arrived in the Delta Quadrant," Tuvok said. "It wouldn't be in our best interests to destroy that tentative allegiance,"
"And we need all the friends we can get," I said. Tom, You can still pull out of this mission, It's strictly, Voluntary,"
"I appreciate that Captain, but I am in this to the end," Tom said.
"Good, Well guys, we are coming to the most dangerous part of this mission but with any lick we should finally discover who in out crew has been giving information to the Kazon, Good Luck, Tom," I said.
"Thank you Captain," Then Both of them Left. But only Tuvok left, Not tom. "Lt, Is there anything else?"
"Well there is one thing, Captain. We, I well, It's that with there's no guarantee that this mission will succeed and that I may not make it back to Voyager, and well," Tom said.
"We both know that and that was why it was strictly voluntary," I said.
"I know but in case I don't get back, Or I may never have another chance to, I just want to say Thanks for everything," Tom said.
Then he left.
